 Report

The internship was quite productive and interesting, because I managed to get to know and get new
information. Throughout the practice, I had the opportunity to meet different situations to help me answer
some questions and train some skills. This period was an interesting one, which helped me get through the
routine, being every day something interesting, productive, different from what I was doing until now. I
got to know what it's like to be an employee, what responsibilities he has and what he has to fulfill,
sometimes even within a limited time.
I learned how to manage time correctly, so that I can fulfill all the necessary things, in order to obtain the
maximum results. I noticed that I became more responsible and more interested in this activity, because I
had the task of presenting myself every day at the association's headquarters to carry out my tasks, which
proved to be a challenge for me. But, I learned how to use time correctly so that I can do it all. Within the
association, I managed to form bonds of cooperation and understanding between myself and the
administrators, because I was involved as much as possible in the process of evolution and development
of the association. I was naturally involved in this whole process of integration and cooperation with an
institution and information in a new field. I learned how to handle more complicated situations and how
to research a term or look for a definition to understand the correct meaning of a term. The frequent use of
this action, search and information, determined me to understand how important this aspect is in an
efficient translation.
During the internship I worked with several projects and documents within the association, which
required additional information and research. In order to make a consistent translation, I applied several
techniques from our University courses, which helped me to understand and make a proper translation.
From my point of view, the application of the knowledge within the courses facilitated my work and the
translation process. In order to create a coherent text, I used the substitution technique, through which I
reduced some ideas that were deduced in the main sentence, and other times I used the addition technique
through which I added elements to make a correct and coherent translation. I also used transposition,
adaptation, literary translation, and other techniques so as to reach the desired result. It was important to
determine and understand where and when to use the correct techniques, depending on the context.
However, the process itself was a difficult one, as I encountered various obstacles, such as limited time.
But this obstacle has been removed by a proper organization of time and work schedule, along with all
tasks. I encountered difficulties in terms, which, in order to be translated and interpreted, required more
detailed information and the selection of a definition appropriate to the context. Also, another difficulty
encountered is the difference between not identifying a suitable equivalent for a certain term, which led to
leaving it in its usual way. I also came across the "fake friends" procedure. In the translation process I
adhered to the use of synonyms, which also needed careful research, so as not to give a different or wrong
meaning to the context.
All things considered, I am convinced that this internship is a pretty opportune chance for the student,
because he manages to integrate in the profession he or she willbe pursuing in the future. The possibility
to practice, offers the opportunity to know new horizons, new opportunities, new ways of working and
most importantly, the knowledge of a new field and in general to get acquainted with the work process in
this specialty. For me personally, it has helped me to create some new concepts and visions about what it
means to be a translator and how the important work process in a department, association or legal office
has a place.

determinat-o să le ofere gratuit îmbrăcăminte,
alimente, suport la perfectarea actelor de
identitate şi chiar cazare.

The project "A Hope in the future", will
also stimulate the local authorities as well as
other ONG’s to launch similar projects in
other parts of the Republic of Moldova and to
coordinate how such an institution should be
organized to meet the needs of people with
disabilities and the elderly to ensure their
healthy physical and mental development
through non-traditional rehabilitation
activities, healthy nutrition, psychological
assistance and a decent standard of living.

Categories of vulnerable people
(orphans, abandoned children, deprived of
parental care, children from disadvantaged
families, children, youth people and adults
with disabilities, homeless children, the
lonely and helpless elderly) - due to political
and economic instability that has in recent
years in the Republic of Moldova, led to the
involuntary ignorance of the respective
category from all points of view (create
conditions for rehabilitation, training and
socialization).
Although the government's policy
towards the vulnerable populations proves to
be positive, they continue to live in conditions
of poverty and marginalization / exclusion
because it is directly influenced by the
situation in the country: economic downturn,
low investment due to political instability and
the presence of shadow economy.
Public institutions of specialized
education, are in a small number, with limited
access for people with special needs, the
practical activities that are addresses to the
given institutions are oriented to providing
superficial support but not of the social /
professional inclusion, does not give

Categoriile de persoane vulnerabile
(copii orfani, abandonaţi, lipsiţi de îngrijire

copiii, tinerii şi adulţii cu dezabilităţi, copii
străzii, bătrânii singuratici şi neajutoraţi) –
datorită instabilităţii politice şi economice
care are loc în ultimii ani în Republica
Moldova, au dus la ignorarea involuntară a
categoriei respective din toate punctele de
vedere (crearea condiţiilor de reabilitare,
instruire şi socializare).
Cu toate că politica guvernului faţă de
populaţia vulnerabilă se arată a fi pozitivă,
aceştia continuă să vieţuiască în condiţii de
sărăcie şi marginalizare/excludere pentru că e
influenţată direct de situaţia din ţară: declin
economic, investiţii scăzute datorită
instabilităţii politice şi a prezenţei vaste a
economiei tenebre.
Instituţiile publice de învăţământ
specializat, există într-un număr mic, cu acces
limitat de persoane cu nevoi speciale,
activităţile practice pe care le abordează
instituţiile date sunt orientate spre acordarea
unei susţineri superficiale dar nu a unei
incluziuni sociale/profesionale, nu acordă

of the Centre for rehabilitation, non-
traditional training, natural nutrition, social
inclusion, through its personalized service,
comes to help society to ensure equal and
non-discriminatory access to education, social
inclusion, non-traditional rehabilitation
method "Ţigun" (Chinese millennial method
with the slogan "There isn’t incurable
diseases"), healthy nutrition and
psychological assistance, thus completing the
state’s absences in those areas.
The rehabilitation complex that the Centre
promotes, aims to help the person to achieve
and maintain an optimal level of physical,
intellectual, physical and social activity,
giving them simultaneously resources for
changing lifestyles, achieving self-
confidence, prevention and elimination of
chronic disease.

nivel de guvern, spitalele din municipiul
Chişinău, urmează de a fi reduse semnificativ.
Prin urmare, proiectul „O speranţă în viitor” a
Centrului pentru reabilitare, întremarea
netradiţională, alimentaţie naturistă şi
incluziune socială, prin serviciile sale
personalizate, vine în ajutor societăţii pentru a
asigura accesul egal şi nediscriminatoriu la
educaţie, incluziune socială, reabilitare
netradiţională prin metoda “Ţigun” (metodă
milenară chineză cu deviza “Nu există boli
nevindecabile”), alimentaţie sănătoasă şi
asistenţă psihologică, astfel completând
absenţele statului în domeniile respective.
Sistemul de reabilitare complex pe
care îl promovează Centrul, are menirea să
ajute persoana să atingă şi să menţină un nivel
optim de activitate fizică, intelectuală, psihică
şi socială, oferindu-le concomitent mijloace
pentru schimbarea modului de viaţă, obţinerea
unei încrederi în sine, prevenirea şi
înlăturarea maladiilor cronice.
1) Compania Quality Taste are dreptul de a
examina mărfurile în timpul primirii și are la

by the Quality Taste.
3.2) Warranty of APACH's and TATRA's
Equipment is 1 (one) year of purchase.
EQUIP HORECA deliveries details for
equipments repair in the event of defects. The
spare parts transportation is at EQUIP
HORECA's expense. The Quality Taste
makes the repair his own and expense.
3.3) The warranty applies to the first buyer/
user of the equipment sold.
3.4) The validity of the guarantee is
evidenced by the instrument of delivery-
receipt (CMR) and the Invoice.
3.5) To replace the warranty device, the
following documents are required:
- instrument of delivery/receipt of the device
(CMR);
- proof of purchase (Invoice);
- a brief description of the device error, with a
photo.
3.6) Equipment must be delivered to the
EQUIP HORECA warehouse, either in
Vilnius, Warsaw or Tbilisi at the

schimbarea echipamentului în caz de defecte
în perioada de garanție. Toate taxele pentru
expedierea echipamentului HURAKAN sunt
plătite de compania Quality Taste.
3.2) Garanția echipamentelor APACH și
TATRA reprezintă 1 (un) an de la cumpărare.
EQUIP HORECA livreaza detalii pentru
repararea echipamentelor in caz de defecte.
Transportul pieselor de schimb este pe
cheltuiala companiei EQUIP HORECA.
Compania Quality Taste face de una singură
reparația și încasează cheltuiala.
3.3) Garanția se aplică primului
cumpărător/utilizator al echipamentului
vândut.
3.4) Valabilitatea garanției este atestată de
către instrumentul de livrare-primiră (CMR)
și de factură.
3.5) Pentru a înlocui dispozitivul de garanție,
sunt necesare următoarele documente:
- instrumentul de livrare/primire a
dispozitivului (CMR);
- dovada de cumparare (factura);
- o scurtă descriere a erorii dispozitivului, prin
intermediul unei fotografii.
3.6) Echipamentele trebuie livrate la depozitul
EQUIP HORECA, fie din Vilnius, Varșovia
sau Tbilisi pe responsabilitatea și cheltuiala

condiții de depozitare necorespunzătoare ale
utilizatorului (temperatura minus).
3.11) Garanția nu se aplică pieselor care se

loc în ultimii ani în Republica Moldova, a dus
la plecarea multor părinţi peste hotarele ţării
în speranţa căutării unor noi locuri de muncă,
lăsând copiii în voia sorții, fără căldură
părintească şi supraveghere.
Obiective generale:
Locul de desfăşurare a proiectului
asociaţiei„Casa părintească a copiilor orfani”,
nu a fost ales întâmplător, fiind casa
părintească a iniţiatorului proiectului, unde
fratele acesteia (invalid din copilărie), a locuit
timp îndelungat.
Locul proiectului„Casa părintească a copiilor
orfani” (suprafaţa terenului 20 ari), necesită

1. Casa destinată cazării persoanelor de sex
masculin necesită:
- amenajarea mansardei şi dormitoarelor;
- construcţia balconului mansardei;
- amenajarea unei săli festive;
