- Efectuez rapoarte lunare in functie de solicitari (noi angajati, numar de lichidari, statistica, numarul de
cazuri de
concediu medical, numarul si valoarea orelor suplimentare etc.);
- Raspund de intocmirea diverselor tipuri de adeverinte la solicitarea clientului;
• Management de personal
- Intocmirea contractelor de munca, fise de post, acte aditionale, deciii de incetare a contractelor de
munca, fise
de lichidare;
- Intocmirea avertismentelor scrise si convocari la cercetari disciplinare;
- Gestionarea dosarelor de personal la nivel de grup;
