Abstract
cuprinde: resursele de muncă sub aspect cantitativ, calitativ şi structural;
materială a desfăşurării proceselor economice.

Introducere

Introduction
The national wealth is a basic component of economic potential,
representing the resources and achievements acquired by a country at a given
moment. In this paper, authors conduct a study on the content of this economic
category, inventing the main statistical indicators used. It presents a structure
of national wealth on the basis of which are calculated indicators that reflect
the evolution of the fixed capital, the indicators of the fixed funds structure,
the physical state, the renewal or the decommissioning of the fixed assets. It
also presents the balance of fixed assets, which includes elements on which
an appreciation of the state of this factor can be made - fixed capital. At the
same time, indicators of stock of materials are presented that attest to the

Abstract

Abstract
Economic analysis is a powerful tool at the disposal of the management
of any economic entity, the use of which can provide financial discipline,
profitability, development and innovation. Nowadays, due to the economic,
social and political dynamics, the need to adapt and to maintain on the market
in profitable conditions, the leadership of a society can not be sustained only
by the experience of those involved in this activity. It is imperative to use tools
to analyze economic phenomena that provide the most relevant solutions to
help the management take the best economic solutions.

Introduction
In the economic analysis, the information in the standardized financial
statements using the tax reporting forms is used. These situations are designed
to be understood and read by anyone who is interested in learning about a
business entity in terms of the results obtained at a given time, or in time by
comparing the data of several periods, information about debts, assets, capital,
but also about the possibilities for development in the near future. There are
a lot of users of financial information presented in the financial statements
that might be interested in the image of the economic entity they offer with
loyalty and trust. The first category of users of accounting information would
be primarily investors interested in profit and development of their own
businesses. The second category of users can be considered as employees who
would like a stable economic and social environment in the long run, and
may compete with banks that need feasible customers with a clear chance of
returning their loan rates to maturity.
The share between assets analyzed at the level of this entity is detailed
in the following graphical representation:
From the data presented in Table 4 it is noted that the debts that the
company has to pay in a short period of time have the largest share in the total
liabilities.
It is advisable to proceed, as in the case of actions, to a breakdown of
the patrimonial liabilities structure by determining the rates specific to each
component element as follows:
The high weight of short-term debt in the total balance sheet liability
is not a favorable situation for our company. The simultaneous debt exigibility
in a given period could lead to financial difficulties or even the impossibility
of settling debts at maturity.
The rate of global autonomy calculated as a ratio between equity and
the total of the sum of equity and the total attracted funding sources used to
finance the activity.
In the ideal practice, this share of own resources used to support the
core business should not be less than 33% of the total funding sources accessed
by an economic entity.
The result obtained in our analysis, namely 22.05%, justifies us to
express the opinion that in the coming period our company will face additional
costs due to the subdimensioning of the equity compared to the total value of
the liability.
Total debt rate calculated as the ratio between Total Debt Recovered
and Total Liabilities as follows:
The result obtained from our analysis, namely 1.58, is well above
the limit of 1, considered by the specialists the limit of the insolvency and
dangerously close to the minimum value of this rate of 1.4.
This rate expresses our own resources in all the resources our company
has attracted in the medium and long term.
Conclusion
The decomposition of the patrimonial items presented in the financial
statements of SC Alfa SRL, in less complex components, their study and
analysis by means of known indicators, led to the establishment of causal
relations between them, to understanding, explaining and interpreting the
economic problems of the past, the present and the most important, will

Abstract

materiale. Indicatorii prezentați asigură o corectă interpretare a eficienței

Abstract
The economic potential of a country is the resources available to that
country. Economic efficiency is a complex economic category that highlights
the effect achieved through the use of resources and the effort required to
achieve it. In analyzing the efficiency of using the economic potential, a
system of indicaFtors is used, which expresses the efficiency at the level of
the factors of production as well as at the global level. The efficiency of using
the economic potential is expressed through a system of statistical indicators.
Thus, we distinguish the general indicators of the efficiency of social
production, the indicators of labor efficiency, the indicators of the efficiency
of the use of fixed capital and the indicators of the use of material goods. The
indicator system is correlated and can form the basis for static and dynamic
evolution of economic potential.

Introduction
In this article, the authors analyzed the concept of economic
potential, managing to detail its structure, formation and use. The emphasis
is on presenting the main indicators that highlight the efficiency of the use of
production factors. There is a broad presentation of the economic efficiency
class with an emphasis on the possibilities of measuring it. The following
are the issues regarding the general indicators of the efficiency of social
production, as well as the indicators expressing the efficiency of the use of
labor force, fixed capital or the use of financial and material resources. The
indicators presented provide a fair interpretation of the efficiency with which
the economic potential of a country is used. The indicators presented constitute
a system that allows the analysis of the static, dynamic and structural efficiency
of the economic potential.

Abstract

echilibru:
RM = PO + RZM (9)
de muncă, dar incapabilă de muncă;
învăţământ şi militarii în termen;

Abstract
The economic state of a nation depends on how the economic potential
is used. In this article, the author analyzes and presents in detail the concept
and content of the economic potential. Attention is paid to the analysis of
population and labor resources, context in which are presented the indicators
that express the number, the territorial distribution and the demographic
structure of the population. Also, the structure of the population is important
in order to identify its level of preparedness, gender structure, age, profession
and qualifications. Important in the analysis of human resources is also the
presentation of the natural movement and migration. The system of indicators
characterizing the structure of the labor force, as well as the reserves available
to it, are widely presented.

Introduction
The economic condition, the development and the development of the
economic activity, the pace of this development are conditioned by a series of
factors, and are based on the analysis of fundamental concepts, which measure
statistically and are expressed by macroeconomic indicators, indicators
which must underpin the elaboration of economic policy, the appreciation of
its fulfillment and the substantiation of macroeconomic decisions, decisive
decisions on the economic condition of the country and, implicitly, on the
entire economic and social life.
In order to be able to express these indicators statistically, the
fundamental concepts underlying their formation and the analyzes carried
out as a result of their quantification should be delimited. The concepts
behind the formation of the indicator system are made up of the fundamental
economic categories, namely economic potential, human resources, national
wealth, final consumption, capital formation and growth, income, economic
efficiency, prices, inflation, unemployment, etc.
The analysis of these concepts and their quantitative expressions

Conclusion
From the study it is concluded that the economic potential is important
in the perspective of the development of a country’s economy. Among the factors
of production presented in the Cobb-Douglas model, the work resource plays an
important role. The quality and structure of the workforce must be in tune with
the needs of the national economy. The theoretical study can be deepened by
the use of econometric methods (regression function, dynamic model, territorial
series, etc.) which, through the use of concrete data, offers the possibility to
obtain some parameters that will form the basis of the labor force forecast.

Abstract
deveni utilizabile in elaborarea balantei comerciale, datele statistice sufera
anumite transformari. Importurile inregistrate in preturi CIF in statistica
comertului exterior vor fi transformate in preturi FOB impusa de metodologia
de intocmire a balantei de plati. Aceasta transformare are un efect de adancire
a discrepantei comertului intra comunitar. Importurile intra UE, exprimate
O masura
importanta adoptata de Eurostat a fost, in primul rand, infiintarea unui
comitet specializat, „Asymetries ad-hoc Committee” aflat sub coordonarea
Ambele
nivelul statisticii comertului exterior.

Abstract
The balance of payments statistics are based on foreign trade
statistics used to achieve the trade balance. In order to become useful in
drafting the trade balance, statistical data undergo certain transformations.
Imports recorded in CIF prices in the foreign trade statistics will be converted
into FOB prices imposed by the Balance of Payments methodology. This
transformation has an effect of deepening the intra-Community trade gap.
Imports entering the EU, expressed in CIF prices, which are recorded at an
underestimated level, lower than FOB prices, will become even smaller by
transforming CIF-FOB. The external balance of the EU28 is not affected by
the intra-state system asymmetries, but the external balance of the euro area
is systematically overestimated due to the fact that the foreign trade between
it and the other EU countries is achieved through the intra-state system.
An important measure adopted by Eurostat was, firstly, the establishment
of a specialized committee, the „Ad-hoc Committee Asymetries” under the
coordination of the Committee for Financial, Monetary and Balance of
Payments Statistics, whose role was to develop methodologies for estimating
and reallocation of these discrepancies.
The type of measures adopted by this committee have been set out in
two distinct approaches: a bottom-up approach and a top-down approach,
. Both approaches address both balancing adjustments and corrections to
external trade statistics.

Conclusion
The author’s study concludes that trade in international goods and
services trade is important in appreciating the general evolution of a country.
The indicators presented, which characterize the evolution of international
trade, are expressive when they are analyzed and interpreted as a complex
system of indicators. They can provide information on the structure of
international exchanges, the geographical distribution of imports and exports,
and the coverage of imports through exports. By using econometric models,
this analysis can be deepened and used in forecasts of international trade in
goods and services.

Abstract
In-

Introducere

Concluzii
Abstract
In the presenting and analyzing this article, the author took into
account statistical indicators of economic activity for substantiating manage-
rial decision at the company level.
The characterization of the results of the economic activity implies the
use of a system of result indicators, which include both indicators of physical
production and synthetic - money indicators.
Physical indicators are related to the specific nature of the economic
branch of the economic agent, being different in industry from agriculture,
construction, transport, commerce or tourism. Within the branches, indicators
are different across groups and subgroups of activities. The classification of a
company in one or another branch of activity is carried out according to the
principle of preponderance of the volume of activity

Introduction
According to the specialists in the field [9], in order to analyze the
production processes, balancing the resources with the use of the economic
goods, the economic subjects aggregate by branch, ie by types of activities.
Branches are homogeneous units that produce the same product or a group of
similar products. The use of this criterion allows the analysis of the technical
and economic relations in the production process, independent of the instituti-
onal context in which they take place. The use of this criterion in the National
Accounts System allows the compilation of the input-output table and, based
on it, the analysis of the links between the branches.

The statistical dictionary presents the term of the branch of the nati-
onal economy: „an ensemble of units constituted according to the criterion of
the social division of labor, whose activity takes place in an organized form
(enterprise, organizations, institutions) and performs identical or similar so-
cio-economic functions.

If the variety of products is considered in relation to the technical cha-

the point of view of the utility of the products, the model becomes:

is the coefficient of equivalence determined as the ratio between
the characteristic of the product and the characteristic of the standard product
and thus serves as a homogenization factor of the production. This method
widens the scope of production, but has the disadvantage of limiting itself to
a lot of products that have the same utility. It is used as a form of quantifica-
tion of industrial production and time units. In this case, the homogenization
element of the production is the time for the output of a product, expressed
in hours. Due to this fact, the method is considered by some authors to be the
most faithful form of reflection of production, but its scope of applicability is
reduced due to the high volume of work required.

Abstract
domiciliu legal tara respectiva.

curent. Totodată, se prezintă impactul fluxurilor financiare asupra contului
curent și a creșterii economice.
(G – T) + (I – S) = Deficit
Concluzii
a unei țări are influență directă asupra creșterii economice.
deci a creșterii economice.

Abstract
When there are trade exchanges between two nations, many types
of financial transactions are recorded in a summary called the balance of
payments. Balance of payments is a record of economic transactions between
residents of a country and the rest of the world. Nations are keeping track of
the balance of payments over a one-year period. Also, quarterly records are
kept.
An international transaction is an exchange of goods, services or
assets between residents of a country and other countries. But what is the term
resident? Residents include businesses, individuals, and government agencies
that have their country of domicile. Although a corporation is considered
to be the resident of the country in which it is registered, its subsidiaries
or subsidiaries abroad are not. Military personnel, government diplomats,
tourists and workers temporarily emigrating are considered residents of the
country where they have their citizenship.

Introduction
The balance of foreign payments of a country highlights the extent to
which it is involved in international trade. The economy of a country can no
longer develop in an autochthonous way, and therefore every country resorts to
imports and exports. The financial efficiency of these exchanges is highlighted
in the external balance of payments. In the case of Romania, international
economic exchanges materialize through deficits that have a negative effect
on the evolution of the national economy. This article analyzes the structure of
the external payments balance sheet, the current account balance, the financial
and capital account. A careful presentation of the current account deficit is
also addressed, including issues such as errors and omissions. An analysis and
interpretation is also performed on the effect of net foreign investment and its

and Jansen (2005) presented aspects of macroeconomic modeling. Harrison,
McLaren and McMillan (2011) studied inequalities in trade.

Conclusion
From the study, it is concluded that a country’s external balance of
payments has a direct influence on economic growth. Thus, a balance of
external payments with a positive balance indicates that exports are higher
than imports and contribute directly to the growth of Gross Domestic Product,
thus economic growth. The antithesis is the economy of a country where the
balance of external balance is negative and expresses a deficit, which results in
negative effects on economic growth. Of course, this is evidenced by the net
export indicator calculated as the arithmetic difference between exports and
imports.

Abstract

Introducere
Analiza economică a veniturile și cheltuielilor are o importanță
majoră pentru managementul intern al societății comerciale. Contabilitatea
economic.
Analiza microeconomică are ca obiect studiul agentului economic

wi = productivitatea medie a muncii;
precum: metoda seriilor cronologice, metoda indicilor.
