Concursul Naional de Business Planuri pentru Tineri este una din puinele

Manageri din Moldova
Asociaia Naional a Tinerilor Manageri din Moldova (ANTiM) este o organizaie

non-guvernamental creat cu scopul de a susine si dezvolta spiritul
managerial al tinerilor din Republica Moldova. Activitatea ANTiM este orientat
continu spre cutarea continua de noi modaliti de implicare a tinerilor n
activiti manageriale n vederea mbuntirii sistemului managerial din
Moldova.
Proiectele ANTiM sunt orientate spre stimularea iniiativei tinerilor n
autoangajare i autorealizare. Noi ncurajm i asistm tinerii n dezvoltarea
afacerilor proprii, ce reprezint o opiune de a deveni independent de piaa
local a locurilor de munc. Astfel, tinerii au ansa de a-i crea propriul loc

The National Association of Young Managers from Moldova (ANTiM) is a nongovernmental organization created with the aim of suppor ting and developing
the managerial spirit of young people from the Republic of Moldova. ANTiMs
activity is directed towards finding new ways of involving youth in managerial
activities in order to improve the managerial system in Moldova. ANTiMs
projects are designed to stimulate youths involvement in self-employment
and selfrealization.
We encourage and assist young people in developing their own enterprises,
which is an option in becoming indepent from the local employment market.
Thus, these people may create their own working places instead of looking for
