Proces verbal ședință cu părinții

clasei a IV a A

Încheiat astăzi, 17.11.2022, în cadrul ședinței cu părinții elevilor clasei a

IV-a A Școlii Gimnaziale nr.93 Emil Racoviță din sectorul 4 București.

Ordinea de zi cuprinde :
 Prezenta;
 Prezentarea temei si a scopului întâlnirii;
 Alegerea comitetului de părinți;
 Discuții legate de situația școlara a elevilor in urma testărilor inițiale;
 Discuții referitoare la problemele ridicate de părinți;
 Propuneri privind următoarea întâlnire cu părinții : soluții privind
îmbunătățirea relației dintre elevi, părinți , dascăl.

La ședința sunt prezenți 20 părinți , din totalul de 32.

Doamna învățătoare da citire materialelor cu tema : “Regulamentul de ordine

interioara” si “Regimul zilnic al elevului”.

Este prezentata situația fiecărui elev, fiind analizate rezultatele obținute in

urma testelor de la evaluarea inițiala. Părinții intervin în discuție, prezentând
problemele cu care se confrunta copii . Sunt sugerate masuri pentru ameliorarea
situației la învățătura , dar si pentru îmbunătățirea relației elevi-părinți-scoală.
Următoare întâlnire este propusă a se desfășura în prima săptămână de scoală a
anului viitor.

Toate punctele stabilite pe ordinea de zi au fost dezbătute, drept pentru care a

fost încheiat prezentul proces verbal.

class IV A

Ended today, 17.11.2022, during the meeting with the parents of the
students of the 4th grade of the Emil Racoviță secondary school no. 93 in
Bucharest sector 4.

The agenda includes:

• Present;
• Presentation of the theme and purpose of the meeting;
• Election of the parents' committee;
• Discussions related to the school situation of the students following the initial
tests;
• Discussions regarding the problems raised by parents;
• Proposals regarding the next meeting with parents: solutions regarding
improving the relationship between students, parents, teacher.

20 parents, out of a total of 32, are present at the meeting.

The teacher reads the materials with the theme: "Regulation of internal order"
and "Daily regime of the student".

from the initial assessment being analyzed. Parents intervene in the discussion,
presenting the problems the children were facing. Measures are suggested to
improve the teaching situation, but also to improve the student-parent-school
relationship.
The next meeting is proposed to take place during the first week of school next
year.

All the points set on the agenda were debated, for which the present minutes
were concluded.
