management integrat cu criteriile de audit;
 determinarea gradului de eficacitate al actiunilor corective /
preventive;
 determinarea gradului de eficacitate a SMI.

11. CONFIDENŢIALITATE: Toate informaţiile obţinute de echipa de
audit au caracter confidenţial şi nu pot fi utilizate în alte scopuri în
afara certificării, membrii echipei de audit semnând declaraţii de
păstrarea confidenţialităţii.
12. ALOCARE RESURSE: Cheltuielile de cazare şi de transport nu
sunt incluse în valoarea contractului şi vor fi suportate de către
Dumnevoastră, conform art. 2.1 din contractul mai sus menţionat.
13. RAPORTUL DE AUDIT:
 va fi elaborat de auditorul şef la sediul TQA, se va analiza şi
aproba de directorul certificare, şi se va transmite organizației
auditate în maxim 10 zile de la data efectuării auditului;
 va cuprinde, pe lângă datele conţinute în planul de audit,
constatările auditului, concluziile auditului.
14. ANEXE: Programul de desfăşurare a auditului la faţa locului.

are confidential and will be used for certification purposes only, and

not included in value and will be paid by you, according to Art. 2.1
of the above mentioned agreement.
13. AUDIT REPORT:
 Will be developed by the lead auditor, approve by certification
director and will be transmitted to the audited within 10 days
from the date of the audit;
 Will include in addition to the date contained in the audit plan,
audit findings and the conclusion
