Descriere generală Principala misiune a acestui program este de a oferi celor interesati de educație,
(max. 150 cuvinte) la cele mai înalte standarde de calitate, resurse de dezvoltare personală și
profesională în domeniul educației și al teatrului.
Apărut din dragoste pentru copii și din dorinta de a le oferi o educație și o instruire
mai bune, adaptate noilor provocări, acest program unic în Romania, își propune
următoarele obiective:
- de a descoperi împreună practicile de predare eficientă și de stimulare a
învățării, specifice diferitelor sisteme alternative de învățământ
(Waldorf, Montessori, Step-by-Step, Freinet, Planul Jena) care și-au
validat în timp eficiența și pot fi folosite și în sistemul tradițional pentru
îmbunătățirea și îmbogățirea activității cu elevii;
- de a le furniza profesorilor/formatorilor din secretele/tainele meseriei de
actor (exerciții și jocuri) pe care le pot folosi în cadrul activităților
formale și nonformale.

Folosirea tehnicilor teatrale în activitatea didactică schimbă vieți și destine, ii
determină pe copii să fie mult mai creativi, mai activi și să colaboreze.”

Short description The program provides teachers and not only them, personal and professional
(max. 150 words) development resources, through which it contributes to improving the quality of
education. This master is an interdisciplinary one, and unic in Romania. The
fundamental objectives are: to offer teachers the secrets of an acting job, which
can be used in formal and non-formal activities and to discover together the
teaching and learning-stimulating practices specific to different alternative
education systems (Waldorf, Montessori, Step- by-Step, Freinet) which validated
the efficiency over time and which can also be used in the traditional system.
Dramatic art allows the borrowing and use in education of exercises based on
play, creative improvisation, control of the person in conflict situations, on the
development of self-image. New skills will be acquired: active listening, use of
the formal and informal register in communication; providing adequate feedback;
managing emotions in the communication process. They will improve knowledge
and build skills in the use of nonverbal language and the elements of
metalanguage in communication, speech theory, dramatic art, silent performance,
rhetoric and eloquence.
Teachers The multidisciplinary team of trainers consists of university professors from the
Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (Ovidiu Pânișoară, Crenguța
Bizu, Sorin Cristea, Marin Manolescu, Elena Stănculescu, Diana Csorba, Anca
Petrescu, Cornelia Stefănescu, Vasile Molan, Oana Moso with professors-actors
from the Faculty of Theater of the University of Theater and Cinematography,
"ILCaragiale" - Bucharest (Adrian Titieni, Mihaela Bețiu, Thomas Ciocșirescu,
Bogdana Darie, Romina Boldasu, Alexandru Vlad) as well as collaborators and
guests from educational alternatives : Monica Cuciureanu, Sebastian
Stănculescu, Nicoleta Din etc.
