CODUL TURISTULUI

Este interzis fumatul şi vapatul (ţigarea electronică – conform hot.C.E.) în camere,

apartament şi în incinta pensiunii, pensiunea fiind dotată cu dispozitive antifum care sunt conectate
la pompieri. Sosirea pompierilor presupune costuri de deplasare a acestora care vor fi suportate de
persoana care declanşeaza aceste dispozitive. Locurile de fumat sunt stabilite pe terasă şi foişor,
care sunt dotate cu scrumiere;

Turistii sunt obligati:

 sa nu deterioreze obiectele din dotarea Pensiunii in caz contrar acestia datoreaza Pensiunii
suma egala cu valoarea obiectului deteriorat si manopera;
 sa nu preia la plecare vreun obiect din dotare;
 sa nu deranjeze linistea celorlalti clienti;
 sa foloseasca doar spatiile comune ale Pensiunii si camerele rezervate de ei;
 sa nu intre in alte camere sau in spatiile destinate doar personalului Pensiunii;
 sa nu lase copiii nesupravegheati;
 sa anunte cat de repede posibil orice defectiune a aparatelor sau instalatiilor din dotare;
 nu folositi prosoapele pentru: sters parul vopsit, pentru demachiat, curatat incaltamintea,
geamantanele, pardoseala etc. A se folosi pentru uz corporal;
 sa respecte orele de odihna din pensiune: 22:00 – 9.00 si 14:00 – 17:00.

Deoarece confortul fiecărui turist este important pentru noi, va rugam sa respectaţi orele de
odihnă. Daca din motive obiective sosiţi in pensiune după ora 22:00 va rugăm să păstraţi liniştea.

Orice accident produs ca urmare a utilizarii necorespunzatoare a obiectelor din dotare sau
nerespectarii prezentului regulament nu este responsabilitatea noastra. De asemenea, orice
accident produs ca urmare a nesupravegherii copiiilor nu este responsabilitatea noastra.

Camerele sunt dotate cu minibaruri aprovizionate conform inventarului afişat pe acestea.

Sunt interzise :
 ESTE INTERZIS FUMATUL, CONSUMUL DE BAUTURI SI ALIMENTE IN CAMERE!
 prepararea alimentelor si consumul acestora in camere; consumul de alimente fiind permis
numai in spatiile cu destinatia de alimentatie publica.
 Este interzisa aruncarea mucurilor de tigari stinse in prealabil, in alt loc decat scrumiere.
 Gunoiul si resturile menajere se vor depozita în saci menajeri, care se pot procura de la
receptie, sau în cosurile de gunoi amplasate pe raza pensiunii;
 Nu aruncati în WC obiecte care ar putea conduce la avarierea statiei de colectare a
rezidurilor;
 Nu se accepta animale de companie.

Prosoapele din bai se schimba la 2 zile, iar lenjeria de pat la 3 zile sau la solicitare (in
conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului 1051/2011 privind normele de clasificare ale unitatilor turistice
incadrate la categoria 3 stele / margarete).

Temperatura ambientala din spaţiile de cazare ocupate, din spațiile de servire şi din cele
comune, conform Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1267/2010 trebuie sa fie de minim de 21 grade C, iar
pentru structurile de primire turistice care au in dotare sistem de climatizare / aer condiționat,
temperatură maximă va fi de 25 grade C;
Pentru orice distrugere sau avariere a bunurilor sau nerespectarea normelor de curatenie si
liniste se vor lua masuri în consecinta si se vor achita sumele aferente repararii daunelor produse.
 Acest regulament vine in întâmpinarea aşteptărilor turiştilor noştri. In cazul nerespectarii uneia
sau mai multor restrictii din acest regulament ne rezervam dreptul de a actiona conform legii pentru
incalcarea proprietatii private sau a regulilor interne ale acesteia.

It is forbidden to smoke and digest (electronic cigarette - according to hot.C.E.) in the
rooms, apartment and in the pension, the pension being equipped with antifouling devices that are
connected to firemen. The arrival of firefighters involves the cost of displacing them that will be
borne by the person triggering these devices. The smoking areas are set on the terrace and the
gazebo, which are equipped with ashtrays;

Tourists are obliged:

 not to damage objects belonging to the Pension, otherwise they owe the Pension equal to the
value of the damaged object and the workmanship;
 Not to take over any item of equipment;
 not to disturb the peace of other clients;
 to use only the shared spaces of the Pension and the rooms reserved by them;
 not to enter other rooms or spaces intended only for the staff of the Pension;
 Do not leave children unattended;
 to announce as soon as possible any malfunction of the equipment or installations;
 Do not use towels for: removing dyed hair, removing, cleaning shoes, suitcases, flooring, etc. To
be used for bodily use;
 respect the rest of the boarding house: 22:00 - 9:00 and 14:00 - 17:00.

Because the comfort of every tourist is important to us, please observe the rest times. If for
objective reasons you arrive in the hostel after 22:00 please keep quiet.
Any accident resulting from inappropriate use of endowments or failure to comply with this
regulation is not our responsibility. Also, any accident caused by unsupervised children is not our
responsibility.

The rooms are equipped with minibars supplied according to the inventory displayed on
them.

Are forbidden:
• SMOKING, DRINKING AND FOOD CONSUMPTION IS PROHIBITED!
• food preparation and consumption in the rooms; the consumption of food is allowed only in public
catering areas.
• It is forbidden to discard cigarette butts beforehand in a place other than ashtrays.
• Garbage and household waste will be deposited in household bags, which can be purchased at
the reception desk, or in the garbage cans located on the radius of the guest house;
• Do not throw objects into the toilet that could lead to damage to the waste collection station;
• No pets allowed.
Bath towels are changed to 2 days, and bed linen 3 days or on request (in accordance with the
Order 1051/2011 on Classification Rules for Tourist Units Category 3 stars / daisies).

The ambient temperature in the occupied accommodation spaces, service spaces and
common areas, according to the Government Decision no. 1267/2010 must be at least 21 degrees
C, and for tourist accommodation facilities equipped with air conditioning / air conditioning system,
the maximum temperature will be 25 degrees C;

For any destruction or damage to property or failure to comply with the rules of cleanliness
and quietness, steps shall be taken accordingly and the sums relating to the repair of the damage
incurred shall be paid.
 This regulation meets the expectations of our tourists. In the event of non-compliance with
one or more of the restrictions in this regulation, we reserve the right to act in accordance with the
law for violation of private property or its internal rules.
