Avantaje

- Fabricare pe scară mare (optimizare costuri)

- Cofraje (fără/doar cu popi)

- Control de calitate ridicat (toleranțe reduse)

- Rapiditate execuție (utilizare imediată)

- Insensibile la condițiile de mediu

Dezavantaje

- Gabarit depășit (transport !!!)

- Condiții speciale de ridicare / montaj

- Personal specializat pentru montaj

- Variabilitate redusă a formelor (d.p.d.v. arhitectural)
