cember 2007, the objectives established then were respected: the reorganization of the National Chamber,
organization of the Chambers System in Romania; the
reunification of the National Chamber patrimony, the
efforts undertaken to bring back the Registry of Commerce in the tasks portfolio of the Chambers; revitalization of the Romanian Business School; organization
of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration
under the law . Specifically, the budget of the National
Chamber was consistently improved, shares from Romexpo, Rominvent, Edimpress, the Romanian Business
Center, Central Depository, at the World Trade Hotel
were purchased .
In this period there were supported the actions of
the Chambers System, the National Meetings of Presidents and the Chambers Executive National Conventions .The Court of Arbitration after 2007 entered into
a procedure stage to meet the Geneva Convention
and the UNCITRAL Rules, the Arbitration Codex was
edited, and, for the first time, the Arbitration Rules of
Procedures of the Court were published in the Romanian Official Monitor .
Regarding the image of the National Chamber the
weekly TV show The Chambers of Commerce Club
airtime devoted to the Chambers System by format
and content; the quarterly elaboration and editing of
the Chambers System Official Bulletin; the editing and

radio sptmnal (difuzat pe RFI) dedicat Camerelor de Comer; permanentizarea legturilor cu ambasadorii acreditai la Bucureti; proiectul Gala Corpului
Diplomatic; impactul celor dou locaii de referin ale
Palatului: Aula Candelabrelor i Clubul Camerelor;
organizarea de expoziii pe teme de art i cultur;
efectuarea unui sondaj la nivel naional pentru prima
dat n istoria Camerei Romniei pentru a cunoate
gradul de ncredere al opiniei publice n CCIR .
Au fost trecute n revist cele 11 vizite la nivel
de preedini de stat i numeroasele ntlniri cu
reprezentanii misiunilor diplomatice din Romnia .
n planul raporturilor din interiorul Sistemului Cameral, strategia Camerei Naionale s-au concretizat n
consolidarea relaiilor cu toate camerele de comer
i industrie, fie judeene fie bilaterale, n special prin
activitatea dinamic a Comitetelor, dar i a Comisiilor
de Lucru .

The National Chamber, as the key institution for promoting bilateral trade, plays an important role in the
light of business opportunities materialization to the
benefit of the two business communities .
During the talks subjects of mutual interest have been
discussed, such as: the possibility of attracting participants
in the international fairs organized in Romania and in Sri
Lanka, the promotion of country-specific products, such
as Ceylon tea, jewelry, or garden tools manufactured in
Romania .

organized in Bucharest in April 2009, on the occasion
of the visit of His Majesty Abdullah II, King of Jordan .
Now more than ever, in the current widespread chaos, the business environment is the
only one that may bring normality in the society in
which we live highlighted HE Mr . Mihail M . Vlasov .
All the same, HE Mr . Mihail M . Vlasov referred to the
organization and functioning of the Chamber System
of Romania, to the CCIR duties deriving from the
Chambers of Commerce Law no . 335/2007, including
those on resolving disputes, civil domestic and international commercial disputes by the Court of Arbitration, as provided in the Code of Civil Procedure .
The President of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania handed the guest The Arbitration
Codex, the deluxe edition, the Catalog of Exhibitions
- ROMExPO 2011as well as The Arbitrators List of
The Court of International Arbitration, in this sense,
suggesting the possibility of including among international arbitrators a famous personality ,active in the
law aria, at the recommendation of the Jordan Embassy
to represent Jordan in the Court of Arbitration in Bucharest .

n cadrul vizitei la Palatul Camerei, E .S . dna Maria Eliana Cuevas Bernales a prezentat iniiativele Ambasadei
chiliene n Romnia i activitatea Biroului Comercial al
Republicii Chile, cu sediul n Polonia i care, n prezent,
realizeaz studii de marketing pentru piaa din Romnia,
pentru a putea identifica produsele care vor fi luate n
considerare n dezvoltarea relaiilor dintre Romnia i
Chile . Dna Ambasador a punctat faptul c, n prezent,
exist un Acord de Colaborare ntre Uniunea Europeana i
Chile potrivit cruia produsele chiliene, pot ptrunde pe
piaa Uniunii Europene fr taxe, fapt valabil i reciproc .
During the visit to the Palace of the Chamber of Commerce, Mrs . Maria Eliana Cuevas Bernales presented the
initiatives launched by the Embassy of Chile to Romania,
and the activity of the Commercial Office of Chile, established in Poland, which is doing marketing research for the
Romanian business environment in order to identify the
products which will be taken into account in the process of
developing the relations between Romania and Chile . The
Ambassador pointed out that there is a Collaboration Agreement between the European Union and Chile, according to
which Chilean products can enter the EU market without
charges, reciprocally, valid for the Romanian ones in Chile .

Preedintele Camerei Naionale, E .S . dl Mihail M . Vlasov, a fcut o scurt prezentare a istoricului Sistemului
Cameral din Romnia, subliniind c prima camer de
comer din ara noastr a fost creat pe timpul domnitorului Alexandru Ioan Cuza, cu sprijinul ambasadorilor strini acreditai n Romnia la acea vreme, iar
acum, ca un arc peste timp, dorim s stabilim relaii
foarte bune cu toate Ambasadele de la Bucureti . Camera Naional a avut iniiativa de a organiza, la nceputul fiecrui an, Gala Corpului diplomatic acreditat n Romnia, care reunete toi ambasadorii de la Bucureti .
Acest eveniment deosebit a devenit tradiional, fiind
deja la cea de-a treia ediie .
La rndul su, E .S . dl Anders Bengtcen a reiterat faptul
c relaiile Suediei cu ara noastr sunt foarte bune,
dar exist nc mari posibiliti de dezvoltare att a
schimburilor comerciale, n ambele sensuri, ct i a in-

The purpose of the meeting was to establish the premises for organizing a Romania-Latin America Business
Forum, in the second quarter of 2011 . The event aims
to gather, in Bucharest, businessmen from the Latin
American states interested in the Romanian and in the
European market, as well, thus providing a concrete
platform for cooperation and support for the development of the bilateral commercial relations .
H .E . Mr . Vitor Candido Paim Gobato, the Ambassador
of the Federative Republic of Brazil to Romania, and
GRULAC coordinator, thanked the National Chamber

that there are great
similarities between
the problems that the two Chamber Systems face, the
only essential difference arising from the fact that in France, the membership is regulated by law so that 40% of
the Paris Chamber of Commerces income comes from
contributions .
Mr . George Fischer said that he would develop a platform
to attract more chambers of commerce so that, together,
they would access the Eurochambres founds that havent
been accessed yet . The cooperation protocols are to be
sent to the national chambers in the near future .

Structurat pe 1534 articole, n 6 volume, Codul face parte din Codul Civil turcesc i are drept obiectiv esenial
armonizarea legislaiei n vigoare cu legislaia Uniunii
Europene, n special privind puncte, precum companiile
cu un singur partener (al cror statut este legiferat de
o lege conceput dup modelul European Economic
Interest Grouping), concurena, transparena societii
informaionale, principiile de guvernan corporatist,
standardele de audit i contabilitate, legea asigurrilor
i legea companiilor.

Moreover, in accordance with the new Turkish Commercial Code, the Trade Registry is ruled by the Union of
Chambers of Commerce and Commodity Exchanges,
which has, according to the text of this document, the
obligation and right to make a national database.
This need for change is due to the current market
economy conditions, both at the country/region and
global level, in order to get in line with the current
legal needs of traders (the real needs) and to set
new rules, in addition to those already established,
to support business and trade development (trade
law cannot remain indifferent to the needs of tra
ders and market).
According to a previous study the present Commercial
Code based on, Turkey is the 17th economic power in
the world, by 2050, estimating a growth of about 5.1%,
which would provide Turkey a place in Top 12 of the
most prosperous countries in the world.
Among the provisions that may interest any business
community concerned with global trends are those
that require all companies, regardless of their size, to
have a website to present the size of share capital, reports and graphs (this provision shall enter into force
in 2013), to enable stock companies to work in the
electronic environment, to organize board meetings

rapoarte i grafice (aceast prevedere va intra n vigoare n 2013), pentru a da posibilitatea companiilor
pe aciuni s activeze n mediul electronic, s organizeze ntlnirile bordului pe net, s voteze, s prezinte
propuneri i s participe la discuii. Companiile listate
la burs sunt obligate s organizeze edinele bordului
pe internet.
Noul Cod mai introduce, pentru companiile pe aciuni, obligativitatea auditului independent, nlocuind
sistemul actual de audit obligatoriu, efectuat de ctre
companii recomandate de stat. Companiile mari i mijlocii vor fi evaluate de companii de audit independente
i impariale, iar companiile mici de cel puin 2 auditori
independeni, ori contabili publici acreditai i un consilier financiar.
Raportarea Camerei de Comer i Industrie a Romniei la aceste msuri are la baz nu doar relaiile excepionale pe care le avem la nivel instituional cu TOBB
(Uniunea Camerelor de Comer i a Burselor de Mrfuri), ci, n special, experiena direct a programelor i
proiectelor demarate de acest organism n sprijinul
comunitii oamenilor de afaceri turci, dar i strini.
Potenarea parteneriatului public-privat a generat pn
n prezent venituri considerabile ambelor pri, dar i
valoare adugat antreprenorilor care au beneficiat de
msurile i propunerile promovate de ctre TOBB i
abrogate de ctre factorii de decizie de resort.
Posibilitatea adaptrii i adoptrii modelului turc la
nivelul Sistemului Cameral din Romnia ar nsemna
un plus de coeren i stabilitate care ar mbunti
nemijlocit oportunitile de afaceri i investiii, dar i
relaiile economico-comerciale cu state care, iat, nu
doar accept schimbarea, ci sunt n pas cu ea.
La nivelul Sistemului Cameral, n baza art. 27 din Statutul Camerei Naionale, s-a definitivat n ultimul an Sistemul Naional de Informaii de Afaceri, care este o platform de comer i de informaie transparent pentru
orice comerciant. Cu sprijinul Registrului Comerului
i al instituiilor statului, acest Sistem poate deveni mai
mult dect un generator de date i contacte. Mai mult
dect att, comunitatea de afaceri din Romnia ctig
un plus de transparen i eficien n cursa deinerii
informaiei corecte i utile.

Climate in the Republic
of armenia
The event took place in the context of the third session of the Joint
Armenian-Romanian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic,
Technical and Scientific Cooperation,
and aimed to present the business
opportunities and investment climate of the Republic of Armenia . In
the presence of Mr . Tigran Sanvelian,

more in Eastern Europe, especially Romania, and the
answer I got was that they dont have enough information about this region, said Mr . Takeshi Ito, director
general of JETRO in his presentation . He made a brief
history of Japanese industrial policy development and
the main causes for which Japanese companies invested mainly in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland .
Mr . Liviu Voinea presented the reasons why he believed
that foreign investors should find Romania as an attractive place to start their investments . Among the
reasons he listed the higher degree of investor protection that Romania provides, compared with other
Western Balkan countries, the possibility to use the
Danube for transportation, foreign investors access to
loans, the size and dynamism of markets and the fact
that Romania might be the starting point of Japanese

4-5 martie: La Viena s-au desfurat lucrrile
conferinei Vienna Arbitration Days 2011, la care a
participat, ca speaker, n cadrul seciunii Regulile de
procedur arbitral n schimbare, dl Radu Bogdan Bobei, secretarul tiinific al Colegiului Curii de Arbitraj,
prezentnd raportul Procedura arbitral Perspective multiple, n lumina Regulilor UNCITRAL revizuite, n
vigoare de la 15 august 2010.
Zilele Arbitrajului de la Viena este principala conferin
pe teme de arbitraj din Austria, organizat de Centrul
Internaional de Arbitraj de pe lng Camera Federal
Economic a Austriei (VIAC). La evenimentul din 2011,
au fost prezeni participani din partea a numeroase
jurisdicii din toat lumea, care, timp de dou zile, au
purtat discuii asupra unor subiecte importante din
domeniul arbitrajului internaional. Astfel, discuiile
s-au axat pe trei subiecte vaste: Arbitrajul i Regulamentul Bruxelles; Probatoriul n arbitraj. Eficien vs. Etic; Regulile de procedur arbitral n schimbare.
7-8 martie: Dna Crengua Leaua, vicepreedintele
Curii de Arbitraj Comercial Internaional, a luat parte
la edina de lucru a Comisiei de Arbitraj a Camerei Internaionale de Comer, n calitate de membru al acesteia, reprezentnd Comitetul Naional al ICC Romnia.
Aceast edin de lucru s-a desfurat la Paris i s-a
axat, printre altele, pe prezentarea celor mai recente
activiti i evoluii ale ICC, ale Curii de Arbitraj Internaional a ICC i ale Secretariatului Curii de Arbitraj
Internaional a ICC, precum i pe revizuirea Regulilor

the field of international arbitration and to learn the
latest developments and best practice in relation to the
mission of international arbitrator. The course consisted of presentations and interactive discussions using

of important theoretical concepts, while distinguishing
the practical aspects in the conduct of international
arbitration.
March 4-5: Vienna Arbitration Days 2011conference
took place in Vienna, in which Mr. Radu Bogdan Bobe,
Scientific Secretary of the Court of Arbitration College, participated as a speaker in Changing the Rules of
Arbitration section, presenting the report The arbitration procedure multiple perspectives, in the light
of the Revised UNCITRAL Rules, applicable since August
15, 2010. Vienna Arbitration Days conference is the main
conference on arbitration themes in Austria, organized by the International Center of Arbitration of the
Federal Economic Chamber of Austria (VIAC). In the
event of 2011, there were participants from several
states around the world, who, for two days, discussed
on important subjects in the field of international arbitration.Thus, the discussions focused on three broad
topics: Arbitration and Brussels Regulations; Evidence in
Arbitration. Efficiency vs. Ethics; Changing the Rules of Arbitration.
March7-8: Mrs. Crengua Leaua, Vice-president of the
International Commercial Arbitration Court, attended,
as member, the working session of the Commission of
Arbitration of International Chamber of Commerce,
representing the National Committee of ICC Romania.
This working session was held in Paris and focused on
presenting the recent activities and developments of the
ICC, the ICC International Court of Arbitration and of
the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and reviewing the ICC Arbitration Rules.
March 8: Chambers of Commerce and Industry in AsiaPacific Conference
Mr. Cismaru Valentin, CCIR Vice-president, President
of the Vlcea CCI, participated in the Chamber of
Commerce and Industry in Asia-Pacific Conference,
in Istanbul, following the invitation sent by the TOBB
President, Mr. Rifat Hisarcklolu. The event was an
opportunity for Turkish businesses to present their
offer, and for all the participants to meet and discuss
with important global business personalities and international organizations.

aprobate prin Hotrrea Guvernului nr. 44/2004, Hotrrea Guvernului pentru modificarea i completarea
Normelor metodologice de aplicare a Ordonanei de
urgen a Guvernului nr. 77/2009 privind organizarea i
exploatarea jocurilor de noroc aprobate prin Hotrrea nr. 870/2009, Ordonana de Urgen a Guvernului
privind reglementarea acordrii ealonrilor la plat,
Hotrrea Guvernului pentru aprobarea Normelor
metodologice de aplicare a procedurii de utilizare a
metodelor indirecte.
18 februarie: Primirea de ctre dl Mircea Dan Farca,

secretar. Reprezentanii Ambasadei au informat despre
apariia unei noi legi a investiiilor n Grecia i au solicitat propuneri de la firmele romneti interesate s
investeasc n Grecia, n special, n turism i construcii,
domenii care au sczut din cauza crizei economice globale, dar sunt nc funcionale.

February 17: The CCIR Economic Director participated in the Social Dialogue Commission meetings of the
Ministry of Public Finance on 17.02.2011 and 3.03.2011.
At the meetings, they discussed the following projects:
Government Decision on modification and completion
of Methodological norms for Law no 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, approved by Government Decision no 44/2004, Government Decision to amend and
supplement the Norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance no 77/2009 on organization and operation of gambling approved by Decision
no 870/2009, the Government Emergency Ordinance
regulating the granting of scheduled payments, the Government Decision for the approval procedure for the
application of indirect methods used.

Embassy of Greece to Bucharest Economic and

representatives informed about the emergence of a
new investment law in Greece and requested proposals from the Romanian companies interested in investing in Greece, especially, in tourism and construction,
areas that declined due to global economic crisis, but
still in function.
February 22: H.E. Mr. Mihail M.Vlasov, the CCIR President, received the visit of H.E. Mr. Andres Bengtcen,
the Swedish Ambassador to Romania, at the National
Chamber Palace. The meeting was also attended by
Mrs. Smaranda Heroiu, PRD Director, and Mrs. Irina
Lucia Papadache, Sweden relations Counsellor at the
External Relations Office. It was pointed out that, currently, there are no problems in the bilateral relations
and we, therefore, have open the way to promote economic exchanges and investments.

14 martie: Forum de Afaceri romno-coreean cu prilejul
vizitei n Romnia a delegaiei Asociaiei Importatorilor Sud-Coreeni (KOIMA).
Forumul, la care au participat aproximativ 60 de oameni de afaceri romni i coreeni, a fost prezidat de
dl Nicolae Bcanu, vicepreedinte CCIR, preedintele
CCI Arad, i de ctre dr. Ju Tae-LEE, preedintele
Asociaiei Importatorilor Coreeni. n cadrul evenimentului a fost semnat un Acord de cooperare ntre
CCIR i KOIMA. Acest document ntrete i se adug
la cadrul instituionalizat creat ntre CCIR i alte organisme similare din Coreea de Sud, imediat dup
stabilirea relaiilor diplomatice dintre cele dou ri.
CCIR a ncheiat acorduri de cooperare cu KOTRA
(Agenia Coreean pentru Promovarea Comerului
n Strintate), n 1990, i cu Camera de Comer i
Industrie din Coreea de Sud n 1992. Partea a doua a
Forumului a fost dedicat exclusiv discuiilor bilaterale
ntre partenerii romni i coreeni.

removal of the pollution sources.
From January 25 to 28, there were organized visits of
the project implementation team to the selected enterprises in the North-West Region, accompanied by

On January 27-28, the project implementation team
paid visits to the selected enterprises in the SouthMuntenia Region, accompanied by two Prahova CCI
employees. Two businesses were visited.
Between 16 and 17 of March 2011 visits have been
organized of the project team at a factory in SouthMuntenia Development Region, which were attended
by an employee of Prahova CCI.

The general objective is to develop the capacity of the
managers and entrepreneurs to link the demands for
the competitivity of the companies and the regulations
in the field of labor security and health in the HORECA sectors: hotels, restaurants and catering, constructions, as well.
In January, questionnaires developed by experts were sent
to INCDPM, the companies identified in the HORECA
field and construction from the 8 development regions.

The overall objective of the project is to increase
organizational and operational flexibility of the companies in the Macroregion 2, by vocational human resource development, especially entrepreneurial and
managerial competencies and skills of young people,
through innovative methods and practical applications,
to stimulate economic competitiveness at national and
multiregional level.
The project began on January 1, and on February 11 it
was held the first meeting of the management team in

CURTEA DE ARBITRAJ COMERCIAL INTERNAIONAL de pe lng Camera de Comer i Industrie a Romniei
a fost nfiinat n anul 1953 n scopul soluionrii litigiilor de Comer exterior .
Prin Legea nr. 335 din 3 decembrie 2007, Curtea de Arbitraj a fost reorganizat ca instituie permanent de arbitraj
fr personalitate juridic pe lng Camera de Comer i Industrie a Romniei, pentru administrarea arbitrajului
internaional i intern .
Potrivit regulamentului privind organizarea i funcionarea Curii de Arbitraj Comercial internaional de pe
lng Camera de Comer i industrie a romniei, aceasta ofer urmtoarele servicii: arbitraj, consultan procedural, cooperare internaional, studii i cercetare n domeniul arbitrajului, cooperare intern n cadrul sistemului arbitral cameral romn.
Arbitrajul pentru soluionarea litigiilor comerciale internaionale i interne, competena fiind stabilit n baza
nelegerii convenite de comerciani n contracte sau acte adiionale;
Consultana procedural este asigurat gratuit de personalul de specialitate al Curii de Arbitraj la sediul Curii,
telefonic sau prin coresponden;
Cooperarea internaional cu instituii i organizaii similare de arbitraj din alte ri, n vederea stabilirii sau dezvoltrii
unor relaii de conlucrare . Participarea la/i organizarea de conferine, reuniuni, forumuri i seminarii internaionale;
studierea i cercetarea legislaiei arbitrale internaionale i a legii aplicabile litigiilor;
Cooperare cu Comisiile de Arbitraj din cadrul sistemului camerelor n promovarea arbitrajului i jurispridenei .
ARBITRAJUL COMERCIAL
Potrivit regulilor de procedur arbitral proprii, Curtea soluioneaz n drept sau n echitate litigii civile
sau comerciale internaionale, n baza conveniei arbitrale ncheiate de prile n contract . Curtea de Arbitraj
soluioneaz, de asemenea, litigii comerciale i civile interne .
Clauza de arbitraj recomandat de Camera de Comer i Industrie a Romniei pentru a fi inclus n contractele
comerciale: Orice litigiu decurgnd din sau n legtur cu acest contract, inclusiv referitor la ncheierea,
executarea ori desfiinarea lui, se va soluiona prin arbitrajul Curii de Arbitraj Comercial Internaional
de pe lng Camera de Comer i Industrie a Romniei n conformitate cu Regulamentul de organizare i
funcionare al Curii, cu Regulile de procedur ale acestei Curi, cu art. 4 al Conveniei Europene de arbitraj
comercial i internaional ncheiat la Geneva la 21 aprilie 1961.
Prile pot de asemenea stipula n clauza numrul arbitrilor i locul arbitrajului . n cazul arbitrajului internaional, ele
mai pot stipula limba utilizat n dezbateri i n inscrisurile depuse, precum i legea aplicabil fondului litigiului .
AVANTAJELE SOLUIONRII PRIN ARBITRAJ a litigiilor
comerciale i civile sunt urmtoarele:
sentinele sunt definitive i obligatorii pentru pri; ele
se bucur de o larg recunoatere internaional, Romnia, alturi de alte peste 100 state, a ratificat Convenia
Naiunilor Unite cu privire la recunoaterea i executarea
sentinelor arbitrale strine, ncheiat la New York, n 1958;
competena specializat a arbitrilor arbitrii Curii
de Arbitraj sunt specialiti cu nalt calificare n domeniul
dreptului i relaiilor comerciale internaionale i ei pot fi
alei de ctre pri de pe Lista de arbitri;
nici o persoan nu are acces la informaiile privind activitatea de soluionare a litigiilor Curii de Arbitraj;
rapiditate procedura arbitral se desfoar pe parcursul a cel mult 12 luni n arbitrajul internaional i 6
luni n cel intern;
costuri reduse taxele de arbitraj sunt exprimate
procentual, regresiv, pe trane, la valoarea obiectului
litigiului, potrivit Normelor privind taxele i cheltuielile
arbitrale; de asemenea, n arbitrajul intern, taxa arbitral
include i onorariile arbitrilor .

Since March this year, there have been developed and become operational the following sections of NBIS - having
interfaces both in Romanian and English:
requests / offers of products and services from the Romanian companies (including offers for export);
requests / offers of products and services from foreign companies,
application investment projects from the Romanian companies;
international tenders;
Chamber Systems information resources,
Thus the first stage of NBIS is completed and the systems core
functions are operational .
For the second phase, scheduled to be completed by March
2011, the development will focus on:
creating a mechanism for measuring the volume and quality
(relevance) of the data entered / updated by the members;
creating a mechanism for delivering the information to third
parties;
completion of the last sections in the system .
The active involvement of the National Chambers members
in the use of the system is the essential condition for the success of the National Business Information System of the CCI
in Romania, both within the Chamber System and in relation
to the beneficiaries of the information: Romanian and foreign
companies and organizations .

The S.C. Mure Industrial Park S.A. hosted the third
series of the initiation course Entrepreneurial Skills,
certificated by the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of
Education. It was attended by 17 people.
The BISNet project, implemented by CDIMM Maramure
Foundation the beneficiary, in partnership with the
Bistria-Nsud CCI, the Braov CCI is financed by the

aceste programe se nscrie i cursul certificat de iniiere Comunicare n limba englez cu o durat de 52 de
ore. Competena dobndit ca urmare a parcurgerii
acestui program de formare este comunicarea n limba
englez.

traininguri, studii de caz, simulri de business i exemple de bune practici. Trainingurile vor avea loc n grupe de maxim 15 persoane, iar sesiunile vor dura cte
5 zile. Toi absolvenii cursului de formare vor primi
certificare CNFPA n competene antreprenoriale;
-- Consilierea tuturor participanilor n vederea mbuntirii abilitilor manageriale i a competenelor
antreprenoriale;
-- Schimb de experien aceast etap presupune
vizite de studiu n Bulgaria, oportunitate oferit ctre 30 de participani ce au obinut cele mai bune
rezultate. Scopul principal al acestei vizite de studiu este de a beneficia de experiena partenerului
transnaional n programe de formare similare i de
a transfera n Romnia bunele practici de afaceri i
activitate decizional identificate la nivelul companiilor din ar partenerului transnaional.

Trebuie s dovedim pragmatism, consecven i s ne
concentrm pe cteva proiecte, n domenii care prezint potenial, a subliniat prof. univ. dr. ing. Sorin Dimitriu, preedintele Camerei de Comer i Industrie
a Municipiului Bucureti (CCIB), cu ocazia nfiinrii
Consiliului de Afaceri pentru Cooperare Economic
cu Federaia Rus (CACEFR), eveniment care a avut
loc n ultima decad a lunii februarie 2011.
Potrivit actului constitutiv semnat la Bucureti n prezena directorilor direciilor de resort din Ministerul
Afacerilor Externe i Ministerul Economiei, Comerului i Mediului de Afaceri, extinderea i dezvoltarea legturilor de afaceri i a cooperrii reciproc avantajoase
ntre oamenii de afaceri romni i cei rui, promovarea
ofertei romneti n Federaia Rus, aprarea intereselor oamenilor de afaceri n relaiile acestora cu structuri oficiale i comerciale, precum i organizarea unui
dialog constructiv ntre comunitile de afaceri din cele
dou ri sunt cteva dintre obiectivele urmrite de
Consiliu.

Economic Cooperation with the Russian Federation
We must show pragmatism and consistency, and focus
on certain projects in areas which have potential, said
Prof. Sorin Dimitriu, Ph.D., President of the Bucharest
Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bucharest CCI),
during the meeting for the setting up of the Business
Council for Economic Cooperation with the Russian
Federation (CACEFR), an event that took place in the
last decade of February 2011.
Under the memorandum, signed in Bucharest, in the
presence of the heads of the relevant directorates
within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry
of Economy, Trade and Business Environment, further
enhancing business relations and cooperation
between Romanian and Russian businessmen,
defending business peoples interests in their relations
with official and commercial structures, as well as
organising a productive dialogue between the business
communities of both countries feature among the
objectives of the Council.
CACEFR chairmanship is ensured by Prof. Sorin
Dimitriu, Ph.D., President of the Bucharest CCI.

CCI Bucureti, partener al CNR-CME, a fost reprezentat la conferina de lansare de preedintele Seciunii
Comer, Mihai Andrioiu, care a vorbit despre implicarea CCI Bucureti n problematica energetic: Preocuprile CCI Bucureti nu s-au limitat doar la a informa comunitatea de afaceri cu privire la problematica
energiei verzi prin intermediul unei serii de seminarii,
mese rotunde, conferine, ci, au vizat, de asemenea,
organizarea unor ntlniri dedicate facilitrii parteneriatelor pentru valorificarea oportunitilor create de
aceast pia i pentru finanarea proiectelor n domeniul energiei verzi.
Manifestrile FOREN 2012 vor avea loc ntre 17 i 21

The Bucharest CCI Board members meet the
representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to Bucharest: Israel
Agriculture and agrifoods processing, health tourism,
health care, industry (mainly, aeronautics), research
(nanotechnologies, memory materials) and, last but
not least, the academic field are areas in which the two
communities can work together, stated prof. Sorin
Dimitriu, Ph.D., President of the Bucharest CCI, during the meeting he had, in the second half of March,
with H.E. Dan Ben Eliezer, Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary of Israel in Romania, and with Yifat
Inbar, First Secretary for economic and commercial affairs.
The Bucharest CCI President also outlined the major
guidelines of the foreign relations strategy of the Bucharest Chamber, stressing that opening representation
offices on markets showing potential (Albania, Vietnam,
China, the Russian Federation) is part of the strategy for
business opportunities promotion. Sorin Dimitriu also
pointed up that the Bucharest CCI was interested in
finding an Israeli partner for cooperation in this field.

Prof. Sorin Dimitriu, Ph.D., President of the Bucharest
CCI, participated, in late February, at a meeting with
a delegation of businessmen from Azerbaijan, headed
by Prof. Alakbar Mammadov, Ph.D., Chairman of the
National Competitiveness and Productivity Centre
(CNCP) and Senior Vice President of the Bilateral
Chamber of Commerce and Industry RomaniaAzerbaijan (CBCIRA). The Romanian businessmen
attended the event hosted by Sector 2 Administration
in the Capital.
At present, Romania has laboratories equipped
according to the latest standards and a higher education
system accredited in the European Union. There are
top areas in which Romania has high proficiency,
such as aeronautics and the nanomaterials, said the
Bucharest CCI President during the meeting, stressing
the importance of cooperation between the two
countries in wide-aimed projects, and proposing, in
addition, two other areas of general interest research
and academic exchanges.
During the visit of the Azerbaijani delegation in
Romania, the Bucharest Chamber organised, together
with CNCP, a business forum the second of its kind
after the one of December 2010 in response to the
interest of the Azerbaijani delegation in identifying
cooperation projects, and business and investment
opportunities.

Proiectul, a crui conferin de lansare a avut loc n
ultima decad a lunii ianuarie 2011, este implementat
de Institutul Bancar Romn, n calitate de beneficiar, n
parteneriat cu SIVECO Romnia S.A., Fundaia coala Romn de Afaceri a Camerelor de Comer i Industrie Filiala Bucureti (SRA Bucureti) i Fundaia
coala Romn de Afaceri a Camerelor de Comer i
Industrie Filiala Satu-Mare (SRA Satu-Mare).
n cadrul proiectului, 1.500 de angajai din sectorul
serviciilor financiare bnci, IFN-uri, societi de asigurare, de audit i de consultan vor urma cursuri
gratuite de iniiere i perfecionare n competene informatice. Dintre acetia, minimum 1.350 de angajai
vor fi absolveni, deintori de certificate CNFPA recunoscute la nivel naional.
Pentru viitorii cursani, se vor susine circa 130 de serii
de curs n Bucureti, Constana, Iai, Botoani, Braov,
Satu-Mare, Cluj-Napoca i Oradea.
n cadrul TICFIN, SRAFB se va implica n identificarea
rapid i eficient a membrilor grupului de lucru interregional, precum i n organizarea propriu-zis a activitii acestuia; SRAFB va furniza programe de iniiere i
perfecionare n TIC pentru circa 500 de angajai i va
contribui la organizarea de mese rotunde cu un eantion din grupul-int, n vederea evalurii impactului proiectului i a realizrii raportului de evaluare. Aceleai
categorii de activiti sunt derulate i de SRA Filiala
Satu-Mare.
Proiectul Promovarea conceptelor de responsabilitate social a ntreprinderilor PRO.CON
Responsabilitatea social este, nc, un concept destul
de puin cunoscut i, mai ales, de aplicat n ara noastr.

Acesta a fost motivul pentru care, n a doua parte a anului 2009, am demarat proiectul Promovarea conceptelor
de responsabilitate social a ntreprinderilor PRO.CON.
Acum, la 18 luni de la lansare, mi face plcere s v spun
c obiectivele ambiioase pe care noi, CCIB, n calitate de
coordonator al proiectului, i partenerii notri Camporlecchio Educational (Italia), SIVECO Romania S.A. i Asociaia de Standardizare din Romnia (ASRO) ni le-am
fixat au fost atinse, iar unii indicatori au fost chiar depii,
declara Dan Gabriel Mihu, director general al CCIB, n cadrul conferinei de ncheiere a proiectului, desfurat la
sfritul lunii februarie a.c.
Cofinanat din Fondul Social European, POSDRU 20072013, Investete n oameni!, Axa prioritar 3 Creterea
adaptabilitii lucrtorilor i ntreprinderilor, proiectul
a avut drept grup- int personalul camerelor de comer i industrie i al asociaiilor profesionale din Regiunile de Dezvoltare Bucureti-Ilfov, Centru,Vest, SudMuntenia i Nord-Vest. Prin intermediul PRO.CON,
au fost formate 209 persoane (fa de indicatorul de
150) n cadrul unor seminarii interactive i didactice,
precum i web-based training (WBT) prin intermediul
platformei eLearning.

Departamentele CCI Cluj au fost reorganizate pentru
a rspunde nevoilor actuale ale mediului local de afaceri, rezultatul final al acestui demers fiind adeziunea
unor noi membri, care au gsit servicii folositoare firmelor lor i un partener de ndejde pentru dezvoltarea ulterioar a afacerii.
17 februarie: Un nou serviciu oferit de CCI Cluj
ncepnd cu luna februarie CCI Cluj ofer un nou serviciu mediului de afaceri local. Este vorba de posibilitatea achiziionrii certificatului digital prin intermediul
instituiei noastre.
Depunerea declaraiilor fiscale prin mijloace electronice a devenit obligatorie pentru contribuabilii mari i
mijlocii. Semnarea declaraiilor se va realiza prin utilizarea certificatului emis de un furnizor de servicii de
certificare, acreditat conform legislaiei.
Prin acest produs rspundem solicitrilor firmelor,
care, n activitatea curent, au nevoie sau sunt obligate
prin lege s achiziioneze un certificat digital.
10-13 martie: ntlnirea reprezentanilor Camerelor
de Comer i Industrie cu Autoritatea de Management
pentru POS-DRU
Delegaia care a participat la acest eveniment din partea CCI Cluj a adus n discuie probleme i nelmuriri
frecvente care intervin n implementarea proiectelor
finanate prin POS-DRU, cu scopul de a lmuri neclaritile i de a corecta greelile.
Avnd o experien considerabil n domeniul accesrii
fondurilor europene, CCI Cluj dorete s participe la

During the discussions between Mr. Mihai Daraban and
Mr. Timmerman, emphasis was placed on attracting investments in the county of Constana, in particular in
transport and logistics, but also in other industries.

Social Corporativ, finanat prin Programul Leonardo da Vinci transfer de inovare
n cadrul proiectului s-a realizat un instrument de nvare online adresat ntreprinderilor mici i mijlocii, pe
tema Responsabilitii Sociale Corporative. Grupul-int al
proiectului este format din ntreprinderile mici i mijlocii, organizaii de afaceri, organizaii sindicale interesate n acumularea de informaii care s contribuie la
elaborarea de noi strategii pentru companii, prin care
s se asigure o dezvoltare economic sustenabil.
28 ianuarie: La sediul CCI Constana fost organizat
evenimentul de lansare a Platformei educaionale Web 2.0
Platforma educaional Web 2.0 se dorete a fi un instrument de nvare online, o surs de informaii i
de prezentare a bunelor practici europene n domeniul responsabiliti sociale a firmelor mici i mijlocii
avnd n vedere cele patru componente: piaa, fora
de munc, mediul nconjurtor i comunitatea local.

da Vinci Programme transfer of innovation
In this project, an online learning instrument was designed, which targets small and medium-sized enterprises, on the subject Corporate Social Responsibility.The
target group of the project consists in small and medium- sized enterprises, business organizations, trade
unions interested in collecting information which
should contribute to the issue of new strategies for
companies, ensuring sustainable economic development.

online learning tool, a source of information and a tool
for the presentation of European good practices in the

Proiectul BU.RO.COOP a fost iniiat de CCI Dobrici, Bulgaria, n parteneriat cu CCI Constana i are ca scop:
-- crearea a dou centre de cooperare economic n
cadrul camerelor de comer din Dobrici i Constana, care vor furniza servicii de informare, asisten, consiliere i sprijin firmelor interesate n dezvoltarea de relaii de afaceri transfrontaliere;
-- crearea i furnizarea de servicii pentru internaionalizare ntreprinderilor mici i mijlocii (servicii de
marketing i participare la trguri).
Proiectul include activiti cum ar fi cele de cooperare
economic crearea a dou centre de cooperare n
Dobrici i Constana, participarea n comun a companiilor romneti i bulgreti la trguri i evenimente
business-to-business n Dobrici, Sofia i Constana, crearea unei asociaii romno-bulgare pentru cooperarea de afaceri transfrontalier, organizarea de cursuri
profesionale pentru companiile interesate n activiti
transfrontaliere, precum i aciuni de promovare a
proiectului i programului de finanare. Peste 50 de firme romneti i bulgreti vor beneficia n mod direct
de activitile proiectului, iar 20 de tineri omeri vor
participa la cursul de instruire profesional pe teme
de internaionalizare. Cele dou centre de cooperare
economic vor crea un mediu favorabil pentru o cretere economic integrat, alternativ i inovativ a zonelor Dobrici i Constana, avnd acces la instrumente
de marketing aprofundate i urmnd sa fie operate de
cte trei persoane.
Proiectul este implementat n zonele Constana i Dobrici, n perioada mai 2010-septembrie 2011, iar bugetul total alocat pentru atingerea obiectivelor i rezultatelor este de 815.253 de euro.

Responsabilitii Sociale a ntreprinderilor
17-18 februarie: La sediul CCI Constana a fost organizat primul modul din cadrul sesiunilor de formare
i instruire a angajailor pe tema Responsabilitii Sociale
a ntreprinderilor. Au participat reprezentanii camerelor judeene din zona de Sud-Est, respectiv, CCI Brila,
CCI Buzu, CCI Constana, CCI Galai, CCI Tulcea i
CCI Vrancea. Proiectul Birouri de asisten pentru promovarea Responsabilitii Sociale a ntreprinderilor se implementeaz n perioada octombrie 2009-septembrie
2011, n parteneriat cu Ecosistemi S.R.L. i CCIR in
calitate de coordonator. Proiectul este cofinanat prin
POS-DRU 2007-2013, Axa prioritar 3 Creterea adaptabilitii lucrtorilor i a ntreprinderilor, domeniul major
de intervenie 3.3 Dezvoltarea parteneriatelor i ncurajarea iniiativelor pentru partenerii sociali i societatea
civil, Contract nr. POSDRU64/3.3/S/34198. Prin acest
proiect se urmrete crearea unui numr de 42 de birouri de asisten n domeniul responsabilitii sociale
a ntreprinderilor n cadrul fiecrei camere de comer
judeene i a unui Punct Naional de Coordonare gestionat de CCIR.

Consiliul Concurenei Regiunea Centru i CCI Covasna au organizat seminarul cu tema Procedurile naionale n domeniul ajutoarelor de stat.
Prin organizarea acestui eveniment, cele dou instituii
i-au propus s vin att n sprijinul autoritilor publice locale i serviciilor deconcentrate, ct i a agenilor
economici, oferindu-le informaii utile privind procedurile naionale n domeniu.
Obiectivul final al acestei reuniuni a fost de a crete
nivelul de cunotine despre ntocmirea, derularea i
accesarea schemelor de ajutor de stat. Totodat, s-a
urmrit crearea unei strnse legturi ntre toi actorii
relevani, astfel nct cooperarea ntre acetia s devin
ct mai facil, a declarat cu acest prilej dl inspector
Mircea Eugen Bratucu.
Astfel, n cadrul seminarului, reprezentanii Consiliului
Concurenei i ai Camerei de Comer au susinut prezentri referitoare la reglementrile privind ajutoarele
de stat, procedurile i analiza procesului de monitorizare a acestora la nivel local.
La eveniment au participat att reprezentani ai autoritilor publice locale, ct i ageni economici din judeele Braov, Covasna i Harghita. n cadrul reuniunii a
fost prezentat i proiectul/schema de ajutor de minimis
iniiat de municipiul Sf. Gheorghe n vederea atragerii
de investitori n zona municipiului, respectndu-se prevederile comunitare n materie.
La dezbateri a fost prezent i primarul municipiului
Sf.Gheorghe, dl Antal Arpad Andras, iniiatorul proiectului mai-sus amintit.
n intervenia sa, preedintele CCI Covasna, Herman
Rosner, a exprimat disponibilitatea organizaiei de a disemina n rndul membrilor, a operatorilor economici
oportunitile oferite de autoritile locale, de instituiile guvernamentale n ce privete schemele de ajutor
de stat. Pn n prezent, ministerele nu au folosit network-ul Sistemului Cameral pentru a face cunoscute
apelurile n domeniu.

n cursul lunii ianuarie a.c. a fost finalizat Cursul postuniversitar de Antreprenoriat i dezvoltare a ntreprinderilor la Sfntu Gheorghe i Cursul postuniversitar Managementul productivitii i competitivitii IMM-urilor
prin depunerea de lucrri-proiect de ctre absolveni.
Cursurile, oferite gratuit, au fost organizate mpreun
cu coordonatorul proiectului, Universitatea Petru Maior Trgu Mure i cu partenerul strin din Germania.
n implementarea proiectului au fost organizate conferine privind dezvoltarea competitivitii i productiviti ntreprinderilor, ct i consilieri la sediul mai
multor firme.

Certificate Digitale
Din luna martie a.c., CCI Covasna i DIGISIGN S.A. au
ncheiat un parteneriat pentru emiterea i distribuirea
certificatelor digitale calificate la nivelul judeului Covasna, venind astfel n ntmpinarea operatorilor economici pentru aplicarea prevederilor legale n materie.
Ca urmare a parteneriatului, cererile de certificate pot
fi depuse, iar certificatele digitale urmeaz a fi eliberate la sediul CCI Covasna din Sf.Gheorghe, str. Oltului,
nr. 17.
Astfel, contribuabilii care, conform Ordinului ANAF nr.
2520/2010, trebuie s depun declaraiile fiscale prin
mijloace electronice i medicii, care n conformitate cu
noile cerine SIUI, trebuie s se autentifice i s valideze serviciile medicale prestate n Sistemul Informatic al
CNAS, pot obine acum certificatele necesare acestor
operaiuni prin intermediul CCI Covasna.
Asisten Clasificare Turism
CCI Covasna, avnd n vedere Ordinul MDRT nr.
899/2011 i HG nr. 1267/2010 privind Normele metodologice pentru clasificarea structurilor de primire
turistice, n dorina de a veni n sprijinul ntreprinztorilor din domeniul turismului, a iniiat un nou set de
servicii privind ntocmirea documentaiei pentru clasificarea/reclasificarea/preschimbarea certificatelor de
clasificare a unitilor de primire turistice.
Serviciul cuprinde:
-- Evaluarea unitii din punct de vedere al cerinelor
Ordinului nr. 899/2011;
-- ntocmirea documentaiei, ndrumare-consultan
de specialitate (juridic, mediu, PSI, sanitar, sanitarveterinar etc);
-- Transmiterea documentaiei la organele abilitate;
-- Obinerea certificatului de clasificare.

Success and Competitive Businesses
The post-graduation course on Entrepreneurship and
Development of Enterprises in Sfntu Gheorghe and
the post-graduation course on SMEs Productivity and
Competitiveness Management concluded in January
this year with the submission of the final papers by
the graduates. The courses, delivered free-of-charge,
were organized together with the coordinator of the
projects, Petru Maior University of Trgu Mure and the
foreign partner from Germany. The implementation of
the project included the organization of conferences
on developing enterprise competitiveness and
productivity, as well as counselors in various companies.
The costs of the project are covered from SOPHRD. Further information is available on the website

Digital Certificates
The Covasna CCI and DIGISIGN S.A. entered into a
partnership for issuing and distributing qualified digital
certificates in the county of Covasna in March this
year, thus, meeting the needs of the business entities
to apply the specific legal provisions.
As a result of this partnership, the applications for
certificates can be submitted, and the digital certificates
would be issued in the headquarters of the Covasna
CCI in Sf.Gheorghe, str. Oltului, nr. 17.
Thus, the taxpayers who, according to ANAF Order
no. 2520/2010, have to submit tax statements through
electronic means and the physicians, that, in line with
the new SIUI requirements, have to sign-on and validate
the medical services rendered in the Information
System of CNAS, can obtain the certificates they need
for such operation through the agency of the Covasna
CCI.
Assistance in Tourism Classification
The Covasna CCI, considering the MDRT Order no
899/2011 and Government Resolution no 1267/2010
regarding the methodological norms for classification
of guest housing units, out of the desire to meet the
needs of the entrepreneurs in tourism, initiated a new
set of services regarding drafting of the documentation
for
classification/re-classification/changing
the
classification certificates of guest housing units.
The services include:
-- The assessment of the unit in terms of the
requirements of Order no 899/2011;
-- Drafting of the documentation, specialty guidance
and consultancy (legal, environment, fire prevention,
sanitary and veterinary, etc.);

March 24: A representative of the Dolj CCI participated in the training workshop to update the
Local Action Plans in Technical and Professional Education (PLAI). The event took place in the strategic
project Linking the educational offer and technical
education with labor market requirements, implemented by the National Center for Technical and
Professional Education. The county coordinator of
the project provided the information to those present, regarding the methodology for updating the
PLAI to the European and national context of the
strategic planning of the technical and professional
pre-university education (IPT) and to organize the
process of updating the Local Plans of Action in Professional and Technical Education. As a member of the
Local Committees for Social Partnership Development (CLDPS) of Action Plans of the Schools (PAS),
the Dolj CCI representative participated in discussions on how to integrate in PLAI the key elements
regarding the professional and technical pre-university education from the EU and national strategic
documents, and in the roundtable where the CLDPS
members assumed their roles in upgrading PLAI and
the procedures used in upgrading.

de o mare varietate de factori, de la politica macroeconomic i a eficienei multor scheme sectoriale de
sprijin pn la cererea de consum i capacitatea ntreprinderilor de a inova, adapta sau restructura. Mai ales
n zonele din urm, Enterprise Europe Network poate
contribui la redresarea economic: calitatea serviciilor
concrete de sprijin primite de ctre IMM-uri joac un
rol important n abilitatea acestora de a se dezvolta
n contextul economic actual. ndeplinindu-i rolul n
creterea competitivitii micilor afaceri i analiznd
nevoile comunitii, Centrul are un rol important n
dezvoltarea aptitudinilor antreprenoriale.
Pe tot parcursul acestei perioade, activitile reelei
vor deveni tot mai integrate, element-cheie n evoluia
ctre o reea unic de excelen. Brandingul i activitile de promovare vor consolida identitatea, aprecierea i recunoaterea Reelei. Consolidarea structurilor
interne i dezvoltarea de clustere ale expertizei vor
crea posibilitatea furnizrii unor servicii integrate de
sprijin pentru IMM-uri.
Activitile desfurate de CCI Galai n calitate de

17 februarie: CCI Hunedoara n parteneriat cu Corpul Experilor Contabili i Contabililor Autorizai din
Hunedoara a organizat atelierul de lucru cu tema Politicile contabile obligaiile administratorilor de firme.
Desfurat pe durata unei zile, atelierul a fost un exerciiu practic util i deosebit de apreciat de cei aproximativ 30 de manageri i administratori prezeni la eveniment. Specialitii n domeniul fiscal i audit din cadrul
C.E.C.C.A.R. Hunedoara au identificat principalele
probleme organizatorice i de gestionare a firmelor cu
care cei prezeni se confrunt i au oferit soluii pentru
rezolvarea acestora.

23 februarie: CCI Hunedoara n colaborare cu Prefectura Judeului Hunedoara i OSIM S.A, Bucureti au
organizat seminarul cu tema Protecia proprietii industriale.
La acest eveniment, au participat dl Iuliu Winkler, europarlamentar, dl Deszi Attila, prefectul judeului Hunedoara, dl Varga Gabor, director general al Oficiului de
Stat pentru Invenii i Mrci (OSIM), specialiti din cadrul OSIM i oameni de afaceri din judeul Hunedoara.
Cu acest prilej, au fost prezentate competenele OSIM
n Romnia, tendinele europene n privina proteciei
proprietii industriale, precum i documentul Strategia
naional n domeniul proprietii intelectuale 2011-2015,
care se afl n curs de avizare, urmnd s fie adoptat de
Guvernul Romniei.
n cuvntul de deschidere a seminarului, dl Iuliu
Winkler a vorbit despre preocuprile europene legate de proprietatea intelectual, amintind c un document cu privire la acest subiect a fost adoptat recent
la Strasbourg. Ieirea din criz n UE ne nva o lecie
important. ara care a ieit cel mai repede i mai viguros din criz este Germania, economia acesteia bazndu-se pe IMM-uri i inovaie, fiind orientat spre
export, a declarat parlamentarul european.
10 martie: CCI Hunedoara a fost gazda unei dezbateri regionale pe marginea proiectului Strategiei Naionale de Promovare a Responsabilitii Sociale, organizat
de Asociaia pentru Implementarea Democraiei i Instituia Prefectului Judeului.
La eveniment au participat reprezentani ai autoritilor publice locale, directori i specialiti din instituiile
publice din jude, reprezentani ai ONG-urilor, oameni
de afaceri din judeul Hunedoara.
Scopul acestei dezbateri a fost prezentarea i consultarea proiectului Strategiei Naionale de Promovare a
Responsabilitii Sociale, elaborat n cadrul Grupului de
lucru constituit la nivel naional i format din reprezentani ai mediului de afaceri, ai mediului guvernamental
i ai mediului neguvernamental.

Responsibility
The project is co-financed from the European Social

Civil Society.
The main objective of the project is to set-up 42 assistance offices within the county chambers of commerce, to play a key part in promoting CSR culture in

31 martie: Prezentarea cursului Internaionalizarea afacerilor i poziionarea corect pe o pia global. Acest eveniment
a reprezentat primul demers comun n cadrul parteneriatului ncheiat cu Fundaia International Business Council din
Statele Unite, menit s pun la dispoziia ntreprinztorilor
ieeni sesiuni de instruire dedicate tematicii internaionalizrii afacerilor, furnizate de lectori americani, consultani n
domeniul strategiilor internaionale de afaceri.

Camera de Comer i Industrie Iai (CCI Iai) implementeaz proiectul cu titlul Sprijinirea dezvoltrii sustenabile a antreprenoriatului rural prin crearea unui
mecanism de bune practici, coerent i unitar, la nivelul
organizaiilor reprezentative ale mediului de afaceri din
Romnia RURActiv (Axa prioritara 5 Promovarea
msurilor active de ocupare, DMI 5.2 Promovarea
sustenabilitii pe termen lung a zonelor rurale n ceea
ce privete dezvoltarea resurselor umane i ocuparea
forei de munc, POS DRU 2007-2013).
Obiective specifice: analiza strii actuale, a necesitilor i potenialului de dezvoltare a afacerilor n mediul
rural la nivelul a 8 judee din 3 regiuni de dezvoltare cu
tipologie rural diferit; dezvoltarea unui mecanism de
susinere a antreprenoriatului rural prin:
- crearea de centre de consultan la nivelul reprezentanelor camerelor de comer cu adresabilitate rural,
consiliere i asisten n iniierea/dezvoltarea unei afaceri, nscrierea profilurilor individuale la bursa locurilor
de munc i bursa serviciilor nonagricole;
- crearea unui parteneriat la nivelul camerelor de comer
pentru facilitarea schimbului i integrarea bunelor practici n folosul dezvoltrii antreprenoriatului rural;
- realizarea unui program de cursuri i seminarii profesionale adecvat n vederea mbuntirii calitative
i dezvoltrii durabile a resursei umane din mediul
rural i a antreprenoriatului; derularea de campanii
ample de promovare a culturii antreprenoriale;
- promovarea activitilor din domenii nonagricole (artizanat, meteuguri tradiionale, turism, alte activiti
nonagricole) prin organizarea i facilitarea accesului
la manifestri expoziionale, conferine i ateliere de
lucru, precum i crearea unui ghid de iniiere i dezvoltare a unei afaceri nonagricole n mediul rural.
Partenerii CCI Iai: Asociaia Regional a ntreprinztorilor Nord-Est, CCI Maramure, CCI Tulcea.
Valoarea total a proiectului: 9.551.076,64 lei.
Durata preconizat a implementrii: 30 luni.
n perioada ianuarie-martie au fost organizate cursuri de
limba englez, utilizare calculatoare i iniiere n afaceri n
comunele Blai i Ruginoasa, judeul Iai, cu participarea
a cca. 100 de cursani; au fost consiliate n vederea iniierii
sau dezvoltrii unei afaceri cca. 150 de persoane din mediul
rural; a fost editat i distribuit n mediul rural Revista de
Antreprenoriat, ntr-un tiraj lunar de 2.400 de exemplare.

market. This was the first event within the partnership
with the International Business Council foundation in
order to provide training sessions dedicated to business internationalization subjects, with lecturers specialized in international business strategies.

The Iai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI
Iai) implements the activities of the project Support
for sustainable development of rural entrepreneurship
by creating a good practices mechanism, coherent and
unitary, at the level of business support organizations
in Romania RURActiv.
Specific objectives:
- creation of consulting offices at the level of the
representations of the chambers of commerce for
rural inhabitants, consulting and assistance in setting
up-development of a business, enlisting in job fairs
and non-agricultural services fairs;
- creation of chamaber partnership to facilitate exchange and integration of good practices for the
benefit of rural entrepreneurship development;
- achievement of a program of training courses and seminars fit to improve the quality and sustainable development of the human resources from the rural area;
- raising awareness campaign and facilitating the participation of rural entrepreneurs at fairs and exhibitions;
- promotion of activities in non-agricultural areas
(handicraft, traditional crafts, torism, etc.) by organizing and facilitating the participation into fairs,
conferences, workshops, as well as writing of a
guide on business initiation and development in the
rural area.
Partners of the Iai CCI: The North-East Regional
Entrepreneurs Association, the Maramure CCI, the
Tulcea CCI.
Total amount of the project: approx. 2,300,000 EUR.
Estimated period of implementation: 30 months.
Between January and March, there were organized
trainings in English, computer skills and business initiation for approx. 100 beneficiaries living in Blai and
Ruginoasa, county of Iai, approx. 150 persons from
rural area received information and advice regarding
starting-up or development of a business; Revista de
Antreprenoriat, a monthly magazine dedicated to the
entrepreneurs, was editted and distributed monthly in
2,400 copies in the rural area.

24-25 februarie: CCI Maramure, n cadrul Academiei de Management pentru IMM Maramure, a organizat
sesiunea de instruire Analiza cost-beneficiu, curs susinut de ctre ACZ Consulting din Craiova.
Analiza cost-beneficiu, fiind principalul instrument de
estimare i evaluare economic a proiectelor, justific
necesitatea i importana acestora. Totodat, este un
document obligatoriu care trebuie anexat cererii de
finanare.
Acest curs a vizat: administratorii de firme; persoanele care au ca sarcin
de serviciu s elaboreze
documentaia pentru accesarea fondurilor structurale; contabilii efi, directorii
economici; persoanele ce
contribuie la managementul economic i financiar
al firmelor, persoanele din

the training session Cost-benefit analysis, delivered by
ACZ Consulting in Craiova.
Cost-benefit analysis, as the main tool of economic appraisal and evaluation of project, justifies also their
need and importance. Likewise, it is a mandatory document to be attached to the
financing application.
This training course targeted:
company directors, persons
whose job duties include drafting the documentation for accessing structural funds, chief
accountants, economic managers, persons having contributions to the economic and financial management of companies, persons working in projects and programs officer or
departments of the Local and
Regional Public Administration.
Among the topics approached, we list: cash-flow

implementation teams of the partners: CCI BorsodAbauj-Zemplen (Hungary) and Transcarpathian Enterprise Support Fund TES FUND Foundation (Ukraine),
as well as representatives of the organizations of relevance for project implementation, namely, of AJOFM
Maramure, of academic education institutions, highschools, representatives of county and regional media.
The launch included a detailed presentation of the
project whose specific objective is to create an information system about the issues of the labor market,
training courses, qualifications and work opportunities
in the cross-border area common to Romania, Hungary and Ukraine, by designing, developing and integration of a multilingual portal of online information,
which would be able to match job profiles and training courses, thus initiating a cross-border transfer of
knowledge and experience through networking.
The partners from Ukraine and Hungary delivered a
brief presentation of the institutions they represent,
as well as their involvement in project implementation. The representatives of the institutions/organizations of relevance for project implementation highly
appreciated the usefulness and opportunities brought
along by the project under the current economic and
financial crisis, and asked for more details about their
role in the project.
The second event organized on February 18, 2011, was
the first meeting of the project partners, including presentation of and debates on the progress implementation status, project methodology and activities of the
project for the next months.

23-27 februarie: Trgul de mbrcminte i nclminte
Organizarea i pregtirea Trgului care s-a desfurat n
preajma zilelor de 1 i 8 martie, la Mall Forum Center
Piatra Neam la care a participat un numr de 45 de
firme din 13 judee.
La cele opt ediii ale trgului pe care le organizeaz
CCI Neam ntr-un an particip productori de mbracminte i nclminte, precum i comerciani care
au dou obiective declarate: lansarea noilor colecii
pentru sezoanele care urmeaz i lichidarea stocurilor
pentru sezoanele care sunt n derulare.
CCI Neam urmrete, pe de o parte, formarea unui

CREA Project
The CREA project has activities in the whole NorthEast Region through its Entrepreneurial Excellency
Centres in the six counties of the Region.
The Neam Entrepreneurial Excellency Centre is hosted by the Neam CCI and offers the following services: documents, or their modification, for setting up
a company, training consultancy, vocational guidance,
job change, consultancy on fund sources. Also, the
Neamt Entrepreneurial Excellency Centre offers the
managers information regarding the best practices on
environment, gender equality,
health or work safety issues.
The Neam Centre offers different free training courses
for both employees and entrepreneurs. In the period January and March 2011, there
were held training courses:
Commerce with other EU regions, Human Resources Manager and Marketing Manager
which gathered over 70 participants. In the same period,

Muncii, Familiei i Proteciei Sociale i Ministerul Educaiei, Cercetrii, Tineretului i Sportului.
n primul trimestru al anului 2011, s-a desfurat activitatea de practic la Cursul de Buctar, s-a finalizat
partea teoretic a Cursului de Administrator pensiune turistic i a nceput Cursul de agent de turism.
Vor urma cursurile: Camerist, Tehnician n turism, Hotel
i alimentaie/recepioner, precum i Osptar.
Proiect - Responsabilitatea Social a ntreprinderilor (RSI)
CCI Neam este partener n cadrul proiectului Responsabilitatea Social a ntreprinderilor (RSI) iniiat de
CCIR. n 2010, CCI Neam a organizat Biroul de Responsabilitate Social a ntreprinderilor prin dotarea cu
o serie de echipamente: PC, imprimant, scaner. Activitile acestui proiect au nceput n luna februarie 2011

develop agricultural activities, the exchange of experience in the field of technology applied in agriculture,
the establishment of agricultural production procurement, the storage and collection in the county of Prahova, the establishment of refrigeration storage spaces
in the county of Prahova, following the Italian model,
the expansion of the business relations and commercial exchanges with countries neighboring Romania:

Part of the participation of the Prahova CCI in Italy in
the event Euro Prahova held in Rome between April 3

an economic mission in May this year, with specialized

23 martie: CCI Prahova, n colaborare cu Ambasada
Romniei n Irlanda (cu competene extinse pentru Irlanda de Nord), a organizat o ntlnire de afaceri cu o
delegaie din Irlanda de Nord, constituit din reprezentanii a cinci companii nord-irlandeze, precum i trei
oficiali ai Consiliului local al oraului Lisburn - ora de
cca 72 de mii de locuitori, situat la 8 mile de Belfast i
fcnd parte din zona metropolitan a acestuia.
Misiunea nord-irlandez n Romnia a avut ca obiectiv
identificarea oportunitilor de afaceri i de parteneriat cu firmele i autoritile locale din judeul Prahova,
pe dou componente:
-- componena de afaceri (companiile private) din cadrul misiunii a urmrit ncheierea de parteneriate i
colaborare n domeniul construciilor de aeroporturi, autostrzi, osele, n proiecte de construcii de
ansambluri comerciale, n programe de outsourcing
pentru finalizarea sau ambalarea diferitelor produse
exportate de companiile romneti n Marea Britanie (produse din categoria celor electrocasnice,
produse cosmetice, buturi neperisabile, mbrcminte etc.) i n domeniul serviciilor n sectorul de
retail;
-- componena oficial (Consiliul oraului Lisburn) din
cadrul misiunii a urmrit ncheierea de parteneriate,
de tipul, programelor de nfrire cu orae similare
din judeul Prahova i Romnia, dar i cooperri n
sfera dezvoltrii economice.

February 15-23: The Prahova CCI organized an economic mission to the Peoples Republic of China, on
the occasion of the official opening of the Representation of the Prahova CCI to Shanghai.
The necessity to open the representation of the Prahova CCI to Shanghai occurred as a result of the numerous commercial exchanges between the Romanian
and Chinese business communities which are very active lately. Starting from this reality, the main role of the
Representation Office of the Prahova CCI to Shanghai
is to support the interests of the Romanian companies
on the Chinese market, the information and dissemination of business opportunities and facilitation of bilateral commercial and collaboration relations.

Chiinu, la Complexul expoziional Moldexpo. Dl Aurelian Gogulescu, preedintele CCI Prahova, a participat la acest important eveniment de promovare, la
invitaia dlui Gheorghe Cucu, preedintele CCI al Republicii Moldova.
Evenimentul, aflat la cea de-a X-a ediie jubiliar i
desfurat n perioada 1-5 februarie 2011, sub naltul
patronaj al Guvernului Republicii Moldova, a avut ca
scop promovarea productorilor autohtoni, crearea
premiselor de lansare pe piaa autohton a produselor
competitive i atragerea investiiilor strine. La expoziie au participat peste 360 de firme i organizaii din
Republica Moldova reprezentnd urmtoarele domenii de activitate: industria alimentar, vin i vinificaie,
industria uoar, textile i confecii, mobil, servicii
bancare, telecomunicaii, nvmnt, cercetare tiinific, meteri populari etc. Suprafaa de expunere a fost
de peste 2400 de metri ptrai. Expoziia s-a bucurat
de interesul vizitatorilor din Romnia, Bulgaria, Cehia
i Germania.
CCI Prahova a fost prezent n expoziie la standul
Centrului de Afaceri CSI, cu materiale de prezentare i
promovare a organizaiei, a judeului i a comunitii de
afaceri prahovene. Dlui preedinte Aurelian Gogulescu i-a fost nmnat o diplom de participare la acest
eveniment.
Preedintele CCI Prahova a participat i la ceremonia de decernare a premiilor laureailor concursului
Marca Comercial a Anului, prilej cu care a rostit o alocuiune, n finalul creia a nmnat Preedintelui CCI a
Republicii Moldova o plachet jubiliar. Acest concurs,
organizat de CCI a Republicii Moldova i Agenia de
Stat pentru Proprietate Intelectual a R. Moldova premiaz rolul imaginii corporatiste a companiilor din R.

Broura de promovare a mediului investiional
prahovean un ghid util pentru potenialii investitori n Romnia i n jud. Prahova
Lucrarea este structurat n 6 seciuni i cuprinde date
sintetice despre Romnia, despre judeul Prahova, argumente de ordin politic, economic, legislativ, de infrastructur, etc. de natur s atrag potenialii investitori, un ndrumar al nfiinrii unei afaceri n Romnia,
o sintez a principalelor avantaje de ordin investiional
prezente n judeul Prahova i o prezentare a organizaiei noastre, ca promotor al investiiilor strine n
judeul Prahova i n Romnia. Broura a fost realizat
n limba englez, iar cu ocazia participrii CCI Prahova
la manifestarea Euro Prahova de la Roma, Italia, din luna
aprilie 2011, a fost tiprit i n limba italian.
Studiul economico-social al judeului Prahova
Lucrarea reprezint o radiografie a mediului economico-social prahovean, pe baza datelor de bilan ale firmelor de la nceputul anului 2010. Studiul este structurat
pe 7 capitole, care prezint profilul judeului Prahova
(cu accent pe date fizice, demografice, socio-culturale,
bancare, etc), activitatea economic prahovean caracterizat de principalii indicatori economico-financiari
(comparaie anii 2008 - 2009), precum i o analiz a
turismului prahovean, a deomeniului vinificaiei i viticulturii, a mediului investiional.
Proiecte
Camera de Comer i Industrie Prahova, prin Direcia
de Programe i Afaceri Europene are n derulare 16
proiecte, dintre care:

in tourism industry; information system for the labor

newly-developed tools (web portal, assessment study
on the evolution of occupations, labor demand and
supply by reference to the needs and characteristics

(CCI Slaj) n colaborare cu Direcia General a Finanelor Publice Slaj a organizat o dezbatere public pe
tema: Hotrrea Guvernului Romniei nr. 1397/2010
privind modelul, coninutul, modalitatea de depunere i
de gestionare a Declaraiei privind obligaiile de plat
a contribuiilor sociale, impozitul pe venit i evidena
nominal a persoanelor asigurate, formular 112. Dezbaterea a fost coordonat de ctre un specialist din
cadrul Direciei Generale a Finanelor Publice Slaj. La
dezbatere au participat i specialiti ai instituiilor deconcentrate (Casa de Pensii, Casa de Sntate, Inspecia Muncii, Agenia de omaj). Au fost prezeni peste
100 de ageni economici.
11 martie: CCI Slaj n colaborare cu Oficiul Teritorial pentru IMM-uri (OTIMM) - Cluj a organizat o
ntalnire n cadrul creia au fost prezentate programele de finanare nerambursabil derulate de ctre
AIPPIMM prin OTIMM - Cluj n anul 2011. Reprezentanii OTIMM - Cluj au prezentat modificrile aduse
procedurilor programelor fa de anii anteriori, noutile legislative i alte informaii relevante pentru ntreprinztorii locali.A fost prezentat n detaliu cel mai nou
program de finaare derulat prin OTIMMC, respectiv,
Programul pentru stimularea nfiinrii i dezvoltrii

January 27, 2011: The Chamber of Commerce and
Industry of the Slaj County (CCI Slaj) in collaboration
with the General Direction of the Public Finance Slaj
held a public debate.
The theme of the debate: Government Decision no
1397/2010 regarding the model, contents, method of
filing and administation of the Declaration regarding
the payment obligations of social contributions, income
tax and nominal record of insured persons, form 112.
The debate was coordinated by a specialist from the
General Direction of the Public Finance Slaj. Specialists
from institutions, such as House of Pensions, Health
Insurance House, Labour Inspection, Unemployment
Agency, also participated at this debate in order to
offer assistance to participants on the issues discussed.
Over 100 economic agents attended the debate.
March 11, 2011: The Slaj CCI and the Cluj Territorial
Office for SMEs (OTIMM - Cluj) held a meeting in
which there were presented the grant programs
running in 2011 by AIPPIMM via OTIMM - Cluj. The
representatives of the OTIMM - Cluj presented the
changes that were made to the program procedures,
the legislative news and other information relevant
to local entrepreneurs. The newest funding program
developed through the OTIMM- Cluj, namely, the

the United Arab Emirates. The action started with the
meeting between the Economic Counselor of Romania
to Dubai, featuring detailed discussion about development of Dubai City, as well as the opportunities and facilities that the investors in large projects could benefit

11-13 martie: O delegaie de afaceri format din ase
firme timiorene cu activitate n domeniul industriei
alimentare i comerului de produse agroalimentare a
participat la Salonic (Grecia) la o misiune economic
de vizitare a triplexului expoziional: DETROP trg
specializat pentru produse alimentare, buturi, maini
i echipamente; OENOS trg de vinuri i BIOLOGICA trg specializat pentru produse bio. Au avut loc
peste 60 de contacte i ntlniri de afaceri prestabilite,
prin nregistrare n portalul Expoparteneriat. Evenimentul a fost organizat de CCIA Timi cu sprijinul Ambasadei Greciei la Bucureti.

After discussions, the companies from Timi took a tour
of the city, including visitation and presentation of the
main points of development: Arabia City, Media City,
Internet City, Dubai Marina, Burj Alifa, Palm Jumeirah.
Three companies from Jebel Ali port, one of the most
important free zones in the world were visited. The
economic mission continued to Abu Dhabi, where the
members of the delegation from Timi met the Secretary of the Romanian Embassy, who showed his availability to arrange business contacts and visits to companies.
March 11-13: A business delegation formed of six
companies from Timi, active in food industry food
trade and agricultural products, attended an economic
mission in Thessaloniki (Greece), aimed at visiting the
exhibition triplex: DETROP specialized fair of food
products, beverages, machineries and equipments; OENOS wine fair and BIOLOGICA specialized fair of
bio products. More than 60 contacts and pre-booked
business meetings were established and held, following registration on Expoparteneriat portal. The event
was organized by Timi CCIA, with the support of the
Greek Embassy to Bucharest.
January-March: Other economic missions were organized to Vienna to visit two international fairs for
fishermen and hunters, and to the US, in Los Angeles
and Las Vegas to visit the International Fair for Womens
Apparel and Accessory WWDMAGIC 2011 and to attend business meetings with American companies operating in the same industries, under the aegis of the
General Consulate of Romania to Los Angeles.

depunere, categoriile de obligaii fiscale care se declar
prin acest formular, informaii necesare privind procedura obinerii certificatului calificat n cazul acelor
contribuabili care nu dein n prezent un astfel de certificat.
10 februarie: Interes crescut pentru materiale de construcii de ultim generaie
CCI Timi a organizat un seminar de prezentare a unei
noi game de materiale pentru construcii noi i restaurri, realizate de firma italian Tassulo. Cu o vast
experien n domeniu, Tassullo ofer soluii la toate
problemele edilitare moderne, de la recuperarea i restaurarea istoric pn la confort, izolare termoacustic i bioconstrucii.
Firma a prezentat firmelor participante peste 100 de
produse avangardiste, inovative pe piaa romneasc i
materiale de construcii de cea mai nalt calitate i
tehnologie. Au fost, de asemenea, prezentate mostre
i s-au fcut demonstraii tehnice cu materialele furnizate.

1397/2010 regarding the template, content, submission
and management of the Statement regarding payment of
social contribution, corporate tax and nominal registration
and management of insured persons.
The over 200 participants were presented the features
of the unique statement - form 112, the benefits of using
it, the main elements of this reporting system, namely:
who must submit the form 112, deadlines and means of
submission, categories of fiscal liabilities to be reported
in this form, information needed about the procedure of
obtaining the qualified certificates in case of taxpayers
not in possession of such a certificate.
February 10: High interest for last generation construction materials
Timi CCI organized a seminar for presentation of
a new range of materials for new constructions and
rehabilitation works, developed by the Italians from
Tassulo. Enjoying long experience in this area, Tassullo
offers solutions for all modern urban problems, from
historical recovery and restoration to comfort, thermal and sound-proofing and bio-constructions.
The company presented to the participants over 100
vanguard, innovative products on the Romanian market
and construction materials of highest quality and engineering.The company presented samples and conducted
technical demonstrations using the materials supplied.
February 9: Timi CCI, partner for one day with the pupils interested to pursue a business career.
More than 700 pupils from Timioara had the chance
to learn more about the activities, duties and responsibilities at the workplace. 50 of them, high-school students, chose to visit Timi CCI, where they spent a
couple of hours in the shadow of employees of various
departments and units.

ediia a IX-a i Diafam ediia a XI-a. Evenimentul s-a

The project, started in December 2010, has a 12-month
implementation term and is aimed at the entire business community in Romania-Serbia cross-border area.
The key activities of the project consist in setting-up a
Center economic development of Banat Region, headquartered in Pancevo and with a branch in Timioara, and a
Business Club for specific improvement of the RomanianSerbian business relations, organization of theme seminars in food industry (in Serbia), and textile industry
(in Romania), participation in fairs and exhibitions in
both Pancevo and Timioara, provision of consultancy
and advocacy services regarding import-export operations, customs procedures, certificates of origin, financial transactions, etc. and development of a website
with information about the project, economic databases of relevance for Banat Region.
Business Creativity and Innovation
Thinking exists as human thinking only through
creativity, Kant used to say. This is the very belief that
drove Timi CCI to accept the proposal of Confindustria
Veneto (Italy) to be partner in the project Next
Creativity and innovation in industry, financed under the
Leonardo da Vinci Program of the European Union.
The main objective of the project is to spread the culture of creativity and innovation in organizations by
transferring and implementing methodologies, tools
and concepts developed by the Dutch consultant New
Shoes Today as models of good practices in systematic
approach of innovation and creativity in enterprises
and organizations. This is aimed at companies in all
fields of activity considering that innovation and capacity to be creative are critical factors for economic
development and rejuvenation in the context of the
current global crisis.
Part of the project, Timi CCI organized, on 25 January 2011, the workshop with the topic Creativity and
Innovation in Business, delivered by lecturers of international reputation who contributed to development
of new products, services and engineering processes
in the some of the largest companies in Europe. The
workshop approached matters in connection with
creative thinking, creative communication and culture
in relation with creativity.The participants in the workshop learned how to inquire their creative thinking
and acquired a change of mentality with the support
of a large range of creative techniques. The action was
followed by a world-caf on creativity in Romania.

informaiei i comunicrii).
n cadrul proiectului vor fi realizate proiecte didactice,
suporturi i manuale de curs, un portal de instruire
i management. Cursurile vor fi autorizate de ctre
Consiliul Naional pentru Formarea Profesional a
Adulilor. Orice persoan interesat de domeniul electrotehnic va putea accesa cu uurin toate informaiile necesare, avnd la dispoziie o bibliotec virtual
complet sau fiind direcionat ctre oricare dintre
instituiile abilitate.
Unul din beneficiile aduse IMM-urilor prin implementarea acestui proiect const n instruirea a 300 de
persoane, angajai i manageri ai IMM-urilor, active n
regiunile de dezvoltare vizate.
CCI Timi a organizat la 28 februarie 2011, la Centrul
Regional de Afaceri, conferina de lansare a Proiectului, la care au participat peste 60 de reprezentani de
firme, care au avut astfel posibilitatea de a se nscrie
direct la cursurile organizate n domeniul noilor tehnologii TIC, dup regula primul venit, primul servit.
23 martie: 1200 de manageri din IMM-uri vor fi formai
prin programe de pregtire antreprenorial

January 31: The Romanian Business School of the
Chambers of Commerce Vrancea Branch, organized
the launch conference of the project Training, Counseling, Employment Inter-regional Model of Reintegration of
Detainees.
The general objective of the project was to increase
the level of professional and social inclusion of detainees by facilitating their access to training and counseling programs during the time they serve their sentences.

Internaional, au fcut o vizit la sediul China Radio Internaional (CRI), la invitaia redaciei n limba romn.
Oaspeii romni au fost primii de dl Niu Daobin, directorul Centrului CRI pentru Europa de Est i Rusia.

During the meeting they exchanged opinions concerning economic and cultural relations between Romania
and China.
Mr. Song set out the basic conditions for a strong
economic cooperation between China and Romania,
the government point of view, in particular, to attract
Chinese investments in Romania.
At the same time the President of CCIRC invited a
delegation from Huaxia Association to make a visit to
Romania to see the possibilities and opportunities for
collaboration between Chinese companies with those
from Romania. The invitation was accepted, following
that in June a representative delegation of large companies from Shanghai and appointed by local government to make a visit in Romania.
March 19: In Shanghai, a meeting between the Romania delegation and the representative of Shanghai
Construction Group Company took place. After a
short visiting of the town there were analyzed the
results of the last successive meetings between the
board of the Shanghai Construction Group and the
one from CCIRC, which took place both in Bucharest
and Shanghai.
There were analyzed the results and the perspective of
the cooperation of the Shanghai Construction Group
in Romania, as a result of the latest visit in Shanghai of
the Mayor of Bucharest, Mr. Prof. Dr. Sorin Oprescu.
