Adevrata educaie
Era un profesor foarte iubit de copii. El avea grij de toi elevii, ncercnd s-i nvee ct mai
multe. ntr-o zi copiii au observat c unul dintre colegi fur. Imediat i-au spus despre aceasta
profesorului. Acesta ns nu l-a pedepsit pe biat. Dup cteva zile, elevul iari a furat ceva i a
fost prins. Nici de data aceasta domnul profesor nu l-a pedepsit. Cnd acelai lucru s-a repetat a
treia oar, civa biei s-au dus la profesor i i-au spus:
- Colegul nostru fur mereu. Nu este bine ce se ntmpl. V rugm s-l dai afar din
coal, altfel plecm noi.
- Nu snt de acord cu voi. Nu o s-l dau afar. Dac vrei, voi putei s plecai, dar el va
rmne.
- Domnule profesor, cum este posibil s renunai att de uor la noi toi, care v-am ascultat
mereu?
Privindu-i cu blndee, profesorul le-a explicat elevilor si:
- Voi tii deja ce e bine i ce e ru. Dac ai pleca n lume, cu siguran ai ti cum s v
purtai. Nici nu m ndoiesc. Dac ns el ar pleca de aici, dintre noi, ce ar face? Nu v-ai
ntrebat? De ce v gndii numai la voi? Credei c, dac l voi da afar, el va fi mai bun? Dac
aici, printre noi, el nu tie ce este bine i ce este ru, ce va face n lume? Aa c, indiferent dac
voi plecai sau nu, el va rmne n continuare aici, iar eu voi avea grij s se schimbe i s devin
om. Iar atunci cnd va dori i el acest lucru, cu siguran va deveni un copil apreciat i iubit de
cei din jur.
Cnd a aflat despre cele ntmplate, biatul nedisciplinat a rmas foarte impresionat de
buntatea profesorului su i
