Superaliment este un termen popular peste care tot ai dat in ultimii ani, de la
articole de sanatate la reclame si poate chiar l-ai auzit la prieteni. Si in
fiecare an apare alta moda cu un alt "superaliment". Fie ca este vorba de unf ruct
rar din Amazon, sau o samanta care vindeca orice boala, mare parte din
superalimente sunt doar exagerari, fara devovezi care sa le sustina beneficiile
pentru sanatate.
Chiar daca nue xista un superaliment ina devartul sens al cuvantului, am alcatuit o
lista de patru alimente care au dovezi in spatele lor.
1. usturoi
2. Fructe de padure
3. Spirulina
Din apcate, spritulina are cel mai neplacut gust in aceasta lista.
