Proiect Construire unei Case prin ”Claca”

The preparatory activity involves the accumulation and acquisition of materials necessary for construction –
water, straw, clay, dung,var(lime), sticks, logs, wood, lumber. During this stage, the carcase house will be
created made of sticks – woven wooden stick that sums up the structure of the house, which will later be
filled with clay and straw. Between 4-5 strong men are trained to carry out this work, and the finalization of
the carcass requires between 3-6 days.

Activitatea de desfășurare – „Claca„. În cadrul acestei etape are loc organizarea și derularea clăcii, când sunt
invitați locuitorii satului, doritori, voluntari, refugiați ucraineni(rezervația oferă adăpost la mai bine de 10
refugiați dintre care 3 sunt angajați deja aici) pentru a lua parte la eveniment. Până la începerea
evenimentului preotul satului va veni pentru a oferi binecuvântare și sfințirea locului. Activitatea se începe
cu înmuierea lutului cu apă, apoi se adaugă paie. Aici toată lumea adunată își suflecă pantalonii și se
aventurează pentru a călca lutul cu paie, treptat se adaugă și bălegar. Pentru ca lutul să fie călcat până la
fund, vor fi antrenate în proces cai și vite. Lutul deja amestecat cu paie și bălegar se lipește pe carcasa din
nuiele pregătit dinainte.După uscare, se pune lemnul pentru acoperiș, apoi podul și podeau se lutuiesc. În
exterior clăcașii vor monta acoperișul din șindrilă. Întreaga activitate va fi însoțită de muzică , iar
gospodinele periodic vor avea grijă ca clăcașii să guste din plăcintele gătite și vinul adus. Ziua se încheie cu
hore, doine și urări.

Development of activity - "Claca". During this stage, the claca is organized and held, the residents of the
village, volunteers, Ukrainian refugees are invited (the reservation offers shelter to more than 10 refugees, 3
of whom are already employed here) to take part in the event. Before the start of the event the village
priest will come to offer blessing and sanctification of the place. The activity starts with softening the clay
with water, then straw is added. Here everyone gathered rolls up their pants and ventures out to trample
the clay with straw, gradually dung is added. In order for the clay to be trodden to the bottom, horses and
cattle will be trained in the process. The clay already mixed with straw and dung is glued to the twigs casing
prepared in advance. After drying, the roof wood is placed, then the bridge and the floor are clayed.
Outside, the bricklayers will install the shingle roof. The whole activity will be accompanied by music, and
the housewives will periodically make sure that the workers eat from the cooked pies and the wine brought.
The day ends with Hora(traditional dance), Doina(traditional song) and wishes.

Activitatea de corecție a lucrărilor - după lipirea casei cu lut, se lasă câteva zile (între 5-10 zile) ca lutul să se
usuce și să se întărească. Ulterior, un grup de 4-5 bărbați și 2-3 femei vor purcede la faza de finalizare a
casei. Va avea loc lutuirea de corecție pentru a acoperi crăpăturile, amplasarea în cutie a geamurilor și ușilor
tradiționale colectate.

The activity of correcting works - after gluing the house with clay, it is left for several days (between 5-10
days) for the clay to dry and harden. Afterwards, a group of 4-5 men and 2-3 women will proceed to the
completion phase of the house. There will be plastering with corrective clay to cover the cracks, placement
of traditional collected windows and doors.

Activități finale – În ultimă instanță va avea loc lutuirea de finisare cu rugumătură de lemn, după uscare (2-3
zile), un grup de femei se vor ocupa de văruirea pereților din exterior și interior. Bărbații vor fi antrenați în
lucrări de amenajare exterioară – instalarea gardului, plantarea florilor, semănarea ierbii.

Final activities – In the last instance, the finishing plastering will take place with wood sawdust, after drying
(2-3 days), a group of women will take care of whitewashing the walls from the outside and inside. The men
will be trained in landscaping work - installing fence, planting flowers, sowing grass.

Întreg procesul va dura în dependență de condițiile meteorologice în maxim 2 luni de vară,preferabil iulie și
august care sunt cele mai însorite luni ale anului, și cele în care fluxul de turiști este la rata cea mai înaltă din
tot parcursul anului.

Odată cu realizarea ultimelor lucrări, casa tradițională va fi gata pentru a găzdui meșterii populari din zonă,
unde-și vor expune lucrările pentru a fi admirate de turiști.

The whole process will last depending on the weather conditions in a maximum of 2 summer months,
preferably July and August which are the sunniest months of the year, and those in which the flow of
tourists is at the highest rate throughout the year.

With the completion of the last works, the traditional house will be ready to host the folk craftsmen of the
area, where they will exhibit their works for tourists to admire.

Moștenirea pozitivă pe care o lasă proiectul pentru cominitate și patrimoniu

Claca fiind o muncă colectivă benevolă prestată de țărani pentru a se ajuta unii pe alții și care adesea este
însoțită ori urmată de o mică petrecere, de glume, povestiri, dansuri populare, cîntece populare etc.

Claca este o traditie veche uitată de multi, iar noi dorim să o reînviem un adevărat mărgăritar al culturii
naționale și universale.

Clăcile erau o modalitate de socializare, de a schimba impresii despre diferite situaţii.În satul tradiţional,
claca reprezenta un mijloc de întrajutorare a membrilor comunităţii pentru a face faţă numeroaselor munci
de pe parcursul unui an, dar şi un bun prilej de socializare prin cântec, joc şi voie bună. Rostul practicării lor
nu era numai unul economic (sporeau ritmul de lucru, asigurau un cadru propice de transmitere a
deprinderilor şi cunoştinţelor de muncă), ci şi unul etnico-cultural. În timpul “Clăcilor”, tinerii aveau
posibilitatea de a se evidenţia prin muncă în faţa colectivităţii şi de a se cunoaşte între ei în vederea
căsătoriei.

Noi dorim ca cu toate aceste funcţii, “Claca” să fie un mijloc de circulaţie şi de creaţie folclorică.În cadrul
proiectului meșterii bătrîni vor fi îndemnați să își arate secretele,tehnicile în construirea unei case din lut
rezistentă și frumoasă ,astfel prin filmarea acestui eveniment noi vom putea păstra și transmite aceste
informații prețioase. Aici tinerii vor putea asculta și însuși povestiri,cîntece și dansuri populare .

Adresăm invitaţia de a ne fi alături orăşenilor cu dor de lumea satului natal şi tuturor celor care iubesc
tradiţiile şi obiceiurile străbune pentru a participa la continuitatea obiceiurilor și tradițiilor neamului nostru.

Claca is an old tradition forgotten by many, and we want to revive it, here being a real pearl of national and
universal culture, where hundreds of thousands of tourists come every year.

The Claca were a way to socialize, to exchange impressions about different situations. In the traditional
village, the Claca represented a means of helping the community members to cope with the many jobs
throughout the year, but also a good opportunity to socialize through song, game and good cheer. The
purpose of their practice was not only an economic one (they increased the pace of work, provided a
favorable framework for the transmission of work skills and knowledge), but also an ethnic-cultural one.
During the "Clăci", young people had the opportunity to stand out through work in front of the collective
and to get to know each other with a view to marriage.

We want that with all these functions, "Claca" will be a means of circulation and folklore creation. Within
the project, old craftsmen will be urged to show their secrets, techniques in building a durable and beautiful
clay house, thus by filming this event we will be able to store and transmit this valuable information. Here,
young people will be able to listen to stories, songs and popular dances themselves.

We extend the invitation to join us to the townspeople who miss the world of their native village and to all
those who love ancient traditions and customs in order to participate in the continuity of the customs and
traditions of our nation.

Activitatea de difuzare online și promovare filmări claca (facebook,instagram,pagină web,youtube- 500$)

-Servicii realizare film(max 20 min) de promovare pentru eveniment(filmare 2 camere,drona montaj,

realizare grafică-1500$).

Servicii de catering pentru participanții la evenimete de la pensiunea din regiune (4 zile x 20 persoane x
21.30 $=1704$) .
