O zi la plajă

În fiecare sâmbătă, eu merg împreună cu familia mea la plajă. Noi locuim departe de plajă,
aproape de munți, dar o dată pe săptămână întreaga familie se urcă în mașină, iar tata conduce
multe ore în șir pentru a ajunge la destinație.
Frații mei iubesc plaja. În același timp Mopsy, câinele familiei, iubește să alerge pe nisipul ud.
Dar este o problemă să mergi la plajă în fiecare săptămână. Tatăl meu este obosit să conducă
pentru atâtea ore.
Restul familiei ajunge să se plictisească să petreacă atâtea ore în mașină. Mama mereu ne spune
nouă: „Este distractiv pe plajă, dar este necesar să avem mai mult timp pentru a ajunge acolo și
înapoi!” Eu, fratele meu George și sora mea Matilda suntem foarte triști. Noi vrem să mergem la
plajă în fiecare zi, dar asta nu este posibil.
Every Saturday, I go to the beach with my family. We live far from the beach, close to the
mountains, but once a week the whole family gets in the car and dad drives many hours to get to
our destination.
My brothers love the beach. At the same time Mopsy, the family dog, loves to run on the wet
sand. But it's a problem to go to the beach every week. My father is tired of driving for so many
hours.
The rest of the family gets bored spending so many hours in the car. Mom always tells us, "It's
fun at the beach, but we need more time to get there and back!" Me, my brother George and my
sister Matilda are very sad. We want to go to the beach every day, but that's not possible.
