 Tema proiect:

Sa se intocmeasca o fisa tehnologica de lucrari agricole pentru o cultura de

sfecla de zahar cunoscand ca suprafata cultivate este de 753 ha.
Sfecla de zahar

Sfecla de zahar (Beta vulgaris) este o planta bienala, cultivata pentru

obtinerea zaharului. Radacina este groasa, pivotanta, galbuie la exterior si
alba la interior. Tulpina este in primul an scurta si inconjurata de un buchet
de frunze mari, lucioase. In cel de - al doilea an este ramificata si mai lunga,
pe care cresc florile. Florile sunt maci, grupate în inflorescență, pe tipul 5
(adică au 5 sepale, 5 stamine și un pistil). Florile nu au petale, se numesc
apetale (toate florile lipsite de petale se numesc apetale). Polenizarea este
făcută de vânt (directă) și de insecte (încrucișată). Fructele sunt mici, sub
formă de ghemulețe, care se numesc glomerule. Fiecare fruct are o sămânță
în interior.
Plante înrudite cu sfecla de zahăr sunt:
 sfecla roșie;
 spanacul;
 loboda.
Din rădăcină se extrage zahărul și resturile de la industrializarea
zahărului sunt folositoare în fabricarea spirtului.
Perioada de vegetatie a sfeclei de zahar este de 180 zile. Se seamana
imediat dupa desprimavarare, de indata ce ce temperatura solului se mentine
la 4 - 5° C, iar adancimea de semanat este de 2 - 4 cm. La 10 - 12 zile de
la semanat se va realize o prasila oarba, iar dupa aceasta se vor mai face 2 -
3 prasile la o diferenta de 10 - 15 zile pentru o intretinere mai buna a
culturii. Recoltatul sfeclei se face atunci cand a ajuns la maturitate, adica
cand are continutul cel mai ridicat de zahar si anume undeva pe la 15
septembrie - 15 octombrie, in functie de data semanatului.
Cultura sfeclei de zahar are o veche traditie in Romania. Introducerea
ei in agricultura este mentionata de vechile tratate de agricultura inca din anul
1832 in Cluj si Brasov. In anul 1938, sfecla de zahar se cultiva pe
aproximativ 32.000 ha, de pe care se obtineau 330.000 t, respective 10. 300
kg/ha. Dupa anul 1960 productia de sfecla a crescut, fiind de aproape 10 ori
mai mare decat cea din anul 1938. In perioada 1980 - 1990, sfeclade zahar
se cultiva in Romania pe aproximativ 250.000 ha, cu o productie medie
cuprinsa intre 22 - 27 t/ha.
 Soiurile care se folosesc sunt soiurile plurigeme (Romanesc 7),
respective soiurile monogeme: din import (Emma, Hilna, Evelina, Dora,
Corsica) si romanesti (Brasov 519, Monorom, Barsa).
Fabrici de zahar viabile in Romania sunt:
 Zahar Corabia (capacitate de 3000 t/24 h);
 Zahar Timisoara (4000 t/24 h);
 Zahar Arad (4000 t/24 h);
 Fabrica de zahar Bod (2000 t/24 h);
 Zahar Liesti (1000 t/24 h); etc.
Exista trei zone agroecologice cu pretabilitate pedologica pentru cultura
sfeclei de zahar: zona de centru, Campia de Vest si sud, zona Molodovei.
Plante foarte bune premergatoare culturii de sfecla de zahar sunt:
mazarea, cartoful, cereale paioase. Nu se recomanda cultivarea unde a fost:
ovaz, rapita, canepa, floarea soarelui, sorg sau porumb.
