Informa]ii privind reciclarea de[eurilor de echipamente electrice [i electronice (DEEE)

Conform prevederilor legisla]iei privind gestionarea de[eurilor, este interzis\ eliminarea de[eurilor de echipamente electrice [i electronice (DEEE) al\turi de de[eurile municipale nesortate. Acest produs pe care l-a]i achizi]ionat este cea mai nou\ realizare a noastr\ din gama produselor . Are un design nou, atractiv [i este construit `n conformitate cu normele europene [i na]ionale care v\ garanteaz\ aptitudinile de func]ionare [i securitate. ~n plus, agentul frigorific utilizat, R600a, este nepoluant [i nu pune `n pericol stratul de ozon. Noul dumneavoastr\ aparat este echipat cu un sistem de dirijare a aerului rece `n compartimente. Func]ionarea cu un singur motocompresor, sistemul de comand\reglare cu un singur termostat asigur\ o bun\ echilibrare a temperaturilor din cele dou\ compartimente [i un consum redus de energie electric\ (clasa energetic\ A). Temperaturile ob]inute de acest refrigerator-congelator NO FROST sunt: `n compartimentul frigider `ntre 0 [i 8 0 C; `n compartimentul congelator `ntre -18 0 C [i -24 0 C. Pentru a folosi optim noul aparat achizi]ionat, v\ sf\tuim s\ citi]i cu aten]ie indica]iile din aceste instruc]iuni de utilizare.

Instruc]iuni de utilizare
Se recomand\ ca `nainte de punerea `n func]iune s\-l l\sa]i `n repaus timp de 24 ore pentru a permite stabilizarea circuitului frigorific. ~n timpul transportului aparatului evita]i sa deforma]i circuitul frigorific (tubulatur\).

Aten]ie!
Nerespectarea acestor instruc]iuni poate duce la defectarea motocompresorului [i scoaterea aparatului din garan]ie.

Sfaturi pentru reciclarea vechiului dumneavoastr\ aparat dumneavoastr\

~n cazul `n care noul aparat achizi]ionat `nlocuie[te un aparat mai vechi, v\ sf\tuim s\ ]ine]i cont de urm\toarele aspecte: Aparatele uzate nu sunt de[euri f\r\ valoare. Eliminarea lor prin respectarea mediul `nconjur\tor permite recuperarea unor materii prime importante. Vechiul aparat `l pute]i recicla parcurgnd urm\torii pa[i: - deconecta]i aparatul de la re]eaua electric\; - `ndep\rta]i cablul de alimentare (t\ia]i-l); - `ndep\rta]i eventualele `ncuietori de pe u[\ pentru a evita blocarea `n interior, din joac\, a copiilor [i punerea `n pericol a vie]ii acestora. Aparatele frigorifice con]in materiale izolatoare [i agen]i frigorifici care necesit\ o reciclare adecvat\.

Precau]ii [i recomand\ri generale recomand\

Nu pune]i aparatul `n func]iune dac\ a]i observat o defec]iune. Camera in care se va amplasa aparatul pentru a fi utilizat nu trebuie sa aiba un volum mai mic de 10m3 ~n timpul transportului, manipul\rii [i pozi]ion\rii aparatului evita]i sa deforma]i circuitul frigorific (tubulatura). Folosi]i compartimentul frigider doar pentru conservarea alimentelor proaspete [i compartimentul congelator doar pentru p\strarea alimentelor congelate, congelarea alimentelor proaspete [i producerea cuburilor de ghea]\. Nu l\sa]i u[ile deschise mai mult dect este necesar introducerii sau scoaterii alimentelor. Nu p\stra]i b\uturi acidulate (sucuri, ap\ mineral\ carbogazoas\, [ampanie, etc.) `n congelator: sticla poate s\ explodeze ! Nu se vor congela b\uturi `n sticle de plastic. Nu depozita]i `n interior produse care con]in gaze inflamabile sau explozive. Nu consuma]i cuburi de ghea]\ sau `nghe]at\ imediat dup\ scoaterea lor din compartimentul congelator pentru c\ pot cauza arsuri la rece. Nu atinge]i niciodat\ p\r]i metalice reci sau alimente congelate dac\ ave]i minile ude deoarece minile dvs. pot `nghe]a rapid pe suprafe]ele foarte reci. Nu permite]i copiilor s\ se joace sau s\ se ascund\ `n interiorul aparatului. ~nainte de a efectua orice opera]ie de cur\]are scoate]i fi[a din priza de curent. Pentru a deconecta aparatul de la re]ea trage]i de fi[\ [i nu de cablu! Nu v\ urca]i pe aparat, nu v\ l\sa]i pe u[i, gr\tare sau etajere. Nu folosi]i aparatul aproape de radiatoare, ma[ini de g\tit sau alte surse de c\ldur\ [i foc.

Reciclarea ambalajului
Nu permite]i copiilor s\ se joace cu ambalajul sau cu p\r]i componente ale acestuia. Exist\ riscul de a se sufoca cu buc\]i de carton pliat [i cu folia de plastic. Pentru ca apartul s\ nu se deterioreze `n timpul transportului, toate materialele care constituie ambalajul acestuia au fost proiectate corespunz\tor cerin]elor de reciclare [i de protec]ia mediului `nconjur\tor. Pentru respectarea mediului `nconjur\tor v\ sf\tuim s\ recicla]i ambalajul!

Instruc]iuni de transport
Recomand\m ca transportul aparatului s\ se fac\ numai `n pozi]ie vertical\. ~naintea efectu\rii probei de func]ionare `n magazin, ambalajul aparatului trebuie s\ fie intact. ~nainte de punere `n func]iune, l\sa]i-l `n repaus min. 12 ore. 2

Pentru a preveni orice posibilitate de deteriorare sau de accidentare, pe partea superioar\ a aparatului (top) nu se vor a[eza obiecte ornamentale instabile, care con]in lichide sau surse de foc (exemplu: vaze cu flori, ghivece, lumn\ri, l\mpi, etc.). Nu l\sa]i alimentele `n aparat dac\ acesta nu func]ioneaz\. Dac\ nu utiliza]i aparatul cteva zile, nu este recomandabil s\-l opri]i. Dac\ nu-l utiliza]i o perioad\ mai mare de timp, ve]i proceda `n felul urm\tor: - scoate]i fi[a cordonului de alimentare din priz\; - goli]i frigiderul [i congelatorul; - dezghe]a]i [i cur\]a]i; - l\sa]i u[ile deschise pentru a evita formarea mirosurilor nepl\cute. Cordonul de alimentare poate fi `nlocuit doar de c\tre o persoan\ autorizat\.

Instruc]iuni de utilizare
Asigura]i libera circula]ie a aerului `n jurul aparatului, prin respectarea distan]elor precizate `n fig. 3. Monta]i pe condensator (`n partea din spate) limitatoarele livrate `mpreun\ cu aparatul (Fig. 4). Pardoseala sau suportul pe care va fi a[ezat aparatul trebuie s\ fie perfect nivelat; `n caz contrar pute]i regla orizontalitatea prin reglajul picioru[elor frontale (Fig. 5). Orice pies\ de mobilier suspendat\ se va monta la o distan]\ minim\ de 25 cm deasupra aparatului. Aceea[i distan]\ se va asigura [i `n cazul existen]ei unei ni[e sau a altui element de construc]ie. Aparatul nu este construit pentru a fi incastrat `n mobil\. La temperaturi ambiante mai mici sau mai mari dect limita inferioar\, respectiv limita superioar\ se pot produce perturba]ii in buna func]ionare a aparatului. La temperaturi ambiante sub limita inferioar\ de 100C, cu ct ne `ndep\rt\m de aceasta, (c\tre 00C) timpul de pauz\ este din ce `n ce mai mare iar in compartimentul congelator temperatura cre[te. Evita]i Evita]i utilizarea aparatului dumneavoastra la temperaturi ambiante mai mici de 50C. La temperaturi ambiante peste limita superioar\ de 43 0 C, cu ct ne indep\rt\m de aceasta, pauzele sunt din ce `n ce mai mici, aparatul tinde ctre o func]ionare continu\, temperaturile interioare cresc, la fel [i consumul de energie.

Modul de instalare a aparatului

Aten]ie! Acest aparat trebuie folosit numai `n scopul pentru care a fost fabricat (uz casnic), `n spa]ii corespunz\toare, ferit de ploaie, umezeal\ sau al]i factori atmosferici. corect\ esen]ial\ Instalarea corect\ este esen]ial\ pentru a asigura func]ionarea aparatului la performan]ele performan]ele sale maxime. Pentru amplasarea aparatului `n locuin]a dumneavoastr\ respecta]i urm\toarele distan]e minime: - 100 cm de la ma[inile de g\tit pe baz\ de c\rbuni sau petrol; - 150 cm de la ma[inile de g\tit electrice [i/sau pe baz\ de gaze.

electric\ Conectarea la re]eaua electric\ Aparatul dumneavoastr\ este prev\zut s\ func]ioneze la o tensiune monofazat\ de 220240V/50 Hz. ~nainte de a conecta aparatul la re]ea, asigura]iv\ c\ parametrii re]elei electrice din casa dumneavoastr\ (tensiune, tip curent, frecven]\) corespund parametrilor de func]ionare ai aparatului. Informa]iile referitoare la tensiunea de alimentare [i puterea absorbit\ sunt date pe eticheta de marcare, situat\ `n interior pe partea lateral\, vizibil\ dup\ tragerea cutiei pentru legume [i fructe. Instala]ia electric\ trebuie s\ respecte condi]iile legale. Conectarea aparatului la o re]ea electric\ prev\zut\ cu `mp\mntare este obligatorie prin lege. Produc\torul nu-[i asum\ nici o r\spundere pentru eventualele pagube aduse persoanelor, animalelor sau distrugerea bunurilor rezultate prin nerespectarea condi]iilor men]ionate. Aparatul este dotat cu un cordon de alimentare [i o fi[\ (model european, marcat\ 10/16A) cu dublu contact de legare la p\mnt de protec]ie. Dac\ priza nu este de acela[i tip cu fi[a, cere]i unui tehnician specializat s\ o schimbe. Este recomandat s\ nu conecta]i aparatul la re]aua electric\ cu un prelungitor sau un adaptor. Dac\ aparatul este montat `ntre dou\ corpuri de mobilier asigura]i-v\ c\ acestea nu sunt a[ezate pe cablul de alimentare sau nu `l preseaz\. Setarea temperaturilor
Temperatura compartimentului congelator poate fi ajustat\ cu ajutorul butoanelor de pe afi[ajul electronic. (fig. 2). Temperatura din compartimentul r\citor depinde de volumul de aer provenit din compartimentul congelator. Pute]i face ajustarea temperaturilor din compartimentul r\citor prin pozi]ionarea butonului din interiorul compartimentului r\citor de la pozi]ia 1 la 5. Punerea `n func]iune
~nainte de punerea `n func]iune, cur\]a]i interiorul aparatului (citi]i capitolul "~ntre]inerea [i cur\]area aparatului"). Dup\ terminarea acestei opera]ii conecta]i aparatul la re]eaua electric\, deschide]i u[a frigiderului (becul din interior se va aprinde). Regla]i butonul termostat pe o pozi]ie medie. L\sa]i aparatul s\ func]ioneze circa 4 ore f\r\ s\ pune]i alimente `n el. Congelarea alimentelor proaspete este posibil\ dup\ min. 12 ore de func]ionare. 4

Descrierea func]iilor de control

d. Supercongelare
Acest buton se folose[te pentru congelarea rapid\ a alimentelor `n compartimentul congelator. Ap\sa]i butonul de supercongelare pentru a porni func]ia. Simbolul de supercongelare se va aprinde atunci cnd este activat\ func]ia. De fiecare dat\ cnd func]ia de supercongelare este activat\, simbolul -27 lic\re pe afi[aj timp de numai 5 secunde. Apoi temperatura actual\ din compartiment va fi afi[at\. Func]ia de supercongelare este activ\ maximum 3 ore. Cnd func]ia de supercongelare este terminat\, simbolul de supercongelare se va stinge automat iar setarea anterioara a temperaturii la congelator va fi activat\. Func]ia de supercongelare se opre[te automat dup\ 3 h. Pentru a dezactiva functia de supercongelare manual, este suficient s\ ap\sa]i butonul de supercongelare `nc\ o dat\ sau butonul de setare a temperaturii. Sistemul electronic de control `ncorporeaz\ un sistem de protec]ie astfel `nct dac\ butonul de supercongelare este ap\sat mai mult de o dat\ `ntr-un timp scurt, atunci compresorul nu va porni imediat.

Focusa. Focus-cool
Acest buton se folose[te pentru activarea focusfunc]iei focus-cool. Ap\sa]i butonul de focuscool pentru a seta func]ia respectiv\ [i ve]i observa c\ simbolul specific acestei func]ii se va aprinde. Func]ia de focus-cool va intra `n func]iune imediat ce va exista o schimbare brusc\ a temperaturii `n r\citor. Schimbarea brusc\ a temperaturii poate avea loc `n timpul folosirii zilnice a aparatului cnd se `ncarc\ compartimentul pentru alimente proaspete sau cnd ]inem u[a deschisa un timp mai `ndelungat pe timpul verii. Func]ia de focus-cool are ca finalitate conservarea optim\ a alimentelor dac\ are loc o schimbare brusc\ a temperaturii `n compartimentul r\citor. Pentru a dezactiva aceast\ func]ie este suficient s\ ap\sa]i `nc\ o dat\ butonul specific.

b. Setarea temperaturilor la congelator

Temperatura dorit\ din compartimentul congelator poate fi ajustat\ prin folosirea butonului de setare a temperaturilor `n compartimentul congelator. Pentru a schimba setarea temperaturilor la congelator ap\sa]i butonul de setare corespunz\tor. Dup\ prima ap\sare a butonului se va afi[a pe display temperatura curent\ apoi, de cte ori butonul este ap\sat, noua setare a temperaturilor va fi afi[ata `n segven]e: -18, -20, -22, -24, -18, etc. Noua setare a temperaturilor va lic\ri pe afi[aj timp de numai 5 secunde. Apoi se va afi[a temperatura curent\ din compartiment.

Este afi[at\ temperatura medie a alimentelor `n interiorul compatimentului r\citor. Ca atare, aceast\ temperatur\ nu este sensibil\ la schimb\rile instantanee.

f. Temperatura reala a congelatorului

Aici este prezentat\ temperatura medie a pachetelor din interiorul compartimentului congelator. Prin urmare, aceast\ temperatur\ nu este sensibil\ la schimb\ri ce survin brusc. De asemenea, temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului semnalizeaz\ aici timp de 5 secunde cnd se regleaz\ temperatura congelatorului. Cnd se apas\ pe butonul de congelare rapid\, aici semnalizeaz\ [i "-27".

Ecoc. Eco-Fuzzy
Acest buton este folosit pentru activarea func]iei respective care determin\ o func]ionare a aparatului `n cel mai economic mod prin algoritmul fuzzy. Ap\sa]i butonul eco-fuzzy pentru a seta func]ia iar simbolul acesteia se va aprinde. Butonul economic e se va aprinde cnd func]ia va fi activat\ iar aparatul va facilita conservarea alimentelor din interior `n cel mai economic mod. Pentru dezactivarea func]iei eco-fuzzy, este suficient\ o ap\sare `nca o data a butonului respectiv.

Num\rul de bare care se aprind pe graficele congelatorului sunt determinate `n func]ie de temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului. Dac\ temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului este de -24, toate barele congelatorului se aprind. Dac\ temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului este de -22, se aprinde semnul min [i 12 bare. Dac\ temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului este de -20, se aprinde semnul min [i 10 bare. Dac\ temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului este de -18, se aprinde semnul min [i 6 bare. Dac\ este activat\ congelarea rapid\, toate barele congelatorului se aprind.

Simbolul alarm\ indic\ faptul c\ este o problem\ cu conexiunile sau cu r\cirea aparatului.

Sugestii privind a[ezarea alimentelor

Pentru a ob]ine o depozitare [i o igien\ optime, v\ suger\m urm\toarele: ~n frigider se p\streaz\ pentru scurt timp alimente proaspete [i b\uturi. Produsele lactate trebuie p\strate `n compartimentul special de pe interiorul u[ii. Alimentele g\tite trebuie p\strate `n recipiente bine `nchise, nu mai mult de 2-3 zile. Produsele proaspete, ambalate, se pot p\stra pe rafturi. Fructele [i legumele proaspete se depoziteaz\ `n cutia pentru legume. Sticlele se p\streaz\ `n compartimentul special de pe interiorul u[ii. Carnea nepreparata se pastreaza cel mai bine intr-o punga de polietilena pe al doilea raft de sus al frigiderului. Nu o a[eza]i `n contact cu alimentele g\tite. Ca m\sur\ de prevedere, nu p\stra]i carnea proasp\t\ mai mult de 2-3 zile. P\stra]i alimentele ambalate sau acoperite. Produsele conservate nu vor mai fi p\strate `n cutie dup\ ce a fost deschis\. L\sa]i alimentele fierbin]i s\ se r\ceasc\ `nainte de a le introduce `n frigider. B\uturile alcoolice cu concentra]ie mare trebuie p\strate `n pozi]ie vertical\, `n recipiente bine `nchise (pot constitui pericol de explozie). V\ recomand\m s\ nu ]ine]i alimente congelate deasupra capacului cutiei de legume pentru a se dezghe]a ( fig. 7).

h. Simbolul Focus cool

Semnul Focus cool arat\ c\ s-a ap\sat pe butonul focus cool. Aceast\ func]ie se efectueaz\ automat atunci cnd apare o schimbare brusc\ de temperatur\ `n compartimentul frigider.

i. Simbolul Economy
Simbolul Economy indic\ faptul c\ aparatul func]ioneaz\ `n cel mai economic mod din punct de vedere al consumului energetic. Simbolul economy se aprinde atunci cnd temperatura reglat\ a frigiderului este stabilit\ la -18 sau cnd se folose[te func]ia eco-fuzzy. Cnd se activeaz func]ia de congelare rapid\, acest simbol se stinge.

j. Simbolul Eco Fuzzy

Simbolul Eco Fuzzy arat\ ca s-a ap\sat butonul Eco Fuzzy. Func]ia Eco Fuzzy se efectueaz\ prin algoritmurile fuzzy, pentru a p\stra alimentele `n cel mai economic mod. Func]ia Eco Fuzzy se realizeaz\ dac u[a aparatului este ]inut\ `nchis\ un timp `ndelungat sau nu se apas\ pe nici unul din butoanele de pe sistemul de afi[are, o anumit\ perioad\ de timp. Cnd se activeaz\ func]ia Eco Fuzzy simbolul economy se aprinde.

Congelarea alimentelor
Capacitatea de congelare reprezint\ greutatea maxim\ de alimente care poate fi congelat\ in 24 de ore. Aceasta este indicat\ `n tabelul de la pag. 13 [i pe pl\cu]a cu datele tehnice din interiorul compartimentului frigider, lng\ cutia de legume. Alimentele trebuie s\ fie congelate complet [i ct mai repede, numai astfel se conserv\ con]inutul de vitamine, valoarea lor nutritiv\, aspectul [i gustul lor. Din acest motiv se recomand\ s\ nu se dep\[easc\ capacitatea maxim\ de congelare a aparatului dumneavoastr\. Alimentele deja congelate se vor feri de contactul direct cu alimentele ce urmeaz\ a fi congelate. ~nainte de introducerea lor pentru congelare, alimentele fierbin]i se vor r\ci la temperatura camerei. Dac\ u[a congelatorului se deschide greu dup\ ce tocmai a]i `nchis-o, nu v\ `ngrijora]i. Aceasta se datoreaz\ diferen]ei de presiune care se egaleaz\ [i permite u[ii s\ se deschid\ normal dup\ cteva minute. Ve]i auzi un sunet de vid chiar dup\ `nchiderea u[ii. Acesta este normal.

Dezghe]area aparatului
Aparatul este un frigider no-frost. Prin urmare, nu va exista o acumulare de ghea]\ `n zona de depozitare a alimentelor. Totu[i, va exista o dezghetare automat\ `n zona vaporizatorului aparatului, atunci cnd este necesar\. Apa se scurge `ntr-un vas din spatele aparatului [i se evapor\ automat din cauza c\ldurii compresorului (fig. 8) 8).

Nu folosi]i niciodat\ detergen]i, substan]e abrazive sau agen]i acizi. Sterge]i compartimentul interior pentru a fi uscat. Ave]i grij\ s\ evita]i intrarea apei `n contact cu conexiunile electrice ale controlului temperaturii sau becului din interiorul aparatului. Dac\ aparatul nu va fi folosit o perioad\ de timp mai lung\, deconecta]i-l [i scoate]i toate alimentele. Sp\la]i-l [i ]ine]i u[a deschis\. Pentru a p\stra aspectul estetic al aparatului, pute]i [terge exteriorul [i accesoriile u[ii cu silicon. Cur\]area p\r]ii exterioare a circuitului frigorific (motocompresor, condensator, tubulatur\ de leg\tur\) se va face cu o perie moale sau aspiratorul. ~n timpul acestei opera]ii ave]i grij\ s\ nu deforma]i tubulatura sau s\ smulge]i cablajul. Praful acumulat duce la un consum mai mare de energie. Verifica]i garnitura u[ii la intervale regulate. Spala]i-o numai cu ap\, [i [terge]i-o pn\ cnd este complet uscat\.

Producerea cuburilor de ghea]\ ghea]\

Umple]i trei sferturi cu ap\ t\vi]a pentru cuburi de ghea]\ [i pune]i-o `n spa]iul destinat acesteia. Cuburile de ghea]\ se desprind mai u[or dac\ trece]i t\vi]a cteva secunde sub un jet de ap\ rece. Nu folosi]i niciodat\ obiecte ascu]ite, cum ar fi cu]ite sau furculi]e, pentru a scoate cuburile de ghea]\. V\ pute]i r\ni!

~nlocuirea becului interior

9(fig. 9-10) Dac\ becul nu mai func]ioneaz\, scoate]i aparatul din priz\. Asigurati-v\ c\ a]i `n[urubat bine becul `n fasung. Pune]i din nou aparatul `n priz\. Dac\ becul `nca nu func]ioneaz\, `nlocui]i-l cu un bec E14 de 15 W cu soclu filetat. Arunca]i imediat becul ars, `n condi]ii de siguran]\.

Cur\ Cur\]area accesoriilor Etajerele u[ii Scoate]i toate alimentele de pe etajerele u[ii. Ridica]i capacul etajerei `n sus [i scoate]i-l, tr\gnd lateral. Scoate]i partea de jos a etajerei, tr\gnd-o `n sus. T\vi]a colectoare Asigura]i-v\ c\ t\vi]a colectoare din spatele aparatului este mereu curat\. Desface]i u[or clema t\vi]ei de pe compresor, `mpingnd-o, folosind, de exemplu, o [urubelni]\, astfel `nct t\vi]a s\ se poat\ scoate. Ridica]i t\vi]a, sp\la]i-o [i [terge]i-o pna cnd este uscat\. Monta]i-o la loc, `n ordinea invers\ a opera]iilor. Cutia de legume sau sertarele Pentru a sp\la un sertar, trage]i-l afar\ ct mai mult posibil, ridica]i-l `n sus, apoi trage]i-l afar\ complet (fig. 11, 12). Filtrul de miros Filtrul de miros din spatele compartimentului de alimente proaspete previne formarea mirosurilor nepl\cute `n aparat. Pentru a cur\]a filtrul de miros, scoate]i capacul de plastic [i l\sa]i filtrul la soare timp de o zi. ~n acest timp, filtrul se va cur\]a. Pune]i filtrul la loc (fig. 13). Efectua]i aceast\ opera]ie o dat\ pe an.

Instruc]iuni de utilizare
Verifica]i `ntotdeauna perioada de valabilitate indicat\ pe ambalajul alimentelor. Nu impiedica]i circula]ia aerului `n aparat acoperind rafturile. Nu p\stra]i niciodat\ substan]e periculoase sau otr\vitoare `n aparat. Verifica]i `ntotdeauna dac\ alimentele care au fost depozitate pentru o perioada mai `ndelungat\ mai sunt adecvate pentru consum. Nu p\stra]i alimente proaspete [i g\tite `n acela[i vas. ~nchide]i u[a imediat dup\ deschidere, pentru a evita consumul inutil de energie. Nu folosi]i obiecte dure sau ascu]ite pentru a `nlatura ghea]a acumulat\. Nu introduce]i alimente fierbin]i `n aparat. Nu obtura]I ferestrele de distribuire a aerului pentru o bun\ omogenizare a temperaturii `n compartimente. Congelarea L\sa]i alimentele s\ se dezghe]e `ntr-un vas care permite scurgerea apei. Nu dep\[i]i capacitatea maxim\ admisibil\ de congelare atunci cnd congela]i alimente proaspete (v. Sec]iunea "Congelarea"). Nu da]i copiilor `nghe]at\ [i cuburi de ghea]\ direct din congelator. Temperatura scazut\ le poate provoca arsuri ale buzelor. Nu recongela]i niciodat\ alimentele decongelate; alimentele decongelate trebuie consumate `n 24 ore. Numai alimentele g\tite pot fi recongelate. Nu scoate]i alimentele congelate cu minile ude. P\stra]i numai alimentele proaspete [i de calitate irepro[abil\. Folosi]i `ntotdeauna materiale de ambalaj corespunzatoare, pentru a evita p\trunderea mirosurilor sau degradarea alimentelor. P\stra]i alimentele congelate din comert conform cu instruc]iunile de pe ambalaj. Congela]i alimentele g\tite `n cantit\]i mici. Aceasta asigur\ congelarea rapid\ [i men]ine calitatea lor. Nu congela]i lichide `n sticle sau vase `nchise ermetic. Acestea pot exploda la temperaturi sc\zute. Transporta]i alimentele precongelate `n pungi adecvate [i pune]i-le `n congelator ct mai curnd posibil. Dezgheta]i `ntotdeauna alimentele `n compartimentul frigider. 8

Sfaturi practice [i observa]ii

R\cirea Sp\la]i alimentele proaspete [i legumele `nainte de a le pune `n cutia de legume. Intotdeauna impacheta]i alimentele, sau pune]i-le `ntr-un vas adecvat, `nainte de a le introduce `n aparat. Ambala]i `n pungi de polietilen\ produsele care nu se pot p\stra la temperaturi sc\zute: ananas, pepeni, castrave]i, ro[ii, etc). Alimentele care au un miros persistent sau care pot re]ine mirosurile trebuie ambalate `n materiale etan[e sau rezistente la mirosuri. P\stra]i alimentele proaspete separat fa]\ de cele g\tite, pentru a evita contaminarea cu bacterii. Nu p\stra]i niciodat\ carnea proaspat\ mai mult de 2-3 zile. Scoate]i conservele r\mase neconsumate din cutie [i pune]i-le `n vase adecvate.

Zgomote normale de func]ionare
Diverse zgomote func]ionale sunt perfect normale, fiind datorate func]ion\rii sistemului frigorific al aparatului dumneavoastr\. Zgomotele asem\natoare glgitului, fierberii, etc. sunt provocate de agentul frigorific care circul\ `n sistemul frigorific. Aceste zgomote se mai aud, o scurta perioad\ de timp dup\ ce compresorul se opre[te. Zgomotele scurte, pocniturile, sunt provocate de dilatarea [i contrac]ia pereilor interiori sau unor componente din interiorul aparatului. Zumzetul, zgomotele pulsatile sau acute sunt provocate de compresor. Aceste zgomote sunt u[or mai intense la pornirea compresorului [i se reduc atunci cnd aparatul atinge temperaturile de func]ionare. De asemenea, pentru a evita vibra]iile [i zgomotele, asigura]i-v\ c\: - Aparatul st\ pe o suprafa]\ plan\, pe toate cele patru picioare. - Aparatul nu este `n contact cu pere]ii, obiectele din jur sau mobilierul din buc\tarie. - Vasele, sticlele sau farfuriile din frigider nu se ating. - Toate rafturile [i accesoriile sunt instalate corect in interiorul aparatului [i u[ilor.

temperatur\ ridicat\ 4. Apare alarma de temperatur\ ridicat\ Dac\ temperatura compartimentului congelator este ridicat\, se aprinde un simbol de alarm\ pe sistemul de afi[are (fig. 2/m). Simbolul de alarm\ se stinge cnd temperatura real\ a compartimentului congelator scade. Alarma de temperatur\ ridicat\ se poate declan[a din cauza uneia din urm\toarele situa]ii: a) Depozitarea de alimente calde b) Aer cald `n compartimentul congelator c) U[a congelatorului este l\sat\ deschis\ un timp `ndelungat. Dac\ alarma de temperatur\ ridicat\ r\mne pornit\ mai mult de 24 ore, lua]i leg\tura cu service-ul. Alarma de temperatur\ ridicat\ nu este activ\ `n primele 24 ore de la conectarea aparatului la retea. alarm\ 5. Apar mesaje de eroare [i alarm\ ~n cazul apari]iei unei defec]iuni din cauza circuitului electric al aparatului, simbolul alarm\ de pe afi[are (fig. 2/m) `ncepe s\ semnalizeze intermitent `mpreuna cu mesajul de eroare relevant. ~n cazul cnd apar pe display anumite semne (E0, E3, etc), lua]i leg\tura cu service-ul. Algoritmul "fuzzy control" se activeaz\, pentru a p\stra alimentele pn\ la sosirea depanatorului de la service. Simbolul alarm\ se stinge imediat dup\ repararea defec]iunii. real\ 6. Defec]iune la temperatura real\ a frigiderului Aparatul r\ce[te `n func]ie de pozi]ia termostatului frigiderului [i temperatura medie a pachetelor din compartimentul frigider este afi[at\ pe sistemul de afi[are. Temperatura real\ a frigiderului de pe display poate oscila din urm\toarele cauze: a) U[a frigiderului este `nchis\/deschis\ frecvent b) Introducerea de pachete calde `n frigider c) L\sarea u[ii frigiderului deschis\ o perioada de timp indelungat\.

Ce s\ face]i, dac\... s\ dac\

Dac\ defec]iunea dureaz\ mai mult, verifica]i alimentele [i consuma]i-le imediat. De asemenea, pute]i g\ti alimentele decongelate [i apoi le puteti recongela. func]ioneaz\ 3. Becul din interior nu func]ioneaz\. Verifica]i alimentarea electric\! Verifica]i instalarea becului! Deconecta]i aparatul de la re]ea `nainte de a verifica becul. (V. Temperatura real\ a congelatorului afi[at\ pe sistemul de afi[are va ajunge la temperatura reglat\ a congelatorului atunci cnd pachetele sunt suficient de reci. Temperatura real\ a frigiderului de pe display poate oscila din urmatoarele cauze: a) U[a congelatorului este `nchis\/deschis\ frecvent b) Introducerea de pachete calde `n congelator c) L\sarea u[ii congelatorului deschis\ o perioad\ de timp `ndelungat\. deregl\ 8. Alte deregl\ri posibile Nu orice dereglare necesit\ interven]ia serviceului. Foarte des, pute]i rezolva problema f\r\ a apela la service. ~nainte de a solicita interven]ia service-ului, verifica]i dac\ defec]iunea nu a fost provocat\ de o eroare de ac]ionare.

u[\ deschis\ Alarma pentru u[\ deschis\ ~n aparat exist\ un buzzer `ncorporat care-l `n[tiin]eaz\ pe client atunci cnd u[a frigiderului a fost lasat\ deschis\ un minut. Aceast\ alarm\ este o alarm\ periodic\ [i reaminte[te clientului c\ u[a frigiderului este lasat\ deschis\. La u[a congelatorului nu este alarm\ buzzer. Pentru a opri alarma de u[\ deschis\, este suficient s\ ap\sa]i oricare dintre butoanele de pe sistemul de afi[are sau s\ `nchide]i u[a. Astfel, alarma se va opri pna data urmatoare. Schimbarea sensului de deschidere a u[ilor U[a aparatului dumneavoastr\ este proiectat\ pentru a se deschide din ambele sensuri, dup\ cum v\ avantajeaz\. Dac\ dori]i ca u[a s\ se deschid\ din cel\lalt sens, v\ rug\m s\ lua]i legatura cu cel mai apropiat centru de service. urm\ Dac \ a]i urm \ rit indica]iile anterioare [i nu a]i reu[it s \ g \ si]i defec]iunea, va 0245rug \ m s \ apela]i 0245 - 60 51 11 , iar un depanator de la Service Arctic se va deplasa la dom iciliul dumneavoastr \ pentru a remedia defec]iunea.

ATEN}IE !
Nu `ncerca]i niciodat\ s\ repara]i singur aparatul sau componentele electrice ale acestuia. Orice repara]ie f\cut\ de un nespecialist este periculoas\ pentru utilizator [i poate duce la pierderea garan]iei.

Dozatorul de ap\ Dozatorul ap\
Dozatorul de ap\ este o facilitate foarte important\ pentru a ob]ine ap\ far\ s\ deschide]i u[a frigiderului. Din moment ce nu trebuie s\ deschide]i u[a frigiderului frecvent, face]i economie de electricitate. ap\ Folosirea dozatorului de ap\ Ap\sa]i mnerul dozatorului cu paharul. Prin eliberarea mnerului, opri]i curgerea apei. Cnd folosi]i mnerul, un flux maxim este ob]inut prin ap\sarea total\ a mnerului. Cantitatea de ap\ care curge prin dozator depinde de ct de tare ap\sa]i mnerul. Pe m\sur\ ce nivelul apei din pahar cre[te, reduce]i presiunea pe mner pentru a evita un flux prea mare. Dac\ ap\sa]i mnerul numai pu]in, apa va picura; este perfect normal [i nu `nseamn\ o defec]iune. ap\ Umplerea rezervorului dozatorului de ap\ Deschide]i capacul rezervorului cum este aratat in figura al\turat\. Umple]i cu ap\ potabil\. ~nchde]i capacul. Pentru a evita v\rsarea accidental\ a apei, va recomand\m s\ bloca]i v\ accidental\ recomand\ s\ dozatorul.

Atentie!
Nu umple]i rezervorul de ap\ cu altceva dect ap\ potabil\. B\uturi precum suc de fructe, b\uturi carbogazoase, b\uturi alcoolice, nu sunt potrivite pentru a utiliza dozatorul de ap\. Dac\ asemenea lichide sunt folosite, dozatorul de ap\ va functiona prost, [i ar putea s\ sufere defec]iuni ireparabile. Garan]ia nu acoper\ asemenea practici. Unele ingrediente chimice [i aditivi din b\uturi pot ataca de asemenea materialul rezervorului. Folosi]i numai apa potabil\. Capacitatea rezervorului este de 2,2 litri, nu turna]i mai mult! Ap\sa]i mnerul cu o can\ rigid\. Dac\ folosi]i pahare de plastic, ap\sa]i dispozitivul cu degetele pozitionate `n spatele paharului.

Congratulations on your choice of our product which will certainly provide you with many years of good service.

Safety comes first!

Please read the operating manual carefully. It contains important information on how to use your device. If instructions are not adhered to, you may lose your right to service at no charge during the warranty period. Please keep this manual in a safe place and pass it on to later users if applicable.
Do not connect your appliance to the power supply until all packing and transit protectors have

been removed. Leave to stand upright for at least 4 hours before switching on to allow the system to settle if transported horizontally. This appliance must only be used for its intended purpose, i.e. the storing and freezing of edible foodstuff. We do not recommend use of this appliance in an unheated, cold room e.g. garage, conservatory, annex, shed, outdoors, etc. See Location. On delivery, check to make sure that the product is not damaged and that all the parts and accessories are in perfect condition. Do not operate a damaged appliance; if in doubt, check with your dealer. Do not allow children to play with the appliance. Do not sit or stand on or let the children sit or stand on the appliance or on the pull-out parts. Do not hang on the appliance door.

Your device contains no fluoridated coolants (CFC/HFC), but contains the coolant isobutane

(R 600 a), a natural gas which is highly compatible with the environment. (R 600 a) is easily flammable. Therefore, be sure that the cooling circuit is not damaged either during transport or during operations. In the event of damage; Avoid any open flame, sources of sparks and flammable substances. Immediately air the room in which the appliance is located. In case the coolant spraying out contacts your eyes it may cause eye injuries. The space in the room where the appliance is installed must not be smaller than 10 cubic metres.
Do not dispose of the appliance in a fire. Your appliance contains non CFC substances in the insulation which are flammable. Please contact the local authority in your region for information on disposal methods and facilities available.

Warning - Keep ventilation openings on the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction. Warning - Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Warning - Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.

Warning - Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer. Avoid touching the metal condenser wiring on the backside of the appliance; there is risk of injury. In the event of a possible malfunction, disconnect the appliance from the power supply first. Transport instructions
The appliance should be transported only in upright position. Before the performance of the working test in the shop, the packing of the appliance must be intact. After a transport in the horizontal position, the device may only be taken into operation 4 hours after being stood up vertically again. The appliance must be protected against rain, moisture and other atmospheric influences. The manufacturer assumes no liability if safety instructions are disregarded. Location

Instruction for use

Only place the appliance, as shown in the illustration in dry rooms which can be aired. Avoid direct sunlight or direct heat sources such as a stove or a heater. If this cannot be avoided, the following minimum distances should be maintained: Electric stoves: 3,00 cm Heater: 3,00 cm Cooling devices: 2,50 cm Ensure sufficient air circulation for your device. Make sure that sufficient room is provided around the appliance to ensure free air circulation (Item 3). Fit the two plastic wall spacers supplied with the appliance rotating 1/4 turn to the condenser at the back of the appliance (Item 4). The appliance should be located on a smooth surface. The two front feet can be adjusted as required (Item 5). To ensure that your appliance is standing upright adjust the two front feet by turning clockwise or counter-clockwise, until the product is in firm contact with the floor. Correct adjustment of feet avoids excessive vibration and noise.

Disposal
Make the device unusable immediately. Pull out the mains plug and cut the power cable. Remove or destroy snap or latch locks before disposing of the device. In this manner you prevent children from locking themselves in and endangering their lives.

Device setup
Do not operate your appliance in a room where the temperature is likely to fall below 10 at night and/or especially in winter. At C lower temperatures the appliance may not operate, resulting in a reduction in the storage life of the food. The climate class rate of your appliance is given in Technical Features leaflet and written on the rating label inside the appliance. Before you begin operating your device, the following points should be re-checked for safety: Is the device standing properly on the floor? Is there sufficient space for good air circulation? Setting the operating temperature

Freezer Compartment Temperature can be adjused by the electronic display (Item 2) The temperature of the fridge compartment depends on coming amount of air from the freezer compartment. Description of the Control Functions a. Focus-Cool The button is designed for fuzzy cooling of the fridge. Press focus cool button to set the function and the focus cool icon will light on. The focus cool function will automatically take place when there is an instantaneous change on temperature of the fridge compartment. The instantaneous change on the temperature may occur during daily usage of the appliance due loading fesh vegetables into fridge compartment or keeping the fridge door open for a long time in summer. The focus cool function aims to preserve the food against instantaneous changes on the temperature in the fridge compartment. To deactivate focus cool function, it is enough to press focus cool button once more. Even after the power shortage, the appliance will recall focus cool function if it is not deactivated which is sometimes advantage. b) Freezer Set The desired freezer temperature of the appliance can be adjusted by using freezer set button. To change the freezer set temperature press the freezer set button. The first time the button is pressed the current set temperature is shown on the display then afterwards, each time the button is pressed the new freezer set temperature will be displayed in sequence: -18, -20, -22, -24, -18, The freezer set temperature will blink on the display for 5 seconds only. Then the actual freezer temperature will be shown. c. Eco-Fuzzy This button is designed to operate the appliance in the most economical mode via fuzzy algorithm. Press eco fuzzy button to set the function and the Eco Fuzzy icon will light on. The economy icon will light on when the function takes place and the appliance will preserve the foods inside, in the most economical mode. To deactivate eco fuzzy function, it is enough to press eco fuzzy button once more. Even 18

after the power shortage, the appliance will recall eco fuzzy function if it is not deactivated which is sometimes advantage. d) Quick Freeze This button is designed for fast cooling of the freezer. Press quick freeze button to start the function. The quick freeze icon will light on when the function is activated. Each time the quick freeze function is activated, -27 blinks on the display for 5 seconds only. Then the actual freezer temperature will be shown. Quick freeze function lasts for maximum 3 hours. When the quick freeze function is completed, quick freeze icon will light off automatically and the previous fridge set temperature will be recalled. Quick freeze function terminates automatically in 3 hours. To deactivate quick-freeze function manually, it is enough to press quick freeze button once more or freeze set button. The electronic control system incorporates a safety protection so that if the quick freeze button is pressed more than once in a short time, then the compressor will not run immediately. e) Actual Fridge Temperature The average temperature of the packages inside the fridge compartment is shown here. Accordingly, this temperature is not sensitive to instantaneous temperature changes. e) Actual Freezer Temperature The average temperature of the packages inside the freezer compartment is shown here. Accordingly, this temperature is not sensitive to instantaneous temperature changes. Also, the freezer set temperature blinks here for 5 seconds when the freezer set temperature is adjusted. When quick freeze button is pressed, -27 is displayed also here.

g. Freezer Bar Graphs The number of bars lighting on the freezer bar graphs are determined considering the freezer set temperature. If the freezer set temperature is -24; then all the freezer bars light on. If the freezer set temperature is -22; then min icon and bars light on.12 If the freezer set temperature is -20; then min icon and 10 bars light on. If the freezer set temperature is -18; then min icon and 6 bars light on. If quick freeze is active; then all freezer bars light on also. h. Focus-Cool Icon The focus cool icon indicates that the focus cool button is pressed. The focus function will automatically take place there is an instantaneous change on temperature of the fridge compartment i) Economy Icon The economy icon indicates that the appliance is running in the most economical power consumption mode. The economy icon lights on when the fridge set temperature is adjusted to 18 and the eco-fuzzy function takes place When the quick freeze function is activated, this icon lights off. j. Eco-Fuzzy Icon The eco fuzzy icon indicates that the eco fuzzy button is pressed. The eco fuzzy function will take place via some fuzzy algorithms in order to preserve foods in the most economical mode. Eco-fuzzy function takes place if the appliances door is kept closed for a long time or none of the buttons on the display are pressed during a period of time. k) Quick Freeze Icon The quick freeze icon indicates that the quick freeze function is running. The quick-freeze icon lights on when the appliance running in quick-freeze mode. 19 l) Alarm Icon

The alarm icon indicates that there is something wrong with the appliance wiring connection or cooling. Please check the What if... section.

Cooling
Food storage The fridge compartment is for the short-term storage of fresh food and drinks. Store milk products in the intended compartment in the refrigerator. Bottles can be stored in the bottle holder or in the bottle shelf of the door. Raw meat is best kept in a polyethylene bag at the second shelf from the top of the refrigerator. Allow hot foods and beverages to cool to room temperature prior to placing them in the refrigerator. It is suggested not to keep frozen food over crisper cover (as indicated in Item 7) for thawing purposes. The other shelves can be used for thawing purposes. Attention Store concentrated alcohol only standing upright and tightly closed. Attention Do not store explosive substances or containers with flammable propellant gases (canned cream, spray cans etc.) in the appliance. There is a danger of explosion.

Freezing
Freezing food The freezing area is marked with symbol. You can use the appliance for freezing fresh food as well as for storing pre-frozen food Please refer to the recommendations given on the packaging of your food. Attention Do not freeze fizzy drinks, as the bottle may burst when the liquid in it is frozen. Be careful with frozen products such as coloured ice-cubes. Do not exceed the freezing capacity of your appliance in 24 hours. See Technical Features leaflet. In order to maintain the quality of the food, the freezing must be effected as rapidly as possible. Thus, the freezing capacity will not be exceeded, and the temperature inside the freezer will not rise. Attention Keep the already deep-frozen food always separated with freshly placed food. When deep-freezing hot food, the cooling compressor will work until the food is completely frozen. This can temporarily cause excessive cooling of the refrigeration compartment. If you find the freezer door difficult to open just after you have closed it, dont worry. This is due to the pressure difference which will equalize and allow the door to open normally after a few minutes. You will hear a vacuum sound just after closing the door. This is quite normal.

Instruction for use

Making ice cubes Fill the ice-cube tray 3/4 full with water and place it in the freezer. As soon as the water has turned into ice, you can take out the ice cubes. Never use sharp objects such as knives or forks to remove the ice cubes. There is a risk of injury! Let the ice cubes slightly thaw instead, or put the bottom of the tray in water for a short moment.

Defrosting of the device

The appliance is a frost free refrigerator. So there will not be any frost accumulation inside the food storage area. However there will be an automatic defrost at the evaporation area of the appliance when it needs. The water drams into reservoir at the back of the appliance and evaporates automatically through the compressor heat. Ensure that the reservoir is fixed properly above the compressor (Item 8).

Replacing the interior light bulb (Item 9-10)
Should the light fail, switch off at the socket outlet and pull out the mains plug. Then ensure the bulb is screwed securely in the bulb holder. Replace the mains plug and switch on. If the light still fails, obtain a replacement E14 screw-cap type 15 Watt (Max) bulb from your local electrical store and then fit in. carefully dispose of the burnt-out light bulb immediately.

Cleaning of the accessories Door shelves: Remove all food from the door shelves. Lift the cover of the shelf upwards and pull it off sideward. Remove the bottom of the door shelf by pushing it upwards. Collecting container (Pan): Make sure that the pan at the back of the appliance is always clean. Gently release the snap of the pan from the compressor by pushing it using a tool (like screwdriver), so that the pan can be removed. Lift the pan, clean it and wipe it dry. Re-assemble in reverse order. Crisper or Drawers: To clean a drawer, pull it out as far as possible, tilt it upwards and then pull it out completely (Items 11,12). Odor filter: The odor filter at the back of your fresh food comartment prevents formation of bad smell in your product. To clean the odor filter remove the plastic cover and leave the filter under sun light for a day. Filter will be cleaned during this time period. Fit the filter back to its place (Item 13) Perform this operation once a year.

Cleaning and care

Interior and Exterior Surfaces Attention Always unplug the power cable or switch off the circuit breaker before cleaning. Clean the exterior using lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Never use detergents, abrasive or acidic agents. Wipe the inside compartment dry. Be careful to prevent water from getting into contact with the electrical connections of the temperature control or the interior light. If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, unplug the power cable and remove all food. Clean the appliance and keep the door open. To preserve the appearance of your appliance, you can polish the exterior and the door accessories with a silicone wax. Clean the condenser at the back of the appliance once a year using a brush or a vacuum cleaner. Dust build-up leads to increased energy consumption. Inspect the door gasket at regular intervals. Clean with water only, and wipe totally dry.

Practical tips and notes
Cooling Clean fresh food and vegetables before storing in the crisper bin. Always pack or wrap food, or put it in a suitable container, before storing it in the appliance. Wrap food which is not suitable for storage at cold temperatures in polyethylene bags (pineapple, melons, cucumbers, tomatoes etc.). Food with strong odour or apt to acquire odour should be wrapped in airtight or smellproof packaging material. Keep fresh food separate from cooked food, to avoid bacteria contamination. Never keep fresh meat in the fridge for more than 2 or 3 days. Remove any left-over canned food from the can and store it in a suitable container. Refer to the shelf life indicated on the food packaging. Do not obstruct the air circulation inside the device by covering the shelves. Never keep any dangerous or poisonous substances inside your device. Always check food that has been stored for a long period of time for its suitability for consumption. Do not store fresh and cooked food together in the same container. Close the door immediately after opening, to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. Do not use hard or sharp objects to remove the ice build-up. Do not load hot food into your appliance. Freezing

Instruction for use

Always leave food to thaw in a container that allows the thawing water to run off. Do not exceed the maximum allowable freezing capacity when freezing fresh food (see the section "Freezing") Do not give children ice-cream and water ices direct from the freezer. The low temperature may cause freeze burns on lips. Never re-freeze defrosted food; defrosted food must be consumed within 24 hours. Only food that has been cooked can be refrozen. Do not take out frozen food with wet hands. Store only fresh and impeccable food. Always use appropriate packaging material to avoid odour penetration or degradation of the food. Store commercially frozen food in accordance with the instructions given on the packaging. Freeze cooked food in small quantities. This ensures rapid freezing and maintains the quality of the food. Do not freeze liquid in tightly closed bottles or containers. The bottles/containers may burst at low temperatures. Carry pre-frozen food in suitable bags and place it in your freezer as soon as possible. Always defrost food in the fridge compartment.

Normal operating noises

Various functional noises are completely normal due to the operation of the cooling system of your appliance; Gurgling, hissing, boiling or bubbling noises are caused by the refrigerant, circulating inside the cooling system. These noises can still be heard for a short period of time after the compressor shuts off. Sudden, sharp cracking or popping noises are caused by the expansion and contraction of the inside walls or some components inside the cabinets. Buzzing, whirring, pulsating or high-pitched humming noises are caused by the compressor. These noises are slightly louder at the start-up of the compressor and reduce when the appliance reaches the operating temperatures. Also to avoid disturbing vibrations and noises make sure that; Your refrigerator is standing level on all four feet. Your refrigerator is not in contact with the walls, surrounding objects or kitchen cabinets and furniture. Cans, bottles or dishes inside the refrigerator are not touching and rattling against each other. All shelves and bins are mounted correctly inside the refrigerator cabinets and doors.

What, if....
1- The appliance will not work, even though it is switched on. Check if the power cable is properly connected! Check if the mains supply is in order, or if a circuit breaker has been tripped! Check the temperature control for correct setting! 2- There is a power failure. Keep the doors of your device closed. Frozen food will not be affected if the power failure lasts less than the Conservation Time From Failure (hours) declaration mentioned in the Technical Features leaflet. If the power failure lasts longer, check the food and consume it immediately. You can also cook the defrosted food and then re-freeze it. 3- The interior light does not work. Check the power supply! Check the installation of the light bulb! Unplug the power cable before checking the light bulb. (Also see the section Replacing the interior light) 4- There is high temperature alarm If the actual temperature of the freezer compartment is warm then the alarm icon on the display (Fig. 2/m) lights on. The alarm icon lights off when the actual temperature of the freezer compartment cools down. The high temperature alarm may rise up due following situations. a) Warm food storage b) Warm air in the freezer compartment c) Freezer door is left open for a long time If the high temperature alarm remains on for more than 24 hours then contact with the customer service. The high temperature alarm is not active in 24 hours after plugging the appliance into the electricity. 24

5- There is error messages and alarm Incase any failure condition due wiring connection of the appliance occurs, and then the alarm icon on the display (Fig. 2/m) starts blinking together with the relevant error message. Incase some certain characters (E0, E3, ..etc.) appear on the display then contact with the customer service. The fuzzy control algorithm in order to preserve food takes place till the customer service arrives. The alarm icon lights off just after the removal of the failure. 6- There is actual fridge temperature failure The appliance performs cooling considering the fridge set temperature. The actual fridge temperature shown on the display will reach the adjusted fridge set temperature, when the packages are cold enough. There may be some oscillations on the actual fridge temperature shown on the display due; a) The fridge door is Opened / Closed frequently b) Loading warm packages inside the fridge. c) Leaving the fridge door open for a long period of time

7- There is actual freezer temperature failure The appliance performs cooling considering the freezer set temperature. The actual freezer temperature shown on the display will reach the adjusted freezer set temperature, when the packages are cold enough. There may be some oscillations on the actual fridge temperature shown on the display due; a) The freezer door is Opened / Closed frequently b) Loading warm packages inside the freezer c) Leaving the freezer door open for a long period of time 8- Other possible malfunctions Not every malfunction is a case for our customer service. Very often, you can easily resolve the problem without requesting service. Before requesting service, please check if the malfunction has been caused by an operating error. If this is the case, and a service has been requested, a service charge will be levied even if the device is still under guarantee. If the problem persists please contact your dealer or customer service. Please have the type and serial number of your device when calling. The rating label is located inside.

Door Open Alarm
There is a built in buzzer in the appliance that will inform customer if the fridge door is left open for a minute. This alarm is a periodic alarm and it reminds the customer that the fridge door is left open. There is no buzzer alarm related to freezer door. In order to stop the door open alarm, it is enough to press any button on the display or close the door. Thus the alarm will stop till next time.

Reversing the doors

The door of your refrigerator is designed to operate towards both sides at your convenience. If you want the door to open towards the other side, please call the nearest authorized maintenance service for assistance.

Water dispenser
Water dispenser is a very useful feature to obtain chilled water without opening the door of your fridge. Since you do not have to open the door of your fridge frequently, you also save on electricity. Using the water dispenser Push in the lever of the water dispenser with your glass. By releasing the lever, you cut off the dispensing. When operating the water dispenser, maximum flow is achieved by fully depressing the lever. Please note, how much water flows from the dispenser depends on how far you depress the lever. As the level of water in your cup / glass rises, gently reduce the amount of pressure on the lever to avoid overflow. If you depress the lever a small amount, then water will trickle; this is perfectly normal and is not a fault. Filling in the water tank of water dispenser Open the cap of the water tank as illustrated in the figure. Fill in with pure and clean drinking water. dose the cap. To avoid accidental water dispensing we recommend you to lock the water dispenser. [See Page 27] Caution! Do not fill water tank with any liquid other than drinking water; beverages such as fruit juice, carbonated fizzy soda drinks, alcoholic drinks are not suitable for use with water dispenser. If such liquids are used, the water dispenser will malfunction and may be damaged beyond repair. The guarantee does not cover such uses. Some chemical ingredients and additives in such drinks / beverages may also attack and damage water tank material. Only use clean pure drinking water. Capacity of water dispenser tank is 2.2 litres [3.8 pints], do not overfill. Push the water dispenser lever with a rigid cup. If you are using a plastic disposable cup, then push the lever with your fingers from behind the cup. Safety lock is supplied for your convenience when filling the water tank and also to avoid small children tampering with the water dispenser. [See Page 27]

Remove the water tank, open the latches on both sides and detach the top cover mechanism from the water tank. Clean the water tank with warm clean water, reinstall the top cover mechanism and fasten the latches. When installing the water tank, make sure that hooks behind it fits securely into the hangers on the door. Make sure that parts removed during cleaning (if any) are installed correctly into their original locations. Otherwise, water may leak. Important: Water tank and components of water dispenser are not dishwasher-proof. The follow ing information is valid only for the water dispensers endow ed w ith lock You may use the lock in order to avoid small children tampering with the water dispenser. To do this, slide the locking latch from left to right as illustrated in the figure. You must slide the latch back to left position in order to use the water dispenser. Water tray Water that drips while using the water dispenser accumulates in the drip tray. Remove the drip tray by pulling it towards yourself and empty it from time to time. Remove the plastic drainer part as shown in the diagram by pressing down on the edge. Remove the water valve from the water tank as shown in the diagram. When re-fitting, make sure the O-shaped seal is in place.
