Riscurile organizaionale i consecinele acestora asupra activitii angajailor din
instituiile colare

Structura tezei: lista tabelelor i graficelor, termeni cheie, introducere, 3 capitole,
concluzii i recomandri, referine bibliografice, 7 anexe, 66 pagini de text, 1 figuri, 6 tabele.

Obiectivele cercetrii: definirea conceptelor cheie: organizaie, cultur organizaional,
risc organizaional; evidenierea principalelor riscuri psihosociale care afecteaz activitatea
cadrelor didactice din instituiile colare; selectarea metodelor care vor fi utilizate pentru
identificarea

riscurilor psihosociale din instituiile colare; colectarea datelor cu referire la

problema cercetrii prin intermediul observaiei i interviului calitativ; prelucrarea datelor prin
analiza de coninut calitativ i analiza discursului; elaborarea unui plan de aciuni care ar putea fi
utilizat n vederea diminurii riscurilor psihosociale din instituiile colare; formularea
concluziilor i a sugestiilor pentru studii ulterioare.
Noutatea i originalitatea tiinific este evideniat de studierea teoretic i empiric a
riscurilor organizaionale din instituiile colare. n aceast lucrare am identificat care sunt
riscurile organizaionale cu care se confrunt cadrele didactice din cadrul acestor instituii,
evideniind cele mai frecvente situaii de risc pentru tinerii specialiti i specificul conflictului
generaional dintre tinerii specialiti i specialiti cu experien. Lund n considerare rezultatele
studiului am elaborat un program de remediere a conflictelor pentru evitarea situaiei de risc
organizaional.
Semnificaia teoretic a cercetrii este specificat n fundamentarea teoretic a riscurilor
organizaionale, i anume a riscurilor psihosociale din instituiile colare; specificul acestor riscuri
i efectele lor reflectate asupra cadrului organizaional; aspectul organizaional i relaia efsubaltern n eliminarea riscurilor organizaionale.
Valoarea aplicativ a lucrrii const n elaborarea i aplicarea unui cadru metodologic de
identificare a riscurilor organizaionale ( ghid de interviu aplicat cadrelor didactice din instituiile
colare) i propunerea unui program de remediere a conflictelor pentru prevenirea situaiei de risc.

Research objectives: defining main concepts: organization, organizational culture,
organizational risk, highlighting the main psychosocial risks affecting the work of teachers in
schools; selection methods to be used to identify psychosocial risks in schools, collecting data
referred to the research problem through observation and qualitative interviews, processing data
with a qualitative content and discourse analysis, developing an action plan that could be used to
reduce psychosocial risks in schools, drawing conclusions and suggestions for further study.
All the new scientific facts and originality is heavy marked by theoretical and empirical
study of organizational risk schools. In this paper we have identified which organizational risks
are facing teachers from institutions, highlighting the most common risk situations for young
professionals and specific generational conflict between young professionals and experienced
specialists. Taking into account the results of the study we developed an improved program to
avoid conflicts of organizational risk.
Theoretical significance of this research is specified in the theoretical foundations of
organizational risk, namely psychosocial risks in schools; the specifics of these risks and their
effects reflected to the organizational framework; organizational aspects and the manageremployee relationship to eliminate organizational risk.
Practical value of the work consists in developing and applying a methodological
framework to identify organizational risk (interview guide applied to teachers in schools) and
proposing an improved program to prevent conflict and risk situations.
