CE ESTE JOCUL SENZORIAL?

Un joc senzorial este un prilej de dezvoltare și stimulare a analizatorilor copilului, prin experimentare și
explorare.
Din punct de vedere al dezvoltării, jocurile senzoriale se concentrează pe procesul creativ și nu pe rezultat.
Este mai important cum copilul descoperă diverse materiale, texturi etc., decât ce va ieși la finalul jocului.
Acesta poate învăța noțiuni de bază în matematică, precum mărimile
(mare, mic, mediu), sortarea, clasificarea, numărarea etc. Joaca senzorială
contribuie la dezvoltarea cognitivă, a limbajului, a abilităților sociale, a ariei
emoționale, a ariei fizice ( motricitatea fină ), creativitații copilului,
creșterea simțului de independență.
IMPORTANȚA JOCURILOR SENZORIALE
Jocurile senzoriale pe care le punem la dispoziția celor mici, dar și a părinților
care iau parte la această experiență, sunt menite să dezvolte toate aspectele
creșterii copilului.Ne ghidăm după perioada anului, sărbători specifice sau
interese ale copiilor. Pentru că știm că repetarea experienței este benefică
învățării.

Studiile de specialitate au aratat ca joaca senzoriala contribuie semnificativ

la dezvoltarea creierului. Experientele de joaca senzoriala sunt un fel hrana
pentru creier iar de aceea este important ca si copilul sa primeasca nici prea
multa nici prea putina hrana senzoriala.

Pentru ca dezvoltarea emotionala si sociala sa aiba loc este important ca joaca

senzoriala sa fie impartasita, sa fie impreuna cu cineva.

In aceasta perioada copilul are nevoie sa exploreze si mai ales sa incerce. In

acelasi timp, pentru adultii semnificativi este foarte importanta siguranta
copilului, deoarece capacitatea acestuia de evaluare a pericolelor este in
dezvoltare. De aceea recomandam insotirea copiilor si acordarea de atentie
sporita din partea adultilor in timpul jocului senzorial. Fiind atenti insa la a
insoti copilul nu a face in locul lui, acordandu-i spatiu sa incerce si sa exploreze
pentru a putea achizitiona noi abilitati.
