Legat de evaluarea elevilor aş vrea să avem cât mai multe teste tip
grilă, cu mai multe răspunsuri, deoarece în acest fel evaluarea ar fi
obiectivă. Aş mai dori ca accentul în şcoală să nu fie pus pe verificare şi
evaluare ci pe învăţarea şi aprofundarea materiilor predate.

5. Cel care are alte valori decat cele ale scolii poate beneficia de un
cadru in care sa le exprime.
13. Este acceptat ca, in cadrul corpului profesoral, sa-ti exprimi emotiile
(manie, bucurie, etc.)
22. Conducerea scolii face in asa fel incat toti profesorii sa fie implicati
in deciziile care se iau.
Școlile din viitor nu vor mai avea de-a face nici cu problema
absenteismului școlar, iar acest lucru va fi posibil atât mulțumită
tehnologiilor noi, cât și unei schimbări de mentalitate. Pe de o parte,
există deja platforme care le permit părinților să vadă în timp real
situația școlară a copiilor, să comunice cu profesorii și să verifice dacă
cei mici sunt prezenți la toate cursurile. Dar nu numai teama că pot fi
văzuți de părinți îi va ține pe copii la școală. Tehnologiile din sălile de
clasă ale viitorului, lecțiile interactive și metodele distractive de a-și
petrece pauzele vor face școala mai atrăgătoare. Legat de schimbarea
de mentalitate menționată mai sus, aceasta s-ar putea manifesta prin
reducerea orelor clasice de cursuri și alternarea lor cu ateliere practice,
dar și prin scurtarea programului școlar sau renunțarea la conceptul de
”temă pentru acasă”. Cam acestea sunt tendințele în materie de
învățământ în unele state, iar rezultatele bune înregistrate mulțumită
acestor strategii ar putea asigura adoptarea lor în mai multe țări.

-The Ideal School-
Now a more delicate subject ... the teachers ... I think it would be
best to be as different as possible. To be even a severe teacher, and at
least one who would eat us, so much would love us as a class. They love
100% of what they do, and give everything out of the way for every
generation to be as good as possible.
Every time I try to imagine the school where I would proudly take
my school building in front of me every day. Not every day I feel this,
but I know that there are high and respectful efforts here! That's why I
feel good at my school. And, who knows, maybe this is the secret of the
ideal school ...
The reasons are of all sorts, which more logical and correct, but
what is the point of thinking about them?
-the system is outdated (it was created for the era of industrialization,
when people had to do repetitive activities in factories, and now we are
already outstripping the information era)
Each participant receives more cards (more than 50, the more it
is, the better) on which the characteristics of a good school are written.
Each participant has 15 to 20 minutes to analyze these cards and
choose 5 of them that contain those features that should not miss any
good schools.
Also, each participant has cards that are not written and where he
can write his own proposals, if he does not find them among those
already expressed.
3) Group activity
a) Classify the ads first - they may be similar and may be reworded.
All groups meet and each presents in the plenary the definition of the
good school as determined by the participants in the activity.
I will continue to take from Professor Rolff a list of features that,
in my view, correspond to the Romanian realities. There is no hierarchy
of features, they are presented in a random fashion.
1. The objectives of the school are in agreement with those of the local
community.
5. One who has values other than those of the school can benefit from
a framework in which to express them.
20. Each teacher assumes responsibility for the activity of the school to
be carried out in the best conditions.
21. There is at least an elite group in the school that brings its fame.
22. School leadership makes it so that all teachers are involved in the
decisions that are being made.
Education is, without a doubt, one of the basic areas where the
technologies of the future must reach, as they have the potential to
open up new horizons of education, with interactive learning
experiences and no negative system characterization.
