suspected violations of the Code of Ethics may be submitted. This reporting will be analysed by the
Company's Internal Control function, which will take all necessary actions to investigate the cases.

4.4 Violations of the Code of Ethics


The Internal Control function reports the violations of the Code of Ethics obtained through information
provided by the stakeholders and suggests improvement actions. In the most serious cases, reports of such
cases of violations and of the measures taken as a result are submitted to the General Director of Enel or, if
necessary, to the Board of Directors.
The relevant functions of the Company shall suggest the measures to be taken in order to prevent such
violations, arrange for their implementation, and inform the head of the Internal Control function of Enel
about the results thereof.
Violations of the Code of Ethics are subject to the Company's Employment Rules.
