Va rugam sa cititi cu atentie instructiunile si sa pastrati manualul pentru informari ulterioare.

Acest manual este conceput pentru a va oferi toate instructiunile necesare referitoare la
instalarea, utilizarea si intretinerea aparatului.
Pentru a opera unitatea corect si in siguranta, va rugam sa cititi acest manual cu instructiuni

IV. MASURI DE SIGURANTA

Puneti aparatul pe o suprafata plana, rezistenta la caldura.


1. Durata de functionare continua a aparatului este de maxim 40 de ore. Dupa ce
functioneaza timp de 40 de ore continuu, opriti aparatul si deconectati cablul acestuia
de la priza de alimentare.
2. Atentie: Utilizarea incorecta va deteriora aparatul.
3. Aparatul este folosit pentru uscarea alimentelor. Nu utilizati aparatul in alt scop. Va
rugam sa-l folositi conform manualului de utilizare.
4. Dupa utilizare, va rugam sa scoateti din priza cablul de alimentare.
5. Va rugam sa nu scufundati in apa partea de jos a aparatului sis a nu il porniti cand
acesta este ud.
6. Va rugam sa nu folositi aparatul in cazul in care cablul de alimentare este deteriorat
sau daca aparatul este defect sau spart.
7. Nu lasati cablul de alimentare sa atarne peste marginea mesei, sau in apropierea
unor suprafete fierbinti.
8. Acest aparat nu este destinat utilizarii de catre persoane (inclusiv copii), cu
capacitati fizice, senzoriale sau mentale reduse, sau lipsite de experienta si cunostinte.
Exceptie face cazul in care aceste persoane sunt supravegheate sau instruite privind
utilizarea aparatului de catre o persoana responsabila pentru siguranta acestora.
9. Va rugam sa deconectati aparatul de la priza de alimentare inainte de a-l curate.
10. Va rugam sa deconectati aparatul de la priza de alimentare tinand de stecherul
acestuia, nu tragand de cablu.
11. Acest aparat este destinat uzului casnic.
12. Va rugam sa nu acoperiti produsul atunci cand acesta este in functiune.
13. Tineti cont ca acest aparat trebuie sa functioneze pe o suprafata plana.

SFATURI DE UTILIZARE

1. Atentie: va rugam sa folositi aparatului conform urmatoarelor instructiuni:


a. Deschideti ambalajul
b. Va rugam sa verificati daca tensiunea sursei de alimentare se potriveste cu
tensiunea nominala inscriptionata pe cablului de alimentare.
c. Va rugam sa curatati cu apa calda si detergent de vase capacul si tavile
aparatului. Partea de jos a aparatului se curata cu o carpa umeda (Nu puneti
aparatul direct in apa si nu-l spalati sub jetul de apa). Folositi si depozitati
aparatul decat dupa ce acesta este uscat complet.

2. Instructiuni de functionare:
a. Uscarea alimentelor este cel mai eficient si mai bun mod de stocare a
alimentelor.
b. Avand o temperatura reglabila, aerul cald poate circula liber in fiecare tava.
Acesta este motivul pentru care aparatul usuca alimentele si in acelasi timp
acestea isi pastreaza nutrientii.
c. Cu acest aparat puteti stoca cu usurinta diferite legume si fructe, in fiecare
sezon. Va puteti bucura in fiecare anotimp de alimente hranitore, sanatoase si
delicioase.
d. De asemenea puteti utiliza aparatul pentru a usca flori, iarba, cereale, etc.

3. Sfaturi de utilizare
a. Puneti alimentele in tavile aparatului, astfel incat aerul cald sa poata circula
liver in fiecare dintre acestea.
b. Puneti tavile in aparat.
Sfaturi: Pune tava cu alimente in aparat. Toate tavile trebuie puse in aparat,
chiar daca nu toate sunt cu alimente. Va rugam sa puneti tavile cu alimente
primele si apoi tavile goale.
c. Apoi apasati butonul ON pentru a incepe procesul de uscare al alimentelor.
d. Dupa ce alimentele sunt uscate, apasati butonul OFF pentru a opri aparatul.
Puneti alimentele intr-un recipient dupa ce acestea se racesc.
e. Apoi deconectati cablul aparatului de la priza de alimentare.

4. Tava reglabila
a. Tavile sunt reglabile pentru diferite alimente. Pentru uscarea alimentelor mai
groase, puteti ajusta ca inaltimea dintre tavi la de 36 mm.
b. Pentru depozitare, ajustati inaltimea dintre tavi la 25.5 mm. Mai multe detalii
regasiti in imaginea de mai jos.

1. Va rugam sa curatati aparatul inainte si dupa utilizare. De asemenea nu puneti


alimentele cu apa sau ude in aparat.
2. Atentie: Va rugam sa nu folositi alimente apoase in aparat.
3. In cazul in care alimentele, pe care doriti sa le puneti in aparat au parti moi ,
va rugam sa le curatati. Puneti alimente cu dimensiuni potrivite in aparat.
Dimensiunea acestora influenteaza timpul necesar pentru uscarea alimentelor.
4. Daca in timpul procesului de uscare observati ca unele alimente nu sunt
uscate uniform, va rugam sa modificati pozitia tavilor. Alimentele are au coaja
necesita mai mult timp pentru uscare. Pentru a scurta timpul de uscare pentru
acest timp de alimente, va recomandam sa le fierbeti timp de 1-2 minute. Dup
ace se racesc si se scurg de apa, le puteti pune in aparat.
5. Timpul de uscare este influentat de temperatura camerei, umiditatea aerului,
tipul alimentelor, dimensiunea si cantitatea acestora, etc.
6. Timpul de uscare mentionat in acest manual pentru diferite tipuri de alimente
sunt informative.

a. Va sugeram sa le uscati cu frunzele proaspete.
b. Dupa uscarea plantelor, stocati-le in punga de hartie sau intr-un pahar de
sticla. Feriti-le de lumina soarelui.

Depozitatea alimentelor
1. Recipientul de depozitare trebuie sa fie uscat si curat.
2. Va recomandam sa stocati alimenteleintr0un recipient din sticla acoperit cu
capac metalic. Pastrati-le intr-un loc racoros, cu temperatura intre 5-20 grade
si ferit de lumina soarelui.
3. Va rugam sa verificati allimentele sa fie uscate 100 %. Daca veti gasi alimentae
neuscate, va rugam sa le puneti inapoi in aparat pentru a se usca din nou.
Atentie: Alimentele uscate trebuie sa fie 100% racite inainte de a le depozita in
recipient inchise.

Atentie: Timpul de uscare si de preparare a alimentelor de mai sus este doar pentru referinta.
Dumneavoastra puteti selecta timpul dorit pentru uscarea alimentelor in functie de preferintele
personale.

VII. PREGATIREA LEGUMELOR PENTRU USCARE

Inainte de uscare, va rugam sa fierbeti pentru 3-5 minute legumele precum fasolea, broccoli,
sparanghelul, cartofi, etc.
Scoateti legumele din apa in care au fiert si lasati-le sa se raceasca, apoi le puteti pune in
aparat pentru uscare.
Daca doriti sa adaugati putin gust de lamaie fasolei si sparaghelului puneti suc de lamiae
peste ele cu 2 minute inainte de a le fierbe.

Feliati sau taiati morcovul in fasii subtiri sau cubulete si


puneti-le la fiert. Apoi puneti-le in tavi pentru uscare.

Castravete

Taiati fasii de 12 mm si apoi puneti-le in tavi pentru


uscare.

Piper verde

Taiati in fasii sau rondele (5 mm), indepartati semintele si


apoi puneti la uscat in tavi.

Spalati ardeiul. Va rugam sa purtati manusi pentru a va

Spalati patrunjelul si lasati-l sa se usuce. Taiati-l in

IX. SFATURI PENTRU USCAREA CARNII

Pregatirea carnii inainte de uscare este necesara pentru sanatatea familiilor voastre.
Cea mai buna metoda de a usca carnea intr-un mod sanatos, care poate pastra gustul
natural al carnii si de a ramane frageda este sa evitati carnea grasa.
Mai mult de atat, preparand carnea inainte de uscare are efecte mai bune. Evitati carnea
grasa pentru uscare.
Sos marinat standard
1/2 ceasca de sos de soia
1 catel de usturoi i carne tocata
2 linguri mari de zahar
2 linguri mari de rosii (bulion)
1 lingura de sare
Jumatate lingura de ceapa
Jumatate de lingurita de piper
Amestecati toate ingredientele de mai sus.

Carne de pasari de curte


Dupa ce spalati bine carnea, aceasta trebuie prajita sau gatita la cuptor. Dupa ce este
facuta, o puteti pune in tava pentru uscare pentru 2 pana la 8 ore.
Peste
Fierbeti pestele inainte de uscare sau puneti-l in cuptor timp de 20 de minute, la o
temperatura de 200C, pana cand devine fragil. Apoi puneti-l in tava pentru uscare
pentru 2 si pana la 8 ore.
Carne
Dupa ce spalati bine carnea, taiati carnea in dimensiuni mici. Apoi puneti carnea in tava
pentru 2 pana la 8 ore pentru a se usca.

X.

CURATARE SI MENTENANTA

Inainte de curatare, va rugam sa verificati daca aparatul este scos din priza. Va
recomandam sa lasati aparatul sa se raceasca inainte de a-l curata.
Curatati partea de jos cu o carpa umeda si apoi stergeti cu o carpa uscata.
Nu folositi materiale abrazive pentru a-l curata.
Acestea pot deteriora aparatul.

XIII. SAFETY MEASURES

Place the appliance on a flat surface, resistant to heat.


1. The continuous operation time of the appliance is of maximum 40 hours. After
running for 40 hours continuously, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the
outlet.
2. Warning: The misuse will damage the appliance.
3. The appliance is used for drying food. Do not use the appliance for other purposes.
Please use it in accordance with the user manual.
4. After use, please unplug it from the outlet.
5. Please do not immerse the bottom of the appliance in water and do not switch it off
when is wet.
6. Please do not use the appliance in case the power cord is damaged or if the
appliance is defective or broken.
7. Do not let the power cord to hang over the edge of the table or near hot surfaces.
8. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children), with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. The
exception is when a person responsible for their safety gives these persons supervision
or instruction concerning the use of the appliance.
9. Please unplug the appliance from the outlet before cleaning it.
10. Please unplug the appliance from the outlet holding the plug, not by pulling the
cord.
11. This appliance is destined for household use.

XIV. ADVICES FOR USE

4. Warning: please use the appliance in accordance with the following


instructions:

e. Please verify if the supply voltage matches the rated voltage printed on the
power cord.
f. Please clean with warm water and dishwashing the lid and trays of the
appliance. The bottom of the appliance is cleaned with a damp cloth (Do not
put the appliance directly into the water and do not wash it under running
water). Use and store the appliance only after it is completely dry.

5. Operating instructions:
e. Food drying is the most effective and best way to store food.
f. With and adjustable temperature, the hot air can circulate freely in every tray.
This is the reason for which the appliance dries the food and at the same time
it retain its nutrients.
g. With this appliance, you can easily store different vegetables and fruits each
season. You can enjoy during each season the nourishing, healthy and
delicious food.
h. You can also use the appliance to dry flowers, grass, grain, etc.

6. Advices for use


f. Put the food in the trays of the appliance, so that the hot air can circulate
freely in each of them.
g. Put the trays in the appliance.
Advices: Put the tray with food in the appliance. All the trays must be put in
the appliance, even if not all are with food. Please put the trays with food first
and then the empty trays.
h. Then press the ON button to start the drying process of the food.
i. After the food is dry, press the OFF button to switch off the appliance. Put
the food in a container after they cool.
j. Then unplug the appliance from the outlet.

4. Adjustable tray
a. The trays are adjustable for different food. For drying the thicker food, you can
adjust the height between the trays to 36 mm.
b. For storage, adjust the height between the trays to 25.5 mm. You can find more
details in the image below.

7. Please clean the appliance before and after use. Also, do not put the food with
water or wet in the appliance.
8. Warning: Please do not use aqueous foods in the appliance.
9. In case the food you wish to put in the appliance have soft parts, please cut
them off. Put the food with suited dimensions in the appliance. Their size
affects the time necessary for drying the food.
10. If during the drying process you notice that some foods are not uniformly
dried, please change the position of the trays. The food with peel need more
time for drying. To shorten the drying time for this kind of food, we
recommend boiling it for 1-2 minutes. After these cool and are drained of the
water, you can put them in the appliance.
11. The drying time is influenced by the room temperature, air humidity, type,
size and quantity of the food, etc.

informative.

We recommend you boil the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. After they are cool
and dry, you can place them in the appliance.

c. We suggest you dry the fresh leaves.
d. After drying the plants, store them in paper bag or in a glass. Keep them away
from sunlight.

Storing food
4. The storage container must be dry and clean.
5. We recommend you to store the food in a glass container covered with a
metallic lid. Keep them in a cool place, with the temperature between 5-20
degrees and away from direct sunlight.
6. Please verify the food to be 100% dry. If you find food that is not dried, please
put it back in the appliance to dry them again.
Warning: The dry food must be 100% cold before storing them in closed containers.

XVI. PREPARING THE VEGETABLES FOR DRYING

Before drying, please boil the vegetables like beans, broccoli, asparagus, potatoes, etc. for
3-5 minutes.
Remove the vegetables from the water in which they were boiled and let them cool, then
you can place them in the appliance for drying.
If you wish to add a little lemon flavor to the beans and to the asparagus, put lemon juice

XVIII. ADVICES TO DRY THE MEAT

Preparing the meat before drying is necessary for the health of your families.
The best method to dry the meat in a healthy manner, that can preserve the natural taste
of the meat and to remain tender is to avoid the fatty meat.
Moreover, preparing the meat before drying has better effects. Avoid fatty meat for
drying.
Standard marinara sauce
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 clove of garlic and minced
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of tomato (tomato sauce)
1 tablespoon of salt
Half tablespoon of onion
Half tablespoon of pepper
Mix all the above ingredients.

Poultry meat

Helyezze a kszlket egy egyenes, hll felletre.

9. Hasznlati tancsok
k. Helyezze az lelmiszereket a kszlk tlcira gy, hogy a meleg leveg
szabadon ramolhasson kzttk.
l. Helyezze be a tlckat a kszlkbe.
Tancsok: helyezze az lelmiszerekkel megrakott tlckat a kszlkbe.
Minden tlct be kell helyezni a kszlkbe, mg ha nincsenek is mind
megrakva. Elbb az lelmiszerekkel megrakott tlckat helyezze be, majd az
reseket.
m. Majd a szrts elkezdshez nyomja meg az "ON" gombot.
n. Az lelmiszerek kiszrtst kveten a kszlk kikapcsolshoz nyomja meg
az "OFF" gombot. Helyezze az lelmiszereket egy ednybe, hogy kihljenek.

fggvnyben a tlck kztti tvolsgot/magassgot 36 mm-re llthatja be.
b. A trolshoz a tlck kztti tvolsgot 25,5 mm-re lltsa be. Tovbbi

ne tegyen nedves vagy sok nedvet tartalmaz lelmiszert.
14. Figyelem: a kszlkben ne hasznljon magas nedvessgtartalm

15. Amennyiben a szrtani kvnt lelmiszereknek lgy rszeik vannak, tvoltsa el
azokat. Az lelmiszereket megfelel darabokban kell a kszlkbe tenni. A
mretktl fgg majd a szrtsukhoz szksges id.
16. Amennyiben a szrts ideje alatt azt ltja, hogy egyes lelmiszerek nem
szradnak egyenletesen, mdostsa a tlck helyzett. A hjjal rendelkez
lelmiszereknek tbb id szksges a szradshoz. A szrtsi id
lecskkentshez ezeket az lelmiszereket javasolt 1-2 percig fzni. Miutn
meghltek s lecsepegtek be lehet tenni a kszlkbe.
