La teza de licență
Scopul constă în abordarea complexă a funcțiunii comerciale din cadrul unei întreprinderi
autohtone. De asemenea se urmărește inițierea studentului în afaceri la finele cursurilor de licență
pentru a continua activitatea în domeniul ales. De asemenea ca obiectiv de bază al lucrării este de a
aplica în practică cunoștințele obținute de la cursurile universitare și de a observa abaterile teoriei de
la practică, astfel încît să cunosc realitatea afacerilor economiei curente.

The bachelor thesis "The role of commercial function in increasing the competitiveness of the
enterprise" consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions and bibliography with 50 pages of
basic text, 17 tables and 7 figures.

The aim is to approach the commercial function of a domestic company. It also aims to initiate
the student in business at the end of the Bachelor's degree courses in order to continue the activity in
the chosen field. Also, the main objective of the work is to apply in practice the knowledge obtained
from the university courses and to observe the deviations of the theory from the practice so that they
know the realities of the current business affairs.
As a result of the production practice there was analyzed the F.P.C. "Foreitor" S.R.L. which
deals with retail. Analyzing the enterprise from the inside it was found that the given company has
certain deficiencies related to the commercial function that affect its financial results. For this purpose,
a project was proposed that would allow the analyzed enterprise to improve its economic and financial
results in the short term, thus obtaining the necessary resources for current and future work.
The results obtained from the performed activities enable us to formulate theoretical and
practical conclusions and to put forward a project to increase the efficiency of the commercial function
in order to increase the competitiveness of an indigenous enterprise in the conditions of a limited
market and with limited resources.
