Proiectului Phare RO 0108.03.04.05: Centrul de Marketing pentru Produse
Agro-Alimentare Cluj. n prezent, Centrul administreaz\ acest obiectiv,
precum [i Pia]a Agro-alimentar\ en-gros a jude]ului. Centrul de Marketing pentru
Produse Agro-alimentare Cluj pune la dispozi]ia clien]ilor canale de distribu]ie, facilit\]i
tehnice de ambalare, depozitare clasic\ [i la frig la standarde europene, asigurnd
astfel condi]ii favorabile pentru dezvoltarea [i restructurarea produc]iei agricole, n
concordan]\ cu cerin]ele pie]ei. Pia]a Agro-alimentar\ este amenajat\ conform
standardelor europene [i dispune de facilit\]i moderne de comercializare a produselor
agro-alimentare, att n regim en-gros, ct [i en-detail. Suprafa]a total\ a Centrului
Agro Transilvania este de 67500 m

1. Hala de Marketing

- 3 spa]ii pentru p\strare [i prezentare flori;
- un tunel coacere produse, depozit produse verzi;
- un depozit produse coapte;
- un tunel de refrigerare rapid\ a produselor agroalimentare;
- o linie tehnologic\ multifunc]ional\ pentru sp\lare-sortare-periere-cnt\rire produse;
- spa]ii pentru servicii de alimenta]ie public\.

Agro Transilvania Center Cluj Corp.
Agro Transilvania Center Cluj SA is a company pertaining to the
County Council of Cluj; was established according to the Council's
Decision No. 132 on Nov. 28
th
2003 and its initial attribution was the
implementation of RO 0108.03.04.05 Phare Project, namely The
Marketing Center for Agro-Food Products Cluj. The Center currently
manages this objective, as well as the entire wholesale Agro-Food
Market in the county. The Marketing Center for Agro-Food Products
Cluj provides its clients with distribution channels, technical
packaging facilities, classic and cool storage according to European
standards, thus ensuring favorable conditions for the development
and reorganization of agricultural production, in accordance to
market demands. The Agro-Food Market is set up according to
European standards and has modern facilities for the sale of agro-
food products, both wholesale and retail. The Agro Transilvania
Center covers a total surface of 67,500 m
2
, and consists in:
1. Marketing Hall
Usable surface: 4,641 m
2

Usable storage space: over 9,000 m

The Marketing hall is provided with the following:
- 10 cold storage units for vegetable products;
- 15 cold storage units for meat products;
- 11 cold storage units for various frozen food products;
- 5 storage units for powder products;
- 3 storage and presentation units for flowers;
- 1 fruit ripening tunnel and storage space for green products;
- 1 storage unit for ripened products;
- a multifunctional conveyor line for product washing, sorting,
cleansing and weighing;
- public nutrition service spaces.
2. Outdoor Storage Spaces with a total surface of 340 m

3. Concrete platforms for exhibition and outdoor storage, covering a
total surface of 43,000 m
2
.
4. Rentable storage and marketing spaces covered by canopies (with
a total surface of 16 x138 m

).

Beneficiaries
Direct clients (Vendors): legal entities that produce, trade and process
agricultural and agro-food products, rent storage, presentation and
negotiation spaces;
Indirect clients (Buyers): legal entities and people who get their
supplies directly from Agro Tansilvania Center.
