Isaia este un proroc al Vechiului Testament care a făcut multe profeții mesianice între
anii 740–701 î.H., numele lui însemnând "Dumnezeu mântuiește!" El a fost cel care L-a văzut pe
Domnul așezat pe tronul slavei cerești, înconjurat de serafimii cu sașe aripi (Isaia 6:1-3) și a
proclamat un mesaj de pocăință de păcat și de așteptare plină de speranță a eliberării aduse de
către Dumnezeu în viitor: „Am auzit glasul Domnului, întrebând: «Pe cine să trimit și cine va
merge pentru Noi?» Eu am răspuns: «Iată-mă, trimite-mă!»” (Isaia 6:8). Mai mult chiar, atunci
când Isus și-a început lucrarea Sa pe pământ, El l-a citat pe Isaia mai des decât pe oricare alt
profet, chiar și Petru, Ioan şi Pavel îl citează frecvent pe Isaia în Noul Testament. În ”Cartea lui
Nefi” (Circa 34 d.H.), Domnul Isus aprobă cuvintele lui Isaia și porunceşte poporului să-i caute pe
profeţi, spunându-le nefiţilor: „mari sunt cuvintele lui Isaia” şi a adăugat ”că toate lucrurile pe
care le-a profeţit Isaia se vor îndeplini” (3 Nefi 23:1–3).1 Isaia fiul lui Amoţ, a trăit în Ierusalim, cu
șapte secole mai înainte de venirea Mantuitorului Isus Hristos, și a profețit sub regii Ozia, Iotam
(740-736), Ahaz (736-716), Ezechia (716-687) și Manase. În anul 722 î.Hr, când imperiul
asirian a ajuns pe culmea puterii sale, Regatul de Nord s-a prăbușit; în aceasta vreme, Isaia a
avut un rol, atât religios, cât și politic, în rezistența Regatului de Sud.

Martiriul lui Isaia

Capitolul 1 - Ezechia îl cheamă pe Manase

1. 1. În al 26-lea an al domniei sale, Ezechia,2 regele lui Iuda, l-a chemat pe Manase, fiul
său; a fost singurul său fiu, în prezența lui Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ, proorocul, și în fața lui Iosab, fiul
lui Isaia.
2. Aceasta a fost pentru a-i înmâna cuvintele neprihănirii, la care însuși regele a fost
martor și, de asemenea, cuvintele despre judecățile veșnice și despre chinurile Gheenei.
3. Și despre prințul acestei lumi și îngerii săi, autoritatea lui, puterile sale și cuvintele
despre credința în Cel Iubit, pe care el însuși le-a văzut în al 15-lea an al domniei sale, în timpul
bolii sale.
4. Și i-a dat cuvintele scrise, pe care le scrisese secretarul Samnas, și pe acelea pe care
Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ, le dăduse lui și profeților.
5. Ca să scrie și să strângă împreună cu el ceea ce văzuse el însuși în casa împăratului cu
privire la hainele celor drepți și la transformarea, prigoana și înălțarea Iubitului.
6. Cum în al 20-lea an al domniei lui Ezechia, Isaia văzuse cuvintele acestei profeții și le
dăduse fiului său Iosab. Și în timp ce Ezechia dădea porunci, Iosab, fiul lui Isaia, a stat lângă el.
7. Și Isaia a spus împăratului și celor care erau cu el, inclusiv lui Manase. „Așa cum trăiește
Domnul al cărui nume nu a fost transmis lumii acesteia, și așa cum trăiește Preaiubitul Domnului
meu, precum și Duhul, care vorbește în mine, trăiește.
8. Toate aceste porunci și aceste cuvinte nu vor avea niciun efect asupra fiul tău Manase, iar
prin faptele mâinilor lui chinuite în trup, mă voi îndepărta.

 9. Și Sammael îl va sluji pe Manase și va face tot ce își dorește și va fi adeptul lui Beliar mai
degrabă și nu al meu.
10. El va face ca mulți din Ierusalim și Iuda să părăsească adevărata credință, căci Beliar va
locui în Manase, iar prin mâinile lui voi fi tăiat în jumătate."
11. Și când Ezechia a auzit aceste cuvinte, a plâns amar și, sfâșindu-și haina, și-a aruncat
praf pe cap și a căzut cu fața la pământ.
12. Iar Isaia i-a spus; "Planul lui Sammael împotriva lui Manase este complet, nu va mai
avea niciun beneficiu din această zi încolo". Și Ezechia s-a gândit în inima lui să-l omoare pe fiul
său, Manase.
13. Dar Isaia a zis lui Ezechia; „Cel Iubit a făcut planul tău ineficient, gândul inimii tale nu
se va împlini, căci cu această chemare am fost chemat, iar moștenirea mea va fi la Preaiubit”.

Capitolul 2 - Domnia rea a lui Manase

1. Și s-a întâmplat că, după ce a murit Ezechia și Manase a devenit rege,3 nu și-a adus
aminte de poruncile tatălui său Ezechia, ci le-a uitat.
2. Și Sammael a locuit în Manase, lipindu-se de el. Și Manase a abandonat slujirea
Domnului tatălui său și a slujit lui Satana și îngerilor lui și puterilor lui.
3. Și i-a îndepărtat de la cuvintele înțelepciunii și de la slujirea Domnului pe cei din casa
tatălui său, care fuseseră cu tatăl său, ca să slujească lui Beliar.
4. Iar Beliar, îngerul fărădelegii, sau numit și ”Matanbukus”, s-a bucurat de Ierusalim din
pricina lui Manase, făcând apostie cu toată nelegiuirea făcută în el, vrăjitorie, magie, prevestirea
viitorul, ghicire și curvie.
5. Și persecuția celor drepți a crescut prin Manase, și prin Belkira și Tobia Canaanitul, și
prin Ioan din Anatot și prin Zaliq Neway.
6. Și restul faptelor sunt scrise în cărțile împăraților lui Iuda și ale lui Israel. Isaia se
retrage din Ierusalim.
7. Și când Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ, a văzut marea fărădelegi săvârșită în Ierusalim și slujirea lui
Satana și desfrânarea lui, s-a retras din Ierusalim și a locuit în Betleemul Iudeii.
8. Dar a fost și o mare nelegiuire și s-a retras de acolo și a locuit pe un munte într-un loc
pustiu, împreună cu el proorocul Mica, și bătrânul Anania, și Ioel, și Habacuc, și fiul său Iosab și
mulți dintre credincioşii care au crezut în moştenirea cerului.
9. Ei erau îmbrăcați în sac și nu aveau nimic cu ei, ci erau săraci și s-au plâns cu
amărăciune pentru că Israel s-a rătăcit.
10. Și au mâncat ierburile câmpului, pe care le-au cules de pe munți și le-au gătit să
mănânce. Și așa au locuit acolo doi ani de zile.

Proorocii Zedechia și Mica

11. Belkira era acum din familia lui Zedechia, din Chenaana, care era fratele tatălui lui
Belkira, un învăţător în zilele lui Ahab al celor patru sute de prooroci ai lui Baal.
12. Această Belkira a lovit și la jignit pe Mica, fiul proorocului Amida, iar Mica a fost
aruncat în închisoare împreună cu proorocul Zedechia, de către Ahazia, fiul lui Ahab.
13. Căci proorocul Ilie i-a mustrat pe Ahazia și pe Samaria și a proorocit despre Ahazia că
va muri pe patul lui de boală. Și că Samaria va fi dată în mâinile lui Salmanasar, pentru că el
ucisese pe proorocii Domnului.
14. Iar când proorocii care erau cu Ahazia și Ialeria, învățătorul lor de pe muntele Ioel, au
auzit despre Mica în închisoare, ei l-au convins pe Ahazia să-l omoare pe Mica, și el a făcut așa.
Ielerias era acum fratele lui Zedechia.

 Isaia acuzat
15. Atunci Belkira a proorocit minciuni în Ierusalim și mulți s-au alăturat lui. Căci s-a
întâmplat atunci când regele Asiriei a cucerit Samaria și a luat nouă seminții în robie în
provinciile Medilor și râurile Gozanului, aceast Belkira, în tinerețe, a scăpat și a venit la
Ierusalim în zilele lui Ezechia, împăratului lui Iuda.
16. Dar el nu a umblat pe căile tatălui său samaritean, pentru că îl ura pe Ezechia, iar în
zilele lui Ezechia, a fost găsit rostind cuvinte de nelegiuire în Ierusalim și a fost acuzat de
slujitorii lui Ezechia, dar a scăpat în districtul Betleem.
17. Atunci Belkira a aflat unde era Isaia și pe cei care erau cu el și la acuzat pe Isaia și pe
profeți înaintea lui Manase, zicând:
18. Isaia și proorocii care sunt cu el, profeția împotriva Ierusalimului și împotriva
cetăților lui Iuda că vor fi pustiite, și, de asemenea, împotriva lui Beniamin că va merge în robie
și împotriva ta, Doamnule rege, că vei merge cu cârlige și în lanțuri de fier.
19. Dar profețiile lor sunt minciuni împotriva lui Israel și a lui Iuda. Și Isaia însuși a spus;
„Am văzut mai mult decât Moise”. În timp ce Moise a spus că nu există nimeni care să-L vadă pe
Domnul și să trăiască.
20. Așadar, împăratul știe că sunt profeți mincinoși. Și a numit Ierusalimul, Sodoma. Și pe
prinții lui Iuda și Ierusalimul, el ia declarat ca ca fiind poporul Gomorei.
21. Astfel, el a adus multe acuzații în fața lui Manase împotriva lui Isaia și a profeților care
erau cu el.
22. Beliar locuind atunci în inima lui Manase și în inimile prinților lui Iuda și Beniamin, și
în cea a famenilor și a sfetnicilor împăraților, așa că cuvintele lui Belkira i-au plăcut foarte mult
și a trimis și l-a prins pe Isaia.

Capitolul 3 - De ce sa supărat Satana pe Isaia

1. Beliar era acum foarte supărat pe Isaia din cauza expunerii cu care l-a expus pe
Sammael și din cauza viziunii lui care a fost revelată prin el despre venirea Preaiubitului din al
șaptelea cer.
2. Căci lui Isaia i s-a descoperit aceasta, transformarea Sa, coborârea Sa, forma Sa în om și
persecuțiile și chinurile cu care aveau să-L chinuie copiii lui Israel.
3. Și despre ucenicii Săi, și că înainte de Sabat El va fi spânzurat de un copac și va fi
îngropat și că ucenicii Săi vor fi supărați de El și de paznicii care vor păzi mormântul.
4. Și lui Isaia i s-a arătat și coborârea îngerului templului, care este în ceruri, pe care El îl
va chema în zilele din urmă. Și că îngerul Duhului Sfânt și Mihail, căpetenia sfinților îngeri, își
vor deschide mormântul a treia zi.
5. Și că Preaiubitul avea să iasă pe umerii lor și și-a trimis ucenicii Săi să învețe toate
neamurile, să vestească oricărei limbi învierea Iubirii.
6. Și, de asemenea, s-a arătat înălțarea Lui la al șaptelea cer, de unde venise, și că mulți
care credeau în El vor vorbi prin Duhul Sfânt și că vor fi multe semne și minuni în acele zile.
7. Și apoi, la apropierea lui, ucenicii vor abandona învățăturile pe care le-a dat apostolilor
săi, împreună cu credința, dragostea și curăția, și că va fi multă ceartă la venirea Lui.
8. În acele zile vor fi mulți care iubesc slujba, dar lipsiți de înțelepciune, și vor fi mulți
bătrâni răi și păstori care nedreptățesc oile lor.
9. Vor fi răpitori, pentru că nu au păstori sfinți și mulți schimbă slava hainelor drepților
cu dragostea de bani și va fi mult respect pentru persoane (oameni) în acele zile și iubitori de
slava acestei lumi.
10. Și mulți defăimatori și slavă deșartă va fi la apropierea Domnului și Duhul Sfânt se va
retrage din mulți.
11. În zilele acelea nu vor fi mulți profeți, nici cei care vor rosti cuvinte de încredere decât
unul ici și colo în diferite locuri.

 12. Căci mulți dintre cei care spun să-L slujească pe Unul - vor iubi duhul rătăcirii și al
adulterului și al slavei deșarte, având dragoste de bani și va fi ură între păstori unii față de alții.
13. Căci va fi o mare gelozie în zilele de pe urmă și fiecare va spune ceea ce îi este plăcut
în propriii săi ochi și vor face ca profeția profeților să fie ineficientă, și Vedenia mea, de
asemenea, o va face ineficientă, ca să poată spune ceea ce vine din propria lor inimă.

Capitolul 4 - Isaia vorbește despre zilele din urmă

1. Acum, deci, Ezechia și Iosab, fiul meu, așa vor fi zilele de la sfârșitul lumii. Și în acea
perioadă va coborî Beliar (Satana), acel mare înger regele acestei lumi, care a condus-o de când
există.
2. El se va coborî din întinderea sa în chip de om, un rege al nelegiuirii, un ucigaș al
nașterii sale și va persecuta planta pe care o vor sădi apostolii Preaiubitului, iar unele vor fi
date, în mâna lui.
3. Acest înger Beliar va veni sub forma acelui rege, și cu el toate puterile domniei sale și ei
îi vor asculta în orice dorință.
4. Prin cuvântul Său, va face să răsară soarele noaptea și va face să apară luna la ceasul al
șaselea și va face tot ce vrea în lume.
5. El va acționa și va vorbi ca Cel iubit și va spune: ”Eu sunt Domnul și înaintea Mea nu a
fost nimeni și toți oamenii din lume vor crede în El.”
6. Și îi vor jertfi și îi vor sluji zicând: ”Acesta este Domnul și în afară de El nu este altul.”
7. Și pe cei mai mulți dintre cei care s-au ținut împreună pentru a fi primiți de Cel Iubit, pe
aceștia îi va întoarce după el, iar puterea minunilor sale va fi în fiecare cetate și district.
8. Și-și va ridica chipul în fiecare cetate, va domni timp de trei ani și șapte luni și
douăzeci și șapte de zile.
9. Și mulți dintre credincioșii care, când au crezut că Îl văd pe Acela în care nădăjduiau,
Hristosul care a fost răstignit, puțini dintre aceștia vor rămâne în acele zile ca slujitori adevărați,
fugind din pustiu în pustiu, în așteptarea „adevăratei lui venire.”
10. Apoi, după aceste zile, Domnul va veni împreună cu îngerii Săi și cu oastea celor
drepți și aleși din al șaptelea cer cu slava lui și îl va arunca pe Beliar și gazda4 lui în Ghenă.5
11. Iar cei care vin cu Domnul vor avea hainele lor, care au fost păstrate în al șaptelea cer;
ei vor coborî și vor fi prezenți în lume.
12. Și Domnul îi va întări pe cei ce sunt în trupul lor împreună cu cei care sunt în hainele
lor și vor fi luați în sus în hainele lor și trupul lor lăsat în lume.
13. Glasul iubitului, în mânie, va mustra acest cer și pământ, și munții, dealurile, orașele,
deșertul, copacii, soarele și luna și peste tot unde Beliar a apărut și a acționat deschis în
aceasta lume.
14. Va fi o înviere și o judecată în mijlocul lor în acele zile, iar Preaiubitul va face să se
ridice foc de la El și îi va mistui pe cei nelegiuiți și vor deveni ca și cum nu ar fi fost creați
niciodată.
15. Iar restul cuvintelor vedeniei sunt scrise în. „Vedenia Babilonului” (necunoscută azi).
Iar restul viziunii despre Domnul este scrisă în pilde în cuvintele mele care sunt scrise în cartea
pe care am proorocit-o deschis (”Cartea lui Isaia”).
16. Și coborârea Iubitului în Sheol (iad), iată că este scrisă în secțiunea în care Domnul
spune: „Iată, Fiul Meu va înțelege”.
17. Și toate aceste lucruri sunt scrise în psalmi și în pildele lui David, fiul lui Isai, și în

proverbele lui Solomon, fiul său. Și în cuvintele lui Core și ale lui Etan israelitul și în cuvintele lui
Asaf și în restul psalmilor pe care i-a inspirat îngerul Duhului.
18. Adică în cei care nu au nici un nume scris, și în cuvintele tatălui meu Amoţ și ale
celorlalți prooroci.

Capitolul 5 - Executarea lui Isaia

1. Din cauza acestor vedenii, Beliar s-a mâniat pe Isaia și a locuit în inima lui Manase și l-a
văzut pe Isaia tăiat în jumătate cu un ferăstrău de lemn.
2. Și în timp ce Isaia era tăiat în jumătate, acuzatorul său Belkira stătea alături de el și de
asemenea și proorocii mincinoși, râzând și bucurându-se din cauza lui Isaia.
3. După cum Belkira, prin Satan, stătea în fața lui Isaia râzând și batându-și joc, el i-a zis
lui Isaia; „Spune: am mințit în tot ce am spus și căile lui Manase sunt bune și drepte, precum și
calea lui Belkira și a celor cu el sunt bune”.
4. Isaia însuși era acum într-o vedenie a Domnului, cu ochii deschiși privind pe acuzatorii
săi, și Belkira i-a zis când a început să fie tăiat în jumătate;
5. „Spune ce îți spun și le voi întoarce inima și îi voi face pe Manase și pe prinții lui Iuda și
cu poporul și tot Ierusalimul să se închine la tine”.
6. Dar Isaia a răspuns: "Dacă ar fi în puterea mea, aș zice. Osândit și blestemat să fii tu și
toată oștirea ta și casa ta, căci nu mai puteți lua nimic în afară de pielea trupului meu."
7. Și l-au luat pe Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ, și l-au tăiat în jumătate cu un ferăstrău de lemn. Și
Manase, Belkira și proorocii mincinoși, precum și prinții și poporul au stat lângă el și au privit.
8. Dar în ceea ce privește proorocii care erau cu Isaia, înainte de a fi tăiat în jumătate, le
spusese să meargă în ţinutul Tirului şi Sidonului, pentru că numai pentru mine Domnul a
amestecat această cupă.
9. Iar pe când Isaia era tăiat în jumătate, nu a strigat, nici nu a plâns, ci gura lui a vorbit cu
Duhul Sfânt până a fost tăiat în două.
10. Beliar i-a făcut asta lui Isaia prin Belkira și prin Manase, căci Sammael era foarte
mâniat pe Isaia din zilele lui Ezechia, împăratul lui Iuda, din cauza expunerii lui Sammael prin
care Isaia îl demascase în zilele când Ezechia era împărat și a făcut așa cum a vrut Satana.

VEDENIA PROROCULUI ISAIA6

Capitolul 6 - Isaia îl vizitează pe Ezechia

1. În al 20-lea an al domniei lui Ezechia, împăratul lui Iuda, Isaia și fiul său Iosab au venit
la Ezechia în Ierusalim din Ghilgal.
2. Și s-a așezat pe patul împăratului și i-au adus un scaun, dar el nu a vrut să stea pe el. Și
toate căpeteniile lui Israel erau acolo și eunucii și sfetnicii împăraților.
3. Și mai erau patruzeci de prooroci, fii ai proorocilor, care, auzind că vine Isaia, veniseră
din împrejurimile, din munți și din țară.
4. Ei au venit ca să-l întâmpine și să-i audă cuvintele și să-și pună mâinile peste ei, ca să
poată prooroci și să audă profeția lor. Toate acestea au fost atunci în prezența lui Isaia.
5. Și când Isaia a vorbit cu Ezechia cuvinte de dreptate și de credință, toți au auzit că se
deschidea o ușă și glasul Duhului.
6. Și împăratul a chemat pe toți proorocii și pe poporul care era acolo, printre care se afla
Mica și bătrânul Anania, cu Ioel și Iosab care stau în dreapta lui.

 7. Și când au auzit glasul Duhului Sfânt, toți s-au închinat în genunchi și L-au lăudat pe
Dumnezeul dreptății, pe Cel Preaînalt, pe Cel ce locuiește în lumea de sus, care stă pe înălțime,
pe Cel Sfânt, care se odihnește printre cele sfinte.
8. Și au dat slavă Celui care, cu bunăvoință, a dat o ușă în lumea oamenilor. Și în timp ce
Duhul Sfânt vorbea în auzul tuturor, Isaia a tăcut, precum și mintea sa a fost luată de la el.
9. Și deși avea ochii deschiși, nu i-a văzut pe oamenii dinaintea lui, dar în timp ce gura îi
tăcea, suflarea era încă în el, căci era într-o vedenie.
10. Și îngerul care a fost trimis să-i arate vedenia nu era din această întindere și nici nu
era dintre îngerii slavei acestei lumi, ci a venit din al șaptelea cer.
11. Iar poporul care stătea alături în picioare, în afară de cercul profeților, nu credea că
Isaia fusese ridicat. Nici vedenia pe care a avut-o din lumea aceasta, ci dintr-un loc ascuns de
trup.
12. După ce a văzut Isaia această vedenie, a povestit-o lui Ezechia și lui Iosab, fiul său, și
celorlalți prooroci care veniseră.
13. Dar căpeteniile, famenii și poporul, n-au auzit în afară de Samnas, secretarul lui
Ioiachim și Asaf, scriitorul, pentru că erau făcători de dreptate și mireasma Duhului se afla în ei.
14. Dar poporul nu a auzit, căci Mica și Iosab îi trimiseseră afară, când înțelepciunea
acestei lumi a fost luată de la Isaia, ca și cum era mort.

Capitolul 7 - Îngerul care a venit pentru Isaia

1. Vedenia pe care a văzut-o atunci și a povestit-o Isaia este următoarea. Când am

proorocit în conformitate cu mesajul pe care l-ați auzit, am văzut un înger glorios.
2. Slava Lui de acum nu era ca cea a îngerilor, pe care o vedeam mereu, dar avea o slavă
mare și o slujbă pe care nu o pot descrie.
3. Și am văzut când m-a apucat de mână și i-am spus: „Cine ești, cum te cheamă și unde mă
duci?”
4. Căci mi s-a dat putere ca să pot vorbi cu el, iar el mi-a zis „Când te voi duce prin toate
treptele și ți-am arătat Vedenia pentru care am fost trimis, atunci vei înțelege cine sunt.
5. Dar numele Meu nu-l vei cunoaște, căci trebuie să te întoarcei în acest trup, dar vei vedea
asta acolo unde te duc Eu, căci în acest scop am fost trimis.”
6. Și m-am bucurat că mi-a vorbit cu bunătate. Și el mi-a zis: „Te bucuri pentru că ți-am
vorbit cu bunătate, dar veți vedea pe unul mai mare decât mine, care îți va vorbi cu bunătate și
blândețe.
7. Și pe Tatăl Celui care este mai mare îl vi vedea, pentru că pentru aceasta am fost trimis
din al șaptelea cer, ca să vă spun toate acestea.”

Firmamentul
8. Și s-a suit pe întindere, și acolo l-am văzut pe Sammael și oștirea lui, și a fost o mare
luptă în ea, și cuvintele Satanei și e invidiau unii pe alții.
9. Și așa cum este acolo sus, a tot șa este și pe pământ, căci asemănarea cu ceea ce este în
întindere este aici pe pământ.
10. Și i-am spus îngerului. "Ce este aceasta invidie?" Și el a zis. „Așa a fost de când această
lume a existat până acum și această luptă va dura până va veni Acela pe care trebuie să-l vezi și El
îl va nimici.”

Primul cer
11. După aceasta m-a dus deasupra întinderii în cerul cel dintâi, și acolo am văzut un tron
în mijloc, iar în dreapta și în stânga lui erau îngeri, iar cei din stânga nu erau ca cei din dreapta.
12. Dar cei din dreapta au avut mai multă slavă și toți cântau laude cu un glas, lăudând
tronul care era în mijloc, iar cei din stânga cântau și ei după ei.

 13. Dar glasurile celor din stânga nu erau ca glasurile celor din dreapta, nici laudele lor ca
a celor din dreapta.
14. Și l-am întrebat pe cel care mă conducea; „Cui se îndreaptă această laudă?” Și el a zis;
„Spre lauda Celui ce stă în al șaptelea cer, Celui care se odihnește în lumea sfântă, și către
Preaiubitul Său de unde am fost trimis către tine, acolo este îndreptată.”

Al doilea cer
15. Și din nou m-a luat în al doilea cer și înălțimea acelui cer este ca aceea de la cer la
pământ și până la firmament.
16. Acolo am văzut, ca în primul cer, îngeri la dreapta și la stânga și un tron în mijloc. Iar
lauda îngerilor din acest cer cu cel de pe tron a avut mai multă slavă decât toate cele precedente.
17. În acest al doilea cer era o mare slavă, lauda lor nu a fost ca a celor din primul cer, ci
mai mare.
18. Și am căzut cu fața la pământ ca să mă închin, dar îngerul care mă conducea nu mi-a
îngăduit, ci mi-a spus. „Nu te închini nici tronului, nici îngerului din cele șase ceruri înainte să îți
spun eu în al șaptelea cer.”
19. Căci mai presus de toate cerurile și îngerii lor este așezat tronul tău, precum și haina
și coroana ta, pe care trebuie să le vezi.
20. Și m-am bucurat foarte mult că cei ce iubesc pe Cel Prea Înalt și pe Preaiubitul Său
vor urca la sfârșit acolo prin îngerul Duhului Sfânt.

Al treilea cer
21. Și m-a dus până la al treilea cer, unde i-am văzut pe cei de la dreapta și de la stânga la
fel, cu un tron la mijloc și pe Cel ce ședea pe el.
22. Dar nu s-a făcut nicio pomenire despre această lume a noastră acolo și, de asemenea,
slava duhului meu se transforma pe măsură ce urcam din cer în cer. Și i-am spus îngerului care
era cu mine; „Nimic din vanitatea acelei lumi de mai jos nu este numit aici.”
23. Iar el a răspuns; „Nimic nu este numit din cauza slăbiciunii sale, dar nimic nu este
ascuns din ceea ce se face acolo”. Apoi am vrut să știu cum se știe, iar el a spus:
24. „Când te voi uce în al șaptelea cer la Cel care este deasupra acestora, de unde am fost
trimis, atunci veți ști că nimic nu este ascuns de tronuri și de cei ce locuiesc în ceruri, nici de îngeri.”
25. Iar laudele pe care le cântau ei și slava celui ce ședea pe tron au fost mari, iar îngerii
din dreapta și din stânga au avut mai multă slavă decât cei din cerurile de sub ei.

Al patrulea cer
26. Și din nou m-a dus sus până la al patrulea cer și înălțimea de la al treilea la al patrulea
era mai mare decât de la pământ până la firmament.
27. Acolo i-am văzut iarăși pe cei care se aflau la dreapta și la stânga și pe Cel ce ședea pe
tronul care era la mijloc și au cântat și ei laude.
28. Și lauda și slava îngerilor din dreapta a fost mai mare decât a celor din stânga și slava
celui de pe tron era mai mare decât cea a îngerilor care se aflau în dreapta. Dar a lor a fost mai
mare decât a fost a îngerilor din cerurile de mai jos.

Al cincilea cer
29. Și m-a luat în al cincilea cer și am văzut iarăși pe cei de la dreapta și de la stânga și pe
Cel ce ședea pe tron cu mai multă slavă decât cei din al patrulea cer.
30. Și slava celor de la dreapta era mai mare decât a celor din stângi și slava Celui de pe
tron era mai mare decât a celor din dreapta și lauda lor era mai mare decât a celor din al
patrulea cer.
31. Și l-am lăudat pe Cel care nu a fost numit și care este unic, care locuiește în ceruri, al
numărului este necunoscut nu este cunoscut pentru toată făptura. Cel care a dat o asemenea
slavă diferitelor ceruri, care face slava îngerilor mare și slava Celui ce șade pe tron și mai mare.

 Capitolul 8 - Eterul celui de-al șaselea cer

1. Și iarăși m-a dus sus în văzduhul celui de-al șaselea cer, unde am văzut o splendoare pe
care nu o văzusem în cele cinci ceruri în timp ce urcam.
2. Îngerii aveau mare slavă, iar lauda acolo era sfântă și minunată. Și i-am spus îngerului
care mă conducea;
3. „Ce este aceasta pe care o văd domnul meu?” Și el a zis; ”Nu sunt domnul tău, ci tovarășul
tău." Și din nou l-am întrebat: "De ce nu sunt aici grupuri corespunzătoare de îngeri?"
4. Și a spus; "Din cel de-al șaselea cer și în sus nu mai sunt cei din stânga și nici nu există un
tron așezat la mijloc. Dar ei sunt îndrumați de puterea celui de-al șaptelea cer, unde locuiește Cel
care nu este numit, și Alesul Său al cărui nume este necunoscut.
5. Și niciun cer nu poate învăța numele Lui, căci Acela la al cărui glas răspund toate cerurile
și tronurile - este singur.
6. Prin urmare, am fost împuternicit și trimis să te aduc aici sus, ca să vezi această slavă și
să-l vezi pe Domnul tuturor acestor ceruri și al acestor tronuri, fiind transformat până când El se
va asemăna cu înfățișarea și asemănarea voastră.
7. Dar eu îți spun Isaia că niciun om care trebuie să se întoarcă într-un trup al acelei lumi
nu s-a suit, sau a văzut sau a înțeles ceea ce ai văzut și ce vei vedea, căci ești destinat în Domnul să
vii aici. De acolo este puterea celui de-al șaselea cer.”
8. Atunci vestesc măreția Domnului meu cu laudă că prin soarta Lui voi veni aici. Iar el
mi-a zis: „Ascultă și aceasta de la tovarășul tău, când, prin voia lui Dumnezeu, te-ai suit aici
desprins de trup, atunci vei primi haina pe care trebuie să o vezi acum.
9. Și celelalte haine pe care le vei vedea aici și atunci vei fi egal cu îngerii care sunt în al
șaptelea cer”.
Al șaselea cer
10. Și m-a dus sus în al șaselea cer, unde nu era nici dreapta, nici stânga, nici tron la
mijloc, ci toate aveau o singură înfățișare și laudele lor sunt egale.
11. Și mi s-a dat putere că și eu am cântat laude cu ei, și îngerul a cântat și lauda noastră a
fost ca a lor.
12. Atunci glasul acestor îngeri nu era ca cei din al cincilea cer, ci al unui glas diferit și era
multă lumină.
13. Și prin comparație, am crezut că lumina pe care o văzusem în al cincilea cer ca
întuneric față de aceasta din al șaselea, și m-am bucurat și l-am lăudat pe Cel care cu bunăvoință
a dat o asemenea lumină celor care așteaptă făgăduința Lui.
14. Și l-am rugat pe îngerul care mă conducea să nu mă mai întorc de acolo în lumea
trupească (cărnii). Adevărat vă spun eu Ezechia și Iosab, fiul meu, și Mica, că aici este mult
întuneric.
15. Și îngerul care m-a condus știa ce gândesc și mi-a spus. „Dacă te bucuri de această
lumină, cu atât mai mult te vei bucura în al șaptelea cer atunci când veți vedea lumina unde sunt
Domnul și Preaiubitul Său, Cel ce în lume se va numi „Fiul”.
16. Cel ce nu s-a descoperit încă în lumea stricăcioasă, nici hainele, nici tronurile, nici
cununile care sunt puse acolo sunt pentru cei drepți, pentru cei ce cred în Domnul, Domnul care
se va coborî în chipul tău.
17. Căci lumina care este acolo este mare și minunată. Iar în privește să nu te întoarci în
trupul tău, zilele tale Isaia nu sunt încă complete pentru a veni aici.”
18. Iar când am auzit aceasta, m-am întristat, dar el mi-a zis: „Nu fi trist”.

Capitolul 9 - Eterul celui de-al șaptelea cer

1. Și m-a dus în văzduhul celui de-al șaptelea cer, unde am auzit un glas care zicea: Cât de

departe poate să urce Cel care locuiește printre carne? Și mă temeam și tremuram.
2. Și mi-a zis în timp ce tremuram; "Iată!" Și un alt glas a fost trimis și a zis: „Sfântul Isaia
are voie să vină aici sus, căci haina lui este aici”.
3. Și l-am întrebat pe îngerul care era cu mine; „Cine este cel care m-a împiedicat și cine
este Cel care s-a întors spre mine ca să pot urca?” Și el a zis;
4. „Cel care te-a împiedicat, este cel care se ocupă de lauda celui de-al șaselea cer, iar Cel
care s-a întors spre tine, El este Domnul tău, Domnul Hristos, care în lume se va numi Isus. Dar nu
poți auzi numele Lui până nu te-ai ridicat din acest trup.”

Al șaptelea cer
5. Și m-a dus sus în al șaptelea cer unde am văzut o lumină minunată și îngeri fără număr,
acolo i-am văzut pe toți drepții.
6. Au fost dezbrăcați de hainele lor de carne și au fost ca îngerii care stau acolo în mare
slavă.
7. Dar ei nu stăteau pe tronurile lor, nici coroanele lor de slavă nu erau asupra lor. Și l-am
întrebat pe îngerul care era cu mine;
8. „Cum au primit haine, dar nu sunt pe tronurile lor, nici cu coroanele lor?” Și el a zis; „Ei
nu primesc coroanele și tronurile slavei, chiar dacă le privesc și știu că sunt, până când Preaiubitul
se va înălța în forma în care Îl veți vedea.”
9. Domnul se va coborî într-adevăr în lume în zilele din urmă, Cel ce se numește Hristos,
după ce Se va pogorî și va deveni asemenea chipului tău. Și vor crede că El este trup și om.
10. Și zeul acelei lumi se va întinde și își va pune mâinile peste El și Îl îl va atârna de un
lemn, fără să știe cine este.
11. Și astfel pogorârea Lui, așa cum veți vedea, va fi ascunsă chiar din ceruri, astfel încât
să nu se știe cine este El.
12. Și după ce va jefui pe îngerul morții, El va învia a treia zi și va rămâne în lumea aceea
cinci sute patruzeci și cinci de zile. Atunci mulți dintre cei drepți se vor înălța împreună cu
Acela ale cărui duhuri își vor primi hainele când Domnul Hristos se va înălța și ei se vor urca cu
El.

Înregistrarea faptelor omului

13. Și l-am întrebat ce i-am cerut în al treilea cer, cum se știe ce se face aici în lume. Și în
timp ce încă îi vorbeam,
14. Unul dintre îngerii care stătea în picioare, care era mai glorios decât îngerul care mă
ridicase, mi-a arătat cărți.
15. Dar acestea nu erau ca cărțile acestei lumi și, deschizându-le, am văzut scris în ele, dar
iarăși nu ca scrisul din lumea aceasta și mi-au fost date și le-am citit.
16. Și iată faptele copiilor lui Israel au fost scrise acolo, faptele pe fiul meu Iosab pe care îl
cunoșteam. Si am spus; cu adevărat nimic din ceea ce se face în această lume nu este ascuns în al
șaptelea cer.
17. Văzând atunci aceste multe haine, coroane și tronuri așezate acolo, l-am întrebat pe
înger: Cine sunt aceștea?
18. Și El a spus; sunt mulți din lume care îl vor primi prin a crede în cuvintele Aceluia care
va fi numit, așa cum ți-am spus.
19. Și le vor păzi și vor crede în ele și vor crede în crucea Lui, căci aceștia sunt așezați aici.

Domnul
20. Și am văzut pe Unul în picioare, a cărui slavă o întrecea pe aceea a tuturor, slava Lui
era mare și minunată. Și când L-au văzut Îngerii și cei drepți au venit la El și I-au cântat laude.
21. Iar El, care era atât de glorios, S-a transformat și a devenit ca un înger. Atunci îngerul
care m-a condus sus mi-a spus:
22. „Închinaţi-vă Lui, căci acesta este Domnul tuturor laudelor pe care le-aţi văzut”. Și am

făcut asta și am cântat laude.
23. Apoi am văzut un alt om slăvit, care era ca El, de care s-au apropiat și s-au închinat, și
au cântat laude și am cântat și eu. Dar slava Lui nu a fost transformată în concordanță cu forma
lor.
24. Și am văzut pe Domnul și, de asemenea, un al doilea Înger stând cu El, care era la
stânga Lui. Și l-am întrebat pe îngerul care era cu mine; cine este acesta?
25. Iar el mi-a zis: „Închina-te Lui, căci acesta este îngerul Duhului Sfânt, care a vorbit în
tine, și în celălalt neprihănit.”
26. Astfel am văzut marea slavă în timp ce ochii duhului meu erau deschiși și i-am văzut
pe drepți în timp ce ei cum cu mare putere vedeau slava Aceluia.
27. Și am văzut cum Domnul meu și îngerul Duhului Sfânt s-au închinat împreună și l-au
lăudat pe Domnul cel mare.
28. După aceea, toți cei drepți s-au închinat și îngerii s-au apropiat și s-au închinat și au
cântat laude.
29. Apoi am auzit glasurile și imnurile de laudă, pe care le auzisem în fiecare dintre cele
șase ceruri, când mă înălțam pe lângă ele. Și toți au fost îndreptați către Acel Glorios a cărui
glorie nu am putut-o vedea, dar am auzit și am văzut lauda care era îndreptată către El.
30. Și Domnul și îngerul Duhului au auzit și au văzut totul, căci lauda, care s-a înălțat din
cele șase ceruri, a fost nu numai auzită, ci și văzută.
31. Și îngerul care m-a condus a zis: „Acesta este Cel Preaînalt dintre cei înalți, care
locuiește în lumea sfântă, care se odihnește printre cei sfinți, care va fi chemat de Duhul Sfânt în
gura celor drepți ”Tatăl Domnului.''

Capitolul 10 - Domnul însărcinat de Tatăl

1. Și am auzit glasul Celui Prea Înalt, Tatăl Domnului meu, cum a spus Domnului meu,
care se va numi Isus; „Ieși și coboară prin toate cerurile.
2. Vei coborî prin firmament și prin lume până la îngerul care este în Șeol, dar nu vei ajunge
până la pierzare.
3. Și să-ți faci asemănarea cu toți cei ce sunt în cele cinci ceruri și să ai grijă să-ți faci chipul
ca al îngerilor de pe firmament și, de asemenea, ca al îngerilor din Șeol (mormânt).
4. Și niciunul dintre îngerii acelei lumi nu va ști că ești Domn cu Mine în cele șapte ceruri
și a îngerilor lor. Ei nu vor ști că ai fost cu Mine, când, cu glasul cerului, te voi chema să te înalți
prin cele șase ceruri, ca să distrugi prinții și îngerii și zeii acelei lumi și lumea care este condusă
de ei.
5. Căci s-au lepădat de Mine și au spus că sunt singuri și nu este nimeni în afară de ei.
6. După aceea te vei ridica de la zeii morții la locul tău și nu te vei schimba în fiecare dintre
ceruri.
7. Dar în slavă te vei sui şi vei şedea la dreapta Mea. Atunci prinții și puterile acelei lumi Ți
se vor închina.”
8. Această poruncă am auzit Marea Slavă dând Domnului meu.

Coborârea Domnului
9. Astfel, am văzut când Domnul meu a ieșit din al șaptelea cer în al șaselea, și îngerul care
mă conducea a zis; „Înțelegei Isaia și privește ca să vezi transformarea și pogorârea Domnului.”
10. Și m-am uitat, și când îngerii din al șaselea cer L-au văzut, L-au lăudat și L-au slăvit,
căci El nu fusese transformat în chipul îngerilor de acolo.
11. Și am văzut când S-a coborât în al cincilea cer, că acolo Și-a făcut chipul ca îngerii de
acolo, și ei nu L-au lăudat, căci chipul Lui era ca al lor.
12. Apoi S-a coborât în al patrulea cer, făcându-și chipul ca al lor, și ei, văzându-L, nu L-au
lăudat, căci El era ca al lor.

 13. Și iarăși am văzut când s-a coborât în al treilea cer, făcându-și chipul ca a lor, și cei ce
păzeau poarta celui de-al treilea cer au cerut parola și Domnul le-a dat-o, pentru ca El să nu fie
recunoscut.
14. Și iarăși am văzut că El S-a coborât în al doilea cer unde a dat iarăși parola, pentru că
cei de la poartă o cereau și forma Lui fiind ca a lor - nu L-au lăudat.
15. Și coborând în cerul cel dintâi, El a dat parola celor ce păzeau porțile și chipul Lui a
fost ca al lor, ca a îngerilor din stânga tronului. Și nimeni nu m-a întrebat, din cauza îngerului
care m-a condus.
16. Și iarăși S-a coborât în firmament unde locuiește prințul acestei lumi și a dat parola
celor ce erau din stânga.
17. Iar chipul Lui era ca al lor, de aceea ei nu L-au lăudat acolo, dar în invidie se luptau
unii cu alții, căci acolo este o putere a răului și invidie pentru fleacuri.
18. Și am văzut când S-a coborât și S-a făcut El însuși ca îngerii văzduhului, ca să fie ca
ei, și n-a dat parola, căci ei se jefuiau și își făceau violență unii altora.
19. După aceasta, m-am uitat și îngerul care vorbea cu mine și mă conducea, mi-a zis:
„Înțelege Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ, că pentru aceasta ai fost trimis de la Domnul.”
20. Și am văzut o femeie din familia profetului David (Maria), o fecioară, și ea era logodită
cu un bărbat (Iosif) tâmplar, care era și el din sămânța și din familia lui David.
21. Iar când a fost găsită însărcinată, bărbatul a vrut să divorțeze de ea, dar îngerul
Duhului S-a arătat în această lume și El nu a divorțat de ea, nici nu a dezvăluit nimănui aceasta și
nici nu s-a apropiat de ea.
22. Și toți erau orbiți cu privire la prunc, toți Îl cunoșteau, dar nu știau de unde este El. Și
L-au luat și s-au dus la Nazaret în Galileea.
23. Și am văzut, o, Ezechia și pe Iosab, fiul meu, și am spus și celorlalți prooroci că era
ascuns de toate cerurile, de toți căpeteniile și de toți dumnezeii acestei lumi.
24. Și am văzut că El sugea sânul ca un prunc, așa cum era obiceiul ca El să nu fie
recunoscut. Și când a crescut, a făcut semne și minuni mari în țara lui Israel și în Ierusalim.
25. Iar după aceasta, vrăjmașul L-a invidiat și i-a stârnit pe copiii lui Israel împotriva Lui,
căci ei nu știau cine este El. Și L-au dat conducătorului și L-au răstignit, iar El S-a pogorât la înger
în Șeol (mormânt).
26. Am văzut cum L-au răstignit pe un lemn și cum a înviat în a treia zi și a rămas multe
zile.

Capitolul 11 - Înălțarea Domnului

1. Și îngerul care mă conducea a zis: „Înțelegi Isaia”. Și am văzut când a trimis pe cei
doisprezece ucenici și S-a înălțat. Și L-am văzut în firmament, dar nu transformat în forma lor, și
toți îngerii firmamentului și Satana L-au văzut și s-au închinat.
2. Și a fost multă întristare acolo, când au spus: „Cum a coborât Domnul nostru peste noi și
nu am observat slava care era peste El pe care o vedem acum?”
3. Și S-a înălțat în al doilea cer și nu s-a schimbat, și îngerii de la dreapta și de la stânga și
tronul de la mijloc S-au închinat și L-au lăudat și au zis; „Cum a rămas Domnul nostru ascuns de
noi când a coborât și noi nu am observat?”
4. Și tot așa S-a înălțat în al treilea cer și în al patrulea și în al cincilea cer și au vorbit exact
la fel.
5. Am văzut când S-a înălțat în al șaselea cer că ei I s-au închinat și L-au lăudat, și în
fiecare cer, pe măsură ce El se înălța, lauda era mai profundă.
6. Și am văzut cum S-a înălțat în al șaptelea cer și toți îngerii drepți L-au lăudat. Apoi S-a
așezat la dreapta acelei Mari Glorii, a cărei glorie v-am spus că nu o pot vedea. Și am văzut, de
asemenea, că Îngerul Duhului Sfânt stătea în stânga Lui.
7. Și îngerul mi-a zis: Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ, este de ajuns, ai observat ceea ce nimeni născut

Isaia îl instruiește pe Ezechia

8. Și Isaia a spus aceasta tuturor celor ce stăteau înaintea lui și au cântat laude. Și a zis
împăratului Ezechia; „Am spus aceste lucruri și, la sfârșitul acestei lumi, toată această viziune se va
realiza în ultimele generații”.
9. Și Isaia l-a pus să jure că nu va spune asta poporului lui Israel și că nu va va permite
nimănui să copieze aceste cuvinte, dar mai târziu le vor citi.
10. Dar voi, fiți în Duhul Sfânt, ca să vă primiți hainele și tronurile și cununile slavei, care
sunt așezate în al șaptelea cer.
11. Și din cauza acestor viziuni și profeții, Sammael-Satan a văzut pe Isaia, fiul lui Amoţ,
proorocul, în jumătate de mâna lui Manase.
12. Și Ezechia i-a dat toate lucrurile lui Manase în al 26-lea an al domniei sale, dar Manase
nu și-a adus aminte de aceste lucruri și nici nu le-a pus în inima lui, ci a devenit slujitorul lui
Satana și a fost nimicit.

Aici se termină cartea profetului Isaia.

”Căutaţi în cartea Domnului şi citiţi! Niciuna din toate acestea nu va lipsi, nici una, nici alta
nu vor da greş. Căci gura Domnului a poruncit lucrul acesta: Duhul Lui va strânge acele
sălbăticiuni.” (Isaia 34:16)

Chapter 1 - Hezekiah summons Manassah

1. In the 26th year of his reign, Hezekiah, king of Judah summoned Manassah his son; he
was his only son, in the presence of Isaiah the son of Amos the prophet, and in the presence of
Josab the son of Isaiah.
2. This was in order to hand over to him the words of righteousness, which the king
himself had witnessed and also the words regarding the eternal judgments and of the torments
of Gehenna.
3. And of the prince of this world and his angels, his authority, his powers, and the words
concerning faith in the Beloved, which he himself had seen in the 15th year of his reign during
his sickness.
4. And he handed to him the written words, which Samnas the secretary had written out,
and also those, which Isaiah the son of Amos had given to him and to the prophets.
5. That they might write out, and store up with him what he himself had seen in the house
of the king concerning the robes of the righteous, and concerning the transformation, the
persecution, and the ascension of the Beloved.
6. How in the 20th year of the reign of Hezekiah, Isaiah had seen the words of this
prophecy, and had handed them to Josab his son. And while Hezekiah was giving commands,
Josab the son of Isaiah stood by.
7. And Isaiah said to the king and those that were with him including Manassah. "As the
Lord lives whose name has not been transmitted to this world, and as the Beloved of my Lord
lives, and as the Spirit, which speaks in me lives.
8. All these commands and these words will have no effect on Manassah your son, and by
the deeds of his hands tormented in body I will depart.
9. And Sammael will serve Manassah, and will do everything he wishes, and be a follower
of Beliar rather than of me.
10. He will cause many in Jerusalem and Judah to desert the true faith, for Beliar will
dwell in Manassah, and by his hands I will be sawed in halves."
11. And when Hezekiah heard these words he wept bitterly and tearing his robe he threw
dust on his head and fell on his face.
12. And Isaiah said to him; "Sammael's plan against Manassah is complete, there will be
no benefit to you from this day on". And Hezekiah thought in his heart to kill his son Manassah.
13. But Isaiah said to Hezekiah; "The Beloved has made your plan ineffective, the thought
of your heart will not come about, for with this calling I have been called, and my inheritance will
be with the Beloved."

Chapter 2 - Manasseh's wicked reign

1. And it came about that after Hezekiah had died, and Manassah had become king, that
he did not remember the commands of his father Hezekiah, but forgot them.
2. And Sammael dwelt in Manassah clinging closely to him. And Manassah abandoned the
service of the Lord of his father, and served Satan and his angels and his powers.
3. And he turned those of his father's house, who had been with his father, away from the
words of wisdom, and from the service of the Lord, to serve Beliar.
4. And Beliar, the angel of iniquity, or also named Matanbukus rejoiced over Jerusalem
because of Manassah in causing aposty with all the iniquity done therein, the sorcery, magic,

augury, divination, and fornication.
5. And persecution of the righteous increased through Manassah, and by Belkira, and
Tobiah the Canaanite, and by John of Anathoth, and through Zaliq Neway.
6. And the rest of the acts are written in the books of the kings of Judah and of Israel.
Isaiah withdraws from Jerusalem.
7. And when Isaiah, the son of Amos, saw the great iniquity being done in Jerusalem, and
the service of Satan and his wantonness, he withdrew from Jerusalem, and dwelt in Bethlehem
of Judea.
8. But there also was great iniquity, and he withdrew from there and dwelt on a mountain
in a desert place, and with him Micha the prophet, and the aged Ananias, and Joel, and Habakuk,
and Josab his son, and many of the faithful who believed in the inheritance of heaven.
9. And they were clothed in sackcloth, and had nothing with them, but were destitute, and
lamented bitterly over Israel having gone astray.
10. And they ate the herbs of the field, which they gathered from the mountains, and
cooked them to eat. And so they dwelt there for two years of days.

The prophets Zedekiah, and Micaiah

11. Belkira now was of the family of Zedekiah, of Chenaanah who was the brother of the
father of Belkira, a teacher in the days of Ahab of the four hundred prophets of baal.
12. This Belkira then struck and abused Micaiah the son of Amida the prophet, and
Micaiah was thrown into prison with the prophet Zedekiah, by Ahaziah the son of Ahab.
13. For Elijah the prophet reproved Ahaziah and Samaria and prophesied concerning
Ahaziah that he would die on his bed of sickness. And that Samaria would be given into the
hands of Shalmaneser, for he had killed the prophets of the Lord.
14. And when the prophets that were with Ahaziah, and Jalerias their teacher from mount
Joel, heard about Micaiah in prison, they persuaded Ahaziah to kill Micaiah, and he did so.
Jelerias now was a brother of Zedekiah.

Isaiah accused
15. Belkira then prophesied lies in Jerusalem, and many were joined with him. For it
came about that when the king of Assyria captured Samaria, and took nine tribes into captivity
into the provinces of the Medes and the rivers of Gozan, this Belkira, as a youth, escaped and
came to Jerusalem in the days of Hezekiah the king of Judah.
16. But he did not walk in the ways of his Samaritan father, because he hated Hezekiah,
and in the days of Hezekiah he was found speaking words of iniquity in Jerusalem, and he was
accused by the servants of Hezekiah, but he escaped to the district of Bethlehem.
17. Belkira then discovered where Isaiah was and those with him, and he accused Isaiah
and the prophets before Manassah saying:
18. Isaiah and the prophets that are with him, prophecy against Jerusalem, and against
the cities of Judah that they will be laid waste, and also against Benjamin that it will go into
captivity, and against you O lord king, that you will go with hooks and in chains of iron.
19. But their prophecies are lies against Israel and Judah. And Isaiah himself said; "I saw
more than Moses." While Moses said that there is no one who can see the Lord, and live.
20. So therefore O king knows that they are false prophets. And he has called Jerusalem,
Sodom. And the princes of Judah and Jerusalem, he declared as people of Gomorrah.
21. In thus way he brought many accusations before Manassah against Isaiah and the
prophets that were with him.
22. Beliar then dwelling in the heart of Manassah and in the hearts of the princes of Judah
and Benjamin, an in that of the eunuchs and the kings counselors, so it was that the words of
Belkira pleased him very much, and he sent and seized Isaiah.

 Chapter 3 - Why Satan was angry with Isaiah

1. Beliar now was very angry with Isaiah because of the exposure with which had
exposed Sammael, and because of his vision that by him was revealed the coming of the Beloved
from the seventh heaven.
2. For unto Isaiah was this revealed, His transformation, His descent, His form into a man,
and the persecutions and torments with which the children of Israel were to torment Him.
3. And of his disciples, and that before the Sabbath He would be hung on a tree, and be
buried, and that his disciples would be offended at Him, and of the guards that would guard the
grave.
4. And to Isaiah was also revealed the descent of the angel of the temple, which is in
heaven, whom He will summon in the last days. And that the angel of the Holy Spirit, and
Michael, chief of the holy angels, would open His grave on the third day.
5. And that the Beloved would come forth on their shoulders, and sent forth his disciples
to teach all nations, to proclaim to every tongue the resurrection of the Beloved.
6. And also His ascension to the seventh heaven, from where He had come, was shown,
and that many that believed in Him would speak through the Holy Spirit and that there would be
many signs and miracles in those days.
7. And afterwards, at his approach, the disciples will abandon the teachings He gave to his
apostles, together with the faith, the love, and the purity, and that there would be much
contention at His coming.
8. In those days there will be many that love office yet lacking wisdom, and there will be
many wicked elders and shepherds that wrong their sheep.
9. They will be rapacious, because they do not have holy shepherds, and many exchange
the glory of the righteous robes for the love of money, and there will be much respect of persons
in those days and lovers of the glory of this world.
10. And many slanderers and vain glory will there be at the approach of the Lord, and the
Holy Spirit will withdraw from many.
11. In those days there will not be many prophets, nor such as speak reliable words
except one here and there in different places.
12. For many who say to serve the One - will love the spirit of error and of adultery and
vain-glory having the love of money, and there will be hatred among the shepherds towards
each other.
13. For there will be great jealousy in the last days, and everyone will speak whatever is
pleasing in his own eyes, and they will make the prophecy of prophets ineffective, and my vision
will they also make ineffective in order that they may speak what comes from their own heart.

Chapter 4 - Isaiah speaks of the last days

1. Now therefore Hezekiah and Josab my son, such will be the days at the completion of
the world. And in that period Beliar (Satan) will descend, that great angel the king of this world,
who has ruled it since it existed.
2. He will come down from his firmament in the form of a man, a king of iniquity, a
murderer of his birth, and he will persecute the plant, which the apostles of the Beloved will
have planted, and some will be given, into his hand.
3. This angel Beliar will come in the form of that king, and with him all the powers of his
reign, and they will obey him in every wish.
4. By his word he will cause the sun to rise by night, and he will cause the moon to appear
at the sixth hour, and will do whatever he wishes in the world.
5. He will act and speak like the beloved, and will say; I am the Lord, and before me there
was no one, and all men in the world will believe in him.
6. And they will sacrifice to him and serve him saying. This is the Lord, and besides him

there is none other.
7. And the majority of those that have held together to be received by the Beloved, these
he will turn aside after him, and the power of his miracles will be in every city and district.
8. And he will set-up his image in every city, he will rule for three years and seven months
and twenty-seven days.
9. And many of the faithful who when they thought they saw Him whom they hoped for,
the Christ who was crucified, few of these will be left in those days as true servants fleeing from
desert to desert as they await his "true coming."
10. Then after these days, the Lord will come with his angels and with the host of the
righteous and elect from the seventh heaven with the glory thereof, and will place Beliar and his
host in Gehenna.
11. And those coming with the Lord will have their robes, which were stored in the
seventh heaven; they will descend and be present in the world.
12. And the Lord will strengthen those that are in their body together with those that are
in their robes, and they will be taken upwards in their robes their body left in the world.
13. The voice of the beloved, in anger, will reprove this heaven and earth, and the
mountains, the hills, the cities, the desert, the trees, and the sun and moon, and everywhere
where Beliar has appeared and acted openly in this world.
14. There will be a resurrection and a judgment in their midst in those days, and the
Beloved will cause fire to rise from Him, and it will consume the impious, and they will become
as if they had never been created.
15. And the rest of the words of the vision are written in. "The vision of Babylon"
(unknown). And the rest of the vision about the Lord is written in parables in my words that are
written in the book, which I prophesied openly (book of Isaiah).
16. And the descent of the beloved in Sheol (hell), behold it is written in the section
where the Lord says, "Behold My Son shall understand".
17. And all these things are written in the psalms, and in the parables of David son of
Jesse, and in the proverbs of Solomon his son. And in the words of Korah, and of Ethan the
Israelite, and in the words of Asaph, and in the rest of the psalms which the angel of the Spirit
has inspired.
18. Namely in those which have no name written, and in the words of Amos my father,
and of the other prophets.

Chapter 5 - The execution of Isaiah

1. Because of these visions now Beliar was angry with Isaiah, and he dwelt in the heart of
Manassah, and he sawed Isaiah in half with a wood saw.
2. And while Isaiah was being sawed in halves his accuser Belkira stood by and also the
false prophets, laughing and joyful because of Isaiah.
3. As then Belkira through Satan so stood before Isaiah laughing and deriding him, he said
to Isaiah; "Say; I have lied in everything that I have said and the ways of Manassah are good and
right, and also the way of Belkira and those with him are good."
4. Isaiah himself now was in a vision of the Lord with his eyes open beholding his
accusers, and Belkira said to him when he began to be sawed in halves;
5. "Say what I say to you, and I will turn their heart, and make Manassah and the princes
of Judah and the people and all Jerusalem worship you."
6. But Isaiah answered: "If it were in my power I would say. Condemned and cursed be
you and all your host and your house, for there is nothing further that you can take except the
skin of my body."
7. And they took Isaiah the son of Amos and sawed him in halves with a wood saw. And
Manassah, Belkira, and the false prophets, as well as the princes and the people stood by and
looked on.

 8. But as for the prophets that were with Isaiah, before he was sawed in halves he had
said to them to go to the district of Tyre and Sidon, because for me alone the Lord has mixed this
cup.
9. And while Isaiah was sawed in halves he did not cry out nor weep, but his mouth spoke
with the Holy Spirit until he was sawed in two.
10. Beliar did this to Isaiah through Belkira and through Manassah, for Sammael was very
angry with Isaiah from the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, because of the exposure of Sammael
by which Isaiah had exposed him in the days when Hezekiah was king, and he did as Satan
wished.

THE VISION OF ISAIAH

Chapter 6 - Isaiah visits Hezekiah

1. In the 20th year of the reign of Hezekiah king of Judah, Isaiah, and Josab his son came
to Hezekiah in Jerusalem from Gilgal.
2. And he sat on the couch of the king, and they brought a seat for him, but he would not
sit thereon. And all the princes of Israel were there and the eunuchs and the kings counselors.
3. And there were also forty prophets, sons of the prophets, who when they had heard
that Isaiah was coming had come from the neighboring districts, and from the mountains and
the country.
4. They came so they might greet him and hear his words, and that he might lay his hands
on them so that they might prophecy, and he might hear their prophecy. All these then were in
the presence of Isaiah.
5. And when Isaiah spoke with Hezekiah the words of righteousness and faith, they all
heard a door being opened, and the voice of the Spirit.
6. And the king summoned all the prophets and the people that were there, among which
was Micah, and the aged Ananias, with Joel, and Josab sitting on his right.
7. And when they heard the voice of the Holy Spirit they all worshipped on their knees
and praised the God of righteousness, the Most High, the One who dwells in the upper world,
who sits on high, the Holy One who rests among the holy ones.
8. And they gave glory to the One who had thus graciously given a door in the world of
men. And while the Holy Spirit spoke in the hearing of all, Isaiah became silent as were his mind
taken from him.
9. And though his eyes were open he did not see the men before him, but while his mouth
was silent his breath was still in him, for he was in a vision.
10. And the angel who was sent to show him the vision was not of this firmament, nor
was he of the angels of the glory of this world, but he came from the seventh heaven.
11. And the people that were standing by, apart from the circle of prophets, did not think
that Isaiah had been taken up. Nor was the vision, which he had from this world, but from a
place hidden from the flesh.
12. After Isaiah then had seen this vision he recounted it to Hezekiah and to Josab his son,
and to the other prophets who had come.
13. But the officials, the eunuchs and the people, did not hear apart from Samnas the
secretary of Jehoiakim, and Asaph the recorder, for they were doers of righteousness and the
fragrance of the Spirit was in them.
14. But the people did not hear, for Micah and Josab had sent them out when the wisdom
of this world was taken from Isaiah as were he dead.

 Chapter 7 - The angel that came for Isaiah

1. The vision then, which Isaiah saw and recounted, is as follows. When I prophesied in
accordance with the message, which you heard, I saw a glorious angel.
2. His glory now was not like that of the angels, which I always used to see, but he had
great glory and an office such as I cannot describe.
3. And I saw when he took hold of my hand and I said to him: "Who are you, what is your
name, and where are you taking me up to?"
4. For strength had been given me that I might speak with him, and he said to me "When I
have taken you up through all the stages and shown you the vision for which I was sent, then you
will understand who I am.
5. But my name you will not know, for you have to return into this body, but you will see
that to where I am taking you up to, for to that purpose was sent."
6. And I rejoiced because he spoke to me with kindness. And he said to me "You rejoice
because I have spoken kindly to you, but you will see one greater than me who will speak kindly
and gentle with you.
7. And the Father of the One who is greater you will also see, because for this purpose
was I sent from the seventh heaven, that I might make all this clear to you."

The firmament
8. And he went up into the firmament, and there I saw Sammael and his host, and there
was great struggle in it, and the words of Satan, and envying of one another.
9. And just as it is there above so also it is on earth, for the likeness of what is in the
firmament is here on earth.
10. And I said to the angel. "What is this envying?" And he said. "So it has been since this
world existed till now, and this struggle will last till the One comes whom you are to see, and He
will destroy him."

The first heaven

11. After this he took me up above the firmament into the first heaven, and there I saw a
throne in the middle, and on the right and left of it were angels, and those on the left were not
like those on the right.
12. But those on the right had more glory, and they all sang praises with one voice,
praising the throne that was in the middle, and those on the left also sang after them.
13. But the voices of those on the left were not like the voices of those on the right, nor
their praise like those on the right.
14. And I asked him who led me; "To whom is this praise directed?" And he said; "To the
praise of the One who sits in the seventh heaven, the One who rests in the holy world, and to His
Beloved from where I was sent to you, to there it is directed."

The second heaven

15. And again he took me up into the second heaven, and the height of that heaven is like
that from heaven to earth and to the firmament.
16. There I saw, as in the first heaven, angels on the right and left and a throne in the
middle. And the praise of the angels in this heaven with the one on the throne had more glory
than all the previous.
17. There was great glory in this second heaven, their praise was not like those of the first
heaven, but greater.
18. And I fell on my face to worship, but the angel that led me would not allow me, but
said to me. "Worship neither throne nor angel from the six heavens before I tell you to in the
seventh heaven."
19. For above all the heavens and their angels is your throne placed, and also your robe

and your crown, which you are to see.
20. And I rejoiced very much that those who love the Most High and His Beloved will at
their end go up there through the angel of the Holy Spirit.

The third heaven

21. And he took me up to the third heaven where I saw those on the right and on the left
in the same way with a throne in the middle, and him who sat on it.
22. But no mention of this our world was made there, and also the glory of my spirit was
being transformed as we went up from heaven to heaven. And I said to the angel with me;
"Nothing of the vanity of that world below is named here."
23. And he answered; "Nothing is named because of its weakness, but nothing is hidden
which is done there". Then I wished to know how it was known, and he said:
24. "When I have taken you up into the seventh heaven to the One who is above these,
from where I was sent, then you will know that nothing is hidden from the thrones, and from
those that dwell in the heavens, nor from angels."
25. And the praise which they sang, and the glory of the one who sat on the throne were
great, and the angels on the right and left had more glory than those in the heavens below them.

The fourth heaven

26. And again he took me up to the fourth heaven, and the height from the third to the
fourth was greater than from earth to the firmament.
27. There I saw again those who were on the right and left, and the one who sat on the
throne that was in the middle, and they also sang praises.
28. And the praise and glory of the angels on the right was greater than of those on the
left, and the glory of the one on the throne was greater than that of the angels who were on the
right. But theirs was greater than those of the angels of the lower heavens were.

The fifth heaven

29. And he took me up into the fifth heaven, and again I saw those on the right and left,
and the one who sat on the throne with more glory than those of the fourth heaven.
30. And the glory of those on the right was greater than of the left, and the glory of the
one on the throne was greater than those on the right, and their praise was greater than those of
the fourth heaven.
31. And I praised the One who was not named and who is unique, who dwells in the
heavens, whose name is unknown to all flesh. The One who has given such glory to the different
heavens, who makes the glory of the angels great, and the glory of the one who sits on the throne
even greater.

Chapter 8 - The air of the sixth heaven

1. And again he took me up into the air of the sixth heaven where I saw a splendor such as
I had not seen in the five heavens as I went up.
2. The angels had great glory, and the praise there was holy and wonderful. And I said to
the angel who led me;
3. "What is this I see my lord?" And he said; I am not your lord, but your, companion." And
again I asked him, "Why are there not corresponding groups of angels here?"
4. And he said; "From the sixth heaven and upwards there are no longer those on the left,
nor is there a throne placed in the middle. But they are directed by the power of the seventh
heaven where the One who is not named dwells, and His chosen One whose name is unknown.
5. And no heaven can learn His name, for He to whose voice all the heavens and the
thrones answer - is alone.
6. I therefore have been empowered and sent to bring you up here that you may see this

glory, and that you may see the Lord of all these heavens and of these thrones, being
transformed until He resembles your appearance and your likeness.
7. But I say to you Isaiah, that no man that has to return into a body of that world - has
come up, or seen, or understood what you have seen, and what you are to see, for you are
destined in the lot of the Lord to come here. From there is the power of the sixth heaven."
8. I then proclaim the greatness of my Lord with praise that through His lot I should come
here. And he said to me, "Hear this also from your companion, when by the will of God you have
come up here divested from the body, then you will receive the robe, which you are to see now.
9. And the other robes you will also see here, then you will be equal to the angels who are
in the seventh heaven."

The sixth heaven

10. And he took me up into the sixth heaven where there was no right or left, nor a throne
in the middle, but all were of one appearance, and their praises equal.
11. And strength was given me that I also sang praises with them, and the angel also sang,
and our praise was like theirs.
12. The voice then of these angels was not like those of the fifth heaven, but of a different
voice, and there was much light.
13. And by comparison, I thought the light, which I had seen in the fifth heaven as
darkness to this of the sixth, and I rejoiced and praised the One who had graciously given such
light to those who await His promise.
14. And I entreated the angel that led me, that from there on I might not return to the
world of flesh. Indeed I say to you Hezekiah, and Josab my son, and Micah that there is much
darkness here.
15. And the angel who led me knew what I thought, and said to me. "If you rejoice over
this light, how much more will you not rejoice in the seventh heaven when you see the light
where the Lord and His Beloved are, He that in the world is to be called "The Son."
16. He who is not yet revealed in the corruptible world, nor are the robes, nor the
thrones, nor the crowns which are placed there for the righteous, for those who believe in the
Lord, the Lord who will descent in your form.
17. For the light, which is there is great and wonderful. And concerning you not returning
into your body, your days Isaiah are not yet complete for coming here."
18. And when I heard this I was sad, but he said to me, "Do not be sad".

Chapter 9 - The air of the seventh heaven

1. And he led me into the air of the seventh heaven where I heard a voice saying: How far
is he who dwells among flesh to go up? And I was afraid and trembled.
2. And he said to me as I was trembling; "Behold!" And another voice was sent out and
said; "The holy Isaiah is permitted to co me up here, for his robe is here."
3. And I asked the angel who was with me; "Who is the one who prevented me, and who
is the One that turned to me that I might go up?" And he said;
4. "The one who prevented you, is the one in charge of the praise of the sixth heaven, and
the One who turned to you, He is your Lord, the Lord the Christ who in the world is to be called
Jesus. But you cannot hear His name until you have come up from this body."

The seventh heaven

5. And he took me up into the seventh heaven where I saw a wonderful light, and angels
without number, there I saw all the righteous.
6. They were stripped of their robes of flesh, and were like the angels who stand there in
great glory.
7. But they were not sitting on their thrones, nor were their crowns of glory on them. And

I asked the angel that was with me;
8. "How is it that they have received robes, but are not on their thrones, nor with their
crowns?" And he said; "They do not receive the crowns and thrones of glory, even though they
behold and know them to be, until the Beloved ascends in the form in which you will see Him."
9. The Lord will indeed descend into the world in the last days, He who is called the
Christ, after He has descended and become like your form. And they will think that He is flesh
and a man.
10. And the god of that world will stretch out and lay his hands upon Him and hang Him
on a tree, not knowing who He is.
11. And thus His descend, as you will see, will be concealed even from the heavens, so
that it will not be known who He is.
12. And when He has plundered the angel of death, He will rise on the third day, and will
remain in that world for five hundred forty five days. Then many of the righteous will ascend
with Him whose spirits will receive their robes when the Lord Christ ascends and they ascend
with Him.

Record of man's deeds

13. And I asked him what I asked of him in the third heaven, how it is known what is done
in the world here. And while I was still speaking to him,
14. One of the angels that were standing by, who were more glorious than the angel who
had brought me up, showed me books.
15. But these were not like books of this world, and opening them, I saw writing in them,
but again not like the writing in this world, and they were given to me, and I read them.
16. And behold the deeds of the children of Israel were written there, the deeds which
you know my son Josab. And I said; truly nothing which is done in this world is hidden in the
seventh heaven.
17. Having then seen these many robes, crowns and thrones placed there, I asked the
angel: Whos all are they?
18. And He said; there are many from the world that will receive them through believing
in the words of that One who will be named, as I told you.
19. And they will keep them, and believe in them, and believe in His cross, for these are
they placed here.

The Lord
20. And I saw One standing whose glory surpassed that of all, His glory was great and
wonderful. And as I beheld Him the angels and the righteous came Him, and sang praises.
21. And He, who was so glorious, was transformed and became like an angel. Then the
angel who led me up said to me;
22. "Worship this One, for this is the Lord of all the praise which you have seen." And I did
so and sang praises.
23. Then I saw another glorious person who was like Him, unto whom they approached
and worshipped, and sang praises, and I also sang. But His glory was not transformed to accord
with their form.
24. And I saw the Lord, and also a second Angel standing with Him, which was on His left.
And I asked the angel with me; who is this One?
25. And he said to me, "Worship Him, for this is the angel of the Holy Spirit who has
spoken in you, and also in the other righteous".
26. Thus I beheld the great glory while the eyes of my spirit were open, and I saw the
righteous as they with great power beheld the glory of that One.
27. And I beheld how my Lord and the angel of the Holy Spirit both together worshipped
and praised the great Lord.
28. Thereafter all the righteous worshipped, and the angels approached and worshipped,

29. Then I heard the voices and the hymns of praise, which I had heard in each of the six
heavens as I ascended up by them. And they all were directed to that Glorious One whose glory I
could not see, but I heard and saw the praise that was directed to Him.
30. And the Lord and the angel of the Spirit heard and saw everything, for the praise,
which was sent up from the six heavens, was not only heard but also seen.
31. And the angel who led me said: "This is the Most High of the high ones, who dwells in
the holy world, who rests among the holy ones, who will be called by the Holy Spirit in the
mouth of the righteous "The Father of the Lord.''

Chapter 10 - The Lord commissioned by the Father

1. And I heard the voice of the Most High, the Father of my Lord as He said to my Lord
who will be called Jesus; " Go out and descend through all the heavens.
2. You shall descend through the firmament and through the world as far as the angel
who is in Sheol, but you shall not go as far as perdition.
3. And you shall make your likeness like that of all who are in the five heavens, and you
shall take care to make your form like that of the angels of the firmament, and also like that of
the angels of Sheol.
4. And none of the angels of that world shall know that you are Lord with Me in the seven
heavens and of their angels. They shall not know that you were with Me, when with the voice of
the heavens I summon you to come up through the six heavens, so that you may destroy the
princes and the angels, and the gods of that world, and the world that is ruled by them.
5. For they have denied Me, and said they were alone, and there is no-one besides us.
6. Afterwards you shall ascend from the gods of death to your place, and you shall not be
transformed in each of the heavens.
7. But in glory you shall ascend, and sit at My right hand. Then the princes and the powers
of that world will worship you."
8. This command I heard the Great Glory giving to my Lord.

The descend of the Lord

9. Thus I saw when my Lord went out from the seventh heaven into the sixth, and the
angel who had led me said; "Understand Isaiah and look that you may see the transformation
and descend of the Lord."
10. And I looked, and when the angels in the sixth heaven saw Him, they praised and
glorified Him, for He had not been transformed into the form of the angels there.
11. And I beheld when He descended into the fifth heaven that there He made His form
like of the angels there, and they did not praise Him, for His form was like theirs.
12. Then He descended into the fourth heaven, making His form like theirs, and they
seeing Him did not praise Him, since He was like theirs.
13. And again I saw when descended into the third heaven, making His form like theirs,
and those who kept the gate of the third heaven demanded the password, and the Lord gave it
them, so that He might not be recognized.
14. And again I saw that He descended into the second heaven where again He gave the
password, since they of the gate demanded it, and His form being like theirs - they did not praise
Him.
15. And descending into the first heaven, He gave the password to them that guarded the
gates, and His form was like theirs, like of the angels on the left of the throne. And no one
questioned me, because of the angel that led me.
16. And again He descended into the firmament where the prince of this world dwells,
and He gave the password to those who were on the left.
17. And His form was like theirs wherefore they did not praise Him there, but in envy

they were fighting with one another, for there is a power of evil there, and envy over trifles.
18. And I saw when He descended and made Himself like the angels of the air, to be like
them, and He did not give the password, for they were plundering and doing violence to one
another.
19. After this I looked, and the angel who spoke with me and led me, said to me,
"Understand Isaiah son of Amos, it is to this purpose that I was sent from the Lord."
20. And I saw a woman of the family of David the prophet (Mary), a virgin, and she was
betrothed to a man (Joseph) a carpenter, who also was of the seed and family of David.
21. And when she was found to be pregnant the man wished to divorce her, but the angel
of the Spirit appeared in this world, and He did not divorce her, nor did he reveal this to anyone,
nor did he approach her.
22. And they were all blinded concerning the infant, they all knew Him, but they did not
know from where He was. And they took Him and went to Nazareth in Galilee.
23. And I saw O Hezekiah, and Josab my son, and say to the other prophets also, that it
was hidden from all the heavens, and all the princes, and from every god of this world.
24. And I saw that He sucked the breast as an infant, as was customary that He might not
be recognized. And when He had grown up He performed great signs and miracles in the land of
Israel, and in Jerusalem.
25. And after this, the adversary envied Him, and roused the children of Israel, who did
not know who He was, against Him. And they handed Him to the ruler and crucified Him, and He
descended to the angel in Sheol.
26. I saw how they crucified Him on a tree, and how on the third day He rose and
remained many days.

Chapter 11 - The ascension of the Lord

1. And the angel who led me said, "Understand Isaiah". And I saw when He sent out the
twelve disciples and ascended. And I saw Him in the firmament but not transformed in their
form, and all the angels of the firmament and Satan saw Him and worshipped.
2. And there was much sorrow there as they said "How did our Lord descend upon us and
we did not notice the glory which was upon Him that we now see?"
3. And He ascended into the second heaven, and was not transformed, and the angels on
the right and left and the throne in the middle worshipped and praised Him, and said; "How did
our Lord remain hidden from us as He descended, and we did not notice?"
4. And in the same way He ascended into the third heaven, and in the fourth, and fifth
heaven, and they spoke exactly the same way.
5. I saw when He ascended into the sixth heaven that they worshipped Him and praised
Him, and in each heaven as He went up, the praise was more profound.
6. And I saw how He ascended into the seventh heaven, and all the righteous the angels
praised Him. Then He sat down at the right hand of that Great Glory, whose glory I told you I
could not behold. And I also saw that Angel of the Holy Spirit sat on His left.
7. And the angel said to me: Isaiah son of Amos, it is sufficient, you have observed what
no-one born of flesh has observed, and you shall return in your body until your days are
complete, then you shall come here. These things I saw.

Isaiah instructs Hezekiah

8. And Isaiah told this to all who were standing before him, and they sang praises. And he
said to Hezekiah the king; "These things have I spoken, and at the end of this world all this vision
will be brought about in the last generations."
9. And Isaiah made him swear that he would not tell this to the people of Israel, and that
he would not allow any man to copy these words, but later they shall read them.
10. But as for you, be in the Holy Spirit that you may receive your robes, and the thrones,

and the crowns of glory, which are placed in the seventh heaven.
11. And because of these visions and prophecies, Sammael-Satan sawed Isaiah the son of
Amos, the prophet, in halves by the hand of Manassah.
12. And Hezekiah gave all things to Manassah in the 26th year of his reign, but Manassah
did not remember these things, nor place them in his heart, but he became the servant of Satan,
and was destroyed.
