1. Introduction

Congratulations on your new purchase.

You have decided in favor of a high-quality product. The operating instructions are a part of this
product. They contain information of importance
for your safety, for the use of the product and for
its disposal. Before you use the product, acquaint
yourself with all the information concerning its
operation and safety. Use the product only as
described and only for the listed areas of application. If you hand on the product to other people,
give them all the documentation as well.
2. Safety information
Please note
Warning!
Use this equipment only for the purpose for which
it is designed, as described in these instructions:
Manual arc welding with coated electrodes.
Handling this system incorrectly may be hazardous for persons, animals and property and may
result in burning buildings, electric shocks, eye
injuries, etc. The user of this system is responsible
for his/her own safety and for the safety of others.
Read these operating instructions and follow all
the information.
Repairs and/or maintenance work must be
left strictly to qualified personnel.
Only use the welding cables supplied
(H07RN-F 3x1.0 mm2 / H01N2-D 1x10
mm2).
Ensure
that the equipment is looked after pro
perly.
To ensure that sufficient air can be drawn in
through the ventilation slits, the equipment
should not be constricted or placed next to a
wall while it is operating. Make sure that the
equipment is correctly connected to the mains
supply (see 5.). Do not subject the mains lead
to any tensile stress. Unplug the equipment
before you change its position.
Check the condition of the welding cables,
the electrode holder and the earth terminals;
wear on the insulation and the live parts may
result in dangerous conditions and reduce the
particles and smoke, so the following is required: Remove all inflammable substances and/
or materials from the working area.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation.
Do not weld on tanks, vessels or pipes that
have contained inflammable liquids or gases.
Avoid all direct contact with the welding circuit; the idling voltage between the electrode
holder and the earth terminal may be dangerous.
Do not store or use the equipment in wet or
damp conditions or in the rain.
Protect your eyes with specially designed
goggles (DIN level 9-10), which you can
attach to the supplied welding screen. Wear
gloves and dry safety clothing that are not
contaminated by any oil or grease to ensure
that your skin is not exposed to ultraviolet radiation from the arc.
Do not use this welder to defrost pipes.
Make sure that the equipment is set up so it
stands firmly. If the equipment is set up on an
angled surface, it may need to be secured by
tying or blocking the wheels.
Hazard!
The radiation from the arc can damage your
eyes and cause burns on skin.
Arc welding generates sparks and droplets
of molten metal; the welded workpiece may
start to glow and will remain very hot for a
relatively long period of time. Never touch the
workpiece with bare hands.
Arc welding releases vapors that may be
harmful. Every electric shock is potentially
fatal.
Do not approach the arc within a radius of 15
m unprotected.
Protect yourself (and others around you)
against the possible hazardous effects of the
arc.
Warning: depending on the mains connection
conditions at the connection point of the welding set, other consumers connected to the
mains may suffer faults.

Personnel or assistants in the vicinity of the

Hazard!
Arc welding results in a number of sources of
danger. It is therefore particularly important for
the welder to comply with the following rules so
as not to place himself or others in danger and to
avoid endangering people and equipment.
Have all work on the mains voltage system,
for example on cables, plugs, sockets, etc.,
performed only by trained electricians. This
particularly applies to configuring intermediate cables.
If an accident occurs, disconnect the welding
power source from the mains immediately.
If electric touch voltages occur, switch off the
welding set immediately and have it checked
by an expert.
Always check for good electrical contacts on
the welding current side.
Wear insulating gloves on both hands for
welding. These offer protection from electric
shocks (idling voltage in the welding circuit),
harmful radiation (heat and UV radiation) and
from glowing metal and slag spatter.
Wear firm, insulated footwear. Your shoes
must also be suitable to protect you in wet
conditions. Open-toed footwear is not suitable since falling droplets of glowing metal will
cause burns.
Wear suitable clothing, do not wear synthetic
clothes.
Do not look into the arc with unprotected
eyes, use only a welding screen with the
proper safety glass in compliance with DIN
standards. In addition to light and heat, which
may cause dazzling and burns, the arc also
gives off UV radiation. Without proper protection, this invisible ultraviolet radiation causes
very painful conjunctivitis, which will only be
noticeable several hours later. In addition,
UV radiation will cause harmful sunburn-type
arc must also be notified of the dangers and

provided with the required protection; if necessary install safety walls.
Ensure adequate ventilation for welding,
particularly in small rooms since the process
causes smoke and harmful gases.
Do not carry out any welding work on tanks
that have been used to store gases, fuels,
mineral oil or the like, even if they have been
empty for a lengthy period of time, since any
residue will result in a danger of explosion.
Special regulations apply in areas where there is a potential risk of fire and/or explosion.
Welds that are exposed to large stresses and
must comply with safety requirements may
only be completed by specially trained and
approved welders. Examples of such welds
include pressure vessels, rails, trailer hitches,
etc.
Notes:
It must be noted that the protective conductor in electrical systems or equipment may
be destroyed by the welding current in the
event of negligence, for example if the earth
terminal is placed on the welding set casing
to which the protective conductor of the electrical system is connected. The welding work
is completed on a machine with a protective
conductor connection. It is therefore possible
to weld on the machine without having connected the earth terminal to it. In this case the
welding current will flow from the earth terminal through the protective conductor to the
machine. The high welding current may cause
the protective conductor to melt.
The fuses on the supply cables to the mains
sockets must comply with the relevant regulations (VDE 0100). To comply with these regulations, only fuses or circuit breakers suitable for
the cross-section of the cables may be used
(for earthing contact sockets max. 13 A fuses
or 13 A circuit breakers). The use of too high
a fuse may result in the cable burning and fire
damage to the building.

3. Layout and items supplied
If you use small welding transformers for welding in places with an increase electrical risk,
for example in constricted areas with conductive
walls, (tanks, pipes, etc.), in wet areas (which
make work clothes wet) and in hot areas (perspiration on work clothes), the output voltage of
the welding set when idling must not exceed 42
V (effective value). Therefore, the equipment may
not be used for these purposes because its output
voltage is higher than this.

Caution!
While working, the welder must protect his
entire body from radiation and burns by wearing suitable clothing and a face guard.
Slip-on gloves made of a suitable material
(leather) must be worn on both hands. They
must be in perfect condition.
Suitable aprons must be worn to protect
clothing from sparks and burns. A safety suit
and, if necessary, head protection must be
worn if required by the type of work in question, e.g. overhead welding.
The safety clothing used as well as all accessories must comply with the directive on personal safety equipment.

3.2 Items supplied

Open the packaging and take out the equipment with care.
Remove the packaging material and any
packaging and/or transportation braces (if
available).
Check to see if all items are supplied.
Inspect the equipment and accessories for
transport damage.
If possible, please keep the packaging until
the end of the guarantee period.
Protection from radiation and burns

Caution!
Provide information about the risk to eyes at

the working site in the form of a poster with
the wording Caution do not look at the
flames. Workplaces are to be screened off
wherever possible so that personnel in the
vicinity are protected. Unauthorized persons

metals using the appropriate coated electrodes.
The equipment is to be used only for its prescribed
purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of
misuse. The user / operator and not the manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries of

7. Welding preparations
Connect the earth terminal (4) direct to the part
to be welded or to the support on which the part
is resting. Ensure that the earth terminal is in direct
contact with the part to be welded. You should
therefore avoid coated surfaces and/or insulated materials. The electrode holder cable has a
special clamp (electrode holder (5)) at one end,
which is used to secure the electrode. The welding
screen (8) must be used at all times for welding. It
protects your eyes from the radiation emitted by
the arc and nevertheless enables you to watch the
welding process.
The welding times apply for an ambient temperature of 40 C.
6. Assembling the welding

Place the welding glass (l) and the transparent
safety glass (m) over it in the frame for the
safety glass (k) (Fig. 3).
Press the safety glass retaining pins (q) into
the holes in welding screen frame (s) from the
outside. (Fig. 4)
Place the frame for the safety glass (k) with
the welding glass (l) and transparent safety
glass (m) from the inside into the recess in the
welding frame (s), press the safety glass retaining bushes (n) onto the safety glass retaining
pins (q) until they engage to secure the frame
for the safety glass (k). The transparent safety
glass (m) must be on the outside. (Fig. 5)
Bend the top of the welding screen frame (s)
inwards (Fig. 6/1) and fold down the top
corners (Fig. 6/2). Now bend the outer sides
of the welding screen frame (s) inwards (Fig.
6/3) and connect them by pressing the top
corners and outer sides together. When the
retaining pins engage, you should be able to
hear 2 clear clicks on each side (Fig. 6/4).
When the top corners of the welding screen
are connected as shown in Figure 7, place
the screws for the handle (p) from the outside
through the three holes in the welding screen.

After you have made all the electrical connections
for the power supply and for the welding circuit,
you can proceed as follows:
Insert the unsheathed end of the electrode into the
electrode holder (5) and connect the earth terminal (4) to the part you wish to weld. Ensure that a
good electric contact is made.
Switch on the welding set at the ON/OFF switch
(3) and set the welding current using the setting
wheel (6) to suit the electrode you wish to use.
Hold the welding screen in front of your face and
rub the tip of the electrode on the part you wish
to weld as if you were striking a match. This is the
best method of igniting the arc.
Check on a test part that you have the correct
electrode and current strength.

Important!
Do not dab the workpiece with the electrode since
it could be damaged, making it more difcult to
ignite the arc.
As soon as the arc has ignited, attempt to keep it
a distance from the workpiece equivalent to the
diameter of the electrode. This distance should be
kept as constant as possible during the welding
process. The angle of the electrode in the direction
in which you are working should be 20/30.
Important!
Always use tongs to remove spent electrodes and
to move parts that you have just welded. Please
note that the electrode holder (5) must always
be put down so that it is insulated after you have
completed the welding work. Do not remove the
slag until the weld has cooled. If you want to continue a weld after an interruption, the slag from
your initial attempt must rst be removed.
12. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories out of
childrens reach in a dark and dry place at above
freezing temperature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30 C. Store the electric
tool in its original packaging.

14.Disposal and recycling

9. Overheating guard
The welding set is tted with an overheating guard
that protects the welding transformer from overheating. If the overheating guard trips, the control
lamp (7) on your set will be lit. Allow the welding
set to cool for a time.
The unit is supplied in packaging to prevent its

being damaged in transit. This packaging is raw
material and can therefore be reused or can be
returned to the raw material system.
The unit and its accessories are made of various
types of material, such as metal and plastic. Defective components must be disposed of as special waste. Ask your dealer or your local council.
10.Transport
Before transporting the welder you must rst disconnect the power plug and remove the ground
terminal from the workpiece. Then wind up the
cable properly. Now you can carry the welder to
a different place by the carry handle (1).
11. Maintenance
Remove dust and dirt from the equipment at regular intervals. Cleaning is best carried out with a
ne brush or a cloth.

household refuse.
To comply with European Directive 2002/96/EC
concerning old electric and electronic equipment
and its implementation in national laws, old electric power tools have to be separated from other
waste and disposed of in an environment-friendly
fashion, e.g. by taking to a recycling depot.
Recycling alternative to the return request:
As an alternative to returning the equipment to the
manufacturer, the owner of the electrical equipment must make sure that the equipment is properly disposed of if he no longer wants to keep the
equipment. The old equipment can be returned to
a suitable collection point that will dispose of the
equipment in accordance with the national recycling and waste disposal regulations. This does not
apply to any accessories or aids without electrical
components supplied with the old equipment.

Of course, if you would prefer to call us then we are also happy to offer our assistance under the service number printed below. Please note the following terms under which guarantee claims can be made:
1.
These guarantee terms cover additional guarantee rights and do not affect your statutory warranty rights. We do
not charge you for this guarantee.
2. Our guarantee only covers problems caused by material or manufacturing defects, and it is restricted to the rectication of these defects or replacement of the device. Please note that our devices have not been designed for
use in commercial, trade or industrial applications. Consequently, the guarantee is invalidated if the equipment
is used in commercial, trade or industrial applications or for other equivalent activities. The following are also
excluded from our guarantee: compensation for transport damage, damage caused by failure to comply with
the installation/assembly instructions or damage caused by unprofessional installation, failure to comply with the
operating instructions (e.g. connection to the wrong mains voltage or current type), misuse or inappropriate use
(such as overloading of the device or use of non-approved tools or accessories), failure to comply with the maintenance and safety regulations, ingress of foreign bodies into the device (e.g. sand, stones or dust), effects of
force or external inuences (e.g. damage caused by the device being dropped) and normal wear resulting from
proper operation of the device. This applies in particular to rechargeable batteries for which we nevertheless
issue a guarantee period of 12 months. The guarantee is rendered null and void if any attempt is made to tamper
with the device.
3. The guarantee is valid for a period of 3 years starting from the purchase date of the device. Guarantee claims
should be submitted before the end of the guarantee period within two weeks of the defect being noticed. No
guarantee claims will be accepted after the end of the guarantee period. The original guarantee period remains
applicable to the device even if repairs are carried out or parts are replaced. In such cases, the work performed
or parts tted will not result in an extension of the guarantee period, and no new guarantee will become active
for the work performed or parts tted. This also applies when an on-site service is used.
4. In order to assert your guarantee claim, please send your defective device postage-free to the address shown

za uporabu sastavni su dio ovog proizvoda. One
sadre vane napomene za sigurnost, koritenje i
zbrinjavanje. Prije uporabe proizvoda upoznajte
se sa svim napomenama za sigurnost i rukovanje.
Koristite proizvod samo na opisan nain i navedene radove. Kod prosljeivanja proizvoda treem
predajte mu svu dokumentaciju.

Upozorenje!
Ureaj koristite samo u skladu s njegovom
namjenom koja je navedena u ovim uputama:
elektroluno zavarivanje pomou elektroda s
platem. Nestruno rukovanje ovim ureajem
moe biti opasno za osobe, ivotinje i predmete,
a posljedice mogu biti poar u objektu, strujni
udar i ozljede oiju. Korisnik ureaja odgovoran
je za vlastitu sigurnost kao i za sigurnost drugih
osoba: obavezno proitajte ove upute za uporabu i pridravajte se propisa.
Popravke i/ili radove odravanja smiju provoditi samo kvalificirane osobe.
Smiju se koristiti samo vodovi za zavarivanje
sadrani u isporuci (H07RN-F 3x1,0 mm2 /
H01N2-D 1x10 mm2).
Pobrinite se za primjerenu njegu ureaja.
Dok je u funkciji, ureaj se ne smije stisnuti ili
stajati direktno uza zid, jer kroz otvore mora
dobivati dovoljno zraka. Provjerite je li ureaj
pravilno prikljuen na mreu (vidi 5.). Izbjegavajte svako vlano naprezanje mrenog
kabela. Iskljuite ureaj prije nego to ete ga
premjestiti na neko drugo mjesto.
Pripazite na stanje kabela za zavarivanje,
draa elektroda kao i stezaljki za masu;
istroenost izolacije i dijelova koji provode
struju moe dovesti do opasne situacije i
smanjiti kvalitetu zavarivanja.
Zavarivanje elektrinim lukom stvara iskre,
rastaljene dijelove metala i dim, zbog toga
pripazite da: sve zapaljive supstance i/ili ma-
cijevima u kojima su bile zapaljive tekuine ili

plinovi. Izbjegavajte svaki direktni kontakt sa
strujnim krugom zavarivanja; napon praznog
hoda koji se stvara izmeu draa elektroda i
stezaljke s masom moe biti opasan.
Ne odlaite niti ne koristite ureaj u vlanoj ili
mokroj okolini ili na kii
Zatitite oi za to namijenjenim zatitnim
naoalama (DIN stupanj 9-10) koje ete
privrstiti na dobivenu masku za zavarivanje.
Koristite rukavice i suhu zatitnu odjeu koja
nije uprljana uljem ili mau da ne biste izlagali kou ultraljubiastom zraenju svjetlosnog luka.
Ureaj za zavarivanje ne koristite za otapanje cijevi.
Provjerite je li ureaj stabilno postavljen. Ako
bi trebao stajati na kosini, morate ga osigurati
tako da ga priveete ili blokirate kotae.
Opasnost!
Svjetlosno zraenje koje stvara elektrini luk
moe ozlijediti oi i uzrokovati opekline na
koi.
Elektroluno zavarivanje stvara iskre i kapljice
otopljenog metala, zavareni radni komad se
uari i relativno dugo ostaje vrlo vru. Zbog
toga nemojte dodirivati radni komad golim
rukama.
Kod elektrolunog zavarivanja oslobaaju se
pare koje su tetne. Svaki elektrook moe biti
smrtonosan.
Ne pribliavajte se svjetlosnom luku direktno
u krugu od 15 m.
Zatitite se (kao i osobe oko sebe) od eventualno opasnih uinaka svjetlosnog luka.
Upozorenje: ovisno uvjetu prikljuivanja na
strujnu mreu na prikljunom mjestu ureaja
za zavarivanje, u mrei mogu nastati smetnje
za druge potroae.

Upozorenje!
U sluaju preoptereenih opskrbnih mrea i
strujnih krugova tijekom zavarivanja mogu nastati smetnje na drugim potroaima. U sluaju
dvojbe posavjetujte se s poduzeem za opskrbu
elektrinom energijom.
Izvori opasnosti kod elektrolunog zavarivanja
Opasnost!
Kod elektrolunog zavarivanja nastaje cijeli niz
izvora opasnosti. Zbog toga je naroito vano
da se varilac pridrava sljedeih pravila kako ne
bi doveo u opasnosti sebe i druge i kako bi se
izbjeglo nastajanje tjelesnih ozljeivanja i materijalnih teta na ureaju.
Radove na strani mrenog napona, npr. na
kabelima, utikaima, utinicama itd. smije
izvoditi samo strunjak. To naroito vrijedi za
izradu meukablova.
U sluaju nezgode odmah iskljuite ureaj iz
strujne mree.
Ako nastanu elektrini dodirni naponi, odmah
iskljuite ureaj i predajte ureaj strunjaku
na popravak.
Pazite da na strani struje zavarivanja budu
dobri elektrini kontakti.
Prilikom zavarivanja uvijek nosite izolacijske
rukavice. One vas tite od elektrinog udara
(napon praznog hoda strujnog kruga), od
tetnih zraenja (toplinskog i UV zraenja)
kao i uarenih kapljica metala i troske.
Nosite vrstu, izolacijsku obuu, cipele bi
trebale biti otporne i na vodu. Polucipele nisu
prikladne jer uareni komadii metala koji
otpadaju mogu prouzroiti opekline.
Nosite prikladnu odjeu, ne sintetike odjevne predmete.
Ne gledajte u elektrini luk nezatienih
oiju, koristite iskljuivo zatitnu masku za
zavarivanje sa zatitnim staklom u skladu s
propisima prema DIN-u. Osim svjetlosnog i
toplinskog zraenja koja uzrokuju blijetanje
odnosno opekotine, elektrini luk stvara i
UV zraenje. Ovo nevidljivo ultraljubiasto
zraenje uzrokuje kod nedovoljne zatite vrlo
bolnu upalu mrenice koja se primjeuje tek
nekoliko sati kasnije. Osim toga, UV zraenje

moe na nezatienim dijelovima tijela imati
tetna djelovanja poput sunanih opeklina.
Osobe ili pomonici koje se nalaze u blizini
elektrinog luka takoer moraju biti upueni
u na opasnosti i opremljeni nunim zatitnim
sredstvima, po potrebi ugradite pregradne
stijenke.
Prilikom zavarivanja, naroito u malim prostorijama, treba osigurati dovoljno dovoenje
zraka jer nastaju dim i plinovi.
Na posudama u kojima se skladite plinovi,
goriva, mineralna ulja ili sl. ne smiju se provoditi radovi zavarivanja ak i ako su ve due
vrijeme prazni jer zbog ostataka tvari u njima
postoji opasnost od eksplozije.
Posebni propisi vrijede za prostorije u kojima
postoji opasnost od vatre i eksplozije.
Zavareni spojevi koji su izloeni velikim
optereenjima obavezno moraju ispunjavati
sigurnosne zahtjeve, a smiju ih izraivati
samo posebno kolovane osobe, kvalificirani
varioci. Primjeri: tlani kotlovi, vodilice, spojke
prikolica itd.
Napomene:
Obavezno treba paziti na to da struja
zavarivanja moe u sluaju nemarnosti otetiti
zatitni vodi u elektrinim postrojenjima ili
ureajima, npr. kad se stezaljka s masom
poloi na kuite ureaja za zavarivanje koji
je spojen sa zatitnim vodiem elektrinog
ureaja. Radovi zavarivanja na stroju izvode
se s prikljuenim zatitnim vodiem. Zavarivanje na stroju mogue je i tako da se na njega ne stavi stezaljka s masom. U tom sIuaju
struja zavarivanja tee od stezaljke s masom
preko zatitnog vodia do stroja. Velika struja
zavarivanja moe rastopiti zatitni vodi.
Osigurai dovoda do utinica moraju
odgovarati propisima (VDE 0100). Prema
tim propisima smiju se koristiti samo osigurai
odnosno automati koji odgovaraju presjeku
kabela (za utinice sa zatitnim kontaktom
osigurai s maks. 16 A ili zatitna sklopka
od 16 A). Prejaki osigura moe uzrokovati
poar na vodovima odnosno na objektu.

Uske i vlane prostorije
Oprez!
Kod radova u uskim, vlanim ili vruim prostorijama treba koristiti izolacijske podloge i
meuslojeve, zatim rukavice s dugim zatitnim
nastavkom od koe ili nekog drugog neprovodljivog materijala u svrhu izolacije tijela od poda,
stijenki lakoprovodljivih dijelova aparata i slinog.
3. Opis ureaja i sadraj

Kod koritenja transformatora za manje radove zavarivanja pod poveanom elektrinom

opasnou, kao npr. u uskim prostorijama od
elektrini provodljivih zidova (kotlovi, cijevi itd.), u
vlanim prostorijama (promoena radna odjea),
u vruim prostorijama (odjea promoena znojem), poetni napon ureaja za zavarivanje
u praznom hodu ne smije biti vei od 42 volta
(efektivna vrijednost). Isto tako ureaj se, zbog
visokog poetnog napona, u tom sluaju ne moe
koristiti.

Zatitna odjea
Oprez!
Tijekom rada varilac mora nositi zatitnu
odjeu i masku za lice koje e mu cijelo tijelo
zatititi od zraenja i opekotina.
Mora nositi zatitne rukavice s dugim zatitnim
nastavkom od prikladnog materijala (koa).
One moraju biti u besprijekornom stanju.
Za zatitu odjee od iskrenja i opekotina treba nositi prikladne pregae. Ako to zahtijeva
vrsta posla, npr. kod zavarivanja iznad glave,
potrebno je nositi zatitno odijelo i po potrebi
takoer zatitu za glavu.
Koritena zatitna odjea i cijeli pribor moraju
odgovarati smjernici Osobna zatitna oprema.

U neposrednoj blizini fiksnih radnih mjesta zidovi ne smiju biti svijetlih boja ni sjajni. Prozore treba osigurati od proputanja ili odbijanja

3.2 Sadraj isporuke

Otvorite pakovinu i paljivo izvadite ureaj.
Uklonite ambalau kao i dijelove za sigurnost
pakiranja / za sigurnost tijekom transporta
(ako postoje).
Provjerite je li sadraj isporuke cjelovit.
Prekontrolirajte postoje li na ureaju i dijelovima pribora transportna oteenja.
Po mogunosti sauvajte pakovinu do isteka
jamstvenog roka.
Oprez ne gledajte u plamen! na opasnost

za oi. Radna mjesta treba po mogunosti
ograditi tako da se zatite osobe koje se

7. Pripreme za zavarivanje
Stezaljka s masom (4) privrsti se direktno na
komad za zavarivanje ili na podlogu na kojoj se
komad nalazi. Pozor, provjerite postoji li direktan
kontakt s komadom za zavarivanje. Pri tome izbjegavajte lakirane povrine i/ili izolacijske materijale. Kabel draa elektroda ima na zavretku
specijalnu stezaljku (dra elektroda (5)) koja
slui za pritezanje elektrode. Tijekom zavarivanja
uvijek treba koristiti masku (8). Ona titi oi od
svjetlosnog zraenja kojeg stvara elektrini luk
i omoguava toan pogled na predmet zavarivanja.
Vremena zavarivanja vrijede pri temperaturi okoline od 40C.

staklom (m) iznutra u upljinu u okviru maske za zavarivanje (s), utisnite ahure za
pridravanje zatitnog stakla (n) na klinove
(q) tako da se uglave kako biste osigurali okvir zatitnog stakla (k). Prozirno zatitno staklo
(m) mora nalei na vanjsku stranu (sl. 5).
Gornji rub okvira maske za zavarivanje (s)
savinite prema unutra (sl. 6/1.) i prelomite
kutove gornjeg ruba (sl. 6/2.). Sad savinite
prema unutra vanjske strane okvira zatitne
maske (s) (sl. 6/3.) i spojite ih tako da snano
stisnete kutove gornjeg ruba i vanjskih strana.
Na svakoj strani kod uglavljivanja klinova 2
treba se uti jasan klik (sl. 6/4).
Ako su oba gornja kuta maske za zavarivanje
spojena kao to je prikazano na slici 7, uta-
8. Zavarivanje
Nakon to ste prikljuili sve prikljuke za napajanje strujom kao i za strujni krug zavarivanja,
moete postupiti na sljedei nain:
Umetnite nenaslojeni kraj elektrode u dra (5)
i spojite stezaljku za masu (4) s komadom koji
zavarujete. Pripazite na to da uspostavite dobar
elektrini kontakt.
Ukljuite ureaj pomou prekidaa (3) i podesite
struju zavarivanja pomou kotaia (6). Ona ovisi
o elektrodi koju koristite. Drite zatitnu masku
ispred lica i trljajte vrhom elektrode po radnom
komadu tako dobijete efekt paljenja slino kao
kod ibice. To je najbolja metoda da upalite svjetlosni luk.
Ispitajte na nekom probnom komadu jeste li odabrali pravu elektrodu i jakost struje.

Pozor!
Ne lupkajte elektrodom po radnom komadu jer
na taj nain mogu nastati tete i oteava se paljenje svjetlosnog luka.
im se svjetlosni luk zapali pokuajte odrati
odreeni razmak od radnog komada koji
odgovara promjeru koritene elektrode. Tijekom
zavarivanja taj razmak trebalo bi po mogunosti
odravati konstantnim. Nagib elektrode u smjeru
rada bi trebao iznositi 20/30 stupnjeva.
Pozor!
Da biste uklonili istroene elektrode ili pomaknuli
upravo zavarene komade, uvijek koristite klijeta.
Pripazite na to da se dra elektroda (5) nakon
zavarivanja uvijek mora odloiti na izoliranu
povrinu. Troska se smije ukloniti tek kada se av
ohladi. Ako se zavarivanje nastavi na prekinutom
avu, prvo treba ukloniti trosku s mjesta gdje e se
nastaviti av.
9. Zatita od pregrijavanja
Ureaj za zavarivanje opremljen je zatitom od
pregrijavanja koja titi transformator za zavarivanje od pregrijavanja. Ako bi reagirala zatita
od pregrijavanja, zasvijetlit e kontrolna aruljica
(7) na vaem ureaju. U tom sluaju ostavite
ureaj za zavarivanje da se neko vrijeme hladi.

12. Skladitenje
Ureaj i njegov pribor spremite na tamno i suho
mjesto zatieno od smrzavanja, kojem djeca nemaju pristup. Optimalna temperatura skladitenja
je izmeu 5 i 30 C. Elektroalat uvajte u originalnoj pakovini.

14.Zbrinjavanje u otpad i
recikliranje
Ureaj je zapakiran kako bi se tijekom transporta
sprijeila oteenja. Ova pakovina je sirovina
i moe se ponovno upotrijebiti ili predati na
reciklau. Ureaj i njegov pribor sastavljeni su od
raznih materijala, kao npr. metal i plastika. Neispravne sklopove odlaite u specijalni otpad. Raspitajte se u specijaliziranoj trgovini ili opinskoj
upravi!
Kod transporta ureaja za zavarivanje prvo se

mora iskljuiti utika iz strujne mree i stezaljka
s masom odvojiti od radnog komada. Zatim se
moraju propisno namotati kabeli. Sad moete
transportirati ureaj za zavarivanje na neko drugo mjesto nosei ga za ruku (1).
11. Odravanje
Redovito uklanjajte prainu i prljavtinu sa stroja.
Najbolje je da ga oistite nom etkom ili krpom.

Elektroalate nemojte bacati u kuno smee!
Prema europskoj odredbi 2002/96/EG o starim
elektrinim i elektronikim ureajima i njenim prijenosom u nacionalno pravo, istroeni elektrini
alati trebaju se posebno sakupljati i na ekoloki
nain zbrinuti na mjestu za reciklau.
Alternativa s recikliranjem nasuprot zahtjevu za
povrat:
Vlasnik elektrinog ureaja alternativno je obvezan da umjesto povrata ureaja u sluaju odricanja vlasnitva sudjeluje u strunom zbrinjavanju
ureaja Stari ureaj moe se u tu svrhu predati i
mjestu za preuzimanje takvih ureaja koje provodi uklanjanje u smislu dravnih zakona o otpadu
i recikliranju. Zakonom nisu obuhvaeni dijelovi
pribora ugraeni u stare ureaje i pomoni materijali bez elektrinih elemenata.

nai proizvodi podlijeu strogoj kontroli kvalitete. ao nam je ako bi ipak dolo do toga da ureaj ne funkcionira
besprijekorno i zamolili bismo Vas da se u tom sluaju obratite na adresu nae servisne slube navedenu ispod ovog
jamstva. Takoer smo Vam na raspolaganju na dolje navedenom telefonskom broju servisne slube. Za traenje
jamstvenog zahtjeva vrijedi sljedee:
1. Ovi jamstveni uvjeti reguliraju dodatne jamstvene usluge. Ovo jamstvo ne zadire u Vae zakonsko pravo zahtjeva za ostvarenje jamstvenih usluga. Realizacija jamstvenih usluga je besplatna.
2. Jamstvena usluga obuhvaa iskljuivo nedostatke nastale zbog greke na materijalu ili tijekom proizvodnje i
ogranien je na uklanjanje tih nedostataka odnosno zamjenu ureaja. Molimo da obratite panju na to da
nai ureaji nisu konstruirani za koritenje u komercijalne svrhe niti u obrtu i industriji. Prema tome, ugovor o
jamstvu ne moe se ostvariti ako se ureaj koristi u obrtnikim ili industrijskim pogonima kao i u slinim djelatnostima. Nadalje su iz jamstva iskljuene usluge zamjene proizvoda u sluaju transportnih oteenja, teta
zbog nepridravanja uputa za montau ili zbog nestrune instalacije, nepridravanja uputa za uporabu (kao
npr. zbog prikljuka na pogreni mreni napon ili vrstu struje), zbog zloporaba ili nestrunih primjena (kao
npr. preoptereenje ureaja ili koritenje nedoputenih alata ili pribora), u sluaju nepridravanja uputa za
odravanje i sigurnosnih odredbi, zbog prodiranja stranih tijela u ureaj (npr. pijeska, kamenja ili praine),
nasilne primjene ili vanjskih utjecaja (kao npr. oteenja zbog pada) kao i zbog uobiajenog troenja tijekom
koritenja. To naroito vrijedi za baterije za koje ipak dajemo jamstvo od 12 mjeseci. Zahtjev za jamstvo prestaje
biti valjan ako su na ureaju ve izvreni neki zahvati.
3. Jamstveni rok iznosi 3 godine a zapoinje s datumom kupnje ureaja. Jamstveni zahtjevi ostvaruju se prije
isteka jamstvenog roka unutar dvije godine nakon to ste uoili kvar. Ostvarenje jamstvenog zahtjeva nakon
isteka jamstvenog roka je iskljueno. Popravkom ili zamjenom ureaja ne produljuje se jamstveni rok niti se tom
uslugom ostvarujenovi jamstveni rok za ureaj ili ostale ugraene rezervne dijelove. To takoer vrijedi i kod
koritenja servisa na licu mjesta.
4. Da biste ostvarili svoj jamstveni zahtjev, molimo Vas da nam poaljete neispravan ureaj bez plaanja potarine
na dolje navedenu adresu. Priloite originalni rauna za kupnju ureaja ili neki drugi dokaz o kupnji s datumom.
Molimo Vas da zbog tog razloga dobro sauvate raun kao dokaz! to tonije opiite razlog reklamacije. Ako
naa jamstvena usluga obuhvaa kvar nastao na Vaem ureaju, odmah emo Vam vratiti popravljeni ili novi
ureaj.
Razumljivo je da emo za naknadu trokova ukloniti i kvarove koje jamstvena usluga ne obuhvaa. U tom sluaju
poaljite ureaj na adresu naeg servisa.

1. Introducere
V felicitm pentru cumprarea acestui nou aparat.
V-ai decis astfel pentru un produs de nalt calitate. Instruciunile de folosire sunt parte component
a acestui produs. Ele conin indicaii importante
privind sigurana, utilizarea i salubrizarea. nainte de utilizarea produsului familiarizai-v cu toate
instruciunile de utilizare i indicaiile de siguran.
Utilizai produsul numai aa cum este descris i
numai n domeniile de utilizare indicate. n cazul
n care predai aparatul la teri , nmnai v
rugm i aceste instruciuni de folosire / indicaii
de siguran.
2. Indicaii de siguran
Se vor respecta neaprat
Avertisment!
Utilizai aparatul numai n conformitate cu scopul pentru care a fost creat, prezentat n cadrul
acestor instruciuni de utilizare: sudur manual
cu arc electric. Manipularea necorespunztoare
a acestei instalaii poate periculoas pentru
persoane i animale i poate provoca daune materiale, de exemplu poate avea drept consecin
incendiul, electrocutarea i vtmarea ochilor.
Utilizatorul instalaiei este rspunztor de propria
sa siguran, precum i de cea a altor persoane:
Citii n mod obligatoriu acest manual de utilizare
i respectai normele.
Reparaiile sau/i lucrrile de ntreinere vor fi
efectuate numai de ctre personal calificat.
Este permis numai utilizarea cablurilor de
sudur cuprinse n livrare (H07RN-F 3x1,0
mm2 / H01N2-D 1x10 mm2).
Asigurai o ngrijire adecvat a aparatului.
n timpul funcionrii aparatul nu are voie s
fie amplasat nghesuit sau direct lng perete,
pentru a asigura o absorbie suficient de aer
prin fantele de aerisire. Asigurai-v c aparatul este racordat corect la reea (a se vedea
5.) Evitai orice solicitare prin traciune a
aparatului. Scoatei aparatul din priz atunci
cnd vrei s-l amplasai n alt loc.
Fii ateni la starea cablului de sudur, a su-
portului electrozilor precum i a clemelor de

mas; uzura izolaiei i a prilor conductoare
de curent pot duce la situaii periculoase i s
diminueze calitatea sudurii.
Sudura cu arc electric produce scntei, piese
metalice topite i fum, de aceea, avei grij s
ndeprtai toate substanele i/sau materialele inflamabile de la locul de munc.
Asigurai-v c este exist o alimentare
suficient cu aer.
Nu sudai pe recipiente, vase sau evi care au
coninut lichide sau gaze inflamabile. Evitai
orice contact direct cu circuitul de curent de
sudur; tensiunea la mers n gol dintre suportul electrozilor i clema de mas poate fi
periculoas.
Nu depozitai sau utilizai aparatul n medii
umede sau ude sau n ploaie.
Protejai-v ochii cu sticle de protecie (Grad
DIN 9-10) prevzute n acest sens; acestea
trebuie fixate pe masca de sudur alturat.
Folosii mnui i mbrcminte de protecie
uscat, fr pete de ulei sau unsoare, pentru
a proteja pielea de radiaiile ultraviolete ale
arcului electric.
Nu folosii aparatul de sudur pentru
dezghearea evilor.
Asigurai-v c aparatul este amplasat stabil.
Dac aparatul este amplasat pe o suprafa
oblic i dac este necesar, acesta trebuie
asigurat prin legarea sau blocarea roilor.
Pericol!
Lumina arcului electric poate provoca
vtmarea ochilor i arsuri ale pielii.
Sudura cu arc electric produce scntei i
picturi de piese metalice topite, piesa de
prelucrat sudat devine incandescent i
rmne timp destul de ndelungat foarte fierbinte. Din acest motiv, nu atingei piesa de
prelucrat cu mna.
La sudura cu arc electric sunt emanai aburi
care pot fi duntori sntii. Fiecare oc
electric poate avea consecine mortale.
Nu v apropiai direct arcului electric ntr-o
zon de 15 m.

Surse de pericol la sudura cu arc electric

Pericol!
La sudura cu arc electric pot aprea o serie
de surse de pericol. Din acest motiv, pentru
sudor este deosebit de important s respecte
urmtoarele reguli, pentru a evita periclitarea sa
i a altor persoane i deteriorarea aparatului.
Lucrri la componentele aflate sub tensiune,
ca de ex. cabluri, techere, prize etc. se vor
executa numai de ctre un specialist. Acest lucru este valabil n special la montarea cablurilor intermediare.
n caz de accidentare, decuplai imediat sursa
de curent pentru sudur de la reea.
n cazul n care apar tensiuni electrice de
contact, aparatul trebuie deconectat imediat
i verificat de ctre un specialist.
Asigurai o stare bun a contactelor n cazul
componentelor sursei de curent pentru sudur.
Purtai n timpul sudurii ntotdeauna mnui
izolatoare pe ambele mini. Acestea feresc
de electrocutare (tensiunea la mers n gol a
circuitului de curent de sudur), de radiaii
duntoare (cldur i radiaii ultraviolete)
precum i de cioburi de zgur i stropi de metal incandescent.
Purtai nclminte stabil i izolatoare, pantofii trebuie s aib efect izolator i la umiditate. Nu purtai pantofi neadecvai, deoarece
stropii de metal incandescent care cad pot
provoca arsuri.
Purtai mbrcminte corespunztoare, n nici
un caz haine din material sintetic.
Nu privii cu ochii neprotejai spre arcul
electric, folosii o masc de sudur cu geam

de protecie n conformitate cu norma DIN.
n afara razelor de lumin i de radiaia
termic, care pot provoca orbirea sau arsuri,
arcul electric produce i raze ultraviolete.
Razele ultraviolete invizibile pot provoca n
caz de protecie insuficient o conjunctivit
dureroas, observabil abia cu cteva ore
mai trziu. De asemenea, razele UV pot avea
ca urmare efect asemntor arsurilor solare
pe prile neprotejate ale corpului.
Att persoanele aflate n apropierea arcului
electric ct i personalul ajuttor trebuie
informai despre pericolele posibile i echipai
cu echipamentul de protecie corespunztor,
dac este necesar se monteaz perei protectori.
n timpul sudurii, mai ales n ncperi mici, trebuie asigurat o alimentare suficient cu aer
proaspt, deoarece se produce fum i sunt
emanate gaze duntoare.
Este interzis sudarea recipientelor n care
au fost depozitate gaze, combustibili, uleiuri
minerale sau alte substane asemntoare,
chiar dac acestea au fost golite de timp
ndelungat, deoarece exist pericol de explozie datorit reziduurilor.
n ncperi cu risc de incendiu i de explozie
sunt valabile reglementri speciale.
mbinrile prin sudare care sunt expuse unor
solicitri mari i trebuie s ndeplineasc
neaprat anumite cerine de siguran, vor
fi executate numai de ctre sudori certificai
i cu calificare deosebit. Exemple: cazane
de presiune, ine de rulare, cuplaje pentru
remorc etc.
Indicaie:
Trebuie inut cont neaprat, ca conductorul de protecie la instalaii electrice sau
aparate, s nu fie distrus prin neglijen de
curentul de sudur, de exemplu, clema de
mas se pune pe carcasa aparatului de
sudur, care este legat cu conductorul de
protecie a instalaiei electrice. Lucrrile de
sudur se efectueaz la o main cu racord
de pmntare. Exist deci posibilitatea de
sudur la o main, fr s fie racordat
clema de mas la aceasta. n acest caz, cu-

la main prin intermediul conductorului de
protecie. Curentul de sudur la amperaj mare
poate avea ca urmare topirea conductorului
de protecie.
Asigurarea cablurilor de alimentare pn la
priz trebuie s corespund reglementrilor
(VDE 0100). Conform acestor reglementri
este permis numai utilizarea unor sigurane
resp. automate n conformitate cu seciunea
conductorilor (pentru prize prevzute cu
contact de protecie - sigurane sau comutatori de protecie a conductorilor de max. 16
Amp.) Suprasolicitarea poate avea ca urmare
aprinderea cablurilor resp. daune ale cldirii
rezultate n urma unui incendiu.
ncperi mici i umede

Atenie!
n timpul lucrului n ncperi mici, umede sau
foarte clduroase trebuie folosite suporturi i panouri intermediare izolatoare, respectiv mnui
cu manet din piele sau alt material cu conductibilitate redus pentru izolarea corpului fa
de podea, perei, componente conductoare ale
aparatului etc.
n cazul utilizrii unui transformator de sudur
de capacitate mic pentru sudarea n condiii cu
pericol de natur electric ridicat, ca de ex. n
ncperi mici cu perei conductori (cazan, evi
etc.), n ncperi umede (umezirea mbrcmintei
de lucru), n ncperi foarte clduroase (transpirarea mbrcmintei de lucru), tensiunea de ieire a
aparatului de sudur la funcionarea n gol nu are
voie s e mai mare de 42 voli (valoare efectiv).
Ca urmare, aparatul nu poate folosit n acest
caz datorit tensiunii de ieire ridicate.

n timpul lucrului sudorul trebuie s-i proteje
ze ntreg corpul prin mbrcminte i protecie

a feei mpotriva razelor i a arsurilor.
La ambele mini trebuie purtate mnui cu
manet din material adecvat (piele). Ele tre-
buie s fie ntr-o stare impecabil.
Pentru protejarea mbrcmintei mpotriva
scnteilor i arsurilor trebuie purtate oruri

adecvate. n funcie de tipul lucrrilor, de exemplu sudarea deasupra capului, se va purta
un costum de protecie i dac este necesar i
casc de protecie.

accesoriile trebuie s corespund directivei
Echipament personal de protecie.

Atenie!
Printr-un panou Atenie, nu privii n flcri!
la locul de munc trebuie avertizat fa de
pericolul pentru ochi. Locurile de munc
trebuie ecranate pe ct posibil, astfel nct
persoanele aflate n apropiere s fie protejate. Persoanele neautorizate trebuie inute la
distan de locul lucrrilor de sudur.
n imediata apropiere a locurilor staionare
de sudare, pereii nu au voie s fie de culoare deschis sau lucitori. Geamurile trebuie
asigurate cel puin pn la nlimea capului
mpotriva trecerii sau reflectrii razelor, de
exemplu prin vopsire adecvat.

3.2 Cuprinsul livrrii

Deschidei ambalajul i scoatei aparatul cu
grij.
ndeprtai ambalajul, precum i siguranele
de ambalare i de transport (dac exist).
Verificai dac livrarea este complet.
Controlai aparatul i accesoriile dac nu
prezint pagube de transport.
Pstrai ambalajul dup posibilitate, pn la
expirarea duratei de garanie.
Atenie!
Aparatul i ambalajul nu sunt jucrii
pentru copii! Copiilor le este interzis s se
joace cu pungi din material plastic, folii i
piese mici! Exist pericolul de nghiire i
sufocare!
4. Utilizarea conform scopului

Cu aparatul de sudur electric pot sudate diferite metale prin utilizarea electrozilor nvelii
corespunztori.
Maina se va utiliza numai conform scopului
pentru care este conceput. Orice utilizare
care depete acest domeniu este considerat
neconform. Pentru eventualele daune sau accidente de orice tip rezultate ca urmare a utilizrii
neconforme a aparatului rspunde utilizatorul/
operatorul i nu productorul.
Aparatul poate utilizat numai n conformitate
cu scopul pentru care a fost creat. Orice utilizare
care depete acest domeniu este considerat
neconform. Pentru eventualele daune sau accidente de orice tip rezultate ca urmare a utilizrii
neconforme a aparatului rspunde utilizatorul/
operatorul i nu productorul.
V rugm s inei de asemenea cont de faptul c

aparatele noastre nu sunt construite pentru utilizare n scopuri meteugreti sau industriale. Nu
ne asumm nicio rspundere pentru eventualele
probleme survenite ca urmare a utilizrii aparatului n ntreprinderi lucrative, meteugreti sau
industriale precum i n alte activiti similare.

artat n figura 7, introducei uruburile pentru
mner (p) din exterior n cele 3 guri din masca de sudur. (Fig. 8)
ntoarcei masca de sudur i trecei mnerul
(r) peste filetul celor 3 uruburi pentru mner
(p). Fixai mnerul (r) cu cele 3 piulie pentru
mner (o) pe masca de sudur. (Fig. 9).
Timpii de sudur sunt valabili la o temperatur a

mediului de 40C.

7. Pregtiri pentru sudur

Clema de mas (4) se xeaz direct pe piesa de
sudat sau pe suportul pe care este aezat piesa
de sudat. Fii ateni s existe un contact direct cu
piesa de sudat. Din acest motiv, evitai suprafeele
lcuite i / sau materiale izolatoare. Captul
cablului suportului electrozilor este prevzut cu
o clem special (suportul electrozilor (5)), care
servete la xarea electrozilor.
n timpul sudurii trebuie folosit ntotdeauna masca de sudur (8). Aceasta protejeaz ochii de
lumina arcului electric i permite n acelai timp
privirea direct pe piesa de sudat.
8. Sudarea
Dup ce ai realizat toate racordurile electrice
pentru alimentarea cu curent precum i pentru
circuitul de curent de sudur, putei proceda
dup cum urmeaz: Introducei captul nenvelit al electrodului n suportul pentru electrozi
(5) i racordai clema de mas (4) la piesa de
sudat. Avei grij s existe un contact electric
corespunztor.
Pornii aparatul cu ajutorul ntreruptorului pornire/oprire (3) i reglai curentul de sudur cu roata
de reglare (6). Reglajul se face n funcie de electrodul care urmeaz s e utilizat.

Atenie!

Zgura se va ndeprta abia dup rcirea custurii
sudate.
Dac continuai sudarea la o custur sudat
ntrerupt, trebuie ndeprtat nti zgura de la
locul de pornire.
9. Protecia mpotriva
supranclzirii
Aparatul de sudur este dotat cu o protecie mpotriva supranclzirii, care mpiedic transformatorul de sudur s se supranclzeasc. n cazul
n care aceast protecie se activeaz, lampa de
control (7) a aparatului de sudur se aprinde.
Lsai atunci aparatul s se rceasc un timp.
10.Transport
La transportul aparatului de sudur trebuie scos
nti techerul din priz i ndeprtat clema
de mas de pe piesa de prelucrat. Apoi trebuie
nfurat cablul n mod regulamentar. Acum aparatul de sudur poate inut de mnerul de transport (1) transportat n alt loc.
11. ntreinere
Praful i impuritile trebuie ndeprtate periodic
de pe aparat. Curirea se va efectua cel mai
bine cu o perie n sau cu o crp.

12. Depozitarea
Depozitai aparatul i accesoriile acestuia la
loc ntunecos, uscat i ferit de nghe, precum i
inaccesibil copiilor. Temperatura de depozitare
optim este ntre 5 i 30 C.

14.Eliminare i reciclare
Aparatul se a ntr-un ambalaj pentru a mpiedica pagubele de transport. Acest ambalaj este
o materie prim i este astfel refolosibil sau poate
readus n circuitul de revaloricare a materiilor
prime. Aparatul i piesele sale auxiliare sunt construite din diferite materiale, cum ar de exemplu
metal sau material plastic. Expediai componentele defecte la centrele de colectare ale deeurilor
speciale. Interesai-v n acest sens n magazinele
de specialitate sau la administraia comunal!
Numai pentru ri ale UE

Nu aruncai aparatele electrice la gunoiul menajer!
Conform directivei europene 2002/96/CE cu
privire la aparatele electrice i electronice vechi i
punerea n aplicare n legislaia naional, aparatele electrice uzate trebuie colectate separat i
supuse unui ciclu de reciclare ecologic.
Alternativ de reciclare la apelul de trimitere
napoi:
Alternativ returnrii, proprietarul aparatului
electric este obligat s participe la o valoricare
corect a acestuia, n cazul renunrii asupra
proprietii aparatului. Aparatul vechi poate
predat n acest sens unui centru de colectare, care
execut o ndeprtare conform legilor naionale
referitoare la reciclare i deeuri. Nu sunt afectate
accesoriile ataate aparatelor vechi i materiale
auxiliare fr componente electrice.

17. Certicat de garanie

Stimate client, stimate client,
produsele noastre sunt supuse unui control de calitate riguros. Dac totui vreodat acest aparat nu va funciona
ireproabil ne pare foarte ru i v rugm s v adresai la centrul service indicat la nalul acestui certicat de
garanie. Bineneles c v stm i la telefon cu plcere la dispoziie, la numerele de service menionate mai jos. Pentru revendicarea preteniilor de garanie trebuie inut cont de urmtoarele:
1. Aceste instruciuni de garanie reglementeaz prestaiile de garanie suplimentare. Preteniile dumneavoastre de garanie legale nu sunt atinse de aceast garanie. Prestaia noastr de garanie este gratuit pentru
dumneavoastr.
2. Prestaia de garanie se extinde n exclusivitate asupra defectelor care provin din erori de material sau de
fabricaie i se limiteaz la remedierea acestor defecte respectiv la schimbarea aparatului. V rugm s inei
cont de faptul c aparatele noastre, n conformitate cu scopul lor de folosire, nu sunt prevzute pentru intervenii
meteugreti sau industriale. Din acest motiv nu se va ncheia un contract de garanie atunci cnd aparatul
se va folosi n ntreprinderi meteugreti sau industriale precum i pentru activiti similare. De la garanie
sunt excluse deasemenea prestaiile pentru deteriorrile intervenite pe timpul transportului, deteriorri datorate
nelurii n considerare a instruciunilor de montare sau datorit instalrii necompetente, nelurii n considerare
a instruciunilor de folosire (cum ar de exemplu racordarea la o tensiune de reea fals sau la un curent fals),
utilizarea abuziv sau improprie (cum ar suprasolicitarea aparatului sau folosirea uneltelor ataabile sau auxiliarilor neadmii), nelurii n considerare a prescripiilor referitoare la lucrrile de ntreinere i siguran, intrarea
corpurilor strine n aparat (cum ar nisip, pietre sau praf), recurgerea la violen sau inene strine (cum ar
de exemplu deteriorri datorit cderii), precum i datorit uzurii normale, conform utilizrii. Acest lucru este
valabil n special pentru acumulatoare, cu toate acestea acordm totui o durat de garanie de 12 luni. Pretenia
de garanie se pierde atunci cnd s-au efectuat intervenii la aparat.
3. Durata de garanie este de 3 ani i ncepe din ziua cumprrii aparatului. Preteniile de garanie se vor revendica
n interval de dou sptmni de la data apariiei defectului. Este exclus revendicarea preteniei de garanie
dup expirarea duratei de garanie. Repararea sau schimbarea aparatului nu duce nici la prelungirea duratei de
garanie i nici nu se va xa o durat de garanie nou pentru prestaia efectuat la acest aparat sau pentru o
pies schimbat la acesta. Acest lucru este valabil i n cazul unui service la faa locului.
4. Pentru revendicarea preteniilor dumneavoastre de garanie v rugm s trimitei aparatul defect gratuit la adresa
menionat mai jos. Anexai bonul de cumprare n original sau o alt dovad de cumprare datat. V rugm
s pstrai cu grij bonul de cas drept dovad! V rugm s desriei ct mai amnunit motivul reclamaiei.
Dac defectul aparatului este cuprins n prestaiile noastre de garanie, vei primi imediat napoi aparatul reparat
sau un aparat nou.
Bineneles c remediem cu plcere contra cost i defecte la aparate care nu sunt sau nu mai sunt cuprinse n
prestaiile de garanie. Pentru aceasta trimitei va rugm aparatul la adresa noastr service.

Sorgen Sie fr angemessene Pflege des Gertes.
Das Gert darf whrend der Funktionsdauer
nicht eingeengt oder direkt an der Wand
stehen, damit immer gengend Luft durch
die ffnungsschlitze aufgenommen werden
kann. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gert
richtig an das Netz angeschlossen ist (siehe
5.). Vermeiden Sie jede Zugbeanspruchung
des Netzkabels. Stecken Sie das Gert aus,
bel, des Elektrodenhalters sowie der Masseklemmen; Abntzung an der Isolierung und
an den stromfhrenden Teilen knnen eine
gefhrliche Situation hervorrufen und die
Qualitt der Schweiarbeit mindern.
Lichtbogenschweien erzeugt Funken, geschmolzene Metallteile und Rauch, beachten
Sie daher: Alle brennbaren Substanzen und/
oder Materialien vom Arbeitsplatz entfernen.
berzeugen Sie sich, dass ausreichend Luftzufuhr zur Verfgung steht.
Schweien Sie nicht auf Behltern, Gefen
oder Rohren, die brennbare Flssigkeit oder
Gase enthalten haben. Vermeiden Sie jeden
direkten Kontakt mit dem Schweistromkreis;
die Leerlaufspannung, die zwischen Elektrodenhalter und Masseklemme auftritt, kann
gefhrlich sein.
Lagern oder verwenden Sie das Gert nicht
in feuchter oder in nasser Umgebung oder bei
Regen.
Schtzen Sie die Augen mit dafr bestimmten
Schutzglsern (DIN Grad 9-10), die Sie auf
dem beigelegten Schweischirm befestigen.
Verwenden Sie Handschuhe und trockene
Schutzkleidung, die frei von l und Fett ist,
um die Haut nicht ultravioletten Strahlungen
des Lichtbogens auszusetzen.
Verwenden Sie das Schweigert nicht zum
Auftauen von Rohren.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gert standsicher aufgestellt ist. Sollte es auf einer schrgen Ebene stehen, muss es gegebenenfalls
durch Festbinden oder Blockieren der Rder
gesichert werden.
Gefahr!
Die Lichtstrahlung des Lichtbogens kann die
Augen schdigen und Verbrennungen auf der
Haut hervorrufen.
Das Lichtbogenschweien erzeugt Funken
und Tropfen von geschmolzenem Metall, das
geschweite Arbeitstck beginnt zu glhen
und bleibt relativ lange sehr hei. Berhren
Sie das Werkstck deshalb nicht mit bloen
Hnden.

Gefahrenquellen beim
Lichtbogenschweien
Gefahr!
Beim Lichtbogenschweien ergeben sich eine
Reihe von Gefahrenquellen. Es ist daher fr den
Schweier besonders wichtig, nachfolgende
Regeln zu beachten, um sich und andere nicht zu
gefhrden und Schden fr Mensch und Gert zu
vermeiden.
Arbeiten auf der Netzspannungsseite, z.B. an
Kabeln, Steckern, Steckdosen usw. nur vom
Fachmann ausfhren lassen. Dies gilt insbesondere fr das Erstellen von Zwischenkabeln.
Bei Unfllen Schweistromquelle sofort vom
Netz trennen.
Wenn elektrische Berhrungsspannungen
auftreten, Gert sofort abschalten und vom
Fachmann berprfen lassen.
Auf der Schweistromseite immer auf gute
elektrische Kontakte achten.
Beim Schweien immer an beiden Hnden isolierende Handschuhe tragen. Diese
schtzen vor elektrischen Schlgen (Leerlaufspannung des Schweistromkreises), vor
schdlichen Strahlungen (Wrme und UV
Strahlungen) sowie vor glhenden Metall-
Schuhe mssen auch bei Nsse isolieren.

Halbschuhe sind nicht geeignet, da herabfallende, glhende Metalltropfen Verbrennungen verursachen.
Geeignete Bekleidung anziehen, keine synthetischen Kleidungstcke.
Nicht mit ungeschtzten Augen in den
Lichtbogen sehen, nur Schweischirm mit
vorschriftsmigem Schutzglas nach DIN
verwenden. Der Lichtbogen gibt auer Lichtund Wrmestrahlen, die eine Blendung bzw.
Verbrennung verursachen, auch UV-Strahlen
ab. Diese unsichtbare ultraviolette Strahlung
verursacht bei ungengendem Schutz eine
erst einige Stunden spter bemerkbare, sehr
schmerzhafte Bindehautentzndung. Auerdem hat die UV-Strahlung auf ungeschtzte
Krperstellen sonnenbrandhnliche Wirkungen zur Folge.
Auch in der Nhe des Lichtbogens befindliche
Personen oder Helfer mssen auf die Gefahren hingewiesen und mit den ntigen Schutzmitteln ausgerstet werden, wenn notwendig,
Schutzwnde einbauen.
Beim Schweien, besonders in kleinen Rumen, ist fr ausreichende Frischluftzufuhr zu
sorgen, da Rauch und schdliche Gase entstehen.
An Behltern, in denen Gase, Treibstoffe,
Mineralle oder dgl. gelagert werden, drfen
auch wenn sie schon lange Zeit entleert sind,
keine Schweiarbeiten vorgenommen werden, da durch Rckstnde Explosionsgefahr
besteht.
In feuer- und explosionsgefhrdeten Rumen
gelten besondere Vorschriften.
Schweiverbindungen, die groen Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt sind und unbedingt
Sicherheitsforderungen erfllen mssen,
drfen nur von besonders ausgebildeten und
geprften Schweiern ausgefhrt werden.
Beispiel sind: Druckkessel, Laufschienen, Anhngerkupplungen usw.
Hinweise:
Es ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass
der Schutzleiter in elektrischen Anlagen

oder Gerten bei Fahrlssigkeit durch den

Schweistrom zerstrt werden kann, z.B. die
Masseklemme wird auf das Schweigertegehuse gelegt, welches mit dem Schutzleiter
der elektrischen Anlage verbunden ist. Die
Schweiarbeiten werden an einer Maschine
mit Schutzleiteranschluss vorgenommen. Es
ist also mglich, an der Maschine zu schweien, ohne die Masseklemme an dieser angebracht zu haben. In diesem Fall fliet der
Schweistrom von der Masseklemme ber
den Schutzleiter zur Maschine. Der hohe
Schweistrom kann ein Durchschmelzen des
Schutzleiters zur Folge haben.
Die Absicherungen der Zuleitungen zu den
Netzsteckdosen muss den Vorschriften entsprechen (VDE 0100). Es drfen also nach
diesen Vorschriften nur dem Leitungsquerschnitt entsprechende Sicherungen bzw. Automaten verwendet werden (fr Schutzkontaktsteckdosen max. 16 Amp. Sicherungen oder
16 Amp. LS-Schalter). Eine bersicherung
kann Leitungsbrand bzw. Gebudebrandschden zur Folge haben.
Enge und feuchte Rume

Vorsicht!
Bei Arbeiten in engen, feuchten oder heien
Rumen sind isolierende Unterlagen und
Zwischenlagen, ferner Stulpenhandschuhe aus
Leder oder anderen schlecht leitenden Stoffen zur
Isolierung des Krpers gegen Fuboden, Wnde,
leitfhige Apparateteile und dgl. zu benutzen.
Bei Verwendung der Kleinschweitransformatoren
zum Schweien unter erhhter elektrischer Gefhrdung, wie z.B. in engen Rumen aus elektrisch
leitfhigen Wandungen (Kessel, Rohre usw.), in
nassen Rumen (Durchfeuchten der Arbeitskleidung), in heien Rumen (Durchschwitzen der
Arbeitskleidung), darf die Ausgangsspannung des
Schweigertes im Leerlauf nicht hher als 42
Volt (Effektivwert) sein. Das Gert kann also aufgrund der hheren Ausgangsspannung in diesem
Fall nicht verwendet werden.
Schutzkleidung
Vorsicht!
Whrend der Arbeit muss der Schweier an
seinem ganzen Krper durch die Kleidung
und den Gesichtschutz gegen Strahlen und
gegen Verbrennungen geschtzt sein.
An beiden Hnden sind Stulpenhandschuhe
aus einem geeignetem Stoff (Leder) zu tragen.
Sie mssen sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand befinden.
Zum Schutz der Kleidung gegen Funkenflug
und Verbrennungen sind geeignete Schrzen
zu tragen. Wenn die Art der Arbeiten z.B.
das berkopfschweien, es erfordert, ist ein
Schutzanzug und wenn ntig auch Kopfschutz
zu tragen.
Die verwendete Schutzkleidung und das
gesamte Zubehr muss der Richtlinie Persnliche Schutzausrstung entsprechen.
Schutz gegen Strahlen und
Verbrennungen
Vorsicht!
An der Arbeitsstelle durch einen Aushang
Vorsicht nicht in die Flammen sehen! auf
die Gefhrdung der Augen hinweisen. Die
Arbeitspltze sind mglichst so abzuschirmen,
dass die in der Nhe befindlichen Personen
geschtzt sind. Unbefugte sind von den
Schweiarbeiten fernzuhalten.
In unmittelbarer Nhe ortsfester Arbeitsstellen
drfen die Wnde nicht hellfarbig und nicht
glnzend sein. Fenster sind mindestens bis
Kopfhhe gegen Durchlassen oder Zurckwerfen von Strahlen zu sichern, z.B. durch
geeigneten Anstrich.

7. Schweivorbereitungen
Die Masseklemme (4) wird direkt am Schweistck oder an der Unterlage, auf der das
Schweistck abgestellt ist, befestigt.
Achtung, sorgen Sie dafr, dass ein direkter Kontakt mit dem Schweistck besteht. Meiden Sie
daher lackierte Oberchen und / oder Isolierstoffe. Das Elektrodenhalterkabel besitzt am Ende
eine Spezialklemme (Elektrodenhalter (5)), die
zum Einklemmen der Elektrode dient.
Der Schweischirm (8) ist whrend des Schweiens immer zu verwenden. Er schtzt die Augen
vor der vom Lichtbogen ausgehenden Lichtstrahlung und erlaubt dennoch genau den Blick auf
das Schweigut.
8. Schweien
Nachdem Sie alle elektrischen Anschlsse fr die
Stromversorgung sowie fr den Schweistromkreis
vorgenommen haben, knnen Sie folgendermaen vorgehen:
Fhren Sie das nicht ummantelte Ende der Elektrode in den Elektrodenhalter (5) ein und verbinden
Sie die Masseklemme (4) mit dem Schweistck.
Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass ein guter elektrischer Kontakt besteht.
Schalten Sie das Gert am Ein-/Ausschalter (3)
ein und stellen Sie den Schweistrom, mit dem
Einstellrad (6) ein. Je nach Elektrode, die man
verwenden will.
Halten Sie den Schweischirm vor das Gesicht
und reiben Sie die Elektrodenspitze auf dem
Schweistck so, dass Sie eine Bewegung wie
beim Anznden eines Streichholzes
ausfhren. Dies ist die beste Methode um den
Lichtbogen zu znden.
Testen Sie auf einem Probestck, ob Sie die richtige Elektrode und Stromstrke gewhlt haben.

Achtung!
Tupfen Sie nicht mit der Elektrode das Werkstck,
es knnte dadurch ein Schaden auftreten und die
Zndung des Lichtbogens erschweren.
Sobald sich der Lichtbogen entzndet hat versuchen Sie eine Distanz zum Werkstck einzuhalten,
die dem verwendeten Elektrodendurchmesser
entspricht. Der Abstand sollte mglichst konstant
bleiben, whrend Sie schweien. Die Elektrodenneigung in Arbeitsrichtung sollte 20/30 Grad
betragen.
Achtung!
Bentzen Sie immer eine Zange, um verbrauchte
Elektroden zu entfernen oder um eben geschweite Stcke zu bewegen. Beachten Sie bitte,
dass der Elektrodenhalter (5) nach dem Schweien immer isoliert abgelegt werden muss.
Die Schlacke darf erst nach dem Abkhlen von
der Naht entfernt werden.
Wird eine Schweiung an einer unterbrochenen
Schweinaht fortgesetzt, ist erst die Schlacke an
der Ansatzstelle zu entfernen.
9. berhitzungsschutz
Das Schweigert ist mit einem berhitzungsschutz ausgestattet, welches den Schweitrafo
vor berhitzung schtzt. Sollte der berhitzungsschutz ansprechen, so leuchtet die Kontrolllampe
(7) an Ihrem Gert. Lassen Sie das Schweigert
einige Zeit abkhlen.

10.Transport
Beim Transport des Schweigertes muss zuerst
der Stecker vom Netz und die Masseklemme vom
Werkstck entfernt werden. Anschlieend mssen
die Kabel ordnungsgem aufgewickelt werden.
Nun kann das Schweigert am Tragegriff (1) an
einen anderen Ort transportiert werden.
11. Wartung
Staub und Verschmutzung sind regelmig von
der Maschine zu entfernen. Die Reinigung ist am
besten mit einer feinen Brste oder einem Lappen
durchzufhren.
14.Entsorgung und
Wiederverwertung
Das Gert bendet sich in einer Verpackung um
Transportschden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohstoff und ist somit wieder verwendbar oder kann dem Rohstoffkreislauf zurckgefhrt werden. Das Gert und dessen Zubehr
bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie z.B.
Metall und Kunststoffe. Fhren Sie defekte Bauteile der Sondermllentsorgung zu. Fragen Sie im
Fachgeschft oder in der Gemeindeverwaltung
nach!
12. Lagerung
Nur fr EU-Lnder
Lagern Sie das Gert und dessen Zubehr an

einem dunklen, trockenen und frostfreiem sowie
fr Kinder unzugnglichem Ort. Die optimale
Lagertemperatur liegt zwischen 5 und 30 C.
Bewahren Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in der Originalverpackung auf.
Werfen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in den Hausmll!

1. Diese Garantiebedingungen regeln zustzliche Garantieleistungen. Ihre gesetzlichen Gewhrleistungsansprche
werden von dieser Garantie nicht berhrt. Unsere Garantieleistung ist fr Sie kostenlos.
2. Die Garantieleistung erstreckt sich ausschlielich auf Mngel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurckzufhren sind und ist auf die Behebung dieser Mngel bzw. den Austausch des Gertes beschrnkt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Gerte bestimmungsgem nicht fr den gewerblichen, handwerklichen oder industriellen
Einsatz konstruiert wurden. Ein Garantievertrag kommt daher nicht zustande, wenn das Gert in Gewerbe-,
Handwerks- oder Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden Ttigkeiten eingesetzt wird. Von unserer
Garantie sind ferner Ersatzleistungen fr Transportschden, Schden durch Nichtbeachtung der Montageanleitung oder aufgrund nicht fachgerechter Installation, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung (wie durch z.B.
Anschluss an eine falsche Netzspannung oder Stromart), missbruchliche oder unsachgeme Anwendungen
(wie z.B. berlastung des Gertes oder Verwendung von nicht zugelassenen Einsatzwerkzeugen oder Zubehr),
Nichtbeachtung der Wartungs- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen, Eindringen von Fremdkrpern in das Gert (wie
z.B. Sand, Steine oder Staub), Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdeinwirkungen (wie z. B. Schden durch Herunterfallen) sowie durch verwendungsgemen, blichen Verschlei ausgeschlossen. Dies gilt insbesondere fr Akkus,
auf die wir dennoch eine Garantiezeit von 12 Monaten gewhren. Der Garantieanspruch erlischt, wenn an dem
Gert bereits Eingriffe vorgenommen wurden.
3. Die Garantiezeit betrgt 3 Jahre und beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Gertes. Garantieansprche sind vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit innerhalb von zwei Wochen, nachdem Sie den Defekt erkannt haben, geltend zu machen.
Die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprchen nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit ist ausgeschlossen. Die Reparatur
oder der Austausch des Gertes fhrt weder zu einer Verlngerung der Garantiezeit noch wird eine neue Garantiezeit durch diese Leistung fr das Gert oder fr etwaige eingebaute Ersatzteile in Gang gesetzt. Dies gilt
auch bei Einsatz eines Vor-Ort-Services.
4. Fr die Geltendmachung Ihres Garantieanspruches bersenden Sie bitte das defekte Gert portofrei an die unten
angegebene Adresse. Fgen Sie den Verkaufsbeleg im Original oder einen sonstigen datierten Kaufnachweis
bei. Bitte bewahren Sie deshalb den Kassenbon als Nachweis gut auf! Beschreiben Sie uns bitte den Reklamationsgrund mglichst genau. Ist der Defekt des Gertes von unserer Garantieleistung erfasst, erhalten Sie umgehend ein repariertes oder neues Gert zurck.
Selbstverstndlich beheben wir gegen Erstattung der Kosten auch gerne Defekte am Gert, die vom Garantieumfang
nicht oder nicht mehr erfasst sind. Dazu senden Sie das Gert bitte an unsere Serviceadresse.
