Tema acestei lucrri este Afaceri cu produse inovative n care este prezentat un studiu de
fezabilitate succinct, noiuni de inovaie n afacerea pe care doresc s o dezvolt, ghidul unei
afaceri de succes, analiza calitativ i cantitativ asupra produselor raw vegana.
n capitolul 1 am sintetizat cteva aspecte teoretice cu privire la inovaie, ce reprezint pentru
firm inovarea, descrierea procesului de inovare, ct i descriera unei afaceri cu produse
inovative.
n capitolul 2 am realizat o scurt prezentare a societii Cofetria Simina.
n capitolul 3 am realizat un studiu de fezabilitate succint n care am trecut prin toate etapele
corespunztoare.
n capitolul 4 am realizat un studiu de caz asupra consumului de produse tradiionale eco.
n capitolul 5 am concluzionat aspectele tratate n aceast lucrare i mi-am expus punctul de
vedere cu privire la afacerea cu produse inovative i ct de important este s ai o idee
inovativ.
De unde ideea de cofetrie?
Fiind student la facultatea de Antreprenoriat,Ingineria si Managementul Afacerilor, m-am
gndit c ar fi o idee excelent s-mi deschid o afacere dup ce termin facultatea.

Prezentarea afacerii
Ideea acestei afaceri se refer la o afacere in domeniul alimentaiei publice, domeniul de
producie a produselor de cofetrie.
Laboratorul nostru de cofetrie nu doar c o s ofera cele mai bune prjituri, produse att
dup reete de cofetrie ct i reete de cas, dar i produse obinute prin metoda fra foc .
Aceste produse pot fi preparate de orice persoan care dorete s nvee de la un adevrat
profesionist cum poi prepara un desert pentru persoanele dragi.
Totul pare promitor, avnd n vedere c afacerea cu prjituri va fi una de succes, atta timp
ct te adaptezi pieei, caui s observi ce vor clienii ti, s le oferi ceea ce caut, s gndeti
naintea lor poate ce i doresc, trebuie s fii inovativ.

Nimic nu se compar cu tortul personalizat pe care l comanzi sau pe care l poi prepara tu
singur n laboratorul nostru, ai nevoie doar de timp, ingredientele necesare se regsesc n
laborator.
Sunt sigur c nicio criza economic nu ne va opri din a merge la o prjitur n mod frecvent,
realizm c discutm despre o oportunitate de afaceri demn de luat n considerare pentru
2014 i nu numai.
In urma unui sondaj efectuat pe un eantion de aproximativ 50 persoane am observat c
dac pn acum, clienii cereau produsele standard: amandine, savarina,diplomat, fiind
produsele cele mai cunoscute, ei au nceput sa consume produse preparate prin metoda fra
foc: tort cu afine, tart cu portocale, lapte de migdale cu mure,turt dulce raw.Produsul de
baz pentru orice cofetriei, fiind considerat de clieni cel mai bun este tortul cu zmeura.
Produsele i serviciile oferite de Cofetria Simina ncearc s acopere un segment de piaa
care nu este foarte cunoscut, produse vegana fr foc preparate de proprii clieni.
Aceste delicatese, nu numai c nu ngra i nu sunt nocive, ci chiar aduc organismului gura
de oxigen de care are nevoie pentru a funciona ct mai bine.
Obiective pentru viitor:
-colaborare cu gradinitele din Bucuresti pentru a ii invata pe cei mici sa pregateasca un desert
pentru parinti
- sa ne adaptm sezonului.
- sa ne facem cunoscui! Avem grij ca toi cei care mnnc din produsele noastre s
cunoasc cine suntem. Ne adaptm programul!

The theme of this paper is "Business with innovative products" which presented a feasibility
study briefly the notion of innovation in business they want to develop, guide a successful
business, qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw vegan products.

In Chapter 1, we synthesized several theoretical aspects of innovation, which is the firm


innovation, innovation process description and the description of a business with innovative
products.
In chapter 2 we made a short presentation of the company cafeteria "Simina".
In Chapter 3, we conducted a feasibility study in which I briefly went through all the
appropriate steps.
In Chapter 4, we conducted a case study on the consumption of traditional cross.
In Chapter 5, we conclude the issues covered in this paper and I made your point about the
business with innovative products and how important it is to have an innovative idea.

From where the idea?


Being a student at Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management, I thought it
would be a great idea to open my business after graduate.

The idea of this business refers to a business in the catering industry, the production of
confectionery.
Our laboratory cakes will not only offer the best cakes, cakes recipes such as homemade
recipes, and products obtained by the method without fire.
These products can be prepared by anyone who wants to learn from a real pro as you can
prepare a dessert for a loved one.

It seems promising, given that the business will be successful cake, as long as you adjust to
the market, looking to notice what your customers want, give them what they seek, to think
what they want before they may need to be innovative.

Nothing compares with custom cake that you command or you can prepare it yourself in our
laboratory, you just need time necessary ingredients found in the laboratory.

I'm sure any economic crisis will not stop us from going to a cake frequently realize that
talking about a business opportunity worthy of consideration for 2014 and beyond.
In a survey conducted on a sample of about 50 people so far I've noticed that if customers
