Ideala cu 15 pentru a determina numarul de calorii necesare zilnic, dac sunteti o persoana cu activitate moderata) Grsimi: furnizeaza energie (9 calorii pe gram), vitaminele A, D, E i K, acizii grasi vitali si fortifica organismul.
