ZOSTER
Herpesul zoster (Zona zoster) este o
boală
infecțioasă produsă de virusul varicella-
zoster,
caracterizată printr-un exantem
vezicular unilateral, localizat la
nivelul unui dermatom, însoțit de dureri
intense.
Virusul varicelo-zosterian este un
virus ADN ce aparţine ordinului
Herpesvirales, familia Herpesviridae,
subfamilia Alphaherpesvirinae.
În structura
sa intră un ADN central, o capsidă
icosaedrică și un înveliș
lipidic.
 PATOGENIE

• virusul există în stare de latenţă în celulele neurale senzitive ale ganglionilor posteriori ai
rădăcinii corespunzătoare erupţiei
În ganglionii dorsali, virusul este ținut sub control prin acțiunea imunității mediată celular. Cu înaintarea în
vârstă,imunitatea mediată celular suferă un proces de involuție
fiziologică (“senescența imunologică”), sau în condiții de imunodepresie dobândită, virusul scapă de sub acest
control.
• reactivarea virusului latent din ganglionii spinali
• virusul iese din starea latentă ➔ se înmulţeşte ➔ distruge celula în care a stat izolat ➔
străbate ramurile senzitive ➔ scapă din terminaţiunile nervoase senzitive ➔ trece în piele
➔ se înmulţeşte ➔ erupţii tipice
