chef Lucian Hîlcu. Cu o experienţă de 20 de ani în bucătării de
renume din ţară, dar mai ales din străinătate, chef Lucian vă va

nu iasă în evidenţă. Şi aceasta este preocuparea mea şi a echipei

Szigeti Story
Sektkellerei Szigeti (pronounced ZIG-it-ee)
is a sparkling wine house located in the
wine making village of Gols in Burgenland.
Szigeti produces wine from a number of small
farms near Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland and
Niederösterreich. They work closely with
growers to ensure they produce reliable, high-
quality sparkling wines from grapes that have
been grown without chemical intervention.
All Szigeti sparkling wines are produced by
méthode traditionnelle, a highly
labour-intensive bottle-fermentation process.
For Szigeti, the process of méthode
traditionnelle must not trump the integrity
of the fruit. In other words, the dominant
perfumes and flavours of the wines should be
of the varietal, and should not be masked
at all by the yeasty, fermentative flavours
of secondary fermentation in bottle.
Only Champagne yeasts are used throughout
the winification process and dosages
are prepared using local sweet wines.

Sektkellerei Szigeti (pronunţat ZIG-it-ee)
este o casa de vin spumant situată în satul
de viticultori Gols, în Burgenland, Austria.
Szigeti produce vin din struguri proveniţi de
la doar câteva ferme mici, situate lângă Lacul
Neusiedler în Burgenland și Niederösterreich.
Ei se asigură că strugurii sunt de cea mai înaltă
calitate, şi nu au suferit intervenţii chimice.
Toate vinurile spumante Szigeti sunt produse
după o „méthode traditionnelle„ un proces de
fermentare în sticlă. Pentru Szigeti, procesul
„methode traditionnelle“ nu trebuie să atingă
integritatea fructului. Cu alte cuvinte,
parfumurile dominante și aromele vinurilor
