INTRODUCERE

Blocul AV reprezintă o întârziere sau

perturbare în transmiterea unui impuls de
la atrii la ventricule. Acest lucru se poate
datora unei deficiențe anatomice sau
funcționale în sistemul de conducere a
inimii. Această întrerupere a activității
electrice normale poate fi tranzitorie sau
permanentă și apoi caracterizată în
continuare ca întârziată, intermitentă sau
absentă.

 Spre deosebire de Mobitz tip 1 (Wenckebach), nu există o prelungire progresivă a
intervalului PR; în schimb, intervalul PR rămâne constant, iar undele P apar la o rată

constantă cu intervale P-P nemodificate. Deoarece undele P continuă să apară la

intervale normale, intervalul R-R care înconjoară bătaia scăzută este pur și simplu un
multiplu al intervalului R-R precedent și rămâne neschimbat.
DIAGNOSTICAREA ECG Mobitz II

Pe ECG apare blocarea unui stimul atrial (absenta complexului QRS), fara a
fi precedata de scurtarea progresiva a intervalului PR. Deci din cand in cand
apar unde P fara sa fie urmate de complexe QRS. Intervalele PR sunt
constante. In functie de frecventa aparitie stimulului blocat, blocul poate fi 3:1
(3 impulsuri se transmit, unul este blocat), 4:1 (patru impulsuri se transmit,
unul este blocat), etc. In general acest tip de bloc se localizeaza la nivelul
sistemului His - Purkinje.
In cazul unui bloc 2:1 vorbim de prezenta unui bloc de grad inalt.
