creterii activelor, compania IMC leasing a reuit, n mai puin de trei ani de la
formare, s devin un finanator important pe piaa de leasing avnd active
comparabile cu liderul MAIB Leasing (figura 3).
Pe parcursul ultimilor 4 ani, ntreprinderile din domeniul leasingului au raportat
creteri importante ale activelor financiare, mrindu-i, n acest mod, baza de ncasare a
dobnzilor. Astfel, MAIB leasing a reuit, n 3 ani s-i tripleze valoarea activelor
financiare, n timp ce IMC leasing i-a majorat activele financiare de la zero la 85 mln
lei la nceputul anului 2006. MAIB leasing i IMC leasing au raportat creteri de peste
100% ale activelor financiare n anul 2005 (figura 4). Rezultatele preliminare pentru
anul 2006 arat c creterea pieei de leasing continu s fie semnificativ.

la teza pentru conferirea titlului de doctor n economie
Leasingul financiar - form de investire
n dezvoltarea Republicii Moldova
Republica Moldova, stat decis s-i consolideze locul printre naiunile
democratice ale lumii, tinde spre o economie de pia modern i eficient,
imperativele fiind dezvoltarea comerului i atragerea investiiilor. Din teoria i
experiena internaional, se cunoate c funcionarea normal a economiei de pia
este condiionat de promovarea unor politici economice eficiente i aplicarea
legislaiei adecvate.
n tez, sunt dezvoltate conceptele fundamentale referitoare la leasing, criteriile
de clasificare, aspectele practice i aspectele teoretice privind operaiunile de
leasing, n contextul practicii mondiale i naionale, sunt evideniate i formulate
principalele probleme ce in de domeniul serviciilor de leasing.
n lucrare, au fost examinate detaliat coninutul leasingului, avantajele i
dezavantajele leasingului ca surs de finanare i de investire. Se prezint o
descriere a mediului investiional i leasingului ca metod de finanare i investire,
factorii de risc, implicaiile fiscalitii, abordeaz metodologia analizei financiare a
activitii ntreprinderilor de leasing n Republica Moldova, i importana
leasingului n finanarea activitii investiionale.
n cadrul cercetrii, se analizeaz metoda de evaluare a deciziilor financiare
innd cont de metoda de finanare a proiectului i, n particular, propunerea
metodei de considerare a costului leasingului n costul capitalului ntreprinderii i
prezentarea modelului de previziune financiar, precum i direciile de dezvoltare a
companiilor de leasing n plan naional.
Rezultatele cercetrilor efectuate au un caracter metodologic i aplicativ i pot
fi utilizate de ctre ntreprinderile de leasing n analiza i previziunea activitii
economico-financiare, respectiv, a entitilor ce beneficiaz de serviciile de leasing,
ct i prezint un suport bibliografic n procesul didactic din instituiile de
nvmnt superior.

for the dissertation in view of awarding PhD degree in economics with the topic
Financial leasing form of investment for development
of the Republic of Moldova
The Republic of Moldova, the state decided to consolidate for itself the place
among democratic nations of the world, leads towards the modern and efficient
market economy, the imperatives being the trade development and investments
attraction. Starting from international theory and experience, it is known that the
normal functioning of market economy is conditioned by the promotion of some
efficient economic policies and application of adequate legislation.
In this dissertation, there are developed the fundamental concepts regarding
leasing, criterions of its classification, practical and theoretical aspects of leasing
transactions in the context of national and worldwide practices. There are also made
evident and formulated the principal problems concerning the leasing services
domain.
In the same time, therere minutely examined the content of leasing, the
advantages and disadvantages of leasing as a source of financing and investment.
Therere presented the description of investment environment and leasing as a
method of financing and investment, the risk factors, the implications of fiscality,
tackled the methodology of financial analysis of the leasing enterprises activity in
the republic of Moldova, and the importance of leasing in financing investment
activity.
In the framework of research, there are analyzed the method of financial
decisions evaluation taking into account the method of project financing and, in
particular, the proposal of the method of consideration of leasing cost in
enterprises capital cost, and the presentation of financial forecasting model, as well
as the directions of leasing companies development on national level.
The results of made research have a methodological and applied character and
can be used by the leasing enterprises in the analysis and forecasting of economic
and financial activity, respectively, of entities that benefit of leasing services, as
well as present a bibliographical support in the teaching process at high education
institutions.
