in cazul
in care bebelusul se afla in pericol (ex. cand acesta se ineaca, cand isi introduce jucarii in urechi sau in
a-i administra medicatia prescrisa.

intre in contact cu suprafata pielii.

Parents, especially those with the first child, often do not know how to proceed if the baby is in danger
(eg when he drowns, when he puts toys in his ears or nose, etc. .). Most of the time, parents panic and
waste precious time looking for help or waiting for specialized intervention.
Be confident that you can help a baby or a child in an emergency! Learn these first aid techniques which
are very simple!
Your baby or baby may develop a rash, itching and swelling on the hands, feet and / or face. Breathing
will often be slowed down.
If you know that your baby or baby is suffering from a certain allergy, use the auto-injector (epipene) to
administer the prescribed medication. Follow the instructions on the package!
Calms the child while waiting for the ambulance. Tell the ambulance crew that you used the auto-
injector.

A baby or child who has suffered a bone fracture feels intense pain and is lying in an unnatural position.
In this case, support the wound with various items of clothing to prevent unnecessary movements. Do
not use splints!
Cool the burned area under running cold water for at least 10 minutes. Cooling the area reduces pain,
inflammation and the risk of scarring.
After the burned area has cooled, cover it with a clean plastic bag. This action prevents the infection by
keeping the area clean. Plastic has no adhesion and reduces pain by preventing air from coming into
contact with the skin surface.

Plaseaza doua degete in
mijlocul pieptului, intre sfarcuri.
sune!

Aceste sfaturi privesc copiii (1 an pana la pubertate).
fie de jos in sus.
sub coaste. Plaseaza-ti pumnul strans in fata, exact deasupra diafragmeni. Apasa in interior si in sus.
sune!

7. Primul ajutor in cazul in care bebelusul sau copilul a inghitit ceva daunator
inghitit, cand a inghitit si in ce cantitate.
aeriene.

Give the baby five interscapular blows: hold the baby face down on your thigh. Be sure to have your
head lower than your ass. If you have not removed the food / toy, go to the next step.
Press the baby's chest five times: turn the baby upside down. Place two fingers in the middle of the
chest, between the nipples. Press the baby's chest five times in an upward motion.
The cycles of interscapular blows and chest presses continue until the blockage is removed, until help
comes or the baby no longer responds. If you can't call 112 yourself, get someone else to call!

These tips apply to children (1 year until puberty). A child who suffocates will hold his hands to his chest
or neck and will be unable to speak, breathe or cough.
Give the child five interscapular blows: Hit him firmly, five times, between the shoulder blades. The
blows must be from the bottom up. If the object has not been removed, go to the next step.
Press it five times on the abdomen: sit behind the child and grab him with your arms around the
abdomen, just below the ribs. Place your fist clenched in front of you, just above the diaphragm. Press in
and up.
The cycles of interscapular blows and presses on the diaphragm continue until the blockage is removed,
until help comes or the child no longer responds. If you can't call 112 yourself, get someone else to call!

In acest caz, verifica-i respiratia! Inclinandu-i capul catre spate, pentru a-i deschide astfel caile aeriene, ii
Fa-i cinci insuflatii salvatoare: inclina-i capul catre spate, acopera-i gura si nasul cu gura ta si sufla de
cinci ori, ridicandu-ti capul dupa fiecare insuflatie.
Fa-i 30 de compresii: apasa ferm in mijlocul pieptului bebelusului cu doua degete astfel incat pieptul sa
se comprime si elibereaza.
Fa-i doua insuflatii.

Fa-i cinci insuflatii salvatoare: inclina-i capul catre spate, acopera-i etans gura cu propria ta gura si
penseaza-i nasul. Sufla de cinci ori in gura copilului, ridicand capul dupa fiecare insuflatie.
Fa-i 30 de compresii: apasa ferm in mijlocul pieptului copilului cu o mana astfel incat pieptul sa se
comprime si elibereaza.
Fa-i doua insuflatii.
In aceste circumstante, bebelusul sau copilul are o temperatura ridicata (peste 37°C). Pielea este adesea
rosie si fierbinte. Transpira excesiv.
Redu-i temperatura: indeparteaza imbracamintea in exces si da-i sa bea lichide precum apa sau suc
diluat.
acestea mentin temperatura ridicata.

If the baby does not move and does not react when called or tickled in the sole, it means that it does not
respond to stimuli.
In this case, check his breath! Tilting his head back to open his airways, you will feel his breath on his
cheek. You will know that he is not breathing because his chest and abdomen are not moving and you
cannot hear or feel his breath.
Tell a second person to call 112!
Give him five life-saving breaths: tilt his head back, cover his mouth and nose with your mouth, and blow
five times, raising your head after each breath.
Make 30 compressions: press firmly in the middle of the baby's chest with two fingers so that the chest
compresses and releases.
Give him two breaths. Continue with the 30 compressions and two life-saving breaths until help comes.

Under these circumstances, the baby or child has a high temperature (above 37 ° C). The skin is often
red and hot. Excessive sweating.
Reduce its temperature: remove excess clothing and give it to drink liquids such as water or diluted
juice. These actions will help cool and hydrate the body. Do not cover the child with beds as they keep
the temperature high.
Miscarile
convulsive pot dura uneori cateva minute bune.

“The immediate care given to a child / infant who has been injured, or who has become ill prior to the
arrival of qualified medical assistance”
The above definition clearly outlines what paediatric first aid involves. It almost makes things seem
rather simple when in reality the average person may struggle to deal with the above situation.
Sometimes the situation is made more difficult when the bystander involved has not received any sort of
training. During an emergency this could result in someone not knowing what to do, freezing or making
a serious mistake. Just a little basic training could potentially prevent all three from happening.
Sadie.Bandage
Non breathing infants and children require a different form of CPR. Young hearts are unlikely to
suddenly stop without the onset of heart disease. This is a good thing: however another deadly form of
cardiac arrest (respiratory) can occur when the heart is starved of oxygen. Children and infants are
prone to these forms of cardiac arrest through events like choking, drowning and illness.
CPR training focuses on the paediatric specific format of 5 initial rescue breaths, 30 chest compressions,
then a 30:2 ratio until the arrival of qualified medical assistance, or the onset of normal breathing.
The other major practical difference is applied to the choking algorithm. Children require less cycles of
treatment before contacting the emergency services when comparing to adults. Infants require their
own specific treatment protocol when delivering thrusts in order to protect their small bodies.
Finally full time childcare workers may complete a second day of training or home study unit which
focuses on childhood illnesses such as meningitis, asthma, croup and many more.
When working in an adult environment and without the responsibility of children it is recommended to
enrol on an emergency first aid course. If you work part time with children and looking for a basic
understanding of practical skills then the 6 hour paediatric first aid qualification is suitable. Those
working full time with under 8’s and in positions of responsibility should enrol on a 12 hour course.
