Prin adoptarea unei alimentații echilibrate și

bogate în nutrienți, precum și, a unui stil de viață
sănătos, se poate promova sănătatea generală și se
pot reduce riscurile asociate cu diferite afecțiuni și
boli.
 ”Sănătate la pahar”-
cuprinde meniuri personalizate și complexe de
exerciții fizice, astfel încît să existe opțiunea să
mănanci şi să serveşti cu plăcere fiecare masă şi în
același timp să ai o alimentație sănătoasa si
echilibrată, care te va ajuta să fii sănătos și nu în
ultimul rând să slabești frumos.

Esența unui plan personalizat cu exerciții

fizice și a unei alimentații echilibrate constă în
abordarea holistică a sănătății și bunăstării fiecărui
potențial client. Acest plan ar trebui să fie adaptat
