- cheltuielile ce tin de consumul de apa se impart cf consumurilor inregistrate la apometrul fiecarei proprietati
- cheltuielile ce tin de parcarile subterane (energie electrica a becurilor, mentenanta usii de acces,etc) se impart in mod egal doar proprietarilor de parcari subterane
