priorities so there was not much time to devote to some of the special projects. Instead we got many new projects.

computer network, his work with the Operations Dept., and serving as my back up during my leave.

better performance in some areas but meets expectations in all his responsibilities.

3 Concluzii
Cunostintele fiecareia la locul de munca sunt si ele importante,iar angajatul lucreaza in sfera de
aplicare a supravegherii,dar necesita imbunatatiri in anumite cunostinte ale locului de munca.Inginerul
afiseaza o mai buna intelegere datorita resurselor disponibile. Angajatul minimizeaza maoritatea
problemelor inainte ca acestea sa creasca in probleme mai mari,iar angajatul identifica tarziu anumite
probleme care intervin la locul de munca. Abilitatile de comunicare ale angajatului sunt foarte bune,iar
inginerul selecteaza metodele adecvate de comunicare.
4 Probleme deschise
Prin utilizarea acestu program putem crea un plan de competente atat pentru muncitori cat si pentru
ingineri.
