Abstract
Counterfeit medicines are part of a broad phenomenon. Counterfeiting can apply to both branded and
generic products and counterfeit medicines may include products with the correct ingredients but fake
packaging, with the wrong ingredients, without active ingredients or with insufficient active ingredients.
This article summarized the main counterfeiting procedures and highlights the new Directive that came in
force last year.

Abstract
The article ponders upon, undoubtedly, the complexity of identifying the framework and legal tools
relevant to the approach sanctioning terrorist acts and deeds and/or related to terrorism. The novelty and
originality of the autor’s approach consists of anchoring the main topic - fighting terrorism as a whole - to
the variety and real life bz relating, impartially, to the two main families of law and to the specific
enforcement of traditional law, of wich the most representative is the Islamic one.

This article brings to your attention the system of public order and national security in Moldova. The
scientific analysis is based on the hostory of police training in the neighboring country and the current
aspects which envisage the physical training and the tactical aspects in the training of the public order
forces as well as the admition criteria for the higher education institution in Moldova.

Abstract
By definition, sexual abuse against children's forcing its indemnarea or by an adult to participate in
person sexual activities which serve an pleasure. Sexual assault on children's defined as any sexual act
were directed against any person with an age under 18 years, accomplished by force and/or against it, or
without recourse to force or breaking victim wishes. In the case in which it is unable to give their consent,
because of an incapacity physical or mental, temporary or permanent sexual abuse is not only
intromisiunea or anala but reading and nose, masturbarea, oral sex and use child pornographic films and
photographs for.

and/or psychoactive substances. While many understand the danger to which they are liable or expose
them to others, very few know the offence from the Penal Code, in its depth.

Abstract:
Crime as a social phenomenon occurred with the formation of archaic human community. You can not
talk about earlier this historic crime because "where there are no rules and no moral crimes". Scientific
research conducted reinforce the idea that claims that the first concerns the punishment of individual
behaviors were considered dangerous due to the need protecting human communities constituted adverse
natural conditions which always endanger survival.
Naturally, the response group in danger, to those who, by their behavior, amplified risk that state was
very toug.
Preventing antisocial acts was therefore a concern of people can say, without fail, that crime
prevention has emerged with the first penalty in the world.

Abstract
Legally, terrorist groups and criminal organizations can not take possession of these materials only
with great difficulty because of the restrictive regime imposed by the state for the production , possession,
transport and sale . However, both internationally and nationally there is a “ black market “ that makes it
possible , in particular, the sale of prohibited products. With the aim of obtaining profit, criminal
organizations are very active in black market for radioactive materials and weapons, as illegal activities
bring significant profits

Abstract
It speaks about a phenomenon which occured between 2012-2013, when romanian citizens who have
bought vehicles from the western european countries, fraudulently/abusively used the ”P” type hungarian
license plates to drive/transport the vehicles to Romania. Due to the excelent bilateral police cooperation
and exchange of informations, including the relevant legislation in both countries, this phenomenon was
finally put to an end.

Chapter III of the Law no. 241/2005, „Causes of un-punishments and causes of reduction of penalties”
includes three articles, namely art. 10, art. 11 and art. 12. Starting with February 1, 2014, Chapter III of
Law no. 241/2005 is entitled “Causes of reducing penalties, prohibitions and disqualifications” and the art.
10 has a new form.

When a crisis starts, few institutions have the necessary means to deal with it. Thus, these
organizations face big risks: regarding the existence of the organization, in the worst case, or image
deterioration, which, in most cases, is shorter in time.
How should this emergent reality be dealt with? What categories should be put into action so that to act
in uncertain situations? How should we create an area of mediation between the actors involved so that
they act together when the crisis brings into light conflicts of rationality?

Abstract:
Persoonel slection represents an area in need for legislation in our country. Some progresse have been
registered, especially to how selection should be conducted. Regarding information types (predictors,
measuring tools) personnel selection involves, legislative gaps still need to be covered. Present paper
reveals some possible effects personality constructs and its measurements through inventories may
influence the validity of the selection process. Contextualization may be an alternative to improve
personality measurement, yet waiting for legal reglementation.

Abstract
Organizing actions on the basis of time required to obtain the data necessary to make correct decisions.
Time Management materialize in a set of scientific, methodical, well-conducted, we make the goal of
achieving the provision and development planning processes and activities that we want to lead, to anticipate
and carry on objective social action. Timing is dependent on the technique that works, especially the staff, the
more qualified the yield better efficiency. Provision reaction time in an acute situation of contemporary
human activity is developed by specialized state by their employees to make the link between present and
future activities of the national system to combat domestic crisis. As forms may be used providing time and
organizing activities. The provision of time in which to produce crises, conflict is a preventive activity. An
internal crisis may be radiographs in a first stage, and planning by providing an algorithm of possible
activities to take place in phases already known from practical or theoretical models that require the
deployment feed-back phenomenon. In another step, a crisis can be managed by the system include
specialized staff to manage the crisis develops. Each group member has certain priorities which it is based.
Timing, achieving quality of life are in the group member in its ability to conduct planned or unplanned, to
adapt to the challenges and surprises that occur effectively resolve crises after some rules of social normality.

Abstract:
The need to change and adapt the training systems for border authorities is at the center of gravity of
European Union foreign and domestic security. Only by investing in knowledge and developing new
technologies, Europeans shall be protected from threats, yet their right to privacy and fundamental rights
are protected. This is the need for states to share resources, ideas and information to draw common values,
to benefit from others' best practices and improve interoperability through common training, technologies
and procedures.

Abstract:
Estonia, a small Baltic country in the European Union, but one of the most advanced in the field of
services accessible via the internet came up with the idea to boost the country's economic strength by using
cyberspace. The authorities have decided to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, Estonia became the first
country in the world that offers electronic residency to foreigners. More specifically, it's about the right to
set up businesses or to open bank accounts in Estonia, via the Internet.
