The buyer placed an order a month ago.

After he accepted the order and marked it as complete, he changed his mind and asked for other
changes.

I accepted to help him. I made all the changes until he was happy. After a while he changed his mind and
said he wanted another concept and wondered if he had to place a new order for a new logo, and I
answered "yes" and asked him to send me the new requirements.

After completing the new logo, I send the offer. As seen in the message he sent, threatened to give me a
negative review and to open a dispute if I do not send the files in one hour (the delivery time is 24
hours).

Although I sent his files in less than an hour, he opened the dispute anyway.

He has no respect for my work and for this wonderful platform.

You can see in the attached files (the client praises me a few times for my work and he is happy).

Although he initially agreed to place another order for the new logo, eventually changed his mind and
chose to use me.

I sent him the offer, the client accepted the offer;

I sent the files to him, the client marked the order as complete;

The client downloaded the files and then left me a negative review and opened the dispute for the fiverr
to return his money. (and in this case it also remains with the files and the money)
I'm not interested in money, I can accept that. But it's not fair for what my client did. And it's not true
what he wrote in the review.

I respect my clients and do a good job. (I have only 5-star reviews, less than 2 or 3 review from customer
careless (see attachment for an example).

I hope you can help me and you can delete that review.

dupa ce el a acceptat comanda si a marcat-o ca fiind completa, s-a razgandit si a cerut alte modificarile.
am acceptat sa il ajut. i-am facut toate modificarile pana a fost multumit. dupa o perioada s-a razgandit
din nou si a zis ca vrea alt concept si m-a intrebat daca trebuie sa plaseze o noua comanda pentru un
nou logo, iar eu i-am raspuns "yes" si l-am rugat sa imi trimita noile cerinte. dupa ce am finalizat noul
logo, eu am trimit oferta. dupa cum se vede in mesajul trimis de el, m-a amenintat ca imi da un review
negativ si ca va deschide o disputa daca nu ii trimit fisirele intr-o ora (termenul de livrare fiind de 24
ore). desi i-am trimis fisierele in mai putin de o ora, a deshis dispta oricum. nu are respect pentru munca
mea si pentru aceasta platforma minunata.

poti vedea in fisierele atasate (clientul ma lauda de cateva ori pentru munca mea si el este multumit).
desi initial a acceptat sa plaseze alta comanda pentru noul logo, la final s-a razgandit si a ales sa se
foloseasca de mine.

eu i-am trimis oferta, clientul a aceeptat oferta;

eu i-am trimis fisierele, clientul a marcat comanda ca fiind completa;

clientul si-a descarcat fisierele si apoi mi-a lasat un review negativ si a deschis disputa pentru a-si
recupera banii.

nu ma intereseaza banii, pot accepta asta. dar nu este corect pentru ceea ce a facut clientul meu. si nu
este adevarat ceea ce a scris in review.

eu imi respect clientii si fac o munca buna. (am review-uri doar de 5 stele, mai putin 2 sau 3 review din
neatentia clientilor (vezi atasamentul pentru un exemplu).

sper ca ma puteti ajuta si ca puteti sterge acel review.
