ver.3 5
standardelor in vigoare.

Sunt realizate în zece dimensiuni de fabricaţie, respectiv cu putere termică de 18; 25,6; 30,1; 40,6;
într-o instalaţie cu funcţionare gravitaţională sau cu circulaţie forţată cu pompă de circulaţie;
GAZEIFICAREA
substanţiala a costurilor energetice. Uscare

peretele interioare a acestuia.
AMPLASAREA
7132-86; STAS 3417-85 ; Normativ I 13-94; Normativ I 13/1-96; PT C 9-2003; PT A2-2003;colecţia
ISCIR; GP 051-2000; P 118-99.
fig.8.

unui robinet de golire termică “supapă termică ” STS 20 sau TS 130;
fig.10.
SISTEME DE INSTALARE
verticală a cazanului.
Fundul vasului de expansiune trebuie să depăşeasca nivelul cel mai înalt al instalaţiei cu minim 1,5 m;
- alegerea traseelor de conducte;
- dimensionarea conductelor;
ver.3 19
1.8.2. Sisteme închise (cu vas de expansiune închis)
fig.
Q= v x (P1 + B) / B x 1,3 ; unde
Q – capacitatea vasului

- răcirea cazanului sub 90°C;

frontala a cazanului.
ardere, arde. Aerul secundar este
distribuit prin duza de ardere prin
1 intermediul a două ţevi de secţiune
circulară prevăzute cu găuri (faţă în faţă,
2 decalat) furnizănd oxigen direct în zona
de formare a flăcării.
Reglajul aerului se face din şurubul aflat
pe conducta de refulare principală a
rampei de aer.
Prin rotirea surubului în sens orar –sens
de rotaţie 1. fig.21.- se reduce debitul de
aer de ardere.
Prin rotirea surubului sens antiorar – sens
de rotaţie 2. fig.21.- se măreste debitul de
aer de ardere.
Conducta de refulare principală a rampei
fig.21. de aer este demontabilă prin
17. dezşurubarea celor 4 piuliţe M6, astfel se
poate verifica şi debloca clapeta unisens.
ver.3 33
ALIMENTAREA
combustibil;
EXPLOATARE
A 3.12. Exploatare
fig.22
.
fig.23
fig.24

ver.3 38
ÎNTREŢINEREA
închidere a uşi.

BOILERE MIXTE ELDOM INVEST
400, 500 litri
BOILERE MIXTE
STIMATE CLIENT,
- electric cu ajutorul unor rezistente;
paletul si reinsurubati bolturile cu picioruse in aceleasi gauri. Pozitionati boilerul in locul destinat acestuia. Dupa instalarea
Dupa
conexiunea conductorilor la borne, capacul trebuie fixat la loc. In exteriorul
acestuia.
Distanta dintre contactele acestui dispozitiv in pozitia oprit trebuie sa fie cel putin
capacul protector, intra in functiune rezistentele electrice si incepe sa se
incalzeasca apa.
La boilerele in varianta
Opriti imediat functionarea boilerulu! Intrerupeti alimentarea
electrica, intrerupeti alimentarea cu apa rece a boilerului si opriti recirculatia apei in
boiler(e).
Utilizarea
boilerelor si a racordurilor acestora trebuie efectuata strict urmand instructiunile
producatorului.
INTRETINERE
indepartate in fiecare an sau la doi ani. Indepartarea depunerilor nu constituie obiectul garantiei boilerului.
REGULI IMPORTANTE
1. Boilerele trebuie instalate si utilzate in conformitate cu cerintele din acest manual in premiza unei protectii normale
impotriva incendiilor, in care apa din boiler poate fi golita si evacuata in conditii de siguranta.
2. Este interzisa actionarea boilerului de catre copii.
o
7. Prevenirea inghetului apei in interiorul boilerului – daca exista riscul atingerii unor temperaturi reduse (sub 0 C), atunci
boilerul trebuie golit (vezi sectiunea “RACORDAREA TEVILOR LA INSTALATIA DE ALIMENTARE CU APA SI INSTALATIA
DE INCALZIRE”.
deschidere a supapei.
11. Anodul de protectie trebuie inlocuit periodic inclusiv dupa expirarea perioadei de garantie.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plan the measuring outlet in a part of the pipe installation or of the tank where the flow is uniform and
undisturbed.
2. If the fluid is dirty, viscous or crystallising, use a diaphragm seal.
3. Check that the measuring range for the pressure to be measured is in accordance with the scale of the
pressure gauge.
4. Check that the fluid temperature is compatible with that of the pressure gauge operation. If necessary, mount a
siphon.
5. Mount an isolation valve between the pressure gauge and the pressure outlet to be able to perform its
maintenance.
6. A glycerine filling and a damper are necessary, when vibrations are present on the installation.
7. Use a flat gasket suitable for the fluid, to avoid leak-tightness for the pressure gauge fitting.
8. When screwing on the pressure gauge, do not hold it by the dial, but use a flat wrench on the fitting as shown in
the diagram below.
9. If the pressure gauge is filled with glycerine, bring it to atmospheric pressure by cutting the pressure release plug
nipple.
10. If a hydrostatic test is carried out on the installation, do not exceed the pressure intended for the pressure
gauge. Otherwise, close the isolation valve or remove the pressure gauge.
11. During start-up, slowly open the isolation valve to prevent water hammer which can damage the pressure gauge.
12. Gently tap the pressure gauge case.
13. Read the displayed value.

DATE TEHNICE
CARTE TEHNICA
POMPE AUTOAMORSANTE
JA-JR-JGR-JG-JX
alama, otel) sau 50°C daca rotorul este din plastic (noryl) sau daca exista garnituri;
40°C;
montarea pompei cu motorul aflat sub corpul pompei;
cu atat numarul pornirilor trebuie sa fie mai mic;
• Presiunea maxima de lucru este: in cazul pompelor PE50-PL50/JR/JA60÷120/JGR-JR/JX/PA/SE/SD/SC/RA/KB100 – 6
bar, in cazul pompelor PC/JA150÷300/KM/KBJ – 8 bar, in cazul pompelor PE80-100/PL80-100/MN/MO-MV – 10 bar, in
cazul pompelor KB150÷1500 – 11 bar.
Conductele
mic decat diametrul racordului pompei.
- trebuie sa fie cat mai scurta posibil, fara blocaje sau schimbari bruste de directie;
- trebuie sa fie perfect etansa si sa reziste depresiunilor create in timpul aspiratiei pompei;
Clapeta, montata in amonte fata de
a pompei.
Bransamentul electric trebuie realizat intotdeauna de catre personal autorizat, respectand normele in vigoare.
orificiul prevazut pt. aceasta. Innici uncazpompanutrebuiesa functionezeinsec.
Intretinere
Pompele nu necesita o intretinere speciala. Daca exista pericolul aparitiei inghetului in cazul opririi prelungite a pompei, corpul

SIMPO Addressable Fire Alarm Panel – Installation and Programming Manual
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. General Description
SIMPO is an addressable fire panel with maximum coverage of 16 zones and connecting 1 to 2 loops. The panel
supports communication protocol Teletek Electronics (SIMPO TTE Loop) and operation with SensoIRIS addressable
device series.
Every SIMPO TTE Loop provides up to 250 devices (detectors and modules, regardless of the type).
An arbitrary number of devices can be added to each zone thus ensuring the easy adaptation of the system to any type
of configuration.
To avoid or significantly diminish problems when mounting the system it must be carefully planned prior to installation.
This includes: establishing an address for every device and planning a name of maximum 40 digits (including the
spaces) for each address, thereby ensuring easy access to the device.
According to the acting standards for establishing fire systems and the plan of the building, the devices must
be grouped in zones.

Ri - is the total resistance of the isolator modules in the loop;
Imax - is the maximum current consumption in the loop - total amount of the current consumption of all devices in the
loop *.
ATTENTION! Always calculate the maximal cable length according the mentioned above formulas!
If LC > LC1max or LC > LC3max - the fire panel would not be able to communicate with the devices.

SIMPO Addressable Fire Alarm Panel – Installation and Programming Manual
The connection diagram shown on Figure 15, gives the possibility to protect devices against opening and short circuit.
For example, short-circuit in section 2 will not influence the operation of sections 1 and 3. The isolator modules at the
both ends of section 2 will isolate it, and section 1 and 3 will continue working properly, as section 1 will operate by
supply from the channel “A” and section 3 - by supply from channel “B”. Since the fire panel will not be able to
communicate with the devices from section 2, it will generate an alarm signal for lost devices and open circuit.

SIMPO Addressable Fire Alarm Panel – Installation and Programming Manual
This menu allows the installer to set or change the device address or to perform self-addressing procedure. The type of
addressing depends on the installer’s preferences and the system capacity and configuration.
The installer can use two addressing procedures for adding new devices to the system configuration.
- AUTO ADDRESSING. The new devices are directly connected to the panel Loop 1 and/ or Loop 2. The panel
will recognize them and gives automatically addresses according the order of the devices in the line. The panel will
start with the first free address in the system configuration. The installer can SAVE the new devices one-by-one or all
at the time from the Menu 3. Devices Setup.
- SELF ADDRESSING. The new devices are prepared for connection to the system configuration - the loop
line is ready but the devices are not installed (the detectors and sounders are not mounted to the bases, the call points
and modules are not connected to the loop). The installer enters 4. Addressing - 4.3. Self addressing menu. The panel
shows the first free address for every of the loops. Now the installer can start mounting detectors and modules one by-
one. The panel will set the displayed address number to the mounted device and automatically proceeds with next free
address in the system.
To set address to a device, enter in the installer’s menu - 4. ADDRESSING - 4.1. SET ADDRESS. The device must be
prepared for connection to the panel (loop 1 or loop 2).
The system automatically shows the first address in the system. You can check the device assigned at this address
with pressing the ‘LED ON’ button - the LED(s) of the device will lighting on permanently. Next pressing of the same
button will off the LED. Use the button ‘CHANGE’ to switch to loop 2 if present in the system. The address is free if
‘SAVE’ button is active.
To find a free address use the up and down arrows to scroll over the address numbers.
The free address in the system configuration is recognized with active ‘SAVE’ functional button (2) in the last row of the
screen. Take the new device and connect it to the system - mount the detector or siren to the base or connect the
module to the loop. Press the ‘SAVE’ button and wait for a couple of seconds. If the addressing is successful the
message ‘SUCCESSFUL’ starts blinking on the screen. If the message is ‘ERROR’ then there is a problem - the device
is not properly connected; there is no communication with the panel. You can proceed with setting the next address or
escape with ‘CANCEL’ button.
The system automatically shows the first address in the system. Use the up and down arrows to select the address of
the device you want to change.
39

In this submenu the installer can perform self addressing procedure of devices to the system configuration. The self
addressing procedure is suitable when there are great amount of devices to be connected to the panel.
The new devices are prepared for connection to the system configuration - the loop line is ready but the devices are
not installed (the detectors and sounders are not mounted to the bases; the call points and modules are not connected
to the loop).
To perform self addressing, enter in the installer’s menu - 4. ADDRESSING - 4.3. SELF ADDRESSING. The panel
shows the first free address for every of the loops. Now the installer can start mounting detectors and modules one by-
one. The panel will set the displayed address number to the mounted device and automatically proceeds with next free
address in the system.
IMPORTANT NOTES!
1. During the self addressing procedure leave minimum 10 sec time interval between connecting the
next device to the loop.
2. NEVER connect devices to both loops at the same time. Connect all devices to loop 1 first and
after that proceed with loop 2.
3. Write the address number of the device on the provided sticker - for detectors and sounders on
the base, and for modules and call points - on the PCB.
4. After completing the self addressing procedure test the devices with LED indication on.

DESCRIPTION
Telephone dialers are signaling devices that can call and send pre-recorded messages to a series of programmed telephone numbers.
The B-TEL2 dialer is available in a plastic box (ABS) that can be attached to the exterior of the control panel to which it must be connected.
The dialer is designed to operate 4 channels, and thus control 4 distinct events (such as the burglar and fire alarms). Alarm messages can be
associated with each channel.
These messages are recorded in the solid-state memory, avoiding the problems associated with using magnetic tape, including: loss of message
quality over time, mechanical hitches after long periods of inactivity, etc…
An internal speaker allows one to check the quality and accuracy of recorded messages.
Programming all the typical parameters of this device is simplified by the use of an alphanumeric keypad and LED display. The device can also
be programmed with the appropriate software.
) All programmed data (including alarm messages) are stored in the non-volatile memory for an indefinite length of time, even
when power is not present.
The plastic box is provided with tamper protection (against unauthorized openings) and optional anti-tearing protection. The box can house a 12
V - 1.2 Ah battery
CAUTION - After the dialer is installed, it may be necessary to remove the front panel for maintenance or repair
purposes. Bear in mind that if the tamper switch is connected to the corresponding line of an anti-intrusion
system, the latter can cause an undesired alarm. Therefore, before removing the front panel of the dialer, make
sure that the panel's alarm group is disabled (refer to the control panel's instructions for information on how to
disable the alarm group).
2. Pass the connection cables through the opening [8] and mount the dialer using the holes [3].
3-4 [L.I.] Internal telephone line. These terminals are used to connect other devices that will share the line
(telephone exchanges, telephones, fax, modem, etc.).
the event of an alarm, the dialer will use the telephone line to which it is connected for the time
necessary to carry out the programmed call cycle.
-] Ground
5 [-
CAUTION - As required by telecommunication systems safety standards, the 5 [-] terminal must be connected
to the ground of the electrical circuit to protect the dialer from overvoltage on the telephone line.
6-7 [A.S.] Tamper. These terminals are connected to the tamper switch [14] and are normally closed. They
open when the box's front panel is removed (anti-opening protection). Connect these terminals to the
tamper line of the security system control panel.
CAUTION - During a power failure, no voltage will be present at the [+12] terminal. In order to continue powering
loads, draw the voltage directly from the battery's positive terminal.
11-12-13-14 [L1][L2][L3][L4] Alarm channels. Normally, these terminals must be connected to Positive.
When Positive drops, the dialer will call the telephone numbers and playback the alarm message associated
with that alarm channel.
IMPORTANT - Channel #1 is prioritized over other alarm channels. If channel #1 is activated, the channel
#1 call cycle will be performed, even if the dialer has already begun another channel's call cycle.
15-16 [+12] [M
M] Power supply. The dialer can be powered by two different voltages, 13.8 Vcc or 27.6 Vcc.
7 B-TEL2
CAUTION - Before applying voltage to terminals [+12] and [M
M], ensure that the jumper [18] is correctly
positioned.
BASIC CONNECTIONS
The basic connections are necessary for dialer function. They are illustrated, with the channels highlighted, in
Figure 3. In the connection example, alarm channel L1 is connected to the normally closed contact (NC) of the
burglary system and receives, under normal conditions, the positive input voltage. G
) The dialer's default programming allows for activation by the absence of the positive signal ('Positive drop',
factory setting, see jumper [16]). Should this setting change (activation with a 'Negative command') the
alarm channel must be connected to a ground output in the event of an alarm (for example, Open-Collector).
A UXILIAR
UXILIARYY CONNECTIONS
The dialer does not require auxiliary connections in order to function. However, these connections provide
many useful options. All auxiliary connections are shown in Figure 3 and described in the following paragraphs.
Tamper - Connection to tamper line terminals allows detection of possible attempts to tamper with the dialer
box. In Figure 3, these terminals are connected in series to the security system tamper line.
Connection to other devices - The B-TEL2 is provided with 4 alarm channels. Channel 1 can, for example, be
used to connect the alarm relay of a fire-protection system (as shown in the example), or the anti-theft alarm
relay of a burglary system (connected to Channel 2 in the example) or a radio-receiver relay (telecare).
Interrupt alarm cycle - An alarm channel can be used for the Stop Alarm function. For example, a momentary
positive activation of the 14[L4] terminal can interrupt the alarm cycle already underway (see also "Stop Alarm"
in the PROGRAMMING chapters). In order for this feature to function, Channel L4 must be programmed (by
software or keypad) as "Positive command".
A CTIV
CTIVAATION POLARITY
The dialer can be activated with positive or negative polarity signals (as specified in Table 2). To set activation
polarity, move the jumper [16] (see Figure 1). The dialer is factory-set to be activated with positive polarity
signals.
Activation mode can be programmed via software or keypad. Keep the following considerations in mind:
H With + polarity: dialer is activated by the application of a positive signal (positive command).
With - polarity: dialer is activated by the lack of a negative signal (negative drop).
L With + polarity: dialer is activated by the lack of a positive signal (positive drop).
With - polarity: dialer is activated by the application of a negative signal (negative command).
CAUTION - When using positive command signals with a voltage higher than 20 V, it is necessary to
connect to a 10Kohm resistor (not provided): see Fig. 4.
