Vei alege o persoan accesibil dvs. (non-psiholog, copil, adolescent sau adult) creia i vei aplica trei
instrumente din cele nvate la tutoriale n urmtoarea combinaie:
Prima pagin este standard: o variant WORD va fi ncrcat pe grup, iar dvs. v vei completa datele
personale i pe cele ale persoanei evaluate;
1. Prima pies a dosarului:
a. Un interviu transcris pentru cunoaterea persoanei. Avei libertate asupra structurii interviului
(nestructurat, semistructurat, nondirectiv, semidirectiv, de evaluare, etc.)
2. A doua pies a dosarului (una la alegere din urmtoarele):
a. Childrens Apperception Test aplicat n ntregime, dup cum am nvat la seminarii;
b. Thematic Apperception Test aplicat n ntregime, dup cum am nvat la seminarii;
3. A treia pies a dosarului (una la alegere din urmtoarele):
a. Proba completrii de fraze Rotter complet;
b. Fabulele Dss;
c. Desenul persoanei;
d. Desenul arborelui;
e. Desenul familiei.
4. A patra pies a dosarului: vei face o caracterizare psihologic a persoanei n minim trei pagini, n care
vei prezenta i interpreta toate informaiile culese din demersul dvs. Nu descriei persoana pe baza a
ceea ce tiai dinainte despre ea. Bazai-v argumentarea strict pe demersul de evaluare! Dai exemple!
5. Argumentai alegerea instrumentelor folosite n funcie de caracteristicile persoanei creia i le-ai aplicat.
n aceast etap putei folosi pentru argumentare informaii pe care le cunoteai n prealabil despre
persoana n cauz (cteva rnduri pn la jumtate de pagin).
Instrumentele vor fi alese i combinate pertinent, n funcie de caracteristicile persoanei creia i vor fi
aplicate (vrst, educaie, etc.) n vederea asigurrii unui psihodiagnostic relevant.

!!! Plagiatul de orice fel sau tentativele de fraudare prin reproducerea unor portofolii din ani trecui,
neaplicarea probelor, inventarea rspunsurilor etc vor fi punctate cu nota 1 indiferent dac fraudarea s-a
realizat parial (o singur prob/pagin/etc) sau integral.
Predarea dosarelor se va face la ultima ntlnire de seminar.

7. Testarea grilei, pentru a sesiza dac rmn comportamente care nu pot fi ncadrate ntr-una din
categoriile grilei sau dac unele comportamente sunt ncadrabile n dou categorii simultan.
Exemplu: Trei observatori merg ntr-o grdini i folosesc grila de observaie. Ei pot remarca dac apar
comportamente pe care nu le-au inclus i dac exist fidelitate inter-evaluator.

Sarcina: Verificati in ce masura intelegeti tulburarile anxioase si afective citind informatiile despre urmatoarele
cazuri, si stabilind diagnosticul cel mai potrivit pentru fiecare persoana. Explicati alegerea facuta pentru fiecare
diagnostic. Cateva dintre aceste cazuri ar putea sa nu implice tulburari afective sau anxioase. In aceasta situatie,
indicati ca persoana nu sufera de o tulburare afectiva sau anxioasa, si aratati de ce este astfel.
Mihai a fost trimis la tine pentru psihoterapie in urma unei tentative de suicid. Cand il
intervievezi plange facil. Vorbeste incet si tine privirea plecata. Raporteaza dificultati
de a adormi si de a sta adormit in ultima luna. Mihai spune ca nu a prea avut pofta de
2 mancare in ultima luna si a pierdut 6 kg. Povesteste ca nu se mai bucura de lucrurile
care ii placeau inainte, si considera ca viata nu mai merita traita. Mihai nu se asteapta
ca lucrurile sa se amelioreze in viitor, motiv pentru care a incercat sa se sinucida.
O intalnesti pe Elena in camera de urgenta a unui spital unde parintii au adus-o pentru
evaluare. Ei sunt ingrijorati pentru ca fiica lor isi doneaza toate bunurile si spune ca
vrea sa se mute la Bucuresti sa salveze lumea . Parintii povestesc ca in ultimul timp
3 Elena nu a mai dormit aproape deloc, desi pare plina de energie. A fost ca intr-o
frenezie. Cand discuti cu Elena, observi ca vorbeste foarte rapid. Iti este greu sa o
opresti destul de mult pentru a-i pune intrebari. Pare agitata si nu poate sta locului.
Mircea marturiseste ca se simte agitat tot timpul. Nu stie de ce este ingrijorat, dar simte
6 ca isi face griji neincetat. Se plange ca se simte adesea ametit si cu respiratia taiata si ii
pare ca transpira mereu. Observi ca pare temator in timpul interviului si tresare facil.

Lorena se simte foarte trista de cand a murit sotul ei, in urma cu 12 zile. A mancat
foarte putin si are dificultati de a adormi. Plange adesea. Lorena este preocupata de
7 gandurile despre sotul ei decedat si nu vrea sa faca altceva decat sa se gandeasca la el.
A refuzat invitatiile prietenilor si isi petrece cea mai mare parte a timpului singura.
Lui Dan ii este atat de teama sa vorbeasca in public incat nu poate lua cuvantul la o
intalnire de afaceri. Aceasta ii determina probleme la serviciu pentru ca evita mereu
8 situatiile in care ar avea de vorbit in fata altor oameni. Ii este teama ca va parea ridicol
si ca alti oameni il vor lua in ras.
Filip este un student de 22 de ani. Prietenii sai l-au indemnat catre psihoterapie pentru
ca il vad ca fiind nefericit. Filip spune ca el nu se gandeste prea mult la asta, dar ca
9 probabil este nefericit de la moartea mamei sale, cu 6 ani in urma. Spune ca nu se mai
poate bucura de viata, si ca lucrurile ii merg intotdeauna prost. Spune ca nu are
perturbari alimentare sau de somn sau ganduri suicidare.
Luiza este arhitecta si are 35 de ani. Se prezinta la cabinet foarte tulburata spunand ca
nu mai poate lucra si ca in general nu mai poate functiona. Spune ca se simte obosita
mereu, pana la extenuare. Spune ca plange facil si aproape zilnic. Adoarme greu si a
slabit 7 kg in ultimile doua luni fara sa incerce. Povesteste ca i-a fost tare greu in
10 ultimile doua luni ; nu ii mai place sa faca nimic si se gandeste adesea la suicid.
Totusi, precizeaza de asemeni ca nu a fost niciodata o persoana foarte fericita.
Considera ca lucrurile rareori ii merg bine, si a renuntat sa mai spere ca i se vor
intampla lucruri bune.
Cristi a supravietuit prabusirii unui avion cu doua luni in urma. Multi oameni au murit,
inclusiv cel mai bun prieten al sau, care statea langa Cristi si a fost decapitat. Cristi se
11 simte inca apatic si vorbeste cu greu despre accident. Anumite sunete si mirosuri ii aduc
amintiri dureroase. Noaptea, Cristi se trezeste adesea in mijlocul unui cosmar despre
prabusirea avionului.
Clara este in curs de divort. Are numeroase dificultati financiare si isi face griji adesea
12 cu privire la economiile proprii. Se simte in general agitata si irascibila si s-a simtit
astfel de-a lungul ultimei luni.

urmatoarele 6 cazuri, si stabilind diagnosticul cel mai potrivit pentru fiecare persoana. Explicati alegerea facuta
pentru fiecare diagnostic. Cateva dintre aceste cazuri ar putea sa nu implice tulburari disociative sau somatoforme.
In aceasta situatie, indicati ca persoana nu sufera de o tulburare disociativa sau somatoforma, si aratati de ce este
astfel.

1. Crina este o femeie de 50 de ani cu o istorie de numeroase acuze medicale serioase. A suferit
operatii repetate, in medie una pe an. Unele dintre problemele ei sunt legate de afectiuni fizice
reale. De exemplu a suferit o masectomie ca urmare a unui cancer la san si este diabetica. Totusi,
pentru majoritatea acuzelor sale nu se poate stabili o cauzalitate fizica sigura. De exemplu, recent
s-a plans de dureri abdominale cazuate de cicatricile operatiilor anterioare. A insistat sa fie operata
din nou pentru corectarea acestei situatii. Fara haine, corpul ei arata ca si cum ar fi acoperit de
fermoare ; toate sunt de fapt cicatrici de la operatiile anterioare.
2. Florentina este o femeie de 35 de ani care se prezinta la cabinetul psihologic acuzand pierderi de
memorie. Are perioade in timpul saptamanii cand nu isi poate aminti ce a facut. Cu toate acestea,
uneori intalneste persoane care pretind ca au intalnit-o in timpul acestor perioade. Recent, un barbat
a sunat-o acasa si a cerut sa vorbeasca la telefon cu Florina spunand ca a cunoscut-o intr-un bar.
Florentina nu isi aminteste sa fi fost vreodata in barul cu pricina.
3. Mircea a avut o tuse sacaitoare pentru mai multe saptamani. Desi tusea este incomoda, pentru
observatorul neimplicat nu pare serioasa. Mircea este insa foarte ingrijorat ca a facut tuberculoza.
A facut 3 radiografii la plamani, dintre care toate au iesit negative. (dupa primul rezultat negativ, a
considerat ca medicul se inseala si a mers la un altul si tot asa.) A facut de asemeni un test al pielii
pentru diagnosticarea tuberculozei. Si acesta a iesit negativ. Crede in continuare ca tusea este un
simptom al unei boli ce nu a fost diagnosticata inca. A fost in total la 11 medici pana acum, si
niciunul nu a gasit ceva mai grav decat o raceala.
4. Liviu nu este multumit de slujba sa. Recent a inceput sa se planga de dureri de spate. In ultima luna
a inceput sa primeasca subventii pentru dizabilitate. Continua sa acuze dureri de spate si nu arata
nicio dorinta de a se intoarce la lucru. Se gandeste sa isi deschida o toneta.
5. Smaranda nu isi aminteste nimic din copilaria sa de la 6 la 10 ani. Parintii ei au divortat cand avea
5 ani. De cand Smaranda avea 6 ani pana cand a implinit 10, mama ei a locuit cu un barbat care era
cu 9 ani mai tanar decat ea. Desi Smaranda nu isi mai aminteste nimic din cele petrecute, mama
Smarandei l-ar fi alungat din casa pe iubitul ei cand fiica ei avea 10 ani pentru ca l-a prins facand
ceva . Mama Smarandei refuza sa discute incidentul cu ea.
6. Mirela, o adolescenta, traieste episoade recurente in care simte ca si cum si-a parasit trupul si
pluteste. Senzatia este insotita de sentimentul ca lucrurile nu sunt reale. Simte o anxietate puternica
in timpul acestor episoade.

Sarcina: Cititi urmatorul articol si stabiliti ce diagnostic ar putea avea raufacatorul in cauza.
Un om de stiinta tulburat numit de politie cel mai prolific urmaritor al Marii Britanii se confrunta ieri cu pedeapsa de
inchisoare pe viata dupa ce a fost gasit vinovat de hartuirea a 200 de victime.
Richard Jan, 37, a purtat o campanie de 7 ani de violenta si teroare impotriva oficialilor din sanatate, politicieni, avocati
si multi altii pe care i-a incadrat pe nedrept ca parte dintr-o mare coalitie ce lupta pentru a-l include in Actul de Santatat
Mentala. I-a impartit in ceea ce el numeaste primul si al doilea ordin al vinovatiei Printre cei aflati in capul listei urii
se afla si consilierul local, Liz Brookes. Ea si familia ei au fost norocosi sa scape cu viata cand le-a bombardat locuinta.
O alta victima, un asistent social pe care il detesta, a fost dus la spital in doua randuri in urma unor atacuri nocturne.
Shauna Bailey, care avusese deja masina distrusa de catre el, a suferit mai intai rani grave cand o persoana cu fata
acoperita a atacat-o izbindu-i o caramida in fata. Cateva luni mai tarziu, atacatorul care purta de aceasta data o casca de
protectie, a lovit-o de mai multe ori cu o bata de baseball.
Mai tarziu, cand medicii ii ingrijeau ranile, Jan s-a intors la domiciliul ei si i-a incendiat masina. Alte victime si-au gasit
cauciucurile taiate sau au primit neincetat telefoane de amenintare. Unele dintre victimele biochimistului erau fie urmarite
acasa, fie primeau comenzi nedorite pizza, taxiuri sau intr-o ocazie un ofiter de la deratizare.
Datele oficiale aratau ca ar fi fost implicat in 4500 telefoane de amenintare, dar politia spunea ca acesta ar fi doar varful
icebergului. In ciuda avertismentelor, arestarilor si condamnarilor la inchisoare, lipsa de coordonare a politiei i-a permis
sa revina in mod repetat pentru a continua hartuirile de unde ramasese. Pana la momentul in care o investigatie
coordonata a descoperit imaginea terifinata a tuturor actelor sale, oameni isi parasisera slujbele, isi abandonasera
locuintele si isi schimbasera identitatile.
Perchezitia celor doua locuinte ale sale au adus la iveala dovezi incriminatoare cum ar fi o arma incarcata si un pictorial
intitulat Hoarda Fascista .
Judecatorul Heny Blacksell a amanat condamnarea cu o luna dupa ce a acceptat cererea apararii pentru un raport
psihiatric. A spus acuzatului ca il considera instabil psihic .

foarte importanta pentru Maria, intr-atat incat a cumparat o masina care nu ii placea doar pentru
ca stia ca e pe placul Alinei. Maria se bazeaza pe Alina si e ingrozita de ideea ca ar putea sa
piarda prietenia ei daca nu face tot ce aceasta ii cere. Maria nu crede ca ar putea sa se descurce
fara prietena ei Alina.
2. Misu adora sa fie in centrul atentiei. El are impresia ca toti sunt fascinati de el si ca vor sa ii fie
prieteni. Misu e mereu preocupat ca toate nevoile sale sa fie satisfacute optim. Nu se gandeste
la nevoile altora. Merge la psihoterapie pentru ca nevasta sa ameninta ca divorteaza daca el nu
face niste schimbari. Misu nu intelege de ce ea e nefericita. El simte ca ea ar trebui sa fie fericita
pentru ca o lasa sa aiba grija de el.
3. Petronel adora sa fie in centrul atentiei. Adesea poarta palarii trasnite sau alte tinute
neobisnuite. Ii place sa isi faca intrari neasteptate la evenimente si intarzie la petreceri doar ca
sa apara surprinzator in vazul tuturor. Spera sa aiba o cariera in show business si joaca de cate
ori i se ofera ocazia in productii artistice locale. Desi apropiatii spun despre Petronel ca este
fermecator, il descriu ca fiind si superficial si neimplicat.
4. Lili a venit la psihoterapie din cauza unor probleme la locul de munca. Seful ei ii reproseaza
ca este neatenta, dezorganizata si ca face greseli. Lili considera ca seful are ceva cu ea si ca o
acuza pe nedrept pentru lucruri pe care nu le-a facut. Ea crede de asemeni ca ceilalti colegi s-
au inteles impotriva ei si ca o vorbesc pe la spate. Isi face griji ca cei de la salarizare incearca
sa o insele, astfel incat isi inspecteaza cu mare atentie cuponul de slariu in fiecare luna pentru
ca sa nu fie trasa pe sfoara.
