(din pacate nu prea am poze din timpul instalarii dar o sa ma folosesc de ce am facut eu si ce am gasit pe la altii)

!!NOTA!!: Inainte de orice, daca nu exista versiunea high a centralelor J519 si J522, trebuie montate cele 2
unitati si activate la reprezentanta. Cele 2 module au “Component Protection” care nu poate fi adaptat decat
online cu ODIS. (interfata de reprezentanta)
Este foarte important pasul asta deoarece trebuie sa caonfirmam faptul ca toate functiile si toata aparatura
existenta a masinii functioneaza corespunzator cu centralele noi, inainte de a face orice modificare. (Ex: daca
montam tot si dupa aia nu ne merge DRL-ul pe stanga fata, o sa ne fie foarte greu sa ne dam seama daca
problema a aparut din cauza centrale J519 noua, din cauza cablajului nou, din cauza modulului din far sau a
codarii aferente)
Modul CAN Gateway
BCM – J519
1. Demontat baterie + suport baterie
2. Demontat bara fata
3. Demontat faruri halogen
 4. Mutat ochelar/suport far de pe Halogen pe Full LED

5. Montat adaptoare cablaj faruri. Daca va hoatarati sa refaceti cablajul de la 0 prin inlocuirea connectorului de 10
pin cu cel de 14, trebuie sa tineti cont de urmatoarele diferente intre mufa de 10 si cea de 14 si sa adaugati
cablurile suplimentare pentru autoleveling, faza lunga si DRL LED.

6. Tras cabluri sublimentare in compartimentul pasagerilor, la pedalier. Cablurile trebuie sa ajunga la J519, langa
stalpul A de pe partea soferului.

9. Demontat panouri interioare (praguri pe partea soferului, panou pedalier, spatiu depozitare plansa bord, panou plansa

bord stanga).
10. Demontat roata stanga spate
11. Demontat liner plastic roata stanga spate

12. Montat senzor autoleveling pe puntea spate (exista deja gaurile si suportii necesari dar trebuie sa luati
suruburile separat)
 13. Tras cablajul pentru senzorul de autoleveling de la roata stanga spate, in interior, pe sub ornamentul de plastic al
pragului pana la pedalier langa stalpul A de pe partea soferului
14. Montat capace plastic praguri, liner roata stanga spate si roata stanga spate

Cablare:

Cu toate cablurile noi acum la baza stalpului A de pe partea soferului, putem sa ne apucam de mufare dupa cum
urmeaza:

1. J519 – BCM
 a. Din conectorul de 14 pini de la farul de pe partea soferului
- Pin 10 la pin 10 din mufa B de 46 pini (mufa din mijloc de culoare alba din BCM)
- Pin 8 la pin 23 din mufa B de 46 pini (mufa din mijloc de culoare alba din BCM)
b. Din conectorul de 14 pini de la farul de pe partea pasagerului
- Pin 10 la pin 21din mufa B de 46 pini (mufa din mijloc de culoare alba din BCM)

Basic settings:
[Basic Settings - 04]
Select Basic headlamp setting from the drop-down menu.
[Go!] to activate the Basic Setting.
The meas. block field will show Running.
Adjust the headlights using their manual adjusting screws as referenced against a suitable aiming target.
[Stop] after any needed mechanical adjustments are completed.
Select Acknowledge basic setting
[Go!] to activate the Basic Setting.
The adjustment should now be learned.
[Stop]
[Done, Go Back]
Don't forget to check/clear fault codes afterwards.
