Quantity Exceeds job requirements


Gabriel usually produces more work than expected and he often completes his work ahead of schedule. He
demonstrates a strong commitment to increasing productivity and he works at a faster pace than normally expected
for the position. Gabriel strives hard in the achievement of established goals.

materials. However, Gabriel could do a better job of reporting potentially unsafe conditions.

His attendance record is one of the best. Gabriel usually works out time off arrangements in advance. He usually
begins work on time. When late or absent, he generally makes sure that his responsibilities are covered. However,
Gabriel inconveniences others by often being late for meetings.

3 Concluzii

Cunostintele fiecareia la locul de munca sunt si ele importante,iar angajatul lucreaza in sfera de
aplicare a supravegherii,dar necesita imbunatatiri in anumite cunostinte ale locului de munca.Inginerul
afiseaza o mai buna intelegere datorita resurselor disponibile. Angajatul minimizeaza maoritatea
problemelor inainte ca acestea sa creasca in probleme mai mari,iar angajatul identifica tarziu anumite
probleme care intervin la locul de munca. Abilitatile de comunicare ale angajatului sunt foarte bune,iar
inginerul selecteaza metodele adecvate de comunicare.
