Kanban identificarea loturilor de piese pt optimizarea stocurilor (formare,
consum, transport)

5 S organizarea locului de munca (seiri-sort, seiton-systematize, seiso-sanitize,
seiketsu-standardize, shitsuke-self-discipline)

Heijunka nivelul de productie pt onorarea comenzilor si activarea sistemului
