Regulile de baz pe care le respect vedeta

1. Acord atenie somnului, alimentaiei i sportului


"Am grij n permanen de regimul meu alimentar, de orarul meu de somn i de programul meu de sport. Mi-am educat
metabolismul i am grij s nu acumulez kilograme pe care apoi mi-ar fi foarte greu s le dau jos. Beau ceaiuri, ap i mnnc

"De 22 de ani nu mai mnnc carne. Am citit nite cri despre asta i am ncercat. Sunt ovo-lacto-vegetarian i m simt
extraordinar. Eu sunt o persoan care nu iubete carnea, deci a fost ceva natural, nu mi-a fost deloc greu. Nu fac caz de lucrul
acesta, iar bieilor mei le gtesc normal. Doar eu fac parte din aceast categorie, a ovo-lacto-vegetarienilor. Mai fac i eu excese,
dar cu msur. De exemplu, dac am avut o zi n care am mncat cu plcere dou felii de tort, cteva zile dup aceea beau un
pahar cu ap, mnnc un mr sau un iaurt", a declarat ea pentru Acces Direct.
5. Mnnc zilnic ardei iui
Am tot fost ntrebat cum m menin n form. Nu-mi place s vorbesc despre asta! E ceva mai aparte. Mnnc ardei iui. Muli.
Cred c de asta mi menin talia! Ci mnnc? 7-8 pe zi, poate i mai muli!, a declarat Anca urcaiu pentru Libertatea.
6. Face sport cu regularitate

Pe lng
regimul vegetarian, vedeta face yoga i pilates, activiti care o menin sntoas i
frumoas.
Chiar dac recunoate c nu este un fan mptimit al sportului, Anca urcaiu spune c nu renun la acest obicei.

7. Mnnc sntos i la ore fixe
Vedeta susine c un aspect important din viaa ei l ocupa alimentaia sntoas. ntr-un interviu acordat postului de televiziune
Acas TV, vedeta spune c i ia mereu mncare de acas, are grij s mnnce la ore fixe i doar ceea ce trebuie. "Hrana este
un element foarte important. Trebuie s mnnci ct trebuie, ce trebuie i la ce or trebuie. Mnnc ca un bebelu din 3 n 3 ore.
mi iau mncare cu mine n caserole dac am o zi plin. i mnnc la ore fixe ceea ce trebuie", declar vedeta n interviul acordat

Actri, cntrea, mam i soie, Anca urcaiu ascunde foarte bine cei 40 de ani pe care i are. Nici stresul cotidian, nici
programul ncrcat de la serviciu nu au lsat urme pe faa sa. Dei recunoate c merge foarte rar la saloanele de cosmetic,

artista arat impecabil. Aceasta ne-a vorbit despre stilul su de via, despre dieta care a ajutat-o s dea jos apte kilograme n
numai trei luni, dar i despre regimul ovo-lacto-vegetarian pe care-l ine de la vrsta de 20 de ani.
Am grij s m demachiez n fiecare sear
- Se spune despre femei c i petrec foarte mult timp ngrijindu-se. Ce nseamn oglinda pentru dumneavoastr?
- Nu nseamn foarte mult. M ngrijesc s art bine, dar nu fac foarte mare caz din asta. Ziua, spre exemplu, nu m machiez
niciodat, doar mi dau cu o crem hidratant pe fa. Sunt stul de machiajul de la filmri. Pentru mine, ngrijirea nseamn
alimentaie. Consider c fiecare persoan ar trebui s fie atent la acest aspect i s consume ct mai mult ap.
- Mergei des la saloanele de cosmetic sau la masaj?
- Nu. Merg la salon doar s m epilez. Pentru ten ajung la cosmetic foarte rar.
- La remediile naturiste apelai?
- Ce-i drept, nu apelez nici la remedii naturiste. Pot spune, n schimb, c am grij s m demachiez n fiecare sear. mi cur tenul
de impuriti i asta recomand tuturor. n rest, de ani ntregi mi dau cu Gerovital H3 pe fa seara, iar ziua tot aa, folosesc o
crem hidratant.

- Practicai vreun sport?


- Da. Merg la aerobic de dou-trei ori pe sptmn. edinele sunt foarte solicitante i m ajut s m menin n form.
- Care e secretul frumuseii la 40 de ani, cum reuii s fii mereu proaspt, s artai bine i s v pstrai zmbetul pe buze?
- Nu pot spune neaprat c e un secret. Mai degrab, cred c frumuseea e o chestiune ce ine de gen, cel puin n ceea ce
privete faa, aa sunt eu, pur i simplu, fr s fac nimic n acest sens. Ct despre zmbet, e adevrat c sunt o fire foarte
energic, tonic. Dar, ca orice om, am i zile bune, i zile proaste, asta e, uneori mai dispare i zmbetul, dar atunci cnd eti n
faa camerelor de luat vederi nu trebuie s ari asta.
N-am fost niciodat o carnivor nrit
- Urmai un regim ovo-lacto-vegetarian de mult timp. Ce presupune asta, mai exact? Ce mncai i ce nu?
- Regimul ovo-lacto-vegetarian presupune excluderea crnii, grsimilor i a zahrului. n rest, consum absolut orice. De 20 de ani
mnnc multe salate, brnzeturi, legume i fructe.
- Cum arat meniul dumneavoastr ntr-o zi obinuit?
- Spre exemplu, dimineaa mnnc dou felii de pine, brnz, o roie sau un castravete i beau o cafea. ntre mese - o banan
sau un iaurt, iar la prnz, o salat cu urd sau cu orice altceva am prin frigider. mi place s fac tot felul de combinaii, s
experimentez, aa c amestec alimentele dup inspiraie. Seara, la fel, mnnc ce gsesc prin frigider. Spre exemplu, acum (n.r. seara) voi consuma o porie de mncare cu fasole verde.
- De ct timp inei acest regim?
- De 20 de ani, din luna mai 1990, mai exact.
- Pot s v ntreb de ce ai renunat la carne i ct de greu a fost la nceput?
- Am citit nite cri de specialitate ale unui amic i mi-am zis c ar fi bine s experimentez. N-am fost niciodat dependent de
carne, deci nu mi-a fost greu deloc. Deci vreau s se neleag clar c eu n-am fcut nimic forat i mai ales mpotriva organismului
meu. Am mers la medic, am fcut analize, am vzut c totul e n regul i abia apoi am continuat.

- Acest regim v ajut s i slbii sau doar v menine greutatea?


- Mie mi place s spun c acesta este mai degrab un stil de via, nu un regim, aa c nu-l recomand nimnui. E o prostie s te
abii de la ceva, s te chinuieti. n cazul meu a fost cu totul diferit, aa cum v spuneam mai devreme, n-am fost niciodat o
carnivor nrit.
- n privina buturilor, ce consumai?
- Beau mult ap plat, iar din cnd n cnd mai servesc i cte un pahar cu vin rou.
Renunai definitiv la fast-food!
- Avei vreo reet special, pe care ne-o putei mprti i nou?
- Nu am ceva special. mi plac foarte mult salatele i experimentez tot felul de chestii. Amestec porumb, msline, roii, ou fiert tare,
orice-mi trece prin cap. Nu fac mncruri complicate.
- Am neles c le gtii cu carne soului i fiului. Cum reuii fr s gustai?
- Gust soul la sfrit. Dar, la friptur, spre exemplu, n-am ce s gust. Se vede clar cnd e fcut carnea.
- Ce le sftuii pe femeile care vor s i pstreze silueta?
- S renune de tot la fast-food, s nu fac exces de dulciuri, s consume mult ap i s fac micare. n plus, e important s
mnnce cu msur, din toate cte puin. Sunt persoane care spun c nu pot s slbeasc, dar eu nu cred aa ceva. E imposibil
s-i doreti ceva din tot sufletul i s nu reueti! Eu, spre exemplu, dac mi propun ceva, duc fr probleme pn la capt.

Curele nu se in n paralel cu sportul


- Ai ncercat vreo cur de slbit care a dat rezultate?
- ntr-adevr, am inut de curnd o diet i am slbit apte kilograme n trei luni. A fost singura cur pe care am urmat-o vreodat,
ns recunosc c meritul e mai mult al medicului nutriionist Ligia Alexandrescu. Ea mi-a fcut un regim personalizat, pe care, din
pcate, nu vi-l pot dezvlui complet. E important faptul c fiecare persoan e unic n felul su i nu poate slbi cu ce mi s-a potrivit
mie, spre exemplu. Tot ce v spun e c trebuie s mncai din toate cte puin i des, iar ultima mas s fie pn la ora 19:00, cel
trziu. De asemenea, trebuie s consumai cu cel puin 300-400 de calorii mai puin dect de obicei. Spre exemplu, dac de obicei
consumai 2.000 de calorii pe zi, n timpul curei trebuie s consumai maximum 1.600-1.700 de calorii. i mai e ceva. Ar fi bine ca
toat lumea s aib n vedere un lucru: curele nu se in n paralel cu sportul, pentru c orice micare, orice efort n plus cere
organismului calorii suplimentare. Mie, spre exemplu, mi s-a recomandat s merg la sal abia dup ce am reuit s dau jos cele
apte kilograme.

In foarte multe dintre interviurile care mi se iau sunt intrebata despre alimentatia mea, avand in
vedere ca am afirmat in repetate randuri ca sunt ovo-lacto-vegetariana.
Acest "mod de viata" l-am adoptat in urma cu19 ani, dintr-o intamplare, dar nefiind niciodata o
adevarata "carnivora". Asadar am eliminat de atunci din alimentatie carnea, (o vreme chiar si pestele),
imi fac analize complete o data pe an, (care de obicei ies foarte bine), si ma simt excelent.
Pentru a ma mentine intr-o forma fizica buna, ma refer in mod special la greutate, tot ceea ce fac
este sa fiu atenta la ce, cat si cum mananc. De exemplu, cand simt pe cantar o diferenta in plus de
maximum 2-3 kilograme, respect ceea ce am scris anterior. Mananc putin, des, alimente care sa
contina cat mai putine grasimi, beau multa apa si neaparat ma indragostesc. In majoritatea situatiilor,
in timp de o saptamana, revin la greutatea dorita, e adevarat ca o data cu trecerea anilor, (anul
acesta, pe 8 mai implinesc 39), e mult mai greu, arderile din corp incetinesc, evident.
Dupa tot ce am scris mai devreme, ati crede ca sunt un model, ei bine nu ma simt deloc asa. Fac multe
greseli si prostioare, (in sensul alimentatiei, evident). As vrea sa mai adaug ca nu fac parte, poate cum
multi ati putea crede, din categoria aceea de oameni care mananca orice si oricat si tot aceeasi
greutate au, si ca nu am incercat nici macar sa conving pe nimeni din familia mea sau dintre prieteni sa

adopte acest mod de alimentatie. Ca sa va conving de cele scrise mai sus am sa detaliez pe zile ceea ce
mananc.

Cam asa arata o saptamana din punct de vedere alimentar! Am uitat poate inca o ciocolatica pe undeva,
mult mai multa cafea, din pacate cateva tigari fumate zilnic si cateva pahare de vin rosu la sfarsit de
saptamana, seara.
Nimeni nu e perfect, ceea ce vreau sa va mai spun este ca ma straduiesc, am grija, ma preocupa

Anca urcaiu: Fericirea te face frumos!


Dac te-ai ntrebat vreodat ce este fericirea, cum se manifest ea i cel mai important care este reeta
succesului pentru o via linitit i fericit, ei bine nimeni nu are un rspuns standard i incontestabil.
Este la ndemna simului comun c nu exist nimic mai important dect starea de fericire i mul umire
sufleteasc.
Dicionarul de Psihologie definete fericirea drept o stare deosebit de mplinire a ceva ce s-a realizat i a
provocat un succes neateptat su mult ateptat sau ateptat tensionat. Se manifest ca o stare euforic

foarte legat de pmntul fgduinei. Cum i se pare America? Te-ai gndit vreodat s v stabilii aici?
Anca urcaiu : ntr-adevr, mi place foarte mult America. Cel mai bine de pe pmntul sta m simt n Times
Square, n New York City. Am vzut foarte multe pri ale Lumii Noi, am colindat prin sute de locuri i cred c
am trit aproape doi ani din via n America, dac ar fi s adun zilele i lunile petrecute n total acolo. Iubesc
America, i dac ar fi vreodat s m mut peste Ocean, dei nu cred c a putea s fac lucrul acesta, dar dac
m-a muta, cred c mi-ar plcea s locuiesc n California, n oraul San Diego. Clima cald i oceanul sunt motivele principale pentru care a alege acest ora, dei, dup cum i-am mai spus, m regsesc i m simt foarte
bine n New York. Dar acest pas, probabil, nu l voi face niciodat. M simt foarte bine aici, acas, n Romnia.
R: Eti cntrea, actri, dar ai jonglat i cu televiziunea, pe post de moderatoare. Din toate aceste chemri,
care este cea adevrat?
Anca urcaiu : Scena, scena, teatrul! Cel mai bine m regsesc pe scen, iubesc teatrul, iubesc publicul, i
cred c teatrul este modalitatea prin care emoiile i sentimentele se transmit cel mai bine ctre public. Iar
aplauzele live sunt barometrul perfect al succesului.
R: n cazul cnd a veni, n vacan, n Romnia, unde a putea s te vd?

Anca urcaiu: Apariii TV i spectacole muzicale sunt mai puine n ultimul timp. Cnt cu trupa lui Petre Geambau de 7 ani de zile, dar numai la evenimente private. De asemenea, pe perioada verii, sunt entertainer, de
vreo 12 ani, la Hotel Majestic, n Mamaia. n prezent, am trei spectacole, un musical, gen Broadway, Rebecca,
care are la baz romanul omonim scris de Daphne du Maurier, pe muzica lui Sylvester Levay, care a scris multe
piese pentru Broadway, care au luat multe premii Grammy. Piesa se joac la Teatrul Naional de Operet din
Bucureti. Tot la Teatrul Naional de Operet mai joc ntr-un spectacol de teatru-dans, n piesa Maria de Buenos
Aires, pe muzica lui Astor Piazzolla, unde am rolul principal. La Teatrul Mic, joc ntr-o comedie regizat de Radu
Gheorghe, care se numete Interpretul.
R: Exist o realizare a ta, pe plan profesional, despre care s spui: Asta e cea mai mare?

urcaiu : Profesional, realizri sunt toate Fiecare rol pe care l-am jucat, fiecare spectacol i ntlnire cu
publicul este o realizare Nu cred c le pot contoriza n dimensiuni i greuti. Cel mai mare succes n cariera
mea artistic cred c a fost rolul principal n musicalul Chicago, la Teatrul Naional din Bucureti. Dar cea mai
mare realizare pentru mine este bucuria spectatorilor de la finalul spectacolelor. Am un sentiment extraordinar
cnd, dup ce se las cortina i dup ce se aprinde lumina, lumea este n extaz i ne aplaud n picioare. Este
un sentiment extraordinar. De multe ori simt de parc publicul ar vrea s urce pe scen i s ne mbrieze.
Pentru mine, aceste momente sunt nite realizri extraordinare.
Anca urcaiu : Iubesc viaa i m iubesc i pe mine
R: De cte ori te ntlnesc, iradiezi fericire. Care sunt ingredientele acestei stri sufleteti, cu care alii nu se
ntlnesc niciodat?
Anca urcaiu : Sunt o femeie foarte fericit! Am o familie minunat, un so deosebit, un copil pe care l ador.
Cum am atins acest palmares? Cred c n primul rnd rbdarea este foarte important ntr-o relaie. Apoi trebuie
s existe comunicare i nelegere i s accepi persoana de lng tine, i cu bune, i cu mai puin bune. S nu
judeci, s nu critici, nu ai dreptul s judeci i s critici pe nimeni. De asemenea, conteaz s tii s treci peste

momentele grele care apar n via, dei, ideal ar fi s nu ajungi s creezi astfel de momente dificile.

Anca urcaiu : Mulumesc, e un compliment frumos. Nu tiu ce s spun cred c iubesc viaa, m iubesc i
pe mine foarte mult, m bucur de fiecare zi pe care o triesc pe pmnt i sunt un om foarte pozitiv. n plus, am
un stil de via sntos. Eu sunt ovo-lacto-vegetarian, un mod de via pe care l-am adoptat acum vreo 20 de
ani. Pentru a m menine ntr-o form fizic bun, m refer n mod special la greutate, tot ceea ce fac este s fiu
atent la ce, ct i cum mnnc. Aadar, am eliminat de atunci din alimentaie carnea (o vreme chiar i petele),
mi fac analize complete o dat pe an (care de obicei ies foarte bine), i m simt excelent. Mnnc puin, des,
alimente care s conin ct mai puine grsimi i beau mult ap. Fac i puin sport, dar nu ceva aa, extra ordinar. Oricum, eu cred c i fericirea te face frumos. Ca stare de spirit, ea poate avea un efect pozitiv asupra
aspectului fizic. O stare de fericire interioar iradiaz i afecteaz pozitiv aspectul exterior.
Anca urcaiu : Visez s scot un CD cu cntece vechi, romneti
R: Exist vreun vis, nerealizat pn acum, pe care ai dori s i-l mplineti?
Anca urcaiu : M pasioneaz mult designul interior, arta de a decora casele. Mi-a fi dorit s fac Facultatea
de Design, dar am rmas nsrcinat cu fiul meu i am renunat la acest plan. Mai am i un vis muzical. Mi-a
dori s scot un CD, o combinaie pop cu folclor, cntece cunoscute vechi, romneti, pe care s le reactualizez
orchestral.

"Genetic, nu stiu daca as fi avut masurile acestea, ca mama a fost cam plinuta. Tin la sport,
dieta, somn si odihna cat se poate. N-am apelat la nicio interventie estetica pentru ca n-am
avut nevoie si nici nu cred ca voi avea. Prefer metodele noninvazive, adica nu bisturiu si
injectii. Cei care vor diete sa consulte un nutritionist, nu sa caute pe internet sau sa ma
asculte pe mine, care sunt actrita, cantareata si designer de interioare", a declarat Anca
Turcasiu

"Nu mananc dulce, doar miere dimineata, la cafea, si rar un cub de ciocolata cu 70% cacao.
Beau doar apa plata, limonada si, ocazional, vin rosu. Ma trezesc de obicei la 7.00. Sunt
eforturi, nu-i usor!", a adaugat Anca.
La cei 40 de ani, Anca Turcasiu are un fizic si un psihic de invidiat. Bruneta a acceptat sa realizeze o
sedinta foto la malul marii, alaturi de fotograful Mircea Marinescu, pentru a dovedi ca frumusetea nu are
varsta.
"Cand am implinit 40 de ani mi-am dorit sa pozez asa cum nu am mai facut-o niciodata si am inceput sa
merg la sala ca sa slabesc, pentru a ma pregati pentru aceasta sedinta foto unica din viata mea. Din pacate,
degeaba faceam sport si nu mancam foarte mult, kilogramele ramaneau pe mine si grasimea de asemenea. Asa
ca m-am vazut nevoita sa merg la un nutritionit si am slabit 6 kilograme in 3 luni. Astfel, am ajuns sa am 57 de
kilograme la 1,72 metri, si sa fiu multumita de mine. Am vrut sa arat ca sunt multumita de mine si sa-mi

demonstrez ca arat bine, ca femeile pot fi atragatoare si cand trec de prima tinerete", a declarat Anca Turcasiu,

La fiecare aparitie publica am vazut-o zvelta. Ei bine, Anca Turcasiu nu se incurca in
sabloane de genul "Sunt o norocoasa, mananc oricat" - cand vine vorba de silueta
ei. Dimpotriva. "Ma lupt cu kilogramele de ani de zile. Nu sunt o femeie slaba de la

CSID: Nu datorita genelor esti atat de slaba...
Anca Turcasiu: Mama mea, chiar daca a fost o femeie foarte frumoasa, dupa varsta de 30 de
ani s-a ingrasat foarte mult, si era o persoana corpolenta. In acelasi timp, tata este si a fost
dintotdeauna un barbat solid. Asadar, analizand datele genetice, imi dau seama ca lupta mea
cu kilogramele este una explicabila. Ma lupt cu kilogramele de ani de zile, deoarece nu am
fost niciodata o femeie slaba de la natura. Am grija in permanenta de regimul meu alimentar,
de orarul meu de somn si de programul meu de sport. Mi-am educat metabolismul si am grija
sa nu acumulez kilograme pe care apoi mi-ar fi foarte greu sa le dau jos. Beau ceaiuri, apa si
mananc multe legume crude pentru a avea o digestie buna.
CSID: Care sunt regulile alimentare de la care nu te abati?
A.T.: Nu mananc niciodata carne, zahar, prajeli, sosuri consistente. Beau multa apa si
obligatoriu consum cel putin un fruct proaspat pe zi. Legumele crude fac parte din alimentatia
mea de baza.
CSID: De cate ori pe saptamana faci sport?
A.T.: Merg la sala unde fac fitness si cardio. Nu sunt o sportiva inraita, fac sport pentru ca
trebuie, nu pentru ca imi place. Mi-e mai greu sa ma urnesc si sa incep un program, dar daca
il incep, ma tin de el caci sunt constiincioasa din fire.
"Concesiile tin o casnicie"
CSID: La ce varsta te-ai casatorit?

A.T.: La 28 de ani. Cand l-am cunoscut pe Cristi, era un manager de hotel in Statele Unite. In
tara, a facut 9 ani de facultate, in timpul casniciei noastre, si acum este medic. Intre noi a fost
o iubire puternica inca de la inceput, a fost pasiune si o chimie fizica si spirituala.
CSID: Cum crezi ca se tine o casnicie de lunga durata?

52-Year-Old Woman Looks So Young Shes Mistaken for Her Sons Girlfriend

Pamela Jacobs, a dusky beauty from the UK, doesnt look a day over 25. But youll be shocked to learn that
the woman is actually 52, and has a 21 year old son! In fact, she appears so young that she is often offered
student rail fares and no one believes her when she reveals her real age.
Men do comment on my looks and say things like I dont believe you or You must be lying, she said.
I always say, what woman would actually add years on? Her son is mortified with all the attention she
receives though, because people often think shes his girlfriend. A while ago, someone my son knows
thought I was his girlfriend, Jacobs laughed. And some people I know have thought the same in reverse.
Its flattering, but I prefer men of a similar age to me, she quickly added.

Apart from the mild embarrassments, Jacobs says there are no downsides to looking younger. Once, she was
buying a ticket to London and when the cashier asked for her student rail card, she said she didnt have one.
He then asked if I wanted to apply for one so I had to tell him that I wasnt a student and what my real age
is. He went a bit red, she recalled.
During a health screening a couple of years ago, the nurse refused to believe that Jacobs was 50, and insisted
on verifying her medical records. She was amazed at how young I looked and also that I still had a
waist, Jacobs said.

She attributes her youthful appearance to a healthy diet, plenty of exercise, and get this coconut oil. She
also takes good care of herself with a weekly sauna and steam, exfoliates her face every two days, and never
leaves the house without sunscreen. But lots of women do all that and more, never managing to look quite as
young as Jacobs. Its probably because she has good genes too. Jacobs admits that her mother and all her
siblings look young for their age.
Im a big coconut oil lover, she said. My mother used it on our hair and skin when we were younger and
Ive carried on. I use Biona Organic Coconut Oil for cooking, in coffee, for removing make-up, for hair
treatments and on my body twice a day as a moisturizer. She also stays away from wheat products such as
breads and pasta, because they make her bloated. Jacobs doesnt even eat fruit because of the high sugar
content, but includes everything else in her diet, especially leafy greens.

Being of South Asian origin, a lot of the dishes she prepares at home are Asian, spiced with ginger, cumin
and turmeric, which she says are like supplements. Her breakfast consists of a boiled organic egg with gluten
free toast, or organic oatcakes and coconut yoghurt with berries and nuts. She finishes the meal off with a
glass of coconut water with added liquid iron. For lunch, she eats a big homemade salad with organic
spinach, kale, rocket, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, avocado, beansprouts and sauerkraut, with salmon, eggs
or chicken for protein. Dinner is equally healthy, and she snacks on handfuls of almonds, or celery with
hummus.
Her coffee intake is restricted to once a day. I follow the 80/20 rule, she revealed. 80 percent eating well
and 20 percent sneaking in the odd pudding, a little alcohol, or organic dark chocolate. Some of her other
health tips include avoiding chemicals, and using pink Himalayan salt in her bath once a week to detox.

Jacobs turns 53 next month, and she says that despite her looks, she is beginning to feel her age. Shes a lot
more tired than she used to be, but that doesnt stop her from attending her weekly body conditioning class.
While at the gym, she also uses the sauna and steam room. Ill go in the sauna for 10 minutes then have a
freezing cold shower until the water stops, she explained. I love it it makes me so feel invigorated and
Im convinced it has helped to tone my skin. Then I will have 10 minutes in the steam and repeat the cold
shower.
Jacobs advocates using higher quality cosmetics that work better and last longer. I use a little Laura Mercier
Tinted Moisturizer in Golden, which gives a dewy effect, and By Terry Terribly Densiliss concealer because
it contains an eye treatment, she said. I love Nars Taos or Orgasm blusher, Sephora black or blue liquid
eyeliner and By Terry Growth Booster Mascara which helps lashes grow and doesnt clump up and a Bobbi
Brown Long Wear Brow pencil.

Then for lips, I like Stila lip gloss in Cranberry, Nars lip glosses and also Lipstick Queens coral lipstick.
Putting it all on takes about five minutes, she added.
But the ultimate secret to looking young, according to Jacobs, lies in your attitude. I think the secret of
eternal youth is to smile every day, she said. The best thing about looking young is that it makes me feel
good and gives me confidence. Im not perfect and have flaws like everyone else but I am grateful for what I
do have.

Pamela Jacobs is part of an exclusive group of women who seem to be winning their battle with time. Shes

With the extensive use of Photoshop and other editing software, its extremely difficult to tell the difference
between real and fake these days. But if the photographs of this Japanese model are to be believed, then she
couldnt be a day over 20. Believe it or not, Masako Mizutanis real age is 43, and shes a mother of two.
Her age-defying looks have become a sensation in Japan, especially on TV. Shes being called Japans Lady
of Eternal Youth.
Now, Ive always felt that Asians, especially the Japanese, have beautiful skin that doesnt seem to age very
much. Even so, Masako clearly stands out from the rest of her countrymen. In the pictures, her skin looks
unbelievably soft, supple and practically flawless. During her TV appearances last month, Masako revealed
a few of her beauty secrets to the world. She supposedly spends five hours a day just taking care of her skin.
Her tips include: drinking plenty of water to flush out toxins, eating a fresh, healthy and balanced diet, using
vitamin E based creams, sunscreen, cleansing, toning, moisturizing, plenty of sleep and no smoking. Well, to
tell you the truth, these tips are generic beauty advice thats being dished out ever since I can remember.
Unless she has some other secrets, they seem to be doing wonders in her case.

A few people have started to wonder about the authenticity of Masakos online photographs. They say that
theres a marked difference (of at least 10 years) between her TV self and internet self. Photoshop, much?
Well, theres no real way to tell. Even so, Masako does look pretty youthful on TV. Theres also a saying
that Asian women look great and youthful until menopause which is when they seem to age almost
instantly, overnight. But for now, Masako certainly does seem to be the Lady of Eternal Youth. Maybe well
just wait and watch how the eternal part develops.

Some of you may say she doesnt look that good for her age, but its important to note that Masako also has
a 20 year old daughter. I think that is important to consider because its a known fact that raising kids takes
its toll on the body. Still this Japanese housewife could pass as her daughters sister any day.

But Masako Mizutani isnt the only woman to cause Internet controversy over her youthful appearance. A
while back, we featured the story of Annette Larkin, a 70-year-old woman who doesnt look a day over 40.
Like Masako, she drinks a lot of water (rain water, to be precise) and also follows a vegan diet.

Just yesterday, we wrote about Dr. Life, the man with a 70-year-olds face and a 20-year-old
bodybuilders physique. Well, now in the news is another 70-year-old who seems to have found the secret to
eternal youth, only hers doesnt imply using growth hormones and testosterone. Annette Larkins doesnt

look a day over 40, thanks to the diet and lifestyle she maintains. She looks so young that people mistake her
to be the daughter, when shes out with her husband of 54 years, but I suppose he isnt complaining.
Mrs. Larkins says the secret to her beauty lies in the raw vegan diet, consisting of organic vegetables, fruits,
seeds and nuts grown in her own garden, she calls the fountain of youth. The woman doesnt touch
anything that has been cooked. And another strange thing she does is collect rainwater, to keep her garden
blossoming, but also to drink. But the resident of Miami-Dade County, Florida, didnt always have such a
healthy lifestyle. In fact, she consumed meat regularly, as her husband used to own a meat factory way back
in the 1960s. It was then that she decided to change her eating habits forever. And what a great decision that
was. I mean, just look at her!

When she started off, Mrs. Larkins was just looking for a few health benefits and never anticipated that she
would look like a 40-year-old at the age of 70. In the 27 years that she has been eating raw, Mrs. Larkins has
written two booklets called Journey to Health and also produced a DVD containing all her healthy secrets.
Her husband, Mr. Larkins, wishes he had followed her example, because now he looks much, much older
and also suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure. He takes prescription medicine every day, but
Annette doesnt even take an aspirin.
I do know a few people who consume a raw diet, myself, but dont look as young as this woman. Perhaps
shes also got good genes, or theres something miraculous in that rainwater she drinks?

Instead of buying all those over-advertised beauty secretssold by cosmetic corporations, maybe we should

46-Year-Old Korean Mom Proves Weight Loss and Fitness Really Do Turn Back

Its hard to believe the woman in the photo below is actually 46-year-old and a mother of two. Jung Da Yeon
is known as momjjang ajumma in her native land of South Korea which means mom with a striking
figure, and its easy to see why.
But Jung Da Yeon didnt always look like this. In 2003, after going through two pregnancies, she weighed
70 kilograms and looked like a normal housewife. According to most media reports, she just woke up one
day and decided to do something about her dissatisfaction with her figure and weight, and I dont mean not
looking in the mirror for a very long time but strict dieting and physical exercise. However, Jung told the
Wall Street Journal she was actually motivated to lose weight to relieve back pain, and that the perfect figure
was only a side-effect. She managed to lose 20 kilograms in just three months, and after posting some
photos of her new self, the ambitious mother triggered what came to be known as South Koreas momjjang
syndrome. Housewives all around the country followed her example and started working out in an attempt
to achieve the same toned physique. Before she knew it, Jung Da Yeon was making appearances on
television, launching weight-loss books and videos, and building her very own fitness empire. The 46-yearolds fame spread beyond Koreas borders to Japan, where she launched an exercise-themed video game for
the Nintendo Wii and opened an education center to train Figure-robics specialists.

Jung Da Yeon says she had so much success with her weight-loss and physical exercise program not only
because of the way she looks at her age, but also because her routines are more tailored to Asians. The
fitness guru believes Western women want to be more curvy and muscular, while Asians just want to be slim
and fit without building too much muscle mass. Today, this inspirational fitness guru not only looks like a
million bucks, but is also a self made millionaire, thanks to the success of her business endeavors and a
spotless public image.

Although Jung Da Yeon is very popular in Japan as well, she does have some stiff competition there in

Now I dont know about you, but to me, just taking a look at these marvelous beings is living proof
that raw foods and natural hygiene is indeed the optimal lifestyle for human health. It clearly
shows that our bodies are designed for this lifestyle. Contrary to what many of us have been led to
believe, aging is NOT a normal process that is supposed to start taking place at our 30s. Wrinkles,
sagging skin, hair loss and all the ailments that follow after 30 or 40 is due to the degeneration of
the body after years of punishing it with a diet void of nutrients and enzymes. That plus eating a
diet of cooked (dead) foods, processed junk and artery clogging dairy and meats will certainly take

Regimul Oshawa, inut cu strictee nltur aproape orice boal, aciunea acestui regim fiind extrem de

bebelu. "n fiecare zi mi cumpr un kilogram de spanac, o sfecl roie, ptrungel, ghimbir, un mr
verde, o portocal. Le pun pe toate n aparat, le fac suc i n fiecare zi am fiecare am but cte dou

pahare, unul dimineaa, unul la prnz, ap ct cuprinde. Ct de mult ap pot s beau, nu bag n guria
