Acest set de exerciții sunt specifice tehnicilor actoricești. Ele au
o largă aplicabilitate, fiind utile prezentatorilor TV,
negociatorilor, oamenilor politici și de ce nu, oamenilor
care doresc să-și îmbunătățească dicția. Sunt mii de
asemenea exerciții care pot tranforma modul de a vorbi și a
comunica al persoanei, pentru antrenarea persoanelor care
doresc să-și însușească arta de a vorbi în public, cumulate cu
tehnici de stăpânire a emoțiilor sau de captare a atenției
publicului.

Scurte indicații:

– exersați fiecare exercițiu în parte;

– repetați fiecare exercițiu (10-20 de ori);

– trebuie să încercați să-l spuneți cât mai repede;

– printați exercițiile pentru a le putea exersa mai ușor;

– învățați-l pe de rost și rostiți-l repede fără să-l mai citiți;

– reluați exercițiul după câteva zile.[/uidialog]
