ADEVERINTA,
Prin prezenta, Consiliul de Administratie al Scolii Generale
Glogova confirma faptul ca documentele justificative si punctajul
din fisa de evaluare a d-rei Popescu Violeta la punctele 1-c, e, f, g,k
si 3 indeplinesc conditiile necesare pentru inscrierea la concursul
pentru obtinerea gradatiei de merit 2012.

RAPORT,
In anul scolar 2011-2012 la Scoala Generala Nicolae Caranda
au fost luate urmatoarele masuri pentru reducerea absenteismului:
- asigurarea conditiilor pentru frecventarea scolii;
- imbunatatirea relatiei profesor-elev, astfel incat aceasta sa
capete o mai mare incarcatura afectiva;
- stimularea initiativei, originalitatii prin consultarea elevilor
privind activitatile educative;
- cultivarea si afirmarea capacitatii creatoare a talentelor;
- urmarirea atenta a elevilor care absenteaza;
- interventia la timp in cazul depistarii cazurilor de ramaneri
in urma la invatatura;
- comunicarea, intelegerea, ajutorul elevilor;
- evaluarea nu numai a nivelului performantei ci si a efortului
vointei si constiintei;
- vizita la domiciliu, discutii cu familia;
- promovarea spiritului de echipa;
- incurajarea regulilor prin care se mentin comportamente
dezirabile;
- crearea unei echipe pluridisciplinare care sa coordoneze si
sa monitorizeze frecventa scolara;
