Suji frunze de 100 ml de ap
1 / 2 picturi de colorant verde
50 g amidon de porumb
6 bucati de patlagina coapte
Terci de ovz:
800 ml lapte de cocos de la 1 nuc de cocos ras
50 g fin de orez
75 g de zahr
1 pandan frunze, s ncheie
1 / 4 lingurita de sare
Complementare:
Shaved ghea
100 ml sirop cocopandan, gata de utilizare
100 ml lapte condensat ndulcit
CUM SE FACE:
Combin

de fin de orez, sare, ap, frunze de ap suji, colorani i verde, se

amestec bine. Jerang la foc mic, pn la fierbere n timp ce agitare, astfel nct
aluatul s nu bob. Lift.
Introducei fin sago treptat, n timp ce se amestec pn la plictisitoare.
mprii aluatul n 6 pri. Runda i mpodobite la 1 / 2 cm.
Balut fiecare banane cu aluat faina de orez, pn cnd toate plat nchise.
Banane Se fierbe n ap clocotit, pn cnd aluatul flotoare i mature. Lift.
Scurgeti. Retrase din circuitul agricol.
Terci de ovz: Combin de lapte de cocos, fin, zahr, frunze de pandan i sare i
se amestec bine. Jerang peste foc mediu timp ce amestecand pana se ingroasa.
Lift.
Prezentare: Cut banane verzi. Puneti pe o farfurie de servire. Se toarn tulbureala.
Adaug gheata zdrobita, sirop, i lapte condensat ndulcit.
Serviti imediat.

For the dough:

5 ripe king bananas - steamed and peeled
125g plain flour
300ml coconut milk (I used 200ml Kara + 100ml water)
1/2 tsp lime stone paste / slaked lime water (details HERE (in Indonesian = air kapur sirih
-> can omit)
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsps sugar
1 tsp pandan paste
2 drops green food coloring (optional - I added and I found its a little too dark green)
1 tbsp butter
clingwrap
For the coconut sauce:
400ml thick coconut milk
1 pandan leaves - torn
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanillin powder
2 tbsps sugar
3 tbsps corn flour - mix with 4 tbsps water
Mix coconut milk, lime stone paste, salt, sugar, pandan paste, green coloring - stir til
well incorporated
Put sieved flour in a pot
Pour the coconut milk mixture slowly while stirring continuously til smooth
Cook on low fire - always stir
Add in butter, stir til butter melted and well mixed with the dough
Keep on stirring til the dough is smooth and is not sticky
Off heat
Brush clingwrap with a little oil
Add on 3 tbsps dough, flatten
Add 1 banana on it, roll tight with the clingwrap as you do on swissroll
Shape like a banana - wrap tight
Arrange on a steamer and steam fo 20 minutes on medium heat
After cooked, open up the clingwrap, let cool
For the sauce:
Mix all ingredients except cornflour mixture, bring to boil
Add in cornflour, stirring continuously til thicken
How to eat:
Arrange cut green banana with the sauce and crushed ice (as shown in the picture)
Mix and pour syrup over it
Eat immediately

Bahan // Ingredients:

* 175 g tepung beras, ayak // 175g Rice flour, shifted

* 1/2 sdt garam // 1/2 tsp salt
* 300 ml air // 300 ml water
* 100 ml air daun suji // Omit
* 1/2 tetes pewarna hijau // 1/2 stp pandan paste (green colouring)
* 50 g tepung sagu // 50g g arrowroot flour
* 6 buah pisang raja matang // 6 lady finger banana

Bubur: // for the porridge Ingredients:

* 800 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa parut // 800ml coconut milk
* 50 g tepung beras // 50g rice flour
* 75 g gula pasir // 75g caster sugar
* 1 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan // 1 pandan leave, make a knot
* 1/4 sdt garam // 1/4 sdt salt

Pelengkap: // Condiment
* Es Serut // Ice
* 100 ml sirop cocopandan, siap pakai //100 ml red cocopandan syrup ~ i use rose syrup
* 100 ml susu kental manis // 100 ml sweetened condensed milk

Cara membuat: // Method:

Campurkan tepung beras, garam, air, air daun suji, dan pewarna hijau, aduk rata.
Jerang di atas api kecil hingga mendidih sambil aduk-aduk agar adonan tidak
berbutir. Angkat. // Mix together rice flour, salt, water and green colouring, mix
well . Simmer and whisk it until thicken, set aside to cool.
Masukkan tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit sambil aduk-aduk hingga kalis. Bagi
adonan menjadi 6 bagian. Bulatkan dan tipiskan hingga 1/2 cm. // Then add
arrowroot flour and knead until smooth (dough), devide into 6 dough, roll about
1/2 cm thick.
Balut setiap pisang dengan adonan tepung beras hingga semua bagian tertutup
rata.// Wrap each banana.
Rebus pisang dalam air mendidih hingga mengapung dan adonan matang. Angkat.
Tiriskan. Sisihkan. // Boil wrapped banana until floating, drain and set aside,
meanwhile make the porridge.
Bubur: Campurkan santan, tepung beras, gula pasir, daun pandan dan garam, aduk
rata. Jerang di atas api sedang sambil aduk-aduk hingga kental. Angkat. // for the
porridge : Mix coconut milk, rice flour, pandan leave and salt, simmer until
thicken, set aside to cool.
Penyajian: Potong-potong pisang ijo. Letakkan di atas piring saji. Tuangkan
bubur. Tambahkan es serut, sirop, dan susu kental manis.// Last step to serve (on
the big bowl or plate) is cut the banana, add porridge, ice and drizzle with syrup
and sweetened condense milk.
