CUM S-I CONTROLEZI PROPRIUL CREIER

Cum ne controlm propriul creier? Aadar, vrei s-i conduci creierul ? Foarte bine. Ce obiectiv minunat! i rar. Muli oameni vorbesc despre conducerea i stpnirea propriului creier, ns privii-i cnd sunt insultatai sau criticai. Cad psi!ic. "unei n discuie unul dintre principiile lor i privii. #or e$ploda cu %urie, mnie, stres, %ric, oc etc. &ac 'i-ar stpni creierul( cu adevrat, cum de nu posed deprinderi de administrare a strilor n momente n care aceasta c!iar contea)? *-i controle)i propriul creier i s +ndeti liber necesit cteva lucruri. Asta e$plic de ce urmtoarele sunt ntrebri %oarte importante pentru strile noastre0 Ce directive dai creierului su? Care sunt instruciunile prestabilite pe care ai nvat s le dai creierului tu? Ce instruciuni i-au dat prinii sau pro%esorii re%eritor la tine, via, ceilali etc.? Ct de %olositoare, ecolo+ice, sntoase, ec!ilibrate, valoroase, adevrate etc. sunt acele instruciuni? Creea) aceste instruciuni nite stri pline de %or pentru tine? Ai da aceste instruciuni i copiilor ti? 5+lindesc ele o via %ascinant i plin de iubire? &e ce sunt aceste ntrebri aa de importante? Fiindc calitatea vieii noastre depinde de calitatea in%ormaiilor procesate de creierul nostru. Calitatea acestor in%ormaii decur+e din calitatea instruciunilor sale. Atunci, cele mai importante lucruri n via sunt instruciunile pe care le dai creierului tu. 9e-ar a/uta instruciunile s cree)i un %ilm de talie mondial? :ecent, un tnr mi-a scris0 '*unt o persoan e$trem de timid. Creierele %olosesc cuvinte, ima+ini, sunete, tonuri, volume, mirosuri, tot %elul de lucruri pentru a ne duce n tot %elul de locuri. *pune un cuvnt i creierul va pleca. &ar unde? &epinde de nvturile istorice, e$periene, memorii, ima+inaie, sperane etc. creierele sunt %enomenale n reali)area de le+turi. Ce nseamn asta? Cu alte cuvinte, lumea noastr e$terioar va %i la %el de vibrant. 2nteresant, dramatic i puternic, ca i cadrele interne ale minii noastre. &eci, dac decore)i lumea intern a minii, ima+inaia i memoria cu sperane, dorine, minunii, plceri etc., in%luene)i calitatea i coninutul instruciunilor pe care le dai creierului tu. Asta aduce n discuie cteva ntrebri e$celente pentru aceia dintre noi care doresc s-i conduc propriul creier pentru a crea o via de calitate0 Ce %el de ima+ini, sunete, cuvinte, sen)aii etc. %uncionea) n interiorul creierului tu? Ce %el de %ilme interne rulea) n cinemato+ra%ul minii tale? Cine decorea) interiorul tu? Are nevoie lumea ta interioar de o mai bun decorare interioar? #3: CREIERUL FUNCIONEAZ CU REPREZENTRI tiinele neuro- i co+nitive au descoperit c creierele repre)int e$perienele e$terne ale simurilor noastre. <u este ca i cum am avea, la propriu, un ecran de cinema interior n mintea noastr, dei s-ar putea spune acest lucru. Acest %enomen al contiinei este modul n care noi e$perimentm +ndurile i nele+erea. *e pare c noi

ne amintim interior cum arat casa noastr, prinii, locul de munc, prietenii, cinii etc., cum se aud, miros, simt sau ce +ust au toate acestea. Contiina sen)orial intern a creierului nostru a condus cercettorii n tiinele neuro- s desemne)e pri ale creierului, ca corte$ul vi)ual, corte$ul auditiv, corte$ul unde procesm mirosul, +ustul, sen)aiile, ec!ilibrul etc. 8or)=bs>i i alii au observat c noi operm asupra lumii, nu direct, ci prin intermediul unei hri a lumii. .n pro+ramarea neuro-lin+vistic, ?andler i @rinder au revoluionat psi!olo+ia, punnd ba)ele +ndului, n termeni de sisteme de repre)entare sen)orial i utili)area acestor modaliti de contienti)are ca prim 'limba/( al minii. Aceast %aet a controlului creierului pare a %i, pe ct de simpl, pe att de pro%und. &ac ne-am ima+ina o )i %rumoas cu cer albastru i nori albi nere+ulai, o pelu) cu iarb verde n vecintatea nisipului alb al unui ocean linitit i dac ne-am ima+ina cum simim bri)a oceanic cald su%lnd prin prul nostru, am mirosi apa srat i am asculta sunetele copiilor care se /oac i se bucur de butura %avorit, toate acestea n timp ce o persoan dra+ nou ne %ace masa/; 3i bine, nu va lua mult timp corpului i componentei neurolo+ice s rspund acelor repre)entri ca i cum ar %i instruciuni despre modul n care trebuie s simim. &eoarece creierul %uncionea) pe ba) de repre)entri, cu ct acestea sunt mai e$presive, vii, dramatice i speci%ice %iecrui sen)or, cu att mai uor este pentru noi s-i spunem creierului nostru unde s mear+ i ce s simt.
