Pentru Juniori este foarte important mindset-ul, sa isi doreasca sa se dezvolte si sa aiba un discurs
coerent;
Competentele postului
Dorinta de dezvoltare a cunostintelor tehnice;
Bune abilitati de comunicare si de relationare; -discurs coerent si limbaj clar
Permis de conducere cat B;
-Cunoastere buna a Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-atitudine pozitiva si dorinta de a contribui la dezvoltarea regiunii
-stabilitate – disponibilitatea de a colabora pe termen lung
-rezilienta – capacitatea de a folosi pozitiv refuzul fermierilor, de a nu renunta si de a demonta
argumentele nefondate prin argumente valide.
De preferat: Cunostinte tehnice in agricultura, nivel mediu;
Responsabilitati:
Realizarea planului de vanzare de inputuri si al achizitiei de cereale;
Indeplinirea rolului de ambasador al relatiilor cu fermierii pe zona alocata;
Gestionarea procesului de consultanta agricola si recomandarea solutiilor potrivite pentru fermier,
in colaborare cu echipa tehnica;
Oferirea de asistenta pre si post vanzare fermierilor;
Construirea unei relatii durabile si de incredere cu fermierul prin oferirea suportului necesar in
cresterea profitabilitatii de ambele parti.

What will you do?
Provide first level general support pre-sales and post-sales, telephone, mail and electronic to SE
customers and partners or assure a proper escalation to the first level technical support: price &
availability, product selection, product substitution, answer question on catalog or on-line
application, support on on-line self service tools;
• Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, e-mails, web based tickets and prioritizing
customer’s support needs;
• Order Management: enter, change, manage requests related to orders in cooperation with
country representatives;
• Provide support to the customers for commercial and logistic returns product;
• Provide support to the customers for solving the logistic and commercial complaints;
• Ongoing proactive research and learning about new products, technologies and applications;
• Liaise between customers, After-Sales and Marketing regarding Product Quality Returns.
• Acts as back-up for the colleagues who offer customer service support in the same language
when they are not in the office and/or for the colleagues who offer support in a different foreign
language in English when they are not available.
