Fisa postului este un document util atat pentru personalul din resurse umane, cat si pentru
derularea in bune conditii a intregii activitati din cadrul unei companii. In fisa postului trebuie precizate:
• sarcinile si responsabilitatile ce iti revin ca titular al jobului;
• codul COR (Clasificarea Ocupatiilor din Romania) al postului;
• conditiile de lucru;
• standarde de performanta;
• modalitatea de remuneratie;
• caracteristici personale necesare angajatului pentru indeplinirea cerintelor postului.
3 Concluzii
Fisa postului reprezinta baza de plecare in evaluarea corecta a performantelor si asigura totodata
conditiile de promovare si formare profesionala. In concluzie, fisa postului devine si un instrument de
responsabilizare atat a angajatului, cat si a angajatorului.

4 Probleme deschise
Fisa postului este un document obligatoriu care constituie anexa la contractul individual de
munca, iar in lipsa acestuia este aproape imposibil sa faca dovada necorespunderii profesionale a
salariatului sau a refuzului acestuia de indeplini o anumita sarcina. Mai mult, inspectorii de munca pot
solicita fisa postului pentru fiecare angajat in parte si, in situatia in care se doreste sanctionarea unui
angajat, cu siguranta se va solicita intocmirea acesteia.

SUMMARY
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products such as automobile or tractor
radiators, blower wheels, refrigerators, or gas stoves by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Tends machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on
assembly line.
Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
