Raportul scris se nregistreaz la secretariatul colii i se arhiveaz n conformitate cu reglementrile n vigoare. n registrul
. de inspecii al unitii
de nvmnt se consemneaz tipul inspeciei, numele cadrului didactic inspectat, numele persoanei care a realizat inspecia, data efecturii
inspeciei, constatri i aprecieri generale, concluzii i recomandri, calificativul obinut, numrul de nregistrare al raportului scris de inspecie
curent la secretariatul unitii de nvmnt.
Conducerea unitii de nvmnt va transmite ctre ISJ Olt, n conformitate cu precizrile OM 5561/07.10.2011 i calendarul de desfurare a
activitilor de perfecionare pentru anul colar n curs, copii autentificate prin semntura directorului i tampila unitii de nvmnt ale
raportului scris de inspecie curent.

se menioneaz sesiunea i dac inspecia curent pentru obinerea gradului didactic II este prima sau a doua;
