EXPUNEREA
• Expunerea deliberată şi planificată la un stimul anxiogen până când distresul 1) este mai
scăzut decât nivelul pre-tratament şi 2) este acceptabil pentru client
• Tehnică eficientă în tulburările de anxietate de sine stătătoare sau în cadrul CBT (Richard &
Lauterbach, 2006), totuşi, din păcate, mulţi profesionişti ezită să o folosească
